The 111(th) Annual Meeting of the American Urological Association (AUA) brought together a wide range of researchers in the field of urology to share knowledge and set standards in urological research. The meeting consisted of plenary, podium and moderated poster sessions, in which the latest research and advances in urologic medicine were presented. The European League Against Rheumatism (EULAR) - 17th Annual European Congress of Rheumatology (June 8-11, 2016 - London, UK).

The 2016 Annual European Congress of Rheumatology, an annual conference organized by the European League Against Rheumatism (EULAR), took place in London, U.K. Over 4,000 abstracts were submitted this year with over 199 sessions and poster tours on offer. The congress has become a major event in the field of rheumatology with participants attending from around the world. The oral sessions, poster displays and lectures cover a broad spectrum of topics, including the latest understanding of disease processes, as well as recent advances in diagnosis and patient care.

European Hematology Association - 20th Annual Congress (June 11-14, 2015 - Vienna, Austria).

The Annual Congress of the European Hematology Association, now in its 20th year, brought together specialists in all areas of hematology research to present new data on ongoing research and share innovative ideas to aid in the treatment and diagnosis of many hematological diseases. Clinical and translational research was presented along with technological advancement in diagnostics and risk-assessment strategies. The congress afforded attendees time for networking with representatives from many disciplines associated with hematological research, including academia, industry and patient advocacy groups. This report will cover the most interesting presentations relating to therapeutics for a range of hematological conditions.

A report from the American college of rheumatology/association of rheumatology health professionals (ACR/ARHP) - 2012 annual meeting (November 9-14, 2012 - Washington, D.C., USA).

The annual meeting of the American College of Rheumatology (ACR), jointly held with the Association of Rheumatology Health Professionals (ARHP), brought together attendees focused on all aspects of rheumatology, including researchers looking into treatment options and various services around the care of rheumatologic conditions. As well as networking opportunities at the meeting, there were a wide range of symposia and posters available covering various conditions and levels of research.
