RESUMEN
Deep convolutional neural networks approaches often assume that the feature response has a Gaussian distribution with target-centered peak response, which can be used to guide the target location and classification. Nevertheless, such an assumption is implausible when there is progressive interference from other targets and/or background noise, which produces sub-peaks on the tracking response map and causes model drift. In this paper, we propose a feature response regularization approach for sub-peak response suppression and peak response enforcement and aim to handle progressive interference systematically. Our approach, referred to as Peak Response Regularization (PRR), applies simple-yet-efficient method to aggregate and align discriminative features, which convert local extremal response in discrete feature space to extremal response in continuous space, which enforces the localization and representation capability of convolutional features. Experiments on human pose detection, object detection, object tracking, and image classification demonstrate that PRR improves the performance of image tasks with a negligible computational cost.

Using the micro data of the China Labor Dynamics Survey (CLDS), this paper uses factor analysis to construct urban integration indicators and uses the OLS model and intermediary effect model to study the urban integration of 1976 migrant workers in 29 cities in China. This paper empirically analyzes the impact of labor contracts on migrant workers' urban integration and its mechanism. The study found that: (1) labor contract can significantly promote the urban integration of migrant workers. Further, this conclusion is still tenable after correcting endogenous bias with the 2SLS model and performing a series of robustness tests. (2) Signing labor contracts increases the participation rate of migrant workers in various insurances, enhances the social security level of migrant workers, alleviates the discrimination in the urban labor market, and thus enhances the urban integration of migrant workers. (3) The results of the heterogeneity tests show that the labor contract has a greater impact on the urban integration of the new generation, married and public sector of migrant workers compared with the old generation, unmarried and private sector of migrant workers. Therefore, this paper makes the following suggestions: the government should strengthen labor market supervision, encourage employers to sign long-term labor contracts with migrant workers, improve the social security system for migrant workers, and protect the legitimate rights and interests of migrant workers.

In order to clone and express alcohol dehydrogenase II (ADH2) gene from Saccharomyces cerevisiae in E. coli BL21 (DE3) efficiently, we extracted the total RNA as template and obtained ADH2 gene by RT-PCR and connected ADH2 gene to pTAT plasmids to gain recombinant expression plasmid pTAT-ADH2, then transformed this recombinant expression plasmid pTAT-ADH2 into E. coli BL21 (DE3). The recombinant was induced by IPTG to express ADH2. After purification, ADH2 activity was tested in vitro and toxicologic test was done in mouse. Sequence test showed that the acquired fragments exhibited 90% homology to ADH2 gene sequence from GenBank report. The target gene expressed efficiently and took up to approximant 50% of total protein by SDS-PAGE and band scanning analysis. The purified protein exhibited the identified activity through biochemical test and mouse toxicological test. As a result, the acquired ADH2 gene was highly homology to the published sequence and expressed at a high level in E. coli BL21 (DE3), more importantly, ADH2 proved to have ethanol dehydrogenase activity.
