RESUMEN

To realize the resource utilization of waste mask fibers (MF), a layer of ZnS nanoparticles was grown on MF by a one-step hydrothermal method, and a MF/ZnS sensor was successfully prepared. This is the first time that resource utilization of MF has been combined with the development of a high-performance gas sensor. The MF/ZnS sensor showed high sensitivity and recoverability to target vapors at room temperature. Compared with ZnS powder loaded on a ceramic substrate, the MF/ZnS composite responses to four analytes have been improved by 8.4~35.2 times. In addition, the time for the MF/ZnS sensor to complete one response-recovery cycle for all four analytes was less than 30 s. This should be attributed to the high gas permeability of the MF substrate, which made the ZnS particles loaded on the MF more fully exposed to contact with the target vapors. This work not only provides a simple and low-cost method to optimize the sensing performance of gas sensors but also provides a new way for the resource utilization of MF. RESUMEN

1. To evaluate the inbreeding of yellow-feathered chickens (YFCs) and identify genes related to their unique characteristics, whole-genome re-sequencing data were applied to detect runs of homozygosity (ROH) in the genomes of 10 YFC chickens from each of 10 different YFC breeds. The number, length, distribution of ROH, and inbreeding coefficient in different YFC populations were calculated. Genomic regions with high frequency in ROH were annotated.2. In total, 25,547 ROH with an average length of 335 kb were detected, with most being <1 Mb. The domination of short ROH reflected the long breeding history of this chicken. The number, length, frequency, and distribution of ROH varied among chicken populations, and high genetic diversity was maintained.3. Numerous genes related to YFC characteristics were identified in the high-frequency ROH regions. Among these, IFNA, IFNB, IL11 RA, IL22 RA1, IFNLR1, and TRIF genes were involved in disease resistance. The AMY, G6PC, SDHB, GCNT4, and ACO genes were associated with energy material metabolism; and FABPL, AQP7, ACAA2, and RYR2 were related to meat quality and flavour. The KITLG, CREB3, RYR2, and LGR4 genes, related to pigmentation, were detected.4. This ROH-based inbreeding evaluation lays the foundation for breeding and conservation of YFC populations, and the candidate genes identified can be used for marker-assisted selection.

RESUMEN

OBJECTIVES: HIV-1 genetic diversity is increasing among men who have sex with men (MSM) in China, but the association of HIV-1 genotype with disease progression remains to be elucidated. METHODS: We collected data in an observational longitudinal cohort study of 860 HIV-1-infected MSM in Guangzhou, China between January 2008 and March 2017. Kaplan-Meier analysis and Cox proportional hazard model were used to predict the time from HIV-1 diagnosis to immunodeficiency progression (CD4 cell count < 200 cells/µl) as well as adjusted hazard ratio (aHR). RESULTS: CRF01_AE and HIV-1 subtype B infection were associated with higher percentage of patients progressed to immunodeficiency and higher incidence of immunodeficiency than infection with CRF07_BC or CRF55_01B. Compared with CRF07_BC, the time from HIV-1 diagnosis to immunodeficiency were different among the major HIV-1 genotypes, which ranked as follows, in descending order: CRF07_BC (7.03 years) > CRF55_01B (5.71 years, P = 0.014; aHR 3.752, P = 0.0923) > CRF01_AE (5.18 years, P < 0.001; aHR 4.733, P = 0.0152). HIV-1 genotype, viral load and baseline CD4 T-cell count were three independent variables associated with disease progression. CONCLUSIONS: Our results confirm differential rates of immunodeficiency progression as a function of HIV-1 genotype. The impact of HIV-1 genotype on HIV epidemics, patient management and prevention should be further investigated.

RESUMEN

ß-delayed one-proton emissions of ^{22}Si, the lightest nucleus with an isospin projection T_{z}=-3, are studied with a silicon array surrounded by high-purity germanium detectors. Properties of ß-decay branches and the reduced transition probabilities for the transitions to the low-lying states of ^{22}Al are determined. Compared to the mirror ß decay of ^{22}O, the largest value of mirror asymmetry in low-lying states by far, with δ=209(96), is found in the transition to the first 1^{+} excited state. Shell-model calculation with isospin-nonconserving forces, including the T=1, J=2, 3 interaction related to the s_{1/2} orbit that introduces explicitly the isospin-symmetry breaking force and describes the loosely bound nature of the wave functions of the s_{1/2} orbit, can reproduce the observed data well and consistently explain the observation that a large δ value occurs for the first but not for the second 1^{+} excited state of ^{22}Al. Our results, while supporting the proton-halo structure in ^{22}Al, might provide another means to identify halo nuclei.

RESUMEN

Objective: To evaluate the reliability of flow cytometry (FCM) for diagnosing lymphoma associated hemophagocytic syndrome (LAHS). Method: The clinical data in 57 patients with hemophagocytic lymphohistiocytosis (HLH)were retrospective analyzed at Peking University Shenzhen Hospital from July 2010 to July 2019. All patients were performed bone marrow FCM and bone marrow pathological examination before final diagnoses were made. The golden diagnosis criterion was based on clinical, biochemical and histopathological evidence, which was regarded as the standard to evaluate the sensitivity and specificity of FCM analysis in diagnosing LAHS. Results: Among 57 cases, 36 cases were eventually diagnosed with LAHS, including 15 B-cell lymphoma(14 diffuse large B-cell lymphoma, 1 B-cell lymphoma with reactive T-cell hyperplasia), 13 aggressive NK/T cell lymphoma/leukemia, 2 cases of gamma-delta T-cell lymphoma, 4 angioimmunoblastic T-cell lymphoma, 1 enteropathy-associated peripheral T-cell lymphoma and 1 anaplastic T-cell lymphoma. Lymphoma cells in bone marrow were detected in all patients by FCM except one ENTCL patient. The sensitivity and the specificity of FCM in LASH compared to bone marrow biopsy were 97.2%(P=0.014)and 90.5%(P=0.488) respectively. In the other 21 non-LAHS patients, T cell receptor Vß (TCRVß) rearrangement was detected in 2 patients with Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) associated primary HLH. Conclusions: FCM effectively detects lymphoma cells in bone marrow of lymphoma patients with LHL, suggesting that FCM could be an important indicator for the diagnosis of LAHS. FCM also has the advantage in differentiating LAHS from other HLH.

RESUMEN

Objective: Placental pathology reflects the health condition of both mother and fetus during pregnancy, providing information about pathogenesis especially in adverse pregnancies, and may provide guidance on subsequent pregnancies. Description on the placental changes after long-term use of rivanol is lacking, and this evaluated the placental changes, with emphasis on the differential diagnosis from other primary placental lesions. Methods: A total of 85 placentas from rivanol induced abortion submitted to the Department of Pathology, Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital of Fudan University from Januaury 2017 to October 2019 were reviewed; and 81 gestational-age-matched cases of spontaneous abortion or preterm delivery during the same period were also included as the control group. Diagnoses were based on the consensus statement of 2016 Amsterdam Placental Workshop Group. Statistical differences were analyzed by individual diagnostic terms. Results: The maternal age in rivanol group was (30.5±4.1) (range 22-41) years, compared with (30.9±4.3) (range 22-44) years in the control group. Gestational age was (23.2±3.5) (range 17-35) weeks and (23.3±2.8) (range 17-33) weeks in the rivanol and control groups. The incidence of chorioamnionitis in rivanol group was 91.8%, significantly higher than the control (63.0%, P<0.05); and there were more stage 1 (subchorionic) maternal response in rivanol than in the control (61.0% vs.28.6%, P<0.05) groups. In addition, acute deciduitis was also more common in rivanol group (27.1% vs. 13.6%, P<0.05). No significant difference was observed in fetal inflammatory responses (vasculitis of vessels in chorion plate and umbilical cord); maternal malperfusion (narrowing of intervillous space, increased intervillous fibrin deposition, decidual arteriopathy, villous infarction and retroplacental hematoma); and fetal malperfusion (villous stromal hemorrhage and avascular villi). Conclusions: The chemical chorioamnionitis caused by rivanol is characterized by maternal inflammatory response of low stage and high grade. The use of rivanol has no obvious impact on the fetal inflammatory response, maternal malperfusion and fetal malperfusion. Such morphologic changes may reflect the original placental lesions.

RESUMEN

CONTEXT: Gitelman syndrome (GS) is clinically heterogeneous. The genotype and phenotype correlation has not been well established. Though the long-term prognosis is considered to be favorable, hypokalemia is difficult to cure. OBJECTIVE: To analyze the clinical and genetic characteristics and treatment of all members of 13 GS pedigrees. METHODS: Thirteen pedigrees (86 members, 17 GS patients) were enrolled. Symptoms and management, laboratory findings, and genotype-phenotype associations among all the members were analyzed. RESULTS: The average ages at onset and diagnosis were 27.6 ± 10.2 years and 37.9 ± 11.6 years, respectively. Males were an average of 10 years younger and exhibited more profound hypokalemia than females. Eighteen mutations were detected. Two novel mutations (p.W939X, p.G212S) were predicted to be pathogenic by bioinformatic analysis. GS patients exhibited the lowest blood pressure, serum K+, Mg2+, and 24-h urinary Ca2+ levels. Although blood pressure, serum K+ and Mg2+ levels were normal in heterozygous carriers, 24-h urinary Na+ excretion was significantly increased. During follow-up, only 41.2% of patients reached a normal serum K+ level. Over 80% of patients achieved a normal Mg2+ level. Patients were taking 2-3 medications at higher doses than usual prescription to stabilize their K+ levels. Six patients were taking spironolactone simultaneously, but no significant elevation in the serum K+ level was observed. CONCLUSION: The phenotypic variability of GS and therapeutic strategies deserve further research to improve GS diagnosis and prognosis. Even heterozygous carriers exhibited increased 24-h Na+ urine excretion, which may make them more susceptible to diuretic-induced hypokalemia.

RESUMEN

Objective: To investigate the effect and mechanism of proprotein convertase subtilisin type 9 (PCSK9) on lectin-like oxidized low-density lipoprotein receptor-1 (LOX-1) mediated oxidized low-density lipoprotein (ox-LDL) uptake by mononuclear macrophage (THP-1) derived macrophages. Methods: THP-1 monocyte was incubated with PMA for 48 hours to induce the differentiation into macrophages. Macrophages were pretreated with human recombinant PCSK9 protein for 1 hour and incubated with ox-LDL for 24 hours to induce foam cells. Oil red O staining was used to observe the accumulation of lipid in the control group (foam cells) and groups treated with different concentrations of recombinant PCSK9 protein, and the intracellular cholesterol content was measured by enzyme method, and mRNA and protein expressions of LOX-1 were detected by real-time PCR and Western blot. The uptake of Dil-labeled oxidized low density lipoprotein (Dil-ox-LDL) was observed by fluorescence microscopy in control group (macrophage), PCSK9 protein treated group and PCSK9 protein plus anti-LOX-1 antibody and IgG antibody treated group. mRNA and protein expression of toll-like receptor 4 (TLR4), nuclear factor-kappa B (NF-κB), cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2) were detected in control and PCSK9 protein treated group in the absence and presence of TLR4 inhibitor (TAK-242), NF-κB inhibitor (PDTC). In addition, reactive oxygen species (ROS) production was evaluated in the absence or presence of COX-2 inhibitor (NS-398) or reduced nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide phosphate (NADPH) oxidase inhibitor (DPI). The mRNA and protein expression of LOX-1 in the control group (PCSK9 protein pretreated foam cells) and PCSK9 protein group in the absence or presence of TAK-242, PDTC, NS-398 and DPI respectively. Results: (1) The total optical density of intracellular lipid droplets, total cholesterol level, cholesterol ester level and cholesterol ester/total cholesterol ratio as well as expression of LOX-1 were significantly higher in PCSK9 group than those in control group (all P<0.05). (2) The fluorescence intensity of Dil-ox-LDL was significantly higher in PCSK9 group and PCSK9+IgG antibody group than in the control group (all P<0.05). The fluorescence intensity was significantly lower in PCSK9+anti-LOX-1 antibody group than in PCSK9 group and PCSK9+IgG antibody group (all P<0.05). (3) The expressions of TLR4, NF-κB and COX-2 were significantly higher in PCSK9 group than in control group (all P<0.05). The expressions of TLR4, NF-κB and COX-2 were significantly lower in PCSK9+TAK-242 group and PCSK9+PDTC group than in PCSK9 group (all P<0.05). The ROS level was significantly higher in PCSK9 group than in the control group (P<0.05). The ROS levels were significantly lower in PCSK9+NS-398 and PCSK9+DPI groups than in PCSK9 group (all P<0.05). (4) The expressions of LOX-1 mRNA and protein were lower in respective PCSK9 protein plus TAK-242, PDTC, NS-398 or DPI group than in PCSK9 protein alone (all P<0.05). Conclusion: PCSK9 may regulate LOX-1 mediated ox-LDL uptake by the THP-1 derived macrophage via TLR4/NF-κB/COX-2/ROS pathway.

RESUMEN

OBJECTIVES: HIV self-testing (HIVST) offers an opportunity to increase HIV testing among people not reached by facility-based services. However, the promotion of HIVST is limited as a consequence of insufficient community engagement. We built a social entrepreneurship testing (SET) model to promote HIVST linkage to care among Chinese men who have sex with men (MSM) in Guangzhou. METHODS: The SET model includes a few key steps. Each participant first completed an online survey, and paid a US$23 (refundable) deposit to receive an HIVST kit and a syphilis self-testing (SST) kit. After the testing, the results were sent to the platform by the participants and interpreted by Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) staff. Meanwhile, the deposit was returned to each participant. Finally, the Community based organizations (CBO) contacted the participants to provide counselling services, confirmation testing and linkage to care. RESULTS: During April-June 2015, a total of 198 MSM completed a preliminary survey and purchased self-testing kits. The majority were aged < 34 years (84.4%) and met partners online (93.1%). In addition, 68.9% of participants had ever been tested for HIV, and 19.5% had ever performed HIVST. Overall, feedback was received from 192 participants (97.0%). Of these participants, 14 people did not use the kits; among those who did use the kits, the HIV and syphilis prevalences were 4.5% (eight of 178) and 3.7% (six of 178), respectively. All of the screened HIV-positive individuals sought further confirmation testing and were linked to care. CONCLUSIONS: Using an online SET model to promote HIV and syphilis self-testing among Chinese MSM is acceptable and feasible, and this model adds a new testing platform to the current testing service system.

RESUMEN

Face transplantation and other composite tissue transplantation (CTA) are permissive to transplantation tolerance. The real reason, that composite tissue containing bone achieves transplantation immune tolerance more easily than the composite tissue without the bone is not clear. The chimerism may be the main mechanism in the progress of inducing the transplantation tolerance by CTA. We currently have established a non-human Primate Vascularized Osteomyocutaneous Allografts Model. To test the chimerism which comes from donor after the transplantation, we developed a method which combined reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) and real-time quantitative PCR (qRT-PCR) technique using primers specific for Macaca fascicularis sex determination region on the Y chromosome (SRY) gene. With the method, we estimated the level of the chimerism.

RESUMEN

Novel BODIPY derivatives containing N,N-diphenylamine, 4-methoxyphenyl, 2,4-dimethoxyphenyl, triphenylamine, and 1-pyrene moieties were designed and synthesized for the first time by employing the palladium-catalyzed Suzuki-Miyaura coupling on pentaaryl boron dipyrromethene compounds. The effect of various moieties and charge transfer on linear and nonlinear optical absorption was investigated. It was found that moieties with strong electron donor properties and long conjugation lengths increase charge transfer and enhance intersystem crossing in the investigated compounds. Besides, the investigated compounds showed strong two photon absorption properties at near infrared wavelengths (800 nm and 900 nm), which is required for two photon photodynamic therapy. Two photon absorption cross section values were found to be 83, 454, 331, 472 and 413 GM for , , , and compounds at 800 nm wavelength, respectively. The highest two-photon absorption cross-section value was obtained for the compound containing a triphenylamine moiety due to its more efficient charge transfer characteristics. Strong two-photon absorption properties in the near infrared region, efficient intersystem crossing and heavy atom free nature of the investigated compounds make them good candidates for two photon photodynamic therapy applications. We believe that this work will be one of the leading studies for two-photon photodynamic therapy applications of pentaaryl BODIPY derivatives.

RESUMEN

BACKGROUND: The latency-associated transcript (LAT) gene of herpes simplex virus (HSV)-2 is the only detectable viral gene expressed during latent infection in neurons. LAT inhibits apoptosis and maintains latency by promoting the survival of infected neurons. However, whether LAT functions during HSV-2 infection via its encoded RNAs or via its encoded proteins remain unknown. Increasing evidence has indicated that LAT is likely to functionally promote the establishment of latent infection via LAT-encoded microRNAs (miRNAs). AIM: To explore whether the RL1 fragment of the five adjacent miRNAs has an effect on cell apoptosis, then provide supporting evidence to elucidate the potential role of these miRNAs and to aid screening of their cellular targets. METHODS: A number of techniques, including MTT assay, flow cytometry and DNA ladder analysis, were used to verify the role of the RL1 fragment and the contribution of the individual miRNAs to the anti-apoptotic effect. RESULTS: Five miRNAs (miR-H3, miR-H4-3p, miR-H4-5p, miR-H24 and miR-H19) were detected by quantitative PCR in PC12 cells stably expressing RL1 after pEGFP-RL1 plasmid transfection in vitro. The data indicated that expression of HSV-2 LAT RL1 seems to provide protection against apoptosis of PC12 cells induced by ActD. Antisense miRNAs specifically inhibiting these five miRNAs could efficiently reduce their expression. Transfection of antisense-miR-H3, antisense-miR-H4-5p and antisense-miR-H19 into PC12 cells stably expressing RL1 were able to partly reverse the anti-apoptotic effect of these miRNAs. CONCLUSIONS: These findings indicate that the apoptotic role of the RL1 fragment is likely to be related to overexpression of miR-H3, miR-H4-5p and miR-H19 in PC12 cells.

RESUMEN

Objective: To explore prevalence and predictors of the use of Rush poppers among men who have sex with men in education in Guangdong Province. Methods: An internet survey was conducted via a gay website from March to August 2014 and a sample of 833 male respondents over 16 years who had ever had anal sex with a male, studied in Guangdong Province and who had completed an online questionnaire was identified- of which 93.4% (n=825) provided valid responses and were included in the study. Respondents provided information on their socio-demographic characteristics, HIV testing history, sexual activity in last 3 months, Rush poppers use and time since first sexual encounter with a male. We used the Chi-squared test and multivariate logistic regression modeling to identify the predictors of Rush poppers use in this population group. Results: Among our sample of 825 MSM, whose ages ranged from 21-27 years, 14.8% (n=122) reported having used Rush poppers in the past 3 months. Rates of use were higher among those who had ever been tested for HIV (16.7% vs. 10.9%, χ2=4.80, P=0.028), had anal intercourse in the last 3 months (16.8% vs. 10.7%, χ2=5.48, P=0.019), had multiple sexual partners in the past 3 months (19.3% vs. 13.1%, χ2=5.14, P=0.023), had a casual partner (18.0% vs. 12.1%, χ2=5.68, P= 0.017) or had a sexually transmitted infection (23.4% vs. 14.0%, χ2=4.85, P=0.028). Those who reported having had their first sexual encounter with another male over 5 years prior had higher rates of use (18.0%) than for those who had been sexually active ≤1 year (10.7%) or 2-4 years (12.5%, χ2=6.41, P=0.041). HIV testing (OR: 1.70, 95% CI: 1.07-2.70), having a casual partner (OR: 1.67, 95% CI: 1.12-2.50) and being sexually active with other males for over 5 years (OR: 1.87, 95%CI: 1.05-3.31) were significantly associated with Rush poppers use. Conclusion: A large proportion of student MSM in Guangdong Province used Rush poppers. Proxy measures of sexual activity such as HIV testing, recent casual sexual encounters and duration of sexual activity were associated with their use.

RESUMEN

Objective: To introduce the development strategy of " Internet Plus" AIDS prevention services and its implementation results from 2010 to 2015 in Guangzhou, China. Methods: A gay men's health column was created for an active website aimed at men who have sex with men(MSM), in collaboration with local community organizations and the Guangzhou CDC. We designed intervention tools(including scenario-based applications and HIV risk self-assessment systems)and an online HIV testing service platform, integrated with applied psychology and behavioral theory as well as the " Internet Plus" concept, to intervene in HIV infection risk factors among MSM. Data of clients who accessed the " Internet Plus" AIDS services from 2010 to 2015 were used to evaluate service operation. Six-year consecutive surveys, conducted between April and July of each service year, were collected using a national AIDS sentinel surveillance questionnaire. For each year of surveillance, information on HIV prevalence, HIV interventions received during the past year, unprotected anal intercourse in the past 6 months, and HIV testing in the past year were compared using the chi-squared(χ2)test, to roughly reflect the effect of"Internet Plus" AIDS prevention services. Results: As of 31 December 2015, a total of 34 395 MSM had received " Internet Plus" services and HIV testing. The number of MSM tested increased from 2 338 in 2010 to 8 054 in 2015. From 2010 to 2015, newly identified HIV cases in each year were 59, 166, 312, 283, 291, and 270, which accounted for 25.0%, 32.8%, 38.8%, 35.1%, 30.5%, and 23.2% of MSM HIV cases of Guangzhou, respectively. Sentinel surveillance data showed that during the study period, 3 047 MSM were investigated, with 405, 400, 401, 633, 608, and 600 each year, respectively. The proportion of participants who had received any HIV intervention during the past year was 74.3%(301), 70.8%(283), 83.3%(334), 85.0%(538), 69.1%(420), and 83.8%(503)each year, respectively(trend χ2=6.53, P=0.011). HIV testing done during the past year accounted for 44.0%(178), 44.3%(177), 49.4%(198), 53.4%(338), 56.1%(341), and 60.2%(361)each year, respectively(trend χ2=40.83, P<0.001). Unprotected anal intercourse in the past 6 months accounted for 59.3%(240), 62.0%(248), 56.6%(227), 57.0%(361), 48.4%(294), and 43.7%(262)each year, respectively(trend χ2=42.21, P<0.001). RESUMEN

The primary purpose of this study was to evaluate the event-based prospective memory (EBPM) and time-based prospective memory (TBPM) in androgen-deprivation therapy (ADT)-induced cognitive impairment in patients with prostate cancer (PC). Participants included PC patients who had undergone ADT (ADT group, n = 43) or patients who did not undergo ADT (non-ADT group, n = 35), as well as age and education-matched healthy controls (HC group, n = 40). All participants were administered with a battery of neuropsychological tests including EBPM and TBPM tasks. Our results indicated that during the EBPM task, the ADT group obtained significantly lower scores than the non-ADT and HC group did, while no significant differences in the TBPM task scores were found among these three groups. Additionally, the ADT group demonstrated significantly lower scores in several cognitive tasks, including attention, memory, and information processing, when compared with the other two groups. This study demonstrated that PC patients receiving ADT may have selective reductions in EBPM performance but unimpaired TBPM performance and that these deficits may result from the changes of function and structure of the pre-frontal cortex induced by ADT.

RESUMEN

The neonatal Fc receptor (FcRn) plays an important role in regulating IgG homeostasis in the body and passive protection to the offspring. Changes in FcRn expression levels caused by genetic polymorphisms of Fcgrt, which encodes FcRn, may lead to inter-individual differences in colostrum IgG levels in sheep. In this study, we sequenced the FcRn partial heavy chain from 179 sheep from Xinjiang Province, China, and detected the differences in colostrum IgG levels and Fcgrt genotypes to identify the correlation between the Fcgrt genotype and colostrum IgG levels in 4 sheep breeds. The DNA sequencing of a 680-bp fragment of the Fcgrt gene revealed various patterns depending on the single-strand conformation in the Suffolk breed. Sequencing analysis revealed a total of 3 patterns, AA, BB, AB, in this fragment, among which the absence of AB and BB genotype acted as a marker for breed identification and characterization, while the AA genotype was shared by Suffolk and 3 other breeds. The only allele found in all 4 breeds was allele A, indicating that natural selection may be favoring the AB and BB genotypes in general and B allele in particular, as the colostrum IgG concentration was relatively higher in the Suffolk breed compared to the other 3 breeds.

RESUMEN

Objective: To explore the occurrence and influencing factors of post-burn psychological stress disorder in preschool children. Methods: This study was a multi-center cross-sectional survey. From January 2022 to February 2023, 85 preschool children (aged 1 to 6 years) with burns admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of North Sichuan Medical College, Nanchong Central Hospital, Suining Central Hospital, Guang'an People's Hospital, and Guangyuan Central Hospital who met the inclusion criteria were selected as respondents. A self-made general information questionnaire was used to investigate the children's general data including gender, age group, residential area, main caregiver and their education level, and family type, as well as the injury condition including cause of injury and burn severity. The Child Stress Disorders Checklist was used to investigate the occurrence of psychological stress disorder in children at 3 days to 1 month after injury, and the incidence rate was calculated. The children were classified according to their general data and injury condition, and the occurrence of psychological stress disorder in children at 3 days to 1 month after injury was recorded, and the influencing factors for post-burn psychological stress disorder in preschool children were screened. Results: A total of 85 questionnaires were distributed and 85 valid questionnaires were recovered, with an effective recovery rate of 100%. Among the children, there were 45 boys and 40 girls, with most children aged 1 to 3 years. There were slightly more children in rural areas than in cities. About half of the children were mainly cared for by their parents and grandparents, respectively, and the education level of the main caregivers was mainly high school/technical secondary school. The family type was mainly core family and extended family. The main cause of injury was hydrothermal scald, and the severity of burns was mainly moderate. The incidence rate of psychological stress disorder in this group of children at 3 days to 1 month after injury was 34.12% (29/85). There were statistically significant differences in the occurrence of psychological stress disorder in children with different age groups, causes of injuries, and burn severity at 3 days to 1 month after injury (with χ2 valuesof 9.18, 7.80, and 25.47, respectively, P<0.05); there were no statistically significant differences in the occurrence of psychological stress disorder in children with different genders, residential area, main caregivers, main caregivers' education levels, or family types at 3 days to 1 month after injury (P>0.05). Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that age group and burn severity were independent influencing factors for the occurrence of psychological stress disorder in preschool children after burns (with odds ratios of 8.21 and 33.99, respectively, and 95% confidence intervals of 1.57-43.04 and 5.55-207.93, respectively, P<0.05), the older the child and the more severe the burn, the higher the possibility of the occurrence of psychological stress disorder. Conclusions: The incidence rate of psychological stress disorder is high in preschool children after burns. Age group and burn severity are independent influencing factors for the occurrence of post-burn psychological stress disorder in this type of children.

RESUMEN

ADHD is a common chronic neurodevelopmental disorder and is characterized by persistent inattention, hyperactivity, impulsivity and are often accompanied by learning and memory impairment. Great evidence has shown that learning and memory impairment of ADHD plays an important role in its executive function deficits, which seriously affects the development of academic, cognitive and daily social skills and will cause a serious burden on families and society. With the increasing attention paid to learning and memory impairment in ADHD, relevant research is gradually increasing. In this article, we will present the current research results of learning and memory impairment in ADHD from the following aspects. Firstly, the animal models of ADHD, which display the core symptoms of ADHD as well as with learning and memory impairment. Secondly, the molecular mechanism of has explored, including some neurotransmitters, receptors, RNAs, etc. Thirdly, the susceptibility gene of ADHD related to the learning and impairment in order to have a more comprehensive understanding of the pathogenesis. Key words: Learning and memory, ADHD, Review.
