RESUMEN

Se trata de un paciente con adenoma hipofisiario que presentacefalea y lesión completa del motor ocular común derecho.La cirugía y el estudio histopatológico confi rman el diagnóstico,además datos de apoplejía pituitaria.La evolución postoperatoria es favorable con recuperación progresivade la lesión del motor ocular común

ABSTRACT

One is a patient with pituitary adenoma who initially has headache and complete palsy of the right oculomotor nerve.The diagnosis is confi rm by de surgical procedure and the hystopatological study, besides they show facts of pituitary apoplexy.The postoperative evolution is auspicious with progressive recovery of the oculomotor nerve injury.
