BACKGROUND: We aimed to compare coronary artery calcium scoring (CACS) with computed tomography (CT) with 80 and 120 kVp in a large patient population and to establish whether there is a difference in risk classification between the two scores. METHODS: Patients with suspected CAD undergoing MPS were included. All underwent standard CACS assessment with 120-kVp tube voltage and with 80 kVp. Two datasets (low-dose and standard) were generated and compared. Risk classes (0 to 25, 25 to 50, 50 to 75, 75 to 90, and > 90%) were recorded. RESULTS: 1511 patients were included (793 males, age 69 ± 9.1 years). There was a very good correlation between scores calculated with 120 and 80 kVp (R = 0.94, R2 = 0.88, P < .001), with Bland-Altman limits of agreement of - 563.5 to 871.9 and a bias of - 154.2. The proportion of patients assigned to the < 25% percentile class (P = .03) and with CACS = 0 differed between the two protocols (n = 264 vs 437, P < .001). CONCLUSION: In a large patient population, despite a good correlation between CACS calculated with standard and low-dose CT, there is a systematic underestimation of CACS with the low-dose protocol. This may have an impact especially on the prognostic value of the calcium score, and the established "power of zero" may no longer be warranted if CACS is assessed with low-dose CT.

In the rapidly evolving field of Alzheimer's Disease (AD) research, the intricate role of Hydrogen Sulfide (H2S) has garnered critical attention for its diverse involvement in both pathological substrates and prospective therapeutic paradigms. While conventional pathophysiological models of AD have primarily emphasized the significance of amyloid-beta (Aß) deposition and tau protein hyperphosphorylation, this targeted systematic review meticulously aggregates and rigorously appraises seminal contributions from the past year elucidating the complex mechanisms of H2S in AD pathogenesis. Current scholarly literature accentuates H2S's dual role, delineating its regulatory functions in critical cellular processes-such as neurotransmission, inflammation, and oxidative stress homeostasis-while concurrently highlighting its disruptive impact on quintessential AD biomarkers. Moreover, this review illuminates the nuanced mechanistic intimate interactions of H2S in cerebrovascular and cardiovascular pathology associated with AD, thereby exploring avant-garde therapeutic modalities, including sulfurous mineral water inhalations and mud therapy. By emphasizing the potential for therapeutic modulation of H2S via both donors and inhibitors, this review accentuates the imperative for future research endeavors to deepen our understanding, thereby potentially advancing novel diagnostic and therapeutic strategies in AD.

RESUMEN

One of the most complex and challenging developments at the beginning of the third millennium is the alarming increase in demographic aging, mainly-but not exclusively-affecting developed countries. This reality results in one of the harsh medical, social, and economic consequences: the continuously increasing number of people with dementia, including Alzheimer's disease (AD), which accounts for up to 80% of all such types of pathology. Its large and progressive disabling potential, which eventually leads to death, therefore represents an important public health matter, especially because there is no known cure for this disease. Consequently, periodic reappraisals of different therapeutic possibilities are necessary. For this purpose, we conducted this systematic literature review investigating nonpharmacological interventions for AD, including their currently known cellular and molecular action bases. This endeavor was based on the PRISMA method, by which we selected 116 eligible articles published during the last year. Because of the unfortunate lack of effective treatments for AD, it is necessary to enhance efforts toward identifying and improving various therapeutic and rehabilitative approaches, as well as related prophylactic measures.

Abundant experimental data suggest that hydrogen sulfide (H2S) is related to the pathophysiology of Diabetes Mellitus (DM). Multiple molecular mechanisms, including receptors, membrane ion channels, signalingmolecules, enzymes, and transcription factors, are known to be responsible for the H2S biological actions; however, H2S is not fully documented as a gaseous signaling molecule interfering with DM and vascular-linked pathology. In recent decades, multiple approaches regarding therapeutic exploitation of H2S have been identified, either based on H2S exogenous apport or on its modulated endogenous biosynthesis. This paper aims to synthesize and systematize, as comprehensively as possible, the recent literature-related data regarding the therapeutic/rehabilitative role of H2S in DM. This review was conducted following the "Preferred reporting items for systematic reviews and meta-analyses" (PRISMA) methodology, interrogating five international medically renowned databases by specific keyword combinations/"syntaxes" used contextually, over the last five years (2017-2021). The respective search/filtered and selection methodology we applied has identified, in the first step, 212 articles. After deploying the next specific quest steps, 51 unique published papers qualified for minute analysis resulted. To these bibliographic resources obtained through the PRISMA methodology, in order to have the best available information coverage, we added 86 papers that were freely found by a direct internet search. Finally, we selected for a connected meta-analysis eight relevant reports that included 1237 human subjects elicited from clinical trial registration platforms. Numerous H2S releasing/stimulating compounds have been produced, some being used in experimental models. However, very few of them were further advanced in clinical studies, indicating that the development of H2S as a therapeutic agent is still at the beginning.

BACKGROUND: Cerebral circulation delivers the blood flow to the brain through a dedicated network of sanguine vessels. A healthy human brain can regulate cerebral blood flow (CBF) according to any physiological or pathological challenges. The brain is protected by its self-regulatory mechanisms, which are dependent on neuronal and support cellular populations, including endothelial ones, as well as metabolic, and even myogenic factors. OBJECTIVES: Accumulating data suggest that "non-pharmacological" approaches might provide new opportunities for stroke therapy, such as electro-/acupuncture, hyperbaric oxygen therapy, hypothermia/cooling, photobiomodulation, therapeutic gases, transcranial direct current stimulations, or transcranial magnetic stimulations. We reviewed the recent data on the mechanisms and clinical implications of these non-pharmaceutical treatments. METHODS: To present the state-of-the-art for currently available non-invasive, non-pharmacological-related interventions in acute ischemic stroke, we accomplished this synthetic and systematic literature review based on the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Principles Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA). RESULTS: The initial number of obtained articles was 313. After fulfilling the five steps in the filtering/selection methodology, 54 fully eligible papers were selected for synthetic review. We enhanced our documentation with other bibliographic resources connected to our subject, identified in the literature within a non-standardized search, to fill the knowledge gaps. Fifteen clinical trials were also identified. DISCUSSION: Non-invasive, non-pharmacological therapeutic/rehabilitative interventions for acute ischemic stroke are mainly holistic therapies. Therefore, most of them are not yet routinely used in clinical practice, despite some possible beneficial effects, which have yet to be supplementarily proven in more related studies. Moreover, few of the identified clinical trials are already completed and most do not have final results. CONCLUSIONS: This review synthesizes the current findings on acute ischemic stroke therapeutic/rehabilitative interventions, described as non-invasive and non-pharmacological.

The logopenic variant of primary progressive aphasia (lvPPA) is the most recent variant of primary progressive aphasia (PPA) to be identified; thus far, it has been poorly investigated. Despite being typically associated with Alzheimer disease (AD), lvPPA has recently been linked to frontotemporal lobe degeneration (FTLD), with distinctive cognitive and neural features that are worthy of further investigation. Here, we describe the neuropsychological and linguistic profile, as well as cerebral abnormalities, of an individual exhibiting PPA and carrying a pathogenetic variant in the GRN gene, from a 3-year longitudinal perspective. The individual's initial profile resembled lvPPA because it was characterized by word-finding difficulties and phonological errors in spontaneous speech in addition to sentence repetition and phonological short-term memory impairments. The individual's structural and metabolic imaging data demonstrated left temporal and bilateral frontal atrophy and hypometabolism, respectively. On follow-up, as the pathology progressed, dysprosody, stereotypical speech patterns, agrammatism, and orofacial apraxia appeared, suggesting an overlap with the nonfluent variant of PPA (nfvPPA). Severe sentence comprehension impairment also became evident. Our longitudinal and multidisciplinary diagnostic approach allowed us to better characterize the progression of a GRN-positive lvPPA profile, providing neuropsychological and imaging indicators that might be helpful to improve classification between different PPA variants and to address a nosological issue. Finally, we discuss the importance of early diagnosis of PPA given the possible overlap between different PPA variants during the progression of the pathology.

BACKGROUND: Adiponectin and leptin are adipose tissue hormones that regulate important lipid and glucose metabolic pathways. Our objective was to evaluate the interplay of these hormones described by the adiponectin/leptin ratio (ALR) in correlation to lipid and carbohydrate metabolism parameters in nondiabetic HIV-infected patients during antiretroviral therapy (ART). MATERIALS AND METHODS: We enrolled consecutive nondiabetic patients with confirmed HIV infection, undergoing stable ART regimens for at least six months. Blood samples were collected and tested for immunological and virological parameters, adiponectin and leptin, fasting insulin, fasting plasma glucose, fasting triglycerides, total cholesterol, LDL cholesterol, and HDL cholesterol. ALR was computed for each patient. Resistance to insulin was assessed by calculating the Quantitative Insulin Sensitivity Check Index (QUICKI). RESULTS: We enrolled 87 HIV-infected persons, with a mean age of 31.7 years (range: 18-65), including 47 men (mean age = 32.8 years) and 40 women (mean age = 30.5 years). The median value of ALR was 6.8 (interquartile range - IQR = 17.1). In male patients, ALR was inversely associated with the serum level of triglycerides (R = 0.285, p = 0.05), total cholesterol (R = 0.326, p = 0.02), and LDL cholesterol (R = 0.298, p = 0.04). Also for the male cohort, an increase in ALR seemed to improve insulin sensitivity (R = 0.323, p = 0.02) and serum HDL cholesterol (R = 0.597, p = 0.01). None of these correlations were observed in HIV-infected women. CONCLUSION: Adiponectin and leptin seem to play important but different gender-specific roles in the pathogenesis of lipid and glucose metabolism of HIV-infected patients undergoing antiretroviral therapy. This is the first study investigating the clinical relevance of 5-hydroxymethylcytosine (5hmC) in genomic DNA from white blood cells (WBC) in the context of prostate cancer (PCa) and other prostate pathologies. Using an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay, we identified significantly different distributions of patients with low and elevated 5hmC content in WBC DNA across controls and patients with prostate cancer (PCa), atypical small acinar proliferation (ASAP), and benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH). The measured values were within the normal range for most PCa patients, while the latter category was predominant for ASAP. We observed a wider heterogeneity in 5hmC content in all of the prostate pathologies analyzed when compared to the healthy age-matched controls. When compared to blood levels of prostate-specific antigen (PSA), this 5hmC-based biomarker had a lower performance in PCa detection than the use of a PSA cut-off of 2.5 nanograms per milliliter (ng/mL). Above this threshold, however, it delineated almost three quarters of PCa patients from controls and patients with other prostate pathologies. Overall, genome-wide 5hmC content of WBC DNA appears to be applicable for detecting non-cancerous prostate diseases, rather than PCa. Our results also suggest a potential clinical usefulness of complementing PSA as a PCa marker by the addition of a set of hydroxymethylation markers in the blood, but further studies are necessary to confirm these findings.

PURPOSE: Ovarian cancer is the eighth most common malignancy among women and has a high mortality rate. Prognostic factors able to drive an effective therapy are essential. (18)F-Fluoro-2-deoxyglucose positron emission tomography/computed tomography ((18)F-FDG PET/CT) has been investigated in patients with epithelial ovarian cancer and showed promise in diagnosing, staging, detecting recurrent lesions and monitoring treatment response. Conversely, its prognostic role remains unclear. We aimed at assessing the prognostic value of (18)F-FDG PET/CT performed in the restaging process in a multicentre study. METHODS: We evaluated 168 patients affected by ovarian carcinoma, who underwent a restaging (18)F-FDG PET/CT. The presence of local recurrences, lymph node involvement and distant metastasis was recorded as well as lesion dimensions, maximum and mean standardized uptake values (SUVmax and SUVmean, respectively). Progression-free survival (PFS) and overall survival (OS) at 3 and 4 years were computed by using Kaplan-Meier curves. Increased odds ratio was assessed using Cox regression analysis testing all lesion parameters measured by PET/CT. RESULTS: PFS was significantly longer in patients with a negative than a positive restaging PET/CT study (3- and 4-year PFS 64 and 53% vs 23 and 12%, respectively; p < 0.001). Similarly, a negative study was associated with a significantly higher OS rate after 4 years of follow-up (67 vs 25% in negative and positive groups, respectively; p < 0.001). Lymph node or distant involvement were also independently associated with an increased risk of disease progression [hazard ratio (HR) 1.6 and 2.2, respectively; p = 0.003]. Moreover, PET/CT showed an incremental prognostic value compared to the International Federation of Gynecology and Obstetrics (FIGO) staging system. In the analysis of patient subsets, individuals with the same FIGO stage I-II but with negative PET had a significantly better 4-year OS than patients with low FIGO stage but positive PET. This implies that patients with the same FIGO stage can be further prognostically stratified using PET (p = 0.01). At receiver-operating characteristic (ROC) analysis, no thresholds for semiquantitative parameters were predictive of a worse outcome. CONCLUSION: (18)F-FDG PET/CT has an important prognostic value in assessing the risk of disease progression and mortality rate. An efficacious therapy planning might therefore effectively rely on (18)F-FDG PET/CT findings. Semiquantitative data were not proven to be an effective tool to predict disease progression.

Impaired hair at blepharo-ciliaris area by dermatophytes is a rare clinical entity. This infection is often misdiagnosed or underdiagnosed, being mistakenly referred to as an infection of bacterial origin. Herein, we present a rare case of tinea blepharo-ciliaris associated with tinea barbae in an adult male. Considering the two lesions of the patient, mycological examination was performed by phenotypic methods, including environmental electronic scanning microscopy. Trichophyton interdigitale zoophilic strain was identified as the etiological agent by direct examination of the hair, primary culture analysis of the developed colonies and PCR sequencing of the ITS1 region of the rDNA gene. Homology search showed 100% similarity with T. interdigitale (GenBank accession number: KC595993), Arthroderma vanbreuseghemii (GenBank accession number: JQ407190) and zoophilic strain of T. interdigitale (GenBank accession number: AY062119.1.). Four weeks of oral and local treatment with itraconazole (100 mg twice a day) and fluconazole 0.3% (eyedrops) induced complete remission. To our knowledge, this is the first report of tinea blepharo-ciliaris associated with tinea barbae in Romania.

(1) Introduction: Since electric scooters were launched in 2017, they have become increasingly popular worldwide and a cause of childhood trauma. (2) Case reports: This paper has a double-fold purpose: it reports two cases of epidural hematomas and compares them with electric scooter-related head trauma in the literature. An overview of the literature on this topic was performed to make such a comparison. Our cases are one of almost 52 cm3 and one of 129 cm3, both in two eight-year-olds. (3) Discussion: Although usually mild, traumatic brain injuries following e-scooter falls can also be moderate and severe. Reduced helmet use, high speed, and a lack of experience are the perfect set-up for potential severe injuries. Intracranial bleeds are not frequent, and epidural hematomas are rare in such cases, but they can significantly impact the individual, community, and healthcare system. No other medium- or large-sized epidural hematomas were reported in children sustaining electric scooter-related head trauma. (4) Conclusions: Our review parallels the literature and our hospital's experience. Although there are both similarities and discrepancies between our cases and the literature, mild trauma should not be disregarded, for it may hide serious complications requiring immediate surgery.

Head trauma in paediatric patients is a worldwide and constant issue. It is the number one cause for childhood mortality and morbidity. Children of all ages are susceptible to sustaining head trauma and the anatomical characteristics of the region put them in a high-risk category for developing severe traumatic brain injuries. Boys are more frequently victims of accidental head traumas, and their injuries are more severe than those encountered in girls. The mechanisms of the trauma are a determining factor for the types of lesions we find. The traumatic injuries fall into two categories, primary and secondary. Primary traumatic injuries can be severe and life threatening, and their presence needs to be documented in order to set the correct therapeutic conduct. Due to their importance, this pictorial review focuses on them and the images used herein are selected from the database of our hospital. It is important to distinguish each of the different injuries that can be encountered. At the same time, radiologists are advised to remember that for children up to five years of age, some non-accidental imaging findings may appear to coincide with those found in accidental head trauma.

Head trauma (HT) in pediatric patients is the number one cause of mortality and morbidity in children. Although computer tomography (CT) imaging provides ample information in assessing acute traumatic brain injuries (TBIs), there are instances when magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) is needed. Due to its high sensitivity in diagnosing small bleeds, MRI offers a well-documented evaluation of primary acute TBIs. Our pictorial essay aims to present some of the latest imaging protocols employed in head trauma and review some practical considerations. Injury mechanisms in accidental HT, lesions' topography, and hematoma signal variability over time are also discussed. Acute primary intra- and extra-axial lesions and their MRI aspect are showcased using images from patients in our hospital. This pictorial essay has an educational purpose. It is intended to guide young emergency and intensive care unit doctors, neurologists, and neurosurgeons in diagnosing acute primary TBIs on MRI while waiting for the official radiologist's report. The presentation focuses on the most frequent traumatic lesions encountered in acute pediatric head trauma.

BACKGROUND: The antimicrobial resistance (AMR) of Klebsiella pneumoniae recorded a steep upward trend over the last two decades, among which carbapenem-resistant Klebsiella pneumoniae (CRKP) is one of the most concerning strains considering the development and spread of AMR. The aim of this study was to analyze the evolution of AMR for Klebsiella pneumoniae and to describe the risk factors of AMR for Klebsiella pneumoniae, including the COVID-19 pandemic. METHODS: We conducted a retrospective study on Klebsiella pneumoniae non-duplicative isolates collected from patients admitted to a tertiary hospital in Bucharest, Romania, from January 2019 to December 2021. We evaluated AMR changes by comparing resistance between 2019 and the mean of 2020-2021. RESULTS: The rates of AMR increased for third-generation cephalosporins, carbapenems, aminoglycosides, fluoroquinolones, and colistin and decreased for trimethoprim/sulfamethoxazole (TMP/SMX), 45.7% in 2019 vs. 28.3% in 2021. A longer length of hospital stay (ꭓ2 = 49.68, p < 0.01); recent antibiotic consumption, RR = 1.38, 95% CI [1.21, 1.57]; and recent contact with hospital settings, RR = 1.54, 95% CI [1.32, 1.8] were risk factors for multidrug-resistant (MDR) Klebsiella pneumoniae. CONCLUSIONS: The AMR of Klebsiella pneumoniae increased during 2020-2021 for most of the potential active antibiotics; only TMP/SMX resistance decreased, and it may represent a treatment option for CRKP or MDR Klebsiella pneumoniae infections. Decreasing the excessive use of antibiotics and the implementation of prevention and control measures in healthcare settings are mandatory for avoiding further increases in the AMR rate of Klebsiella pneumoniae.

Background: Bacterial pneumonia caused by Streptococcus pneumoniae continues to be one of the most common medical conditions in the pediatric population under 5 years of age, sometimes requiring prolonged hospitalizations and high costs. The time period (3 to 7 days) from the collection of biological samples (ie nasal exudate, pharyngeal exudate, sputum, blood culture and various secretions) to the arrival of the results has been a much discussed issue. Thus, the use of a rapid diagnostic test for Streptococcus pneumoniae urinary antigen, which is easy to use, may lead after the result is known to a targeted therapeutic management and thus to a favorable prognosis of the disease for the patient. Methods: This case report presents the case of a 4 years and 5 months old patient diagnosed with invasive pneumococcal-associated pneumococcal infection in the context of SARS-COV2 infection. Results: The clinical course was slowly favorable with complications that required a long hospitalization. Conclusion: In conclusion, some rapid diagnostic techniques, clinician judgment and some prevention methods, such as vaccination, can improve a patient's quality of life. One prospect for the future would be the development of new vaccines covering other aggressive Streptococcus pneumoniae serotypes.

This study explores the antibacterial efficacy and cytotoxicity of ciprofloxacin-functionalized bioceramic implants. We synthesized hydroxyapatite-ciprofloxacin (HACPXCS) composites and applied them to titanium substrates (Ti-HA-CPX), evaluating their performance in vitro against Staphylococcus aureus (ATCC 25923) and Escherichia coli (ATCC 25922). Antibacterial activity was assessed using the Kirby-Bauer disc diffusion method, while cytotoxicity was tested using mesenchymal stem cells. The results demonstrated that Ti-HA-CPX exhibited superior antibacterial activity, with inhibition zones of 33.5 mm (MIC 0.5 µg/mL) for Staphylococcus aureus (ATCC 25923) and 27.5 mm (MIC 0.25 µg/mL) for Escherichia coli (ATCC 25922). However, Ti-HA-CPX showed moderate cytotoxicity (80% cell viability). HACPXCS composites, whether chemically synthesized or mechanically mixed (HACPXMM), also displayed significant antibacterial activity, but with cytotoxicity ranging from low to moderate levels. Molecular docking studies confirmed strong binding affinities between ciprofloxacin and bacterial proteins, correlating with enhanced antibacterial efficacy. These findings suggest that Ti-HA-CPX composites offer a promising approach for single-stage surgical interventions in treating chronic osteomyelitis and infected fractures, balancing antibacterial effectiveness with manageable cytotoxicity.

The study evaluates the osteointegration of hydroxyapatite (HAp) and hydroxyapatite-titanium (HApTi) biocomposites implanted in the femurs of rabbits. The biocomposites were fabricated using powder metallurgy and subjected to a two-step sintering process. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) was employed to analyze the morphology, while mesenchymal stem cells were cultured to assess cytotoxicity and proliferation. In vivo experiments involved the implantation of HAp in the left femur and HApTi in the right femur of twenty New Zealand white rabbits. Computed tomography (CT) scans, histological, immunohistochemical, and histomorphometric analyses were performed to assess bone density and osteoblast activity. Results demonstrated that HApTi implants showed superior osteointegration, with higher peri-implant bone density and increased osteoblast count compared to HAp implants. This study concluded that HApTi biocomposites have potential for enhanced bone healing and stability in orthopedic applications.

BACKGROUND: Liver uptake in [68Ga]Ga-PSMA-11 PET is used as an internal reference in addition to clinical parameters to select patients for [177Lu]Lu-PSMA-617 radioligand therapy (RLT). Due to increased demand, [68Ga]Ga-PSMA-11 was replaced by [18F]F-PSMA-1007, a more lipophilic tracer with different biodistribution and splenic uptake was suggested as a new internal reference. We compared the intra-patient tracer distribution between [68Ga]Ga-PSMA-11 and [18F]F-PSMA-1007. METHODS: Fifty patients who underwent PET examinations in two centers with both [18F]F-PSMA-1007 and [68Ga]Ga-PSMA-11 within one year were included. Mean standardized uptake values (SUVmean) were obtained for liver, spleen, salivary glands, blood pool, and bone. Primary tumor, local recurrence, lymph node, bone or visceral metastasis were also assessed for intra- and inter-individual comparison. RESULTS: Liver SUVmean was significantly higher with [18F]F-PSMA-1007 (11.7 ± 3.9) compared to [68Ga]Ga-PSMA-11 (5.4 ± 1.7, p < .05) as well as splenic SUVmean (11.2 ± 3.5 vs.8.1 ± 3.5, p < .05). The blood pool was comparable between the two scans. Malignant lesions did not show higher SUVmean on [18F]F-PSMA-1007. Intra-individual comparison of liver uptake between the two scans showed a linear association for liver uptake with SUVmean [68Ga]Ga-PSMA-11 = 0.33 x SUVmean [18F]F-PSMA-1007 + 1.52 (r = .78, p < .001). CONCLUSION: Comparing biodistribution of [68Ga]Ga and [18F]F tracers, liver uptake on [68Ga]Ga-PSMA-11 PET is the most robust internal reference value. Liver uptake of [18F]F-PSMA-1007 was significantly higher, but so was the splenic uptake. The strong intra-individual association of hepatic accumulation between the two scans may allow using of a conversion factor for [18F]F-PSMA-1007 as a basis for RLT selection.

Adipose tissue can recruit catabolic adipocytes that utilize chemical energy to dissipate heat. This process occurs either by uncoupled respiration through uncoupling protein 1 (UCP1) or by utilizing ATP-dependent futile cycles (FCs). However, it remains unclear how these pathways coexist since both processes rely on the mitochondrial membrane potential. Utilizing single-nucleus RNA sequencing to deconvolute the heterogeneity of subcutaneous adipose tissue in mice and humans, we identify at least 2 distinct subpopulations of beige adipocytes: FC-adipocytes and UCP1-beige adipocytes. Importantly, we demonstrate that the FC-adipocyte subpopulation is highly metabolically active and utilizes FCs to dissipate energy, thus contributing to thermogenesis independent of Ucp1. Furthermore, FC-adipocytes are important drivers of systemic energy homeostasis and linked to glucose metabolism and obesity resistance in humans. Taken together, our findings identify a noncanonical thermogenic adipocyte subpopulation, which could be an important regulator of energy homeostasis in mammals.
