RESUMEN
Metastatic Crohn disease (MCD) is an unusual type of cutaneous Crohn disease characterized by skin lesions separated from the lesions of the gastrointestinal tract. The diagnosis of MCD is essentially histological,showing noncaseating granulomas in the dermis and subcutaneous fat tissue. We report a case of MCD with vulvar involvement and clinical, histopathological, and ultrasonographic findings of this disease.

Mid-dermal elastolylis (MDE) is an uncommon skin disorder characterized by a loss of elastic fibers in the mid dermis. The pathogenesis of MDE still remains unclear. This entity usually affects the neck, trunk, and upper extremities. Three clinical patterns have been described: patches of fine wrinkles, perifollicular papular protusions, and persistent reticular erythema. We report a patient with disseminated MDE.
