RESUMEN
As a popular medicinal plant traditionally used in Tibet of China, Nepeta angustifolia C. Y. Wu is mainly administered to treat apoplexia, cerebral haemorrhage, fainting and epilepsy and other symptoms, while its effect on hyperuricemia is still unclear. In the present study, we evaluated the improvement of the 70% ethanol extract of Nepeta angustifolia C. Y. Wu in fructose-induced hyperuricemic mice. The results revealed that Nepeta angustifolia C. Y. Wu significantly decreased blood glucose and blood lipid levels, as well as lowering the urinary levels of uric acid, creatinine and urea nitrogen. Meanwhile, it effectively restored the serum levels of uric acid, creatinine and urea nitrogen and inhibited serum and hepatic XOD activities and renal oxidative stress, while suppressing the secretions of TNF-α, IL-1ß and IL-6 in kidney. Nepeta angustifolia C. Y. Wu also attenuated the infiltration of inflammatory cells and reduced the production and accumulation of glycogen and collagen, while restoring the dysregulated protein expressions of renal URAT1, GLUT9, OAT1 and OAT3. In summary, our results support the idea that Nepeta angustifolia C. Y. Wu is a promising agent for treating hyperuricemia.

The disposable photophobic infusion was used to simulate clinical infusion under different conditions. The simulated liquid was collected every 30 min (total 4 h),and detected the additives (Fe3+, MDA and antioxidant 1076) in simulated liquid by spectroscopic method and chromatography method. The method is simple and stable, and can be used for the technical monitoring of the disposable photophobic infusion set in the future.

To established an effective GC-MS /MS method for the contents determination of the residual DEHP in injection equipment, and investigate the effect of the pretreatment on the measurement. To simulate the clinical conditions of use, under the condition of 37 degrees C balance extraction, extract liquor by chloroform extraction, then the extract followed by analysis of GC-MS /MS. The method was simple, rapid, sensitive and accurate. The limits of quantitation (LOQ, S/N = 5) of cyclohexanone was 0.075 µg/mL, The spiked average recoveries ranged from 92% to 98%. The relative standard deviations (RSDs) of the method ranged from 1.01% to 1.61%, The method was simple, fast, sensitive and accurate, and may serve as a mass control method for residual DEHP in injection equipment.

An effective GC method was established for contents determination of the residual solvent of cyclohexanone in infusion sets for single use. The cyclohexanone in infusion sets for single use products were extracted with circular pump, using ethylalcohol as the extraction solven, then the extract followed by analysis of gas chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry. The method was simple, rapid, sensitive and accurate, Cyclohexanone showed good linearity in the range of (5.5-190.9) µg/mL, the correlation coefficient was 0.999 0, the detection limit (S/N = 3) was 0.133 µg/mL and limits of quantitation (S/N = 10) was 1.33 µg/mL. The spiked average recoveries ranged from 98% to 99%. The relative standard deviations (RSDs) of the method ranged from 1.03% to 1.98%. The method was simple, fast, sensitive and accurate, and may serve as a mass control method for residual cyclohexanone in disposable infusion sets for single use.

A general procedure for the nucleophilic addition of organozinc halides with nitrones in the presence of trimethylsilyl chloride has been developed. Trimethylsilyl chloride was found to be both an indispensable reaction promoter and a ready hydroxylamine protective agent in these reactions. The produced O-(trimethylsilyl)hydroxylamines can be easily reduced into corresponding amines just by a zinc-copper couple in saturated aqueous NH(4)Cl solution.

Analyzed the purity of the Perfluorooctane used for Ophthalmic operation using the FID (Flame Ionization Detector) method after the qualitative analysis of that. Research and discussion of the 1--hydrogen perfluorocarbon octane, which is the typical impurity of Perfluorooctane. The standard recovery of the 1--hydrogen perfluorocarbon octane is 93%-97% within the range of linearity, and the RSD (relative standard deviation) is below 2%. The above test method has the advantages of easy operation, stability and accuracy. So it is a good reference support to bring the specification of quality control of the Perfluorooctane which is used for Ophthalmic operation into YY of medical device.
