OBJECTIV: To evaluate the risk factors of new osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures (OVCFs) after percutaneous vertebroplasty (PVP). METHODS: From January 2016 to November 2019, patients suffering from OVCFs were retrospectively reviewed. The independent influence factors for new OVCFs after PVP were assessed, from following variables: age, sex, BMI, BMD, history of alcoholism, smoking, hypertension, diabetes, glucocorticoid use, and prior vertebral fractures, the number of initial fractures, mean cement volume, method of puncture, D-type of cement leakage and regular anti-osteoporosis treatment. RESULTS: A total of 268 patients with 347 levels met the inclusion criteria and were finally included in this study. 49 levels of new OVCFs among 33 patients (12.31%) were observed during the follow-up period. It indicated that female (Adjusted OR: 6.812, 95%CI: [1.096, 42.337], P = 0.040), lower BMD (Adjusted OR: 0.477, 95%CI: [0.300, 0.759], P = 0.002), prior vertebral fractures (Adjusted OR: 16.145, 95%CI: [5.319, 49.005], P = 0.000), and regular anti-osteoporosis treatment (Adjusted OR: 0.258, 95%CI: [0.086, 0.774], P = 0.016) were independent influence factors for new OVCF. The cut-off value of BMD to reach new OVCF was -3.350, with a sensitivity of 0.660 and a specificity of 0.848. CONCLUSION: Female, lower BMD (T- score of lumbar), prior vertebral fractures and regular anti-osteoporosis treatment were independent influencing factors. BMD (T- score of lumbar) lower than -3.350 would increase risk for new OVCF, and none osteoporotic treatment has detrimental effect on new onset fractures following PVP.

PURPOSE: The aim of this study was to develop a nomogram specially for predicting overall survival (OS) for Chinese patients with neuroblastoma (NB). METHODS: Patients with pathologically confirmed NB who were newly diagnosed and received treatments at our hospital from October 2013 to October 2021 were retrospectively reviewed. The nomogram for OS were built based on Cox regression analysis. The validation of the prognostic model was evaluated by concordance index (C-index), calibration curves, and decision curve analyses (DCAs). RESULTS: A total of 254 patients with NB were included in this study. They were randomly divided into a training cohort (n = 178) and a validation cohort (n = 76) at a ratio of 7:3. Multivariate analyses revealed that prognostic variables significantly related to the OS were age at diagnosis, bone metastasis, hepatic metastasis, INSS stage, MYCN status and DNA ploidy. The nomogram was constructed based on above 6 factors. The C-index values of the nomogram for predicting 3-year and 5-year OS were 0.926 and 0.964, respectively. The calibration curves of the nomogram showed good consistency between nomogram prediction and actual survival. The DCAs showed great clinical usefulness of the nomograms. Furthermore, patients with low-risk identified by our nomogram had much higher OS than those with high-risk (p < 0.001). CONCLUSION: The nomogram we constructed exhibited good predictive performance and could be used to assist clinicians in their decision-making process.

PURPOSE: To investigate the feasibility, safety, and efficacy of the KangDuo Surgical Robot-01 (KD-SR-01) system for robot-assisted radical nephroureterectomy (UTUC). MATERIALS AND METHODS: This prospective, single-center, single-arm clinical study of patients with UTUC was conducted from August 2022 to July 2023 using the KD-SR-01 system. The perioperative and follow-up data were prospectively recorded. The National Aeronautics and Space Administration Task Load Index was calculated to present ergonomics. The technique was described in detail. RESULTS: A total of 13 patients underwent RARNU. None of the cases conversed to laparoscopic surgery or open surgery. The median docking time and console time were 524 (range, 139-963) seconds and 102.2 (range, 55.3-249.3) minutes, respectively. The median estimated blood loss was 40 (range, 10-100) ml. None of the patients required intraoperative blood transfusion. The median postoperative hospital stay was 4 (range, 2-7) days. Intraoperative or postoperative complications (Clavien-Dindo grade I) occurred in 9 patients. The surgeon Task Load Index global score achieved 1.05±1.86. Three patients received the single-docking technique, demonstrating similar perioperative results compared to patients with re-docking. CONCLUSIONS: The KD-SR-01 system was feasible, safe, and effective for robot-assisted radical nephroureterectomy.

BACKGROUND: This study presents a case of rapidly developing respiratory failure due to antisynthetase syndrome (AS) following coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) in a 33-year-old man diagnosed with Klinefelter syndrome (KS). CASE SUMMARY: A 33-year-old man with a diagnosis of KS was admitted to the Department of Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine of a tertiary hospital in China for fever and shortness of breath 2 wk after the onset of COVID-19. Computed tomography of both lungs revealed diffuse multiple patchy heightened shadows in both lungs, accompanied by signs of partial bronchial inflation. Metagenomic next-generation sequencing of the bronchoalveolar lavage fluid suggested absence of pathogen. A biopsy specimen revealed organizing pneumonia with alveolar septal thickening. Additionally, extensive auto-antibody tests showed strong positivity for anti-SSA, anti-SSB, anti-Jo-1, and anti-Ro-52. Following multidisciplinary discussions, the patient received a final diagnosis of AS, leading to rapidly progressing respiratory failure. CONCLUSION: This study underscores the clinical progression of AS-associated interstitial lung disease subsequent to viral infections such as COVID-19 in patients diagnosed with KS.

Adult lung resident stem/progenitor cells, including P63+ progenitor cells, have demonstrated the capacity for regeneration of lung epithelium in preclinical models. Here, we report a clinical trial of intrapulmonary P63+ progenitor cell transplantation in 28 participants with stage II to IV chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Autologous P63+ progenitor cells were isolated from the airway basal layer of participants in the intervention group via bronchoscopic brushing, cultured for 3 to 5 weeks, and then transplanted back into the lungs via bronchoscopy at 0.7 × 106 to 5.2 × 106 cells per kilogram of body weight. Twenty patients were evaluable at the end of the study (intervention group, n = 17; control group, n = 3). No grade 3 to 5 adverse events (AEs) or serious AEs occurred. Although bronchoscopy-associated AEs were recorded in participants in the intervention group, other AEs were not substantial different between groups. Twenty-four weeks after transplantation, participants in the intervention group displayed improvement in gas transfer capacity [diffusing capacity of the lung for carbon monoxide (DLCO) change from baseline: +18.2%], whereas the control group experienced a decrease (DLCO change from baseline: -17.4%; P = 0.008). Furthermore, participants in the intervention group showed >30-meter increase in walking distance within 6 minutes. Transcriptomic analysis of progenitor cells isolated from responding and nonresponding individuals in the intervention group showed that higher expression of P63 was associated with treatment efficacy. In conclusion, transplantation of cultured P63+ lung progenitor cells was safe and might represent a potential therapeutic strategy for COPD.

Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) is a progressive disease that can further evolve towards liver fibrosis and hepatocellular carcinoma in the end stage. Costunolide (Cos) is a natural sesquiterpene lactone that exhibits both anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties. However, the therapeutic effect of Cos on NAFLD is not clear. In this study, we explored the potential protective effect and mechanism of Cos on NAFLD. C57BL/6 mice were fed with high-fat diet (HFD) to induce NAFLD. Cos was administered by gavage to observe the effect of Cos on NAFLD. We demonstrated that oral administration of Cos reduced HFD-induced hepatic fibrosis and the release of inflammatory cytokines, limiting the generation of reactive oxygen species. In vitro experiments revealed that pretreatment with Cos significantly decreased PA-induced production of inflammatory cytokines and fibrosis in AML-12 cells. Mechanism study showed that the effect of Cos was correlated to the induction of Nrf-2 and inhibition of NF-κB pathways. Collectively, these findings indicated that Cos exerts hepatoprotective effect against NAFLD through blocking inflammation and oxidative stress. Our study suggested that Cos might be an effective pharmacotherapy for the treatment of NAFLD.

Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) is a common metabolic disease that is substantially associated with obesity-induced chronic inflammation. Macrophage activation and macrophage-medicated inflammation play crucial roles in the development and progression of NAFLD. Furthermore, fibroblast growth factor receptor 1 (FGFR1) has been shown to be essentially involved in macrophage activation. This study investigated the role of FGFR1 in the NAFLD pathogenesis and indicated that a high-fat diet (HFD) increased p-FGFR1 levels in the mouse liver, which is associated with increased macrophage infiltration. In addition, macrophage-specific FGFR1 knockout or administration of FGFR1 inhibitor markedly protected the liver from HFD-induced lipid accumulation, fibrosis, and inflammatory responses. The mechanistic study showed that macrophage-specific FGFR1 knockout alleviated HFD-induced liver inflammation by suppressing the activation of MAPKs and TNF signaling pathways and reduced fat deposition in hepatocytes, thereby inhibiting the activation of hepatic stellate cells. In conclusion, the results of this research revealed that FGFR1 could protect the liver of HFD-fed mice by inhibiting MAPKs/TNF-mediated inflammatory responses in macrophages. Therefore, FGFR1 can be employed as a target to prevent the development and progression of NAFLD.

The objective of this study is to explore the safety and effectiveness of two new models of KangDuo surgical robots for partial nephrectomy in porcine models, and evaluate the ergonomic characteristics from both subjective and objective perspectives. Twelve porcine models were equally divided for KD-SR-1500 (three-arm) and KD-SR-2000 (four-arm). The perioperative outcomes, and physical and mental workload of the surgeon were compared. Physical workload was evaluated with surface electromyography. Mental workload was evaluated with NASA-TLX. All surgeries were performed successfully. There were no differences in perioperative variables (p > 0.05). There were no perioperative complications. The mental workload in both groups was at a low level. KD-SR-2000 showed advantages in physical workload (p < 0.01). KD-SR-1500 and KD-SR-2000 are technically feasible, valid, and safe for RAPN in porcine models. KD-SR-2000 had ergonomic advantages over KD-SR-1500.

MiRNAs are small endogenous non-coding RNAs that have been demonstrated to be involved in post-transcriptional gene silencing, regulating a number of metabolic functions in the human body, including immune response, cellular physiology, organ development, angiogenesis, signaling, and other aspects. As popular molecules that have been studied in previous years, given their extensive regulatory functions, miRNAs hold considerable promise as non-invasive biomarkers. Sexually transmitted infections(STIs) are still widespread and have an adverse effect on individuals, communities, and society worldwide. miRNAs in the regulatory networks are generally involved in their molecular processes of formation and development. In this review, we discuss the value of miRNAs for the diagnosis of STIs.

Pesticides represent one of the largest intentional inputs of potentially hazardous compounds into agricultural soils. However, as an important vegetable producing country, surveys on pesticide residues in soils of vegetable production areas are scarce in China. This study presented the occurrence, spatial distribution, correlation between vegetable types and pesticides, and ecological risk evaluation of 94 current-use pesticides in 184 soil samples from vegetable production areas of Zhejiang province (China). The ecological risks of pesticides to soil biota were evaluated with toxicity exposure ratios (TERs) and risk quotient (RQ). The pesticide concentrations varied largely from below the limit of quantification to 20703.06 µg/kg (chlorpyrifos). The situation of pesticide residues in Jiaxing is more serious than in other cities. Soils in the vegetable areas are highly diverse in pesticide combinations. Eisenia fetida suffered exposure risk from multiple pesticides. The risk posed by chlorpyrifos, which exhibited the highest RQs at all scenarios, was worrisome. Only a few pesticides accounted for the overall risk of a city, while the other pesticides make little or zero contribution. This work will guide the appropriate use of pesticides and manage soil ecological risks, achieving green agricultural production.

INTRODUCTION: Myocardial ischaemia reperfusion injury (MIRI) determines infarct size and long-term outcomes after acute myocardial infarction (AMI). Dapagliflozin, a sodium-glucose cotransporter 2 inhibitor, alleviates MIRI in animal models. METHOD: We investigated the potential mechanisms underlying the cardioprotective effect of dapagliflozin against MIRI, focusing on mitochondrial injury and mitophagy. MIRI mouse and H9C2 cell models were established. RESULTS: 2,3,5-Triphenyltetrazolium chloride (TTC) staining showed a significant alleviation of MIRI after pre-treatment of dapagliflozin compared to the model group (14.91±1.76 vs. 40.47±3.69%). Data from the pre-treatment dapagliflozin group showed a significant decrease in left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) (44.8±2.7 vs. 28.5±5.3%, P<0.01), left ventricular end-diastolic volume (LVEDV) (70.6±9.5 vs. 93.5±13.8 ul, P<0.05), and left ventricular end-systolic volume (LVESV) (39.0± 8.3 vs. 67.9±13.7 ul, P<0.05) compared to the model group. Dapagliflozin also reduced the levels of reactive oxygen species (ROS) and fragmented mitochondrial DNA, reversed the decrease in mitochondrial membrane potential, and suppressed apoptosis. Further study showed that dapagliflozin could protect against mitochondrial injury by rapidly clearing damaged mitochondria via mitophagy in a phosphatase and tensin homologue (PTEN)-induced putative kinase 1 (PINK1)/parkindependent manner. Dapagliflozin regulated mitophagy in cardiomyocytes by suppressing the adenosine 5'monophosphate-activated protein kinase (AMPK)-PINK1/parkin signalling pathway, resulting in attenuated MIRI. CONCLUSION: Dapagliflozin alleviated MIRI by activating mitophagy via the AMPK-PINK1/parkin signalling pathway.

BACKGROUND: Compassionate use is a system that provides patients with expedited access to drugs which has not yet been approved, but currently in clinical trials. The investigational drugs have been authorized for compassionate use in cases involving patients suffered from life-threatening diseases and with no alternative treatments. For instance, patients afflicted with highly heterogeneous rare diseases are eligible for treatment assistance through the compassionate use program. This study aims to investigate the characteristics of compassionate use in the context of rare diseases, evaluate the efficacy and safety of compassionate use for rare diseases, and analyze the marketing approval of investigational drugs. METHODS: The case reports/case series of compassionate use were collected by conducting searches on Embase, PubMed, Web of Science, CNKI and SinoMed, spanning from January 1991 to December 2022. Subsequently, two independent reviewers evaluated these reports. Case reports/case series that met the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria were enrolled. Information extracted from these reports and series included patients' basic information, the investigational drug's name, its indication, adverse events, treatment outcomes, and other relevant data. RESULTS: A total of forty-six studies were included, encompassing 2079 patients with an average age of 38.1 years. Thirty-nine different drugs were involved in 46 studies. Furthermore, neoplasms emerged as the most common therapeutic area for compassionate use in rare disease management (23/46, 50.0%). Regarding the treatment efficacy, four studies reported successful disease resolution, while 35 studies observed symptom improvement among patients. Conversely, four studies documented no significant effects on patients' diseases. Moreover, one study reported worsened results following compassionate use, while the efficacy was not described in 2 studies. Adverse events were reported in 31 studies (67.4%) because of the compassionate use, while no adverse events occurred in 13 studies (28.3%). In other 2 studies, there was no description about whether treatment-emergent adverse events (TEAEs) were happened. 136 patients (6.5%) had Grade 5 adverse events (death), of which 19 deaths (0.9%) were considered to be related to compassionate use. Furthermore, the investigational drugs in 33 studies (33/46, 71.7%) received new drug approval at the end of January 31, 2023.The time lag from the start of the compassionate use to the formal approval of the investigational drug was 790.5 (IQR 359-2199.3) days. We found that in 11 studies, encompassing 9 different drugs, some compassionate use indications had not received regulatory authorities at the end of January 31, 2023. CONCLUSION: The current status of compassionate use for rare diseases was clarified systematically in this study. Compassionate use of investigational drug is a significant treatment option for rare disease. In general, compassionate use appears to demonstrate favorable efficacy in the context of rare diseases, with a significant proportion of compassionate use drugs subsequently receiving marketing approval. However, the safety of drugs for compassionate use cannot be fully evaluated due to the safety data were not covered in some enrolled studies. Therefore, the establishment of an adverse event reporting system specific to compassionate use is warranted.

BACKGROUND: The KangDuo-Surgical Robot-01 (KD-SR-01) system is a new surgical robot recently developed in China. The aim of this study was to present our single-center experience and mid-term outcomes of urological procedures using the KD-SR-01 system. METHODS: From August 2020 to April 2023, consecutive urologic procedures were performed at Peking University First Hospital using the KD-SR-01 system. The clinical features, perioperative data, and follow-up outcomes were prospectively collected and analyzed. RESULTS: A total of 110 consecutive patients were recruited. Among these patients, 28 underwent partial nephrectomy (PN), 41 underwent urinary tract reconstruction (26 underwent pyeloplasty, 3 underwent ureteral reconstruction and 12 underwent ureterovesical reimplantation [UR]), and 41 underwent radical prostatectomy (RP). The median operative time for PN was 112.5 min, 157.0 min for pyeloplasty, 151.0 min for ureteral reconstruction, 142.5 min for UR, and 138.0 min for RP. The median intraoperative blood loss was 10 mL for PN, 10 mL for pyeloplasty, 30 mL for ureteral reconstruction, 20 mL for UR, and 50 mL for RP. All procedures were successfully completed without conversion, and there were no major complications in any patient. The median warm ischemia time of PN was 17.3 min, and positive surgical margin was not noted in any patient. The overall positive surgical margin rate of RP was 39% (16/41), and no biochemical recurrence was observed in any RP patient during the median follow-up of 11.0 months. The surgical success rates of pyeloplasty and UR were 96% (25/26) and 92% (11/12) during the median follow-up of 29.5 months and 11.5 months, respectively. CONCLUSION: The KD-SR-01 system appears feasible, safe, and effective for most urological procedures, based on our single-center experience.

Introduction: Mantle cell lymphoma (MCL) can be stratified into blastoid and classical subtypes based on morphological features, with the former subtype having a poorer prognosis. Despite recent advances in targeted approaches, including multiple bruton tyrosine kinase inhibitors which yield impressive clinical responses and improve prognoses, MCL remains an incurable disease with frequent relapses. Additional therapeutic interventions are therefore unmet medical needs for the management of patients with MCL. Methods: Cell viability and apoptosis assays were employed to analyze the therapeutic interaction of venetoclax combined with selinexor in MCL cells. Western blot was used to investigate the potential mechanism of action for the synergy of venetoclax in combination with selinexor in MCL cells. Results: In this study, we revealed that both blastoid and classical MCL cells were vulnerable to the cytotoxic effects of selinexor, a well-established XPO1 inhibitor, manifested by loss of cell viability and induction of cell apoptosis. Moreover, our data indicated that the addition of venetoclax to selinexor showed synergistically decreased cell viabilities and increased cell deaths in blastoid and classical MCL cells compared to each single drug treatment. Either selinexor or venetoclax treatment alone decreased MCL1 expressions and increased BAX levels in MCL cells, and these effects were further enhanced by their combined regimen. Mechanistically, our findings demonstrated that induction of DNA damage and inactivation of DNA damage response were involved in the synergistic interaction of the drug combination regimen. Conclusion: Collectively, this study might provide a potential attractive therapy option for the treatment of MCL. However, the conclusion needs additional experimental validation in in vivo models and clinical evaluations are mandatory.

YY1 affects tumorigenesis and metastasis in multiple ways. However, the function of YY1 and the potential mechanisms through which it operates in gastric cancer (GC) progression by regulating autophagy remains poorly understood. This study aimed to assess the essential transcription factors (TFs) involved in autophagy regulation in GC. Western blot, RFP-GFP-LC3 double fluorescence and transmission electron microscopy (TEM) assays were used to probe autophagy activity in GC cells. Methylated RNA immunoprecipitation (MeRIP) was utilized to evaluate the ALKBH5-regulated m6A levels of YY1. Gain- and loss-of-function assays were employed in the scrutiny of the biological effects of the ALKBH5/YY1/ATG4B axis on cancer cell proliferation and invasion abilities in vitro. Per the findings, YY1 was identified as a crucial transcriptional activator of cancer autophagy-related genes and promoted the proliferation and aggressiveness of cancer cells associated with enhanced ATG4B-mediated autophagy. However, ectopic ALKBH5 expression abolished the YY1-induced effect via m6A modification. Importantly, YTHDF1 facilitated the mRNA stability of YY1 through m6A recognition. Collectively, this study found that YY1 was regulated by ALKBH5 and YTHDF1-mediated m6A modification and served as an autophagy-dependent tumor driver to accelerate cancer progression through ATG4B transactivation, providing an exploitable therapeutic target for GC.

PURPOSE: Epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) mutation is a prominent driver of lung cancer. Tyrosine kinase inhibitors (TKIs) have shown efficacy in treating EGFR-mutant lung cancer, but the emergence of drug resistance poses a significant challenge. Recent research has highlighted solute carrier family 12 member 8 (SLC12A8) as one of the highly upregulated genes in various cancer types. However, its oncogenic function remains largely unexplored. METHODS: 343 consecutive lung cancer patients were prospectively recruited and were followed for over 10 years. SLC12A8 expression in lung cancer tissues was measured by qPCR and was associated with patient survival. The association of SLC12A8 with TKI resistance was studied in in vitro EGFR-mutant lung cancer cell line as well as in in vivo xenograft tumor model. High-throughput kinome screening was employed to investigate SLC12A8-mediated oncogenic signaling pathway in lung cancer. RESULTS: SLC12A8 is a predictive biomarker of poor prognosis in lung cancer, particularly in patients with EGFR mutations. SLC12A8 overexpression diminishes the effectiveness of TKIs in EGFR-mutant lung cancer, resulting in treatment failure and disease progression. More importantly, SLC12A8-induced TKI resistance is mediated by the PDK1/AKT signaling axis, while silencing SLC12A8 expression inhibits oncogenic PDK1/AKT signaling, restoring TKI sensitivity in lung cancer cells. CONCLUSION: SLC12A8 mediates TKI resistance in EGFR-mutant lung cancer via PDK1/AKT axis. These findings not only advance our understanding of the molecular mechanisms driving TKI resistance, but also offer novel alternative strategies for the treatment of lung cancer.

BACKGROUND: The optimal treatment for some symptomatic, benign osteopathy lesions is yet to be identified. PURPOSE: To investigate the clinical efficiency of cementoplasty in managing symptomatic, benign osteopathy. MATERIAL AND METHODS: Between June 2006 and January 2020, we retrospectively enrolled 31 patients (10 men, 21 women; mean age = 46.5 ± 16.6 years; age range = 20-85 years), accounting for 34 treatment sites, who underwent percutaneous osteoplasty (14 treatment sites) and percutaneous vertebroplasty (20 treatment sites) with digital subtraction angiography (DSA) or DSA combined with computed tomography (CT). All the participants experienced different degrees of clinical symptoms with benign osteopathy lesions. The technical success of the procedure and occurrence of complications were recorded. Follow-up examinations were conducted to assess the treatment outcome using the MacNab criteria. RESULTS: All the participants had a diagnosis of benign osteopathy lesions before or after the cementoplasty. Surgery was successfully completed in all patients. Cement distributions were diffuse and homogeneous, with the complication of cement leakage occurring in 17.6% (6 of 34) of the lesions. The leakage occurred in the intervertebral disc (n = 1), the intra-articular space (n = 1), and the surrounding soft tissue (n = 4). Analysis of the treatment outcome using the MacNab criteria revealed that all patients showed improvement in their clinical symptoms to some extent and in the quality of life. CONCLUSION: Cementoplasty is an effective treatment for symptomatic, benign osteopathy, with the advantage of favorable clinical outcomes, and low complication rate.

Organochlorine pesticides (OCPs) are organic pollutants that are persistent and undegradable in the environment. To investigate their residual concentrations, spatial and temporal distributions, and the relationship with the crops planted, 12 individual OCPs in 687 soil samples from Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Jiangxi provinces of southeast China were examined. The detection frequencies of OCPs in the studied areas were 1.89%-64.9%. The concentrations of dichloro-diphenyl-trichloroethanes (DDTs), hexachlorocyclohexanes (HCHs), and endosulfans ranged from 0.01 to 5659 µg/kg, 0.03-3.58 µg/kg, and 0.05-3235 µg/kg, respectively. Jiangsu was mainly contaminated by p,p'-DDT, p,p'-DDD and endosulfan sulfate, Zhejiang was more polluted by OCPs except δ-HCH, and Jiangxi was more vulnerable to the contamination of OCPs except o,p'-DDE. The partial least-squares discrimination analysis (PLS-DA) model with RX2 36.3-36.8% revealed that compounds with similar chemical properties tended to appear in the same year and month. All crop lands were polluted by DDTs and Endosulfans. The highest concentrations of DDTs and Endosulfans were found in citrus and vegetable fields, respectively. This study offers new insight into the layout and partitioning of OCPs in agricultural land and into insecticide management on public health and ecological safety.
