AIM: Autoimmune nodopathies have specific clinicopathologic features, antibodies directed against nodal proteins (neurofascin 186) or paranodal proteins (neurofascin 155, contactin 1, contactin-associated protein 1 (Caspr1)), and usually have a poor response to first-line therapies for chronic inflammatory demyelinating polyradiculoneuropathy. Anti-Caspr1 nodopathy treated with autologous hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (AHSCT) has not been previously reported. METHODS: We report the first case of an anti-Caspr1 antibody-positive nodopathy refractory to high-intensity immunosuppressive treatment, including rituximab, that responded dramatically to AHSCT. RESULTS: A 53-year-old woman presented with a rapidly progressive generalized ataxic, painful motor, and inflammatory neuropathy supported by neurophysiologic and MRI studies. Initial tests for antibodies to nodal/paranodal proteins were negative. She was treated with multiple courses of intravenous immunoglobulin and methylprednisolone, plasma exchange, rituximab, and cyclophosphamide without significant clinical benefit. Repeated testing for antibodies to nodal/paranodal proteins yielded a positive result for anti-Caspr1/IgG4 isotype antibodies. Given the poor response to multiple high intensity treatments and the relatively young age of the patient, we decided to perform AHSCT at 30 months post-onset. Immediately after AHSCT, she stopped all immunomodulatory or immunosuppressive therapy. The Overall Neuropathy Limitation Score improved from 8/12 to 4/12 at 6 months post-AHSCT. At 3 months post-AHSCT, IgG4 against Caspr1 was negative and no reactivity against paranodes could be detected. CONCLUSION: We report a particularly severe anti-Caspr1 antibody autoimmune nodopathy that responded dramatically to AHSCT. Although the rarity of the disease limits the possibility of larger studies, AHSCT may be a valuable therapy in treatment-refractory cases.

BACKGROUND: Diagnosis and treatment of patients with immune-mediated neuropathies is challenging due to the heterogeneity of the diseases. OBJECTIVES: To assess similarities and differences in the current care of patients with immune-mediated polyneuropathies in specialized centers in Germany within the German neuritis network "Neuritis Netz". MATERIAL AND METHODS: We conducted a cross-sectional survey of nine neurological departments in Germany that specialize in the care of patients with immune-mediated neuropathies. We assessed the diagnosis, the approach to diagnostic work-up and follow-up, typical symptoms at manifestation and progression of the disease, and treatment data. RESULTS: This report includes data from 1529 patients per year treated for immune-mediated neuropathies, of whom 1320 suffered from chronic inflammatory demyelinating polyneuropathy (CIDP). Diagnostic work-up almost always included nerve conduction studies, electromyography, and lumbar puncture in accordance with current guidelines. The use of ultrasound, biopsy, and MRI varied. The most important clinical parameter for therapy monitoring in all centers was motor function in the clinical follow-up examinations. A wide range of different immunosuppressants was used for maintenance therapy in about 15% of patients. CONCLUSIONS: These data provide important epidemiological insights into the care of patients with immune-mediated neuropathies in Germany. The further development of specific recommendations for treatment and follow-up examinations is necessary to ensure a uniform standard of patient care. This effort is greatly facilitated by a structured collaboration between expert centers such as Neuritis Netz.

BACKGROUND: Chronic Inflammatory Demyelinating Polyradiculoneuropathy (CIDP), a rare disorder affecting young adults, causes gradual weakness of the limbs, areflexia and impaired sensory function. New CIDP phenotypes without pathogenic antibodies but with modified cell profiles have been described. Treatments include corticotherapy, intravenous immunoglobulins, and plasmapheresis but the latter's action mechanisms remain unclear. Plasmapheresis supposedly removes toxic agents like antibodies from plasma but it is uncertain whether it has an immune-modulating effect. Also, the refining mechanisms of the two main plasmapheresis techniques-single plasma exchange and double filtration plasmapheresis (DFPP) - are different and unclear. This study aims to compare the evolution of peripheral lymphocyte profiles in patients with CIDP according to their treatment (single centrifugation plasmapheresis or DFPP) to better grasp the action mechanisms of both techniques. METHOD: In this proof-of-concept, monocentric, prospective, Single-Case Experimental Design study, 5 patients are evaluated by alternating their treatment type (single plasma exchange or DFPP) for 6 courses of treatment after randomization to their first treatment type. Each course of treatment lasts 2-4 weeks. For single plasma exchange, 60 ml/kg plasma will be removed from the patient and replaced with albumin solutes, with a centrifugation method to avoid the immunological reaction caused by the membrane used with the filtration method. For DFPP, 60 ml/kg plasma will be removed from the patient with a plasma separator membrane, then processed via a fractionator membrane to remove molecules of a greater size than albumin before returning it to the patient. This technique requires no substitution solutes, only 20 g of albumin to replace what would normally be lost during a session. The primary outcome is the difference between the two plasmapheresis techniques in the variation of the TH1/TH17 ratio over the period D0H0-D0H3 and D0H0-D7. Secondary outcomes include the variation in lymphocyte subpopulations at each session and between therapeutic plasmapheresis techniques, the clinical evolution, tolerance and cost of treatments. DISCUSSION: Understanding the action mechanisms of single plasma exchange and DFPP will help us to offer the right treatment to each patient with CIPD according to efficacy, tolerance and cost. Chronic inflammatory demyelinating polyradiculoneuropathy (CIDP) is a rare, heterogeneous, but treatable autoimmune-mediated peripheral neuropathy characterized by demyelination. CIDP can occur independently or simultaneously with a variety of diseases such as diabetes, monoclonal gammopathy of undetermined significance (MGUS), connective tissue disease, and HIV. It is important to identify CIDP and specific peripheral neuropathies caused by these diseases; this review aims to summarize the CIDP literatures related to diabetes, MGUS, SLE, and HIV, and to be helpful for the management of such patients.

INTRODUCTION/AIMS: Recent guidelines define chronic inflammatory demyelinating polyradiculoneuropathy (CIDP) and possible CIDP. The aims of our study were to evaluate the value of diagnostic tests to support the diagnosis of CIDP in patients with possible CIDP and to identify prognostic factors of therapeutic success. METHODS: We conducted an observational retrospective two-center study between 2014 and 2019. We selected patients with a clinical presentation suggesting CIDP, but whose electrodiagnostic (EDX) test results did not meet the EFNS/PNS 2021 criteria. We analyzed epidemiologic and clinical features, axonal loss on EDX, cerebrospinal fluid (CSF), somatosensory evoked potentials (SSEPs), plexus magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), nerve biopsy, and therapeutic response. RESULTS: We selected 75 patients, among whom 30 (40%) responded to treatment. The positivity rates of CSF analysis, MRI and SSEPs were not influenced by the clinical presentation or by the delay between symptom onset and medical assessment. A high protein level in CSF, female gender, and a relapsing-remitting course predicted the therapeutic response. DISCUSSION: It is important to properly diagnose suspected CIDP not meeting EFNS/PNS 2021 EDX criteria by using supportive criteria. Specific epidemiological factors and a raised CSF protein level predict a response to treatment. Further prospective studies are needed to improve diagnosis and the prognostic value of diagnostic tests in CIDP.

Autoimmune diseases of the peripheral nervous system have so far been treated mainly with exogenous high-dose intravenous immunoglobulins (IVIg), that act through several mechanisms, including neutralization of pathogenic autoantibodies, modulation of lymphocyte activity, interference with antigen presentation, and interaction with Fc receptors, cytokines, and the complement system. Other therapeutic strategies have recently been developed, in part to address the increasing shortage of IVIg, prime among which is the use of B cell depleting monoclonal antibodies, or small molecule inhibitors targeting the B-cell specific kinases. Rituximab, a chimeric monoclonal antibody against CD20 + B lymphocytes, is currently the most used, especially in anti-MAG antibody neuropathy and autoimmune neuropathies with antibodies to nodal/paranodal antigens that are unresponsive to IVIg. After several reports of its efficacy in chronic inflammatory demyelinating polyradiculoneuropathy (CIDP), rituximab is currently under investigation in three Phase 2 trials in CIDP. In addition, the possible role of complement activation in the pathogenesis of chronic autoimmune neuropathies has brought into consideration drugs that can block the complement cascade, such as eculizumab, a monoclonal antibody already assessed in acute polyradiculoneuropathies, and approved for myasthenia gravis. Preliminary data on eculizumab in multifocal motor neuropathy have been published, but randomized controlled studies are pending. Moreover, the neonatal Fc receptor, that recycles IgGs by preventing their lysosome degradation, is an important and attractive pharmacological target. Antibodies against FcRn, which reduce circulating IgG (both pathogenic and non-pathogenic) have been developed. The FcRn blocker efgartigimod, a humanized IgG1-derived Fc fragment, which competitively inhibits the FcRn, has recently been approved for the treatment of myasthenia gravis and is currently under investigation in CIDP. In addition, the anti-human FcRn monoclonal antibody rozanolixizumab is currently being assessed in phase 2 trials in CIDP. However, none of the abovementioned monoclonal antibodies is currently approved for treatment of any immune-mediated neuropathies. While more specific and individualized therapies are being developed, the possibility of combined treatments targeting different pathogenic mechanisms deserves consideration as well.

BACKGROUND: Chronic inflammatory demyelinating polyneuropathy (CIDP), stiff-person syndrome (SPS), neuromyelitis optica spectrum disorders (NMOSD) and severe refractory myasthenia gravis (MG) are immune-mediated neurological diseases that severely affect patients' functionality and quality of life, with a considerable percentage undergoing relapse or not responding to conventional treatment options. Autologous hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (auto-HSCT) has emerged as a potential second-line treatment alternative. METHODS: We performed a literature review in PubMed/Medline, EMBASE, Web of Science and Cochrane Library from inception to September 2021 of reported cases and studies of CIDP, SPS, NMOSD and MG that underwent HSCT as a treatment option. RESULTS: A total of 173 patients who underwent HSCT were found, including 32 patients described in case reports and 60 in a phase 2 clinical trial with CIDP, 29 patients with SPS, 42 patients with NMOSD and 10 patients with refractory MG. Complete remission was documented in 68/92 patients with CIDP, 13/29 with SPS and 10/10 with MG. From the NMOSD cases, 24/42 were relapse-free at last follow-up, with 13/33 having negative anti-AQ4 antibodies after HSCT. From all the included studies, only 8/173 patients received an allogeneic HSCT, 4/8 after a failed auto-HSCT. All showed clinical improvement and disease remission. CONCLUSION: HSCT has the potential to induce long-term remission in patients with CIDP, NMOSD, SPS or MG with adequate safety and tolerability. Collaboration between centers is needed to implement larger, homogeneous prospective studies, focusing on immunological correlates of favorable long-term response.

Chronic inflammatory demyelinating polyradiculoneuropathy (CIDP) is an autoimmune neuropathy involving peripheral nerve and nerve roots. The pathological hallmark of CIDP is macrophage-induced demyelination. Antibodies against nerve fibers, complement decomposition, abnormalities in plasma and cerebrospinal fluid cytokine profile, and changes of peripheral blood cell proportion were also reported in CIDP patients. These findings in immunopathology provide support for the introduction of potential therapeutic options for the treatment of CIDP. In this review, we systematically listed the potential therapeutic strategies targeting different components of the immune system by comparing the treatment of other autoimmune inflammatory diseases of the nervous system. Several ongoing clinical trials will assess the efficacy and safety of potential CIDP treatments.

Autologous haematopoietic stem cell transplantation is an emerging treatment option in refractory chronic inflammatory demyelinating polyradiculoneuropathy. We describe a case of a 46-year-old male, with history of IgG/lambda monoclonal gammopathy, who was diagnosed with chronic inflammatory demyelinating polyradiculoneuropathy at 27 years of age. After an initial 10-year period of corticotherapy response, the patient experienced severe relapses and disease progression, evolving to a refractory state. First-line and escalating treatment could not achieve clinical stabilization, leading to severe disability. Pre-treatment with ibrutinib was initiated and autologous haematopoietic stem cell transplantation was performed without significant complications. Marked clinical improvement was observed in the following months, both subjective and objective. A significant proportion of the patients who respond to the first-line immunosuppressive therapy eventually become treatment-refractory. Autologous haematopoietic stem cell transplantation may be a treatment option, offering long-term remission with an overall acceptable side effect and risk profile.

A 56-year-old woman presented with 3 months history of all four limbs' numbness in glove and stocking distribution. A week before admission, she developed all four limbs' weakness and numbness. Brain and whole spine imaging revealed no lesions, and cerebrospinal fluid showed high protein. A nerve conduction study revealed severe sensorimotor polyneuropathy, and she was diagnosed with chronic inflammatory demyelinating polyneuropathy. We treated her with plasma exchange and later developed bilateral pulmonary embolism, deep venous thrombosis and worsening of weakness. The second set of seven sessions of plasma exchange gave her improvement in muscle strength. However, after a chest infection, another neurological deterioration occurred. The third set of plasma exchanges resulted in excellent response. Nineteen months into her illness she developed a headache followed by left upper limb weakness and focal seizures with left side involvement. Brain imaging revealed a right frontal enhancing lesion that required resection, and biopsy showed diffuse large B-cell lymphoma. She was treated with chemotherapy and whole-brain radiation therapy and remained with left-sided weakness.

Reliable and responsive tools for monitoring disease activity and treatment outcomes in patients with neuropathies are lacking. With the emergence of ultrasensitive blood bioassays, proteins released with nerve damage are potentially useful response biomarkers for many neurological disorders, including polyneuropathies. In this review, we provide an overview of the existing literature focusing on potential applications in polyneuropathy clinical care and trials. Whilst several promising candidates have been identified, no studies have investigated if any of these proteins can serve as response biomarkers of longitudinal disease activity, except for neurofilament light (NfL). For NfL, limited evidence exists supporting a role as a response biomarker in Guillain-Barré syndrome, vasculitic neuropathy, and chronic inflammatory demyelinating polyradiculoneuropathy (CIDP). Most evidence exists for NfL as a response biomarker in hereditary transthyretin-related amyloidosis (hATTR). At the present time, the role of NfL is therefore limited to a supporting clinical tool or exploratory endpoint in trials. Future developments will need to focus on the discovery of additional biomarkers for anatomically specific and other forms of nerve damage using high-throughput technologies and highly sensitive analytical platforms in adequality powered studies of appropriate design. For NfL, a better understanding of cut-off values, the relation to clinical symptoms and long-term disability as well as dynamics in serum on and off treatment is needed to further expand and proceed towards implementation.

Autoimmune neurological disorders are commonly treated with immunosuppressive therapy. In patients with refractory conditions, standard immunosuppression is often insufficient for complete recovery or to prevent relapses. These patients rely on other treatments to manage their disease. While treatment of refractory cases differs between diseases, intravenous immunoglobulin, plasma exchange (PLEX), and immune-modulating treatments are commonly used. In this review, we focus on five autoimmune neurological disorders that were the themes of the 2018 Midlands Neurological Society meeting on PLEX in refractory neurology: Autoimmune Encephalitis (AE), Multiple Sclerosis (MS), Neuromyelitis Optica Spectrum disorders (NMOSD), Chronic Inflammatory Demyelinating Polyradiculoneuropathy (CIDP) and Myasthenia Gravis (MG). The diagnosis of inflammatory neuropathies is often challenging, and while PLEX can be very effective in refractory autoimmune diseases, its ineffectiveness can be confounded by misdiagnosis. One example is POEMS syndrome (characterized by Polyneuropathy Organomegaly, Endocrinopathy, Myeloma protein, Skin changes), which is often wrongly diagnosed as CIDP; and while CIDP responds well to PLEX, POEMS does not. Accurate diagnosis is therefore essential. Success rates can also differ within 'one' disease: e.g. response rates to PLEX are considerably higher in refractory relapsing remitting MS compared to primary or secondary progressive MS. When sufficient efforts are made to correctly pinpoint the diagnosis along with the type and subtype of refractory autoimmune disease, PLEX and other immunotherapies can play a valuable role in the patient management.

Paraproteinemia is associated with different peripheral neuropathies. The major causes of neuropathy correlated with paraproteinemia are the deposition of immunoglobulin in the myelin, represented by anti-myelin-associated glycoprotein (MAG) neuropathy; deposition of immunoglobulin or its fragment in the interstitium, represented by immunoglobulin light chain amyloidosis (AL amyloidosis); and paraneoplastic mechanisms that cannot be solely attributed to the deposition of immunoglobulin or its fragment, represented by polyneuropathy, organomegaly, endocrinopathy, monoclonal gammopathy, and skin change (POEMS) syndrome. Patients with anti-MAG neuropathy and POEMS syndrome present with slowing of nerve conduction parameters. This characteristic fulfills the electrodiagnostic criteria for chronic inflammatory demyelinating polyneuropathy (CIDP) defined by the European Academy of Neurology and Peripheral Nerve Society (EAN/PNS). Although direct damage caused by the deposition of amyloid can induce axonal damage in AL amyloidosis, some patients with this condition have features fulfilling the EAN/PNS electrodiagnostic criteria for CIDP. Conventional immunotherapies for CIDP, such as steroids, intravenous immunoglobulin, and plasma exchange, offer no or only minimal-to-modest benefit. Although rituximab can reduce the level of circulating autoantibodies, it may only be effective in some patients with anti-MAG neuropathy. Drugs including melphalan, thalidomide, lenalidomide, and bortezomib for POEMS syndrome and those including melphalan, thalidomide, lenalidomide, pomalidomide, bortezomib, ixazomib, and daratumumab for AL amyloidosis are considered. Since there will be more therapeutic options in the future, thereby enabling appropriate treatments for individual neuropathies, there is an increasing need for early diagnosis.

Chronic inflammatory demyelinating polyradiculoneuropathy (CIDP) is an immune-mediated and treatable disease that may be associated with various systemic conditions. Our objective is to describe the clinical, electrophysiological and pathological data of a series of patients with both CIDP and hemopathy. In this retrospective study, we analyzed 21 patients with CIDP and various hemopathies (malignant or not), consecutively observed for almost five years. In this particular context (with a risk of neurological complications of the hemopathy), a nerve biopsy was taken from each patient (after written consent). All the patients fulfilled the EAN/PNS electrodiagnostic criteria (2021) of CIDP: 16 with 'CIDP' and 2 with 'possible CIDP' (no data for 3 patients). For each patient, pathological analysis of nerve biopsy was compatible with the diagnosis of CIDP, and there was no evidence for hematological complication of the peripheral nervous system. In cases of peripheral neuropathy and malignant hemopathy, the possibility that the peripheral neuropathy is CIDP should not be overlooked because CIDP is clearly accessible to appropriate therapies, with high potential for a positive clinical response. If the diagnosis of CIDP is usually suspected clinically and electrophysiologically, it should be confirmed by pathological study (nerve biopsy) in certain cases. The management of such patients benefits from the collaboration of neurologists, hematologists and oncologists.

Chronic inflammatory demyelinating polyneuropathy (CIDP) is an autoimmune disorder causing inflammatory demyelination of peripheral nerves and consecutive disability. Diagnostic criteria and treatments are well established, but it is unknown how clinical practice may differ in different geographical regions. In this multicentre study, clinical management of CIDP was compared in 44 patients from Germany, India and Norway regarding diagnostic and therapeutic procedures. All centres used EFNS/PNS diagnostic criteria for CIDP but diagnostic workup varied regarding screening for infectious diseases, genetic testing and nerve biopsy. Intravenous immunoglobulin and prednisolone were the most common therapies in all centres with differences in indication and dosage. Patients from the Indian cohort were the most severely affected with less diverse therapeutic approaches, whereas psychological strain did not differ significantly from the two other cohorts. Our exploratory study discloses an unaddressed issue in management of CIDP that should be further investigated to optimise standard of care for CIDP worldwide.

Chronic inflammatory demyelinating polyradiculoneuropathy (CIDP) is a dysimmune neuropathy with sensory and/or motor symptoms due to destruction of the myelin sheat secondary to an auto-immune attack. A quarter to a third of patients do not respond to immunomodulatory first line recommended therapies. No second line treatment has shown its effectiveness with a sufficient level of evidence. Autologous hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (AHSCT) is a promising therapy for autoimmune disease, especially for CIDP in recent works. We present in this article an update on the diagnosis of CIDP, its conventional treatments as well as the results of AHSCT in this indication, which was the subject of French recommendations under the aegis of the SFGMTC and neuromuscular disease french faculty (FILNEMUS) as a third line therapy after failure of two first-line and one second-line treatments.

BACKGROUND: Chronic inflammatory demyelinating polyradiculoneuropathy (CIDP) refractory to conventional therapy can lead to marked disability and represents a therapeutic challenge. OBJECTIVE: To report five cases of treatment-refractory disabling CIDP treated with autologous hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (AHSCT). METHODS: This was a retrospective cohort study from a tertiary care referral center for both neuromuscular disease and AHSCT. Patients with CIDP treated with AHSCT between 2008 and 2020 were included. All patients had major persistent and disabling neuropathic deficits despite combinations of intensive immunosuppressive therapy. The primary outcome measures were: Medical Research Council sum score, Overall Neuropathy Limitations Scale and requirement for ongoing CIDP immunotherapy after transplantation. We also analyzed safety outcomes by documenting all severe AHSCT-related complications. RESULTS: Five patients with refractory CIDP underwent AHSCT. Three were classified as manifesting a typical syndrome, two were classified as the multifocal Lewis Sumner variant. The mean age at time of CIDP diagnosis was 33.4 years (range 24-46 years), with a median delay of 46 months (range 21-135 months) between diagnosis and AHSCT. The median follow-up period was 41 months. All five patients were able to wean off CIDP-related immunotherapy. Marked improvements in Medical Research Council scale and overall Neuropathy Limitations Scale were noted in 4/5 patients. One patient with longstanding neurogenic atrophy showed no improvement in disability scales. There were no treatment-related deaths or critical illnesses. CONCLUSIONS: AHSCT can achieve marked sustained clinical improvement of refractory CIDP and may allow for weaning off long-term complex immunotherapies.

Introducción: La polineuropatía desmielinizante inflamatoria crónica (CIDP) es una enfermedad desmielinizante e inflamatoria de mediación autoinmune. El tratamiento convencional es basado en la inmunomodulación e inmunosupresión. El uso de células madre es una terapia novedosa en los trastornos autoinmune, siendo incluida como terapia. Objetivo: Determinar la eficacia de la movilización de células madre mediante la aplicación del factor estimulador de colonias granulocíticas (F-ECG) en pacientes con CIDP que han recibido otras líneas de tratamiento. Material y Métodos: Se realizó un estudio aleatorizado, doble ciego sobre una cohorte de 45 pacientes con CIDP, donde se administró el (F-ECG) en 25 pacientes y 20 continuaron con el tratamiento habitual, tratados anteriormente con otras variantes terapéuticas por más de tres años, sin respuesta satisfactoria. Resultados: Predominio de los hombres para 64,4 por ciento, la Diabetes Mellitus tuvo mayor asociación y la medicación más usada fueron los esteroides. Los síntomas y signos clínicos mejoraron significativamente tras el tratamiento. Los valores de la puntuación del TCSS al mes y 3 meses después del tratamiento disminuyeron significativamente; pero este decremento no se mantuvo al final del estudio. La velocidad de conducción y el potencial de acción de los nervios sensoriales y motores mejoraron considerablemente después del tratamiento. Conclusiones: La efectividad de la aplicación del (F-ECG) para la mejoría de los síntomas clínicos y resultados de estudios neurofisiológicos evolutivamente son mayores que otras variantes terapéuticas en los primeros meses, con buena seguridad y tolerabilidad, por lo que se puede incluir en la terapéutica convencional para la CIDP(AU)


Introduction: Chronic inflammatory demyelinating polyneuropathy (CIDP) is an autoimmune demyelinating disease. Conventional treatment is based on immunomodulation and immunosuppression. The use of stem cells is a novel therapy in autoimmune disorders, so it is included as therapy. Objective: To determine the efficacy of mobilization of stem cells by applying granulocyte colony-stimulating factor (G-CSF) in patients with CIDP who have followed other lines of treatment. Material and Methods: A randomized, double-blind study was carried out on a cohort of 45 patients with CIDP. G-CSF was administered to 25 patients and 20 of them continued with the usual treatment. These patients were previously treated with other therapeutic variants for more than three years without satisfactory response. Results: There was a prevalence of men (64.4 percent), Diabetes Mellitus had a greater association, and the most used medications were steroids. Clinical symptoms and signs improved significantly after treatment. TCSS scores significantly decreased at one and three months after treatment, but this decrease was not maintained at the end of the study. The conduction velocity and action potential of sensory and motor nerves improved considerably after treatment. Conclusions: The effectiveness of the use of G-CSF shows an improvement of clinical symptoms. The results of neurophysiological studies have a better course than other therapeutic variants during the first months, with good safety and tolerability, so it can be included in the conventional therapy for the CIDP(AU)
