Desenvolvimento da imagem corporal interna por meio da perspectiva de Amann-Gainotti: uma visão desenvolvimental / Development of the inner body image with Amann-Gainotti perspective: a developmental view

RESUMO

Esse artigo apresenta o método proposto pela psicóloga dinamarquesa Merete Amann-Gainotti para a avaliação da imagem corporal interna, bem como justifica a sua aplicabilidade e importância de sua difusão. Nesse método a tarefa do sujeito é desenhar como imagina que é seu corpo por dentro. Também expõe a necessidade de progressão das pesquisas na área da imagem corporal interna e da indispensabilidade de ampliação dos estudos de validação de sua escala para a realidade populacional brasileira, buscando explicar a visão do método a partir do campo desenvolvimental.

ABSTRACT

This study presents the method proposed by the Danish psychologist Merete Amann-Gainotti for evaluating the inner body image, and justifies its applicability and importance of its dissemination worldwide. In this method the task is to draw the internal body like he or she imagines. It also explains the need to expand researches in the area of the inner body image as well as the importance of the progress of validation studies of its scale for Brazilian population. The method is demonstrated from the point of view of the human body developmental.
