RESUMO

Nowadays, emerging industries are emerging, and the sports industry has become a remarkable new economic growth point. Vigorously tapping the potential of residents' sports consumption has important theoretical and practical significance for promoting the development of the sports industry, improving people's living standards, and stimulating economic growth. In this paper, a deep learning model is constructed, and the random forest and random network models in the deep learning network are used to analyze the pulling effect of urban residents' sports consumption on economic growth. Since the consumption level of urban residents is much higher than that of rural residents, urban residents are in a dominant position in sports consumption, so this paper takes urban residents' sports consumption as the core to explore the pulling effect of urban residents' sports consumption on economic growth. The research theme of this paper is the pulling effect of urban residents' sports consumption on economic growth, so this paper sets the explanatory variable as the added value of GDP, expressed by GDP. Sports consumption has the characteristics of inevitability, gradualness, and diversity. With the continuous change of people's living standards, sports consumption also presents several stages of relative consumption pattern changes. Research shows that sports consumption has a positive role in promoting economic growth and the transformation and upgrading of economic development mode. Every one percentage point change in sports consumption leads to an economic growth of 0.186 percentage points, and with the increase of the lag period, urban residents' sports consumption will gradually increase the driving effect of economic growth. This effect can be analyzed at the micro- and macrolevels and enhanced by a causal cumulative cycle mechanism.

RESUMO

OBJECTIVE: Helicobacter pylori infection is mostly a family-based infectious disease. To facilitate its prevention and management, a national consensus meeting was held to review current evidence and propose strategies for population-wide and family-based H. pylori infection control and management to reduce the related disease burden. METHODS: Fifty-seven experts from 41 major universities and institutions in 20 provinces/regions of mainland China were invited to review evidence and modify statements using Delphi process and grading of recommendations assessment, development and evaluation system. The consensus level was defined as ≥80% for agreement on the proposed statements. RESULTS: Experts discussed and modified the original 23 statements on family-based H. pylori infection transmission, control and management, and reached consensus on 16 statements. The final report consists of three parts: (1) H. pylori infection and transmission among family members, (2) prevention and management of H. pylori infection in children and elderly people within households, and (3) strategies for prevention and management of H. pylori infection for family members. In addition to the 'test-and-treat' and 'screen-and-treat' strategies, this consensus also introduced a novel third 'family-based H. pylori infection control and management' strategy to prevent its intrafamilial transmission and development of related diseases. CONCLUSION: H. pylori is transmissible from person to person, and among family members. A family-based H. pylori prevention and eradication strategy would be a suitable approach to prevent its intra-familial transmission and related diseases. The notion and practice would be beneficial not only for Chinese residents but also valuable as a reference for other highly infected areas.

RESUMO

BACKGROUND: This document represents the first evidence-based guidelines to describe best practices in nutrition therapy in critically ill children (> 1 month and < 18 years), who are expected to require a length of stay more than 2 or 3 days in a Pediatric Intensive Care Unit admitting medical patients domain. METHODS: A total of 25,673 articles were scanned for relevance. After careful review, 88 studies appeared to answer the pre-identified questions for the guidelines. We used the grading of recommendations, assessment, development and evaluation criteria to adjust the evidence grade based on the quality of design and execution of each study. RESULTS: The guidelines emphasise the importance of nutritional assessment, particularly the detection of malnourished patients. Indirect calorimetry (IC) is recommended to estimate energy expenditure and there is a creative value in energy expenditure, 50 kcal/kg/day for children aged 1-8 years during acute phase if IC is unfeasible. Enteral nutrition (EN) and early enteral nutrition remain the preferred routes for nutrient delivery. A minimum protein intake of 1.5 g/kg/day is suggested for this patient population. The role of supplemental parenteral nutrition (PN) has been highlighted in patients with low nutritional risk, and a delayed approach appears to be beneficial in this group of patients. Immune-enhancing cannot be currently recommended neither in EN nor PN. CONCLUSION: Overall, the pediatric critically ill population is heterogeneous, and an individualized nutrition support with the aim of improving clinical outcomes is necessary and important.

RESUMO

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effects of cyclodextrin (CD) on the extraction of Macondo well oil from contaminated porous media over a range of hydroxypropyl-ß-CD (HPßCD) concentrations. To our knowledge, this is the first dataset on this type of CD yet assembled for an actual crude oil. The results showed that HPßCD can significantly increase oil extraction efficiency, demonstrated by increasing concentrations of all tested normal alkanes (nC(15)-nC(35)) and polyaromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) in the aqueous phase with increasing CD concentration. A linear relationship between the extraction enhancement effect and CD concentration were verified experimentally and high correlation coefficients for total PAHs (R(2) = 0.82) and alkanes (R(2) = 0.99) were determined. For a 20% CD solution, 3.13 wt% of alkanes and 32.12 wt% of total PAHs were extracted to the aqueous phase, which was significantly more than what was extracted with water only (0.04% and 0.21% for alkanes and PAHs, respectively). This result shows that the remediation of oil contaminated media can be significantly enhanced through the use of HPßCD solutions in flushing or pump and treat operations to remove sorbed oil. The CD extraction enhancement effect decreases with increasing n-alkane chain length for the carbon number range tested. CD significantly enhanced PAH extraction from sand and the enhancement effect increased in the order of parent compounds < C-1 substituted < C-2 substituted < C-3 substituted for most PAHs tested. This study provides important information to assess the feasibility of using CD as a near-shore agent to enhance the cleanup of oil contaminated porous media.

RESUMO

We developed a standard protocol for quality assessment of low amount RNA from the cells obtained by laser capture microdissection (LCM). Three gastric noncancerous tissues were cryo-sectioned, stained with Cresyl Violet, and pathologically rechecked. Epithelial cells were obtained by LCM and RNA was isolated. Agilent 2100 bioanalyzer was used to check the RNA quality. To validate the results from 2100 bioanalyzer, RT-PCR was performed with six genes at both 5'and 3' end-regions of different abundance (EF1A and ATCB of high abundance, GAPDH and B2M of moderate abundance, and MED1 and CK20 of low abundance). RT-PCR analysis of 3 good quality RNAs from cultured cell lines and 3 poor quality RNAs from gastric noncancerous tissues showed high correlations with that from 2100 bioanalyzer. In conclusion, the pipeline for low amount RNA quality assessment by RT-PCR from tissue cryo-section, pathological recheck, LCM purification and RNA isolation is applicable as a routine method in cancer genome research.
