RESUMO

Assessing programmed death ligand-1 (PD-L1) expression in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), particularly in metastatic cases, remains challenging. In this study, surface plasmon resonance (SPR) analysis and [68Ga]Ga-DOTA-WL12 micro-PET/CT imaging are performed. [68Ga]Ga-DOTA-WL12 PET/CT and [18F]FDG PET/CT are performed on a cohort of 20 patients with NSCLC. Semi-quantitative assessments include SUVmax, metabolic tumor volume (MTV), total lesion glycolysis (TLG), and target-to-background ratio (TBR). DOTA-WL12 exhibits robust PD-L1 binding with a KD value of 0.2 nM. Subsequent human studies reveal significant correlations between PD-L1 expression and the [68Ga]Ga-DOTA-WL12 SUVmax in primary and metastatic lesions, surpassing the [18F]FDG results (r = 0.8889, p <0.0001 vs r = 0.0469, p = 0.8127). Notably, [68Ga]Ga-DOTA-WL12 imaging discerned SUVmax and TBR differences between PD-L1 TPS ≤1% and PD-L1 TPS > 1% groups (p all <0.001). In an NSCLC patient with brain metastases, [68Ga]Ga-DOTA-WL12 shows a SUVmean of 0.04 in the brain background, with TBR values of 17 and 23, underscoring its potential for detecting brain metastases. The study provides initial evidence for the clinical utility of [68Ga]Ga-DOTA-WL12 PET/CT for lesion detection, immunotherapy selection, and therapeutic efficacy evaluation in PD-L1-expressing NSCLC, demonstrating its potential as a valuable tool in NSCLC research and management.

The human brain structural network is thought to be shaped by the optimal trade-off between cost and efficiency. However, most studies on this problem have focused on only the trade-off between cost and global efficiency (i.e., integration) and have overlooked the efficiency of segregated processing (i.e., segregation), which is essential for specialized information processing. Direct evidence on how trade-offs among cost, integration, and segregation shape the human brain network remains lacking. Here, adopting local efficiency and modularity as segregation factors, we used a multiobjective evolutionary algorithm to investigate this problem. We defined three trade-off models, which represented trade-offs between cost and integration (Dual-factor model), and trade-offs among cost, integration, and segregation (local efficiency or modularity; Tri-factor model), respectively. Among these, synthetic networks with optimal trade-off among cost, integration, and modularity (Tri-factor model [Q]) showed the best performance. They had a high recovery rate of structural connections and optimal performance in most network features, especially in segregated processing capacity and network robustness. Morphospace of this trade-off model could further capture the variation of individual behavioral/demographic characteristics in a domain-specific manner. Overall, our results highlight the importance of modularity in the formation of the human brain structural network and provide new insights into the original cost-efficiency trade-off hypothesis.

INTRODUCTION: The management of perinatal depression (PND) is challenging in China. The Thinking Healthy Programme (THP), developed under the core theory of cognitive-behavioural therapy, is an evidence-based approach that is recommended as a psychosocial intervention for managing PND in low/middle-income countries. Sparse evidence has been generated, however, to assess the effectiveness of THP and guide its implementation in China. METHODS AND ANALYSIS: A hybrid type II effectiveness-implementation study is ongoing in four cities in Anhui Province, China. A comprehensive online platform, Mom's Good Mood (MGM), has been developed. Perinatal women are screened using the WeChat screening tool (ie, Edinburgh Postnatal Depression Scale embedded as metrics) in clinics. Different intensities of the intervention are delivered through the mobile application for different degrees of depression, according to the stratified care model. The THP WHO treatment manual has been tailored to be the core component of intervention. Guided by the Reach, Effectiveness, Adoption, Implementation and Maintenance framework, process evaluations will be conducted to identify the facilitators and barriers to implementation and to modify the implementation strategy; summative evaluations will be carried out to examine the effectiveness of MGM in the management of PND within the primary healthcare system in China. ETHICS AND DISSEMINATION: Ethics approval and consent for this programme were obtained from Institutional Review Boards in China: Anhui Medical University, Hefei, People's Republic of China (20170358). Results will be submitted to relevant conferences and peer-reviewed journals. TRIAL REGISTRATION NUMBER: ChiCTR1800016844.

Blockchain (BC) maintains a continuously growing database in a "decentralized" way, and its impact on the financial auditing industry is becoming increasingly significant. This paper aims to study the research on financial automation auditing methods supported by blockchain technology and proposes the related concepts of blockchain technology, hash function, financial auditing analysis, and the impact of BP Neural Network (BPNN) and its algorithms on financial automation auditing methods. Simultaneously, this paper likewise disperses the poll overview to definite individuals, for example, endeavor, monetary work force, focus and ranking directors, university researchers, and specialists, who have pragmatic support in the execution and use of monetary review. The experimental results of this paper show that speculation based on the interconnected environment is the most basic natural factor for understanding this idea, and its score is also the largest at 4.36 points.

Combining with the spatial variations in environmental technological innovation cross-province in China, this study employs the spatial econometric model to explore how environmental technological innovation responds to changes in command-and-control regulation and three other traditional determinants (the environmental R&D investments, the environmental labor force inputs, and the provincial economic development level) during the study period from 2004 to 2016.The results indicate that there is a clear sign of spatial correlation in the environmental technological innovation according to the global and local indicators of spatial association. Then, considering the spatial interdependence of environmental technological innovation and holding other variables constant, evidence shows that command-and-control regulation has a significant adverse effect on environmental technological innovation in the whole country and the Eastern region, while the effect is statistically positive in the Western region and non-significant in the Central region. We also find that the effects in two sub-periods of 2004-2010 and 2011-2016 are obvious differences because some new command-and-control regulation instruments were formulated and implemented in 2010. In addition, environmental technological innovation is also directly catalyzed by the environmental R&D investments, the environmental labor force inputs, and the provincial economic development level.

PURPOSE: To evaluate the location of maxillary palatal impacted canines and resorption of neighboring incisors with cone-beam computed tomography (CBCT). METHODS: Twenty-two healthy adolescent patients who had received orthodontic treatments at Stomatological Hospital of Nanjing Medical University were selected and scanned by CBCT. Palatal impacted maxillary canines were reconstructed by Dolphin imaging 11.0 software. The impactions, spatial relationships and classification relative to adjacent structures and incisor resorption were assessed. RESULTS: Most of the maxillary palatal impacted canines inclinated mesially and palatally. Mesial malpositions were more significantly prevalent in Class I and IV, and the prevalence rates were 30.8% and 38.5% respectively. Mesial inclinations of the impacted canines to occlusal plane were mostly between 53.8° and 68.5°, and the distances from the impacted canines to median sagittal plane were between 5.4 and 8.4 mm. Older the patient was, further the impacted canines mesiopalatal displaced and mesial inclined. The roots of 84.6% of lateral incisors and 19.2% of central incisors contacted impacted canines; Root resorption occurred in 50% of lateral incisors and 15.4% of central incisors, which predominantly located in apical third of the lateral incisors and middle third of the central incisors. A inverse correlation was found between the resorption rates of adjacent incisors and minimum distances from impacted canines to adjacent incisors. CONCLUSIONS: CBCT allows three dimensional evaluation of impaction and spatial relationships relative to adjacent structures. In addition, 3 dimensional measurement contributes to more accurate exhibition of the adjacent root resorptions, inclinations and depths of the impacted canines, which leads to more efficient guidance of maxillary palatal impacted canines treatment.
