RESUMO

There exist the uncertainties and the inequality constraints in permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) system. In order to meet the safety control requirements in industrial applications, the state transformation is used to meet the inequality constraints for limiting the outputs within desired bounds. Then, fuzzy set theory, which is different from fuzzy logic, is used to describe uncertainty, and the fuzzy PMSM dynamical model is established. Based on that, a robust control with high-order term is proposed to compensate for the time-varying uncertainty. Furthermore, for improving the system performance and decreasing the control cost, the Stackelberg game is introduced into the optimization scheme design, in which the leader plays a more important role than follower. These characteristic corresponds to the influence of the two tunable control parameters on the system. Thus, the optimal parameters are obtained by the rules of Stackelberg game. Finally, experimental results show the effectiveness of the above theories.

RESUMO

Evolutionary and historical development and current profiles are essential to generating a tangible conservation strategy. It is also critical to distinguish the regions with vigorous potential growth from those meeting evolutionary development bottlenecks and those whose development has been severely devastated. We used two sizeable national data repositories of terrestrial fauna and flora of China to approach the issues. The results indicate that the Southwest and Coastal regions have the most significant terrestrial faunal-floral biodiversity (TFFB). Thus, they should be prioritized in conservation for great potential promotions. Although there has been remarkable evolutionary development, the Central region has been severely devastated. A solution is to uphold a balanced association between social-economic development and TFFB sustainability. As for the Northeast and the western Northwest, there is no need to invest heavily in conservation measures. This study sheds light on exploring more practical conservation strategies regionally, nationally, and globally to achieve pragmatic goals.

RESUMO

Objective.Extracellular electrophysiology has been widely applied to neural circuit dissections. However, long-term multiregional recording in free-moving mice remains a challenge. Low-cost and easy-fabrication of elaborate drivable electrodes is required for their prevalence.Approach.A three-layer nested construct (outside diameter, OD ∼ 1.80 mm, length ∼10 mm, <0.1 g) was recruited as a drivable component, which consisted of an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer heat-shrinkable tube, non-closed loop ceramic bushing, and stainless ferrule with a bulge twining silver wire. The supporting and working components were equipped with drivable components to be assembled into a drivable microwire electrode array with a nested structure (drivable MEANS). Two drivable microwire electrode arrays were independently implanted for chronic recording in different brain areas at respective angles. An optic fiber was easily loaded into the drivable MEANS to achieve optogenetic modulation and electrophysiological recording simultaneously.Main results. The drivable MEANS had lightweight (∼0.37 g), small (∼15 mm × 15 mm × 4 mm), and low cost (⩽$64.62). Two drivable MEANS were simultaneously implanted in mice, and high-quality electrophysiological recordings could be applied ⩾5 months after implantation in freely behaving animals. Electrophysiological recordings and analysis of the lateral septum (LS) and lateral hypothalamus in food-seeking behavior demonstrated that our drivable MEANS can be used to dissect the function of neural circuits. An optical fiber-integrated drivable MEANS (∼0.47 g) was used to stimulate and record LS neurons, which suggested that changes in working components can achieve more functions than electrophysiological recordings, such as optical stimulation, drug release, and calcium imaging.Significance.Drivable MEANS is an easily fabricated, lightweight drivable microwire electrode array for multiple-region electrophysiological recording in free-moving mice. Our design is likely to be a valuable platform for both current and prospective users, as well as for developers of multifunctional electrodes for free-moving mice.

RESUMO

PURPOSE: To develop a satisfaction scale of Chinese clinicians with Clinical Pathway (CP) implementation and evaluate its validity, reliability and item discrimination. MATERIALS AND METHODS: Literature review, in-person interviews, and Delphi were used to design the scale. Data were collected in two phases using random sampling on the spot and an online survey. In the first phase, data from 239 clinicians were investigated in exploratory factor analysis. In the second phase, 513 valid questionnaires were collected and used for confirmatory factor analysis. RESULTS: The scale developed in this study has three dimensions (organization support, process identity, and effect perception) and a total of 21 items. Cronbach's alpha of each dimension was higher than 0.9. The 3-factor model had enough fitness (χ2/df = 5.602, NFI = 0.926, IFI = 0.938, CFI = 0.938, RFI = 0.914, TLI = 0.929, RMSEA = 0.095, RMR = 0.045). The standardized factor loadings of 21 variables were between 0.742 and 0.949. The average variance extracted (AVE) of each dimension was higher than 0.7, and the construct reliability (CR) of the dimensions was higher than 0.9. The Chi-square difference test results showed that the difference value between the unlimited and limited model of each two potential constructs was higher than 3.84 (P < 0.001). CONCLUSION: The clinicians' satisfaction scale developed in this study has good construct validity, convergent validity, discriminant validity, internal consistency, and item discrimination. This suggests its usefulness as a tool to assess the satisfaction of clinicians in the implementation of CP in China.

RESUMO

Parentage analysis is an important method that is used widely in zoological and ecological studies. Current mathematical models of parentage analyses usually assume that a population has a uniform genetic structure and that mating is panmictic. In a natural population, the geographic or social structure of a population, and/or nonrandom mating, usually leads to a genetic structure and results in genotypic frequencies deviating from those expected under the Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium (HWE). In addition, in the presence of null alleles, an observed genotype represents one of several possible true genotypes. The true father of a given offspring may thus be erroneously excluded in parentage analyses, or may have a low or negative LOD score. Here, we present a new mathematical model to estimate parentage that includes simultaneously the effects of inbreeding, null alleles, and negative amplification. The influences of these three factors on previous model are evaluated by Monte-Carlo simulations and empirical data, and the performance of our new model is compared under controlled conditions. We found that, for both simulated and empirical data, our new model outperformed other methods in many situations. We make available our methods in a new, free software package entitled parentage This can be downloaded via http://github.com/huangkang1987/parentage.
