RESUMO

The number of parents in China who have lost their only child, referred to as shidu parents, currently exceeds one million and is increasing by approximately 76,000 annually. Shidu parents face a unique challenge in long-term care, primarily stemming from the sudden and tragic loss of their only child, which leads to a substantial decrease in their social support network. A multi-stage, stratified, and cluster sampling method was employed across various economic belts. Linear regression analysis was utilized to examine factors associated with the social support status of shidu and non-shidu parents. The level of social support decreases as the severity of depression increases. Shidu parents with grandchildren tend to have good social support. The city of Hangzhou exhibits relatively high levels of social support. Married individuals typically report higher levels of social support. It is recommended to prioritize shidu parents without grandchildren as a primary focus for government and societal support. Key recommendations include strengthening social skills training and developing social support networks. Drive economic development, particularly in relatively underdeveloped regions. Strengthen social organizations and community development. Enhancing access to support services, leveraging technology, and encouraging volunteerism for non-married parents.

RESUMO

The assessment of atherosclerosis (AS) progression has emerged as a prominent area of research. Monitoring various pathological features of foam cell (FC) formation is imperative to comprehensively assess AS progression. Herein, a simple benzospiropyran-julolidine-based probe, BSJD, with switchable dual-color imaging ability was developed. This probe can dynamically and reversibly adjust its molecular structure and fluorescent properties in different polar and pH environments. Such a polarity and pH dual-responsive characteristic makes it superior to single-responsive probes in dual-color imaging of lipid droplets (LDs) and lysosomes as well as monitoring their interaction. By simultaneously tracking various pathological features, including LD accumulation and size changes, lysosome dysfunction, and dynamically regulated lipophagy, more comprehensive information can be obtained for multiparameter assessment of FC formation progression. Using BSJD, not only the activation of lipophagy in the early stages and inhibition in the later phases during FC formation are clearly observed but also the important roles of lipophagy in regulating lipid metabolism and alleviating FC formation are demonstrated. Furthermore, BSJD is demonstrated to be capable of rapidly imaging FC plaque sites in AS mice with fast pharmacokinetics. Altogether, BSJD holds great promise as a dual-color organelle-imaging tool for investigating disease-related LD and lysosome changes and their interactions.

RESUMO

BACKGROUND: Although the Patient-Generated Subjective Global Assessment (PG-SGA) is a reference standard used to assess a patient's nutrition status, it is cumbersome to administer. The aim of the present study was to estimate the value of a simpler and easier-to-use modified PG-SGA (mPG-SGA) to evaluate the nutrition status and need for intervention in patients with malignant tumors present in at least two organs. METHODS: A total of 591 patients (343 male and 248 female) were included from the INSCOC study. A Pearson correlation analysis was conducted to assess the correlation between the mPG-SGA and nutrition-related factors, with the optimal cut-off defined by a receiver operating characteristic curve (ROC). The consistency between the mPG-SGA and PG-SGA was compared in a concordance analysis. A survival analysis was used to determine the effects of nutritional intervention among different nutrition status groups. Univariable and multivariable Cox analyses were applied to evaluate the association of the mPG-SGA with the all-cause mortality. RESULTS: The mPG-SGA showed a negative association with nutrition-related factors. Individuals with an mPG-SGA ≥ 5 (rounded from 4.5) were considered to need nutritional intervention. Among the malnourished patients (mPG-SGA ≥ 5), the overall survival (OS) of those who received nutrition intervention was significantly higher than that of patients who did not. However, the OS was not significantly different in the better-nourished patients (mPG-SGA < 5). CONCLUSION: Our findings support that the mPG-SGA is a feasible tool that can be used to guide nutritional interventions and predict the survival of patients with malignant tumors affecting at least two organs.

RESUMO

OBJECTIVE: The aim of the study was to examine the factors influencing the therapeutic effect of patients with systemic lupus erythematosus combined with immune thrombocytopenia (SLE-ITP) and develop a prediction model to predict the therapeutic effect of SLE-ITP. METHODS: Three hundred twenty-four SLE-ITP patients were retrieved from the electronic health record database of SLE patients in Jiangsu Province according to the latest treatment response criteria for ITP. We adopted the Cox model based on the least absolute shrinkage and selection operator to explore the impact factors affecting patient therapeutic effect, and we developed neural network model to predict therapeutic effect, and in prediction model, cost-sensitivity was introduced to address data category imbalance, and variational autoencoder was used to achieve data augmentation. The performance of each model was evaluated by accuracy and the area under the receiver operator curve. RESULTS: The results showed that B-lymphocyte count, H-cholesterol level, complement-3 level, anticardiolipin antibody, and so on could be used as predictors of SLE-ITP curative effect, and abnormal levels of alanine transaminase, immunoglobulin A, and apolipoprotein B predicted adverse treatment response. The neural network treatment effect prediction model based on cost-sensitivity and variational autoencoder was better than the traditional classifiers, with an overall accuracy rate closed to 0.9 and a specificity of more than 0.9, which was useful for clinical practice to identify patients at risk of ineffective treatment response and to achieve better individualized management. CONCLUSIONS: By predicting the curative effect of SLE-ITP, the severity of patients can be determined, and then the best treatment strategy can be planned to avoid ineffective treatment.

RESUMO

Broflanilide is a newly-developed meta-diamide insecticide, proposed for the control of a wide variety of chewing pests on many crops. In view of the proposed use of broflanilide and its environmental fate, it may be exposed to consumers and non-target organisms, which adversely affect human and the environment. In this paper, a rapid, sensitive and valid UPLC-MS/MS method was established for simultaneous analysis of broflanilide and its two major metabolites, DM-8007 and S (PFP-OH)-8007, in cauliflower. Then, the dissipation behaviors and final residues of broflanilide and its two major metabolites in cauliflower from eight sites with different climatic conditions in China were studied via the described analytical method. In addition, the acute toxicity test of 9.5 % suspension concentrate of broflanilide, broflanilide standard, DM-8007 and S (PFP-OH)-8007 were conducted to non-target terrestrial organisms. Risk assessment for human and non-target terrestrial organisms in cauliflower production was evaluated based on the maximum annual application rates and intervals. The results showed that the highest residue of broflanilide detected in cauliflower samples was all lower than the corresponding MRLs (2 mg/kg) in Japan. Chronic food dietary risk estimates for broflanilide do not exceed 50 % for all the Chinese population groups. Moreover, broflanilide is of low acute toxicity to birds and earthworm, while broflanilide and its metabolites is classified as highly toxic to adult honeybees. Acute risks of broflanilide to birds and earthworms were deemed to be acceptable in a realistic worst-case scenario, while its risk to adult honeybees and ladybug was unacceptable. A protection statement for honeybees and ladybug is required to recognize the high toxicity of broflanilide on related product labels. The study will be conducive to provide guidance for the rational application of broflanilide in cauliflower production.

RESUMO

This paper aims to study the relationship between regional logistics efficiency and economic development in 31 provinces of China and analyze their coupling coordination. To comprehensively evaluate the coordination between logistics and the economy, we introduced external indicators, such as carbon emissions, based on traditional evaluation indicators. We constructed an evaluation index system to coordinate regional logistics efficiency and economic development. The research approach used in this paper is the cross-DEA method, and data from 2010 to 2019 were selected for empirical calculation. The research findings indicate that Eastern and Northern regions of China show higher logistics efficiency, while Northwestern and Southwestern regions exhibit lower logistics efficiency. Coastal areas have relatively higher economic development levels compared to inland areas. Regarding the coupling coordination between logistics efficiency and economic development, different regions show temporal fluctuations and spatial disparities. Some regions demonstrate higher coordination between logistics efficiency and economic development, while others show lower coordination. Additionally, as the economy experiences rapid growth, logistics efficiency also improves, but the level of coordination varies among different provinces.

RESUMO

Use of data-driven methodologies in enhancing blood transfusion practices is rising, leveraging big data, machine learning, and optimization techniques to improve demand forecasting and supply chain management. This review used a narrative approach to identify, evaluate, and synthesize key studies that considered novel computational techniques for blood demand forecasting and inventory management through a search of PubMed and Web of Sciences databases for studies published from January 01, 2016, to March 30, 2023. The studies were analyzed for their utilization of various techniques, and their strengths, limitations, and areas for improvement. Seven key studies were identified. The studies focused on different blood components using various computational methods, such as regression, machine learning, hybrid models, and time series models, across different locations and time periods. Key variables used for demand forecasting were largely derived from electronic health record data, including clinical related predictors such as laboratory test results and hospital census by location. Each study offered unique strengths and valuable insights into the use of data-driven methods in blood bank management. Common limitations were unknown generalizability to other healthcare settings or blood components, need for field-specific performance measures, lack of ABO compatibility consideration, and ethical challenges in resource allocation. While data-driven research in blood demand forecasting and management has progressed, limitations persist and further exploration is needed. Understanding these innovative, interdisciplinary methods and their complexities can help refine inventory strategies and address healthcare challenges more effectively, leading to more robust, accurate models to enhance blood management across diverse healthcare scenarios.

RESUMO

This study assessed the cost-effectiveness of different diabetic retinopathy (DR) screening strategies in rural regions in China by using a Markov model to make health economic evaluations. In this study, we determined the structure of a Markov model according to the research objectives, which required parameters collected through field investigation and literature retrieval. After perfecting the model with parameters and assumptions, we developed a Markov decision analytic model according to the natural history of DR in TreeAge Pro 2011. For this model, we performed Markov cohort and cost-effectiveness analyses to simulate the probabilistic distributions of different developments in DR and the cumulative cost-effectiveness of artificial intelligence (AI)-based screening and ophthalmologist screening for DR in the rural population with diabetes mellitus (DM) in China. Additionally, a model-based health economic evaluation was performed by using quality-adjusted life years (QALYs) and incremental cost-effectiveness ratios. Last, one-way and probabilistic sensitivity analyses were performed to assess the stability of the results. From the perspective of the health system, compared with no screening, AI-based screening cost more (the incremental cost was 37,257.76 RMB (approximately 5,211.31 US dollars)), but the effect was better (the incremental utility was 0.33). Compared with AI-based screening, the cost of ophthalmologist screening was higher (the incremental cost was 14,886.76 RMB (approximately 2,070.19 US dollars)), and the effect was worse (the incremental utility was -0.31). Compared with no screening, the incremental cost-effectiveness ratio (ICER) of AI-based DR screening was 112,146.99 RMB (15,595.47 US dollars)/QALY, which was less than the threshold for the ICER (< 3 times the per capita gross domestic product (GDP), 217,341.00 RMB (30,224.03 US dollars)). Therefore, AI-based screening was cost-effective, which meant that the increased cost for each additional quality-adjusted life year was merited. Compared with no screening and ophthalmologist screening for DR, AI-based screening was the most cost-effective, which not only saved costs but also improved the quality of life of diabetes patients. Popularizing AI-based DR screening strategies in rural areas would be economically effective and feasible and can provide a scientific basis for the further formulation of early screening programs for diabetic retinopathy.

RESUMO

Bacterial diarrhea causes serious losses for the sheep industry. Antibiotic resistance acquired by diarrheal bacteria is still a hurdle in the care of animal health. Thus, it is urgent to develop effective alternatives to antibiotics for controlling bacterial diarrhea. We initially isolated Bacillus spp. from Xinjiang fine wool sheep fecal and determined their properties of hemolysis and tolerance to acid and bile salts to identify potential candidates. Subsequently, we studied the position of a candidate in phylogenetic trees by 16S rRNA sequences and its susceptibility to antibiotics, ability to inhibit diarrheal bacteria, and toxicity, as well as its effects on animal health. Fourteen Bacillus spp. strains were isolated from sheep fecal. We identified the non-hemolysis B63 strain, which exhibited a high tolerance to acid and bile salts. Phylogenetic analysis indicated that the B63 strain is a new strain of Bacillus licheniformis. The B. licheniformis B63 strain was prompt to form spores, susceptible to commonly used antibiotics, and able to inhibit diarrhea-associated bacteria, including Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus, and Salmonella typhi. Animal studies determined that B. licheniformis B63 at 4 × 108 CFU/mL was non-toxic to mice and SD rats. Supplement with B. licheniformis B63 promoted the body weight gain of mice, reduced the inflammatory interleukin 6, and increased the jejunum villus height of SD rats. The newly isolated, non-hemolysis, spore-forming B. licheniformis B63 strain should be considered an optimal strain for the development of an effective probiotic supplement to control diarrheal diseases and promote the health of sheep and other animals.

RESUMO

Background: For Response Evaluation Criteria in Solid Tumors version 1.1 (RECIST1.1), measuring up to two target lesions per organ is an arbitrary criterion. Objectives: We sought to compare response assessment using RECIST1.1 and modified RECIST1.1 (mRECIST1.1, measuring the single largest lesion per organ) in advanced non-small cell lung cancer (aNSCLC) patients undergoing anti-PD-1/PD-L1 monotherapy. Methods: Concordance of radiologic response categorization between RECIST1.1 and mRECIST1.1 was compared using the Kappa statistics. C-index was calculated to evaluate prognostic accuracy of radiologic response by the two criteria. The Kaplan-Meier method and Cox regression analysis were conducted for progression-free survival (PFS) and overall survival (OS). Results: Eighty-seven patients who had at least two target lesions in any organ per the RECIST1.1 were eligible for comparison analysis. Tumor response showed excellent concordance when measured using the RECIST1.1 and mRECIST1.1 (Kappa = 0.961). C-index by these two criteria was similar for PFS (0.784 versus 0.785) and OS (0.649 versus 0.652). Responders had significantly longer PFS and OS versus non-responders (p < 0.05), whichever criterion adopted. Radiologic response remained a significant predictor of PFS and OS in multivariate analysis (p < 0.05). Conclusion: The mRECIST1.1 was comparable to RECIST1.1 in response assessment among aNSCLC patients who received single-agent PD-1/PD-L1 inhibitor. The mRECIST1.1, with reduced number of lesions to be measured, may be sufficient and more convenient to assess antitumor activity in clinical practice.

RESUMO

Conservation tillage is an important reform of traditional tillage, which has significant carbon sequestration and emission reduction effects. It is important to investigate the influencing factors and spatiotemporal heterogeneity of net carbon sink of conservation tillage for realizing the "dual carbon" target, and facilitating agricultural sustainable development. This study used the coefficient accounting method to calculate the carbon sink and carbon emission of conservation tillage in China from 2000 to 2019, respectively. Based on this, the net carbon sink of conservation tillage was measured. Then, the spatiotemporal heterogeneity of influencing factors on net carbon sink of conservation tillage was analyzed by using the geographically and temporally weighted regression model. The results showed that (1) the net carbon sink of conservation tillage in China was significant and had potential to have a constant rise; (2) spatially, the net carbon sink of conservation tillage changed more variably in longitudinal direction. Specifically, the promotion effect of conservation tillage machinery gradually decreased from west to east. The planting structure and conservation tillage promotion intensity played key roles in improving net carbon sink of conservation tillage. (3) Temporally, the effect of conservation tillage machinery showed positive effect of decreasing yearly, while the positive effect of promotion intensity increased year by year. Planting structure and economic development negatively affected improvement on the net carbon sink of conservation tillage and the negative effect increased year by year. Additionally, the effect of education on the net carbon sink shifted from positive to negative over time. The study aims to provide a reference for the government to promote conservation tillage according to local conditions and to achieve the "dual carbon" target.

RESUMO

The current regulatory site investigation employs the J&E model to predict vapor intrusion risk. However, the J&E model assumes that the source concentration is constant for a given exposure period, which is not consistent with the actual site source under depletion. In this study, we compared the differences between the J&E model (constant source), SD source depletion model, and RBCA source depletion model for predicting indoor concentration variation as well as the risk levels during the exposure period with a case study in Beijing. The results showed that the source and indoor air concentrations predicted by the SD and RBCA models showed exponential decreases, whereas those predicted by the J&E model maintained high concentrations throughout the exposure period, which greatly overestimated the risk. The RBCA predicted source depletion at the fastest rate, but the predicted indoor air concentrations were still lower than those of the SD model, which was related to the fact that the RBCA did not consider the effect of buildings on source depletion and did not follow mass conservation. Further, the sensitivity analysis showed that the pressure difference (dP) had the greatest influence on the source concentration in the SD model. For the calculated carcinogenic risk and hazard quotients, the J&E constant source model, the SD source depletion model, and the RBCA source depletion model were ranked in descending order. The results indicated that in general the J&E model was too conservative, the RBCA model may have underestimated risk, and the SD model was more suitable for quantifying vapor intrusion risk in reality.

RESUMO

INTRODUCTION: Inequity in maternal-child health services is a challenge to global health as it hinders the achievement of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and Universal Health Coverage. Though the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) has made remarkable achievements in maternal-child health, there remain gaps in reaching global goals. This study aimed to compare and investigate the inequity in maternal-child health (MCH) services in ASEAN member states to help guide policy decisions to improve equitable health services in the SDG era and beyond. METHODS: Using the WHO Health Inequality Monitor, we identified inequity summary measures for five MCH services in ASEAN member states from 1993 to 2021: antenatal care, births attended by skilled health personnel, diphtheria, tetanus and pertussis (DTP3) immunization, measles immunization, and polio immunization. We divided the analysis dimension of inequity into urban-rural inequity, economic status inequity, and sub-regional inequity. Trends of absolute and relative inequity in every dimension of MCH services in ASEAN member states were examined with the principal component analysis (PCA). RESULTS: The mean coverages of MCH services are 98.80% (Thailand), 86.72% (Cambodia), 84.54% (Viet Nam), 78.52 (Indonesia), 76.94% (Timor-Leste), 72.40% (Lao PDR), 68.10% (Philippines) and 48.52% (Myanmar) in 2021. Thailand have the lowest MCH services absolute inequity indexes of -1.945, followed by Vietnam (-1.449). Lao PDR and Myanmar have relatively higher MCH services absolute inequity indexes of 0.852 and 0.054 respectively. The service in Cambodia, Indonesia, and the Philippines is pro-specific regions (with subnational region absolute inequity indexes of -0.02, 0.01, and 1.01 respectively). The service in Myanmar is pro-rich (with economic status absolute inequity index of 0.43). The service in Lao PDR and Timor-Leste is pro-urban areas, pro-rich, and pro-specific regions. CONCLUSION: The inequity of MCH services in ASEAN persists but is in a declining trend. Thailand and Vietnam have performed well in ensuring MCH services equity, while Laos and Myanmar are still facing serious inequity dilemmas. The progress of MCH service equity in Myanmar, Cambodia, the Philippines, and Indonesia is uneven. It is acceptable to learn from the successful experiences of Thailand and Vietnam to improve the equities in other ASEAN countries. Policies should be developed according to the specific types of MCH inequity in member states to improve equity levels.

RESUMO

Agricultural land is the most basic input factor for agricultural production and an essential component of terrestrial ecosystems, which plays a vital role in achieving carbon neutrality. Giving full play to the carbon-neutral contribution of agricultural land is a crucial part of China's economic transformation and green development. It incorporates carbon and pollution emissions from agricultural land use into the unexpected outputs of the Green and Low-carbon Utilization Efficiency of Agricultural Land (GLUEAL) evaluation system. The study utilized several advanced analytical tools, including the super-efficient Slacks-Based Measure (SBM) model, Exploratory Spatial-Temporal Data Analysis (ESTDA) method, Geodetector, and Geographically and Temporally Weighted Regression (GTWR) model. The objective was to examine the spatial-temporal evolution of GLUEAL and identify the factors that influenced it in all 31 provinces of China from 2005 to 2020. The results show that: (1) The overall spatial-temporal evolution of GLUEAL showed an increasing trend, but the disparity between provinces and regions became wider. (2) Most provinces have not yet made significant spatial and temporal jumps. They have high spatial cohesion with specific "path-dependent" characteristics. (3) The Geodetector results reveal that the Number of Rural Labor Force with Higher Education (NRLFHE) and Technology Support for Agriculture (TSA) have insufficient explanatory power on average for GLUEAL. Agricultural Economic Development Level (AEDL), Urbanization Level (UL), Multiple Crop Index (MCI), Planting Structure (PS), Degree of Crop Damage (DCD), Financial support for agriculture (FSA), and Agricultural mechanization level (AML) had stronger explanatory power on average for GLUEAL and were important factors influencing GLUEAL levels. (4) The average influence of AEDL, UL, FSA, and AML on GLUEAL changed from negative to positive. The average influence of MCI and DCD on GLUEAL was negative, and the average influence of PS on GLUEAL changed from positive to negative. This study provides a comprehensive description of the spatial and temporal evolution of GLUEAL in China. It reveals the key factors influencing GLUEAL and analyzes their spatial variations and impact patterns. These findings offer robust evidence for government policymakers to formulate policy measures for sustainable agricultural development and optimized resource allocation, promoting the transformation of agricultural land towards green and low-carbon practices and advancing the achievement of sustainable development goals.

RESUMO

Infants and children are vulnerable to mercury (Hg)-induced toxicity, which has detrimental effects on their neurological development. This study measured blood Hg levels (BMLs) and identified potential factors influencing BMLs, including demographic and socioeconomic factors, lifestyle, and daily dietary habits, among 0 to 7-year-old children in Shanghai. Our study recruited 1474 participants, comprising 784 boys and 690 girls. Basic demographic and lifestyle information were obtained and blood Hg were analyzed using the Direct Mercury Analyzer 80. The blood Hg concentrations of children in Shanghai ranged from 0.01 to 17.20 µg/L, with a median concentration of 1.34 µg/L. Older age, higher familial socioeconomic status, higher residential floors, and a higher frequency of consuming aquatic products, rice, vegetables, and formula milk were identified as risk factors. Other potential influencing factors including the mother's reproductive history (gravidity and parity), smoking (passive smoking), supplementation of fish oil and calcium need to be further investigated. These findings can be useful in establishing appropriate interventions to prevent children's high blood Hg concentrations in Shanghai and other similar metropolitan cities.

RESUMO

BACKGROUND: Heavy metals are considered a global concern because they can deteriorate human health. This guideline aims to scientifically evaluate health risk of heavy metals in TCM and to propose a reference for decision making in developing TCM-related health policies. METHODS: Using a multidisciplinary approach, a steering committee oversaw the development of the guideline. To obtain a reasonable and accurate risk assessment, key exposure assessment parameters for TCM, e.g., exposure frequency (EF), exposure duration (ED), and daily ingestion rate (IR) were obtained from surveys. In addition, transfer rates for heavy metals from Chinese medicinal materials (CMM) to decoctions or preparations were examined. RESULTS: Based on the scientific theory of risk control, the guideline was designed systematically, and principles and procedures for the risk assessment of heavy metals in TCM were identified. The guideline can be utilized to assess the risk of heavy metals in CMM and Chinese patent medicines (CPM). CONCLUSION: This guideline may help standardize the risk assessment of heavy metals in TCM, advance regulatory standards for heavy metals in TCM, and ultimately improve human health through scientific TCM usage in clinic.

RESUMO

Background: Axicabtagene ciloleucel (Axi-cel) is the first Chimeric Antigen Receptor T-Cell Immunotherapy (CAR-T) product approved in China for treating adult patients with relapsed or refractory large B-cell lymphoma after receiving second-line or above systemic therapy. However, it cannot be widely used in clinical practice due to its high price. Objectives: To evaluate the economic value of Axi-cel fully in countries at different stages of economic development, this article, from the perspective of the medical and health system in China and the United States, evaluated the cost-effectiveness of Axi-cel in the second-line treatment of diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL). Design: Cost effectiveness analysis of Axi-cel in the treatment of relapsed or refractory large B-cell lymphoma (LBCL). Methods: Based on the clinical trial data of ZUMA-7, a short-term decision tree and a long-term semi-Markov partitioned survival model were constructed to evaluate the cost-effectiveness of the two strategies. This model was cycled for 40 years in 1-month cycles. In this article, only direct medical costs were considered. One-way sensitivity analysis and probabilistic sensitivity analysis were conducted to assess the robustness of the base-case results. Results: In the baseline cost-effectiveness analysis, Axi-cel was associated with more quality-adjusted life year (QALY; 2.72 versus 1.46) and greater costs overall ($180,501.55 versus $123,221.34) than standard second-line chemotherapy in China. Moreover, the incremental cost-effectiveness ratio (ICER) of the Axi-cel group was $45,726.66/QALY, which was greater than the threshold of $37,654.5. To achieve cost-effectiveness, the price of Axi-cel must be reduced appropriately. In the United States, Axi-cel was associated with more QALYs (2.63 versus 1.74) and greater costs overall ($415,915.16 versus $289,564.34). The ICER for the Axi-cel was $142,326.94/QALY, below the set threshold of $150,000. Conclusion: Axi-cel is not a cost-effective option as second-line therapy for treating DLBCL in China. However, In the United States, Axi-cel has shown a cost-effectiveness advantage as a second-line treatment for DLBCL.
