El presente texto presenta un estudio sobre la conocida Toma del palacio de Justicia de Colombia por parte de la insurgencia del M-19 y la posterior retoma del Ejercito Nacional; allíse configuró una masacre que es necesario no solo recordar sino analizar luego de 30 años de haber ocurrido el hecho (6 y 7 de noviembre de 1985), que marcó la historia de Colombia.Este sangriento episodio, se constituyen en un laboratorio para entender los mecanismos que caracterizan el terrorismo de Estado a la colombiana ¿qué ocurrió realmente?
This paper presents a study on the known Storming of the Palace of Justice of Colombia by the insurgency of the M-19 and the subsequent retake of the National Army. There a massacre was set up, which is necessary to not only remember, but to analyze the fact,after 30 years of its occurrence (November 6th and 7th, 1985), which marked the history of Colombia. This bloody episode becomes a laboratory for understanding the mechanismsthat characterize the Colombian state terrorism. What was it that really happened?

El presente texto, derivado de investigación, presenta cómo, entre los cambios que han afectado a la educación Superior en las últimas décadas en el mundo occidentaly por ende en América Latina, sobresale la imposición de otra lógica, propia de laempresa privada, que ha venido acompañada de la implantación de un nuevo lenguaje importadoen gran medida del ámbito gerencial, esto genera unos impactos nefastos en la manera de concebir las políticas, la planeación y a la hora de definir los lineamientos mismos de la educación superior.
The present text, derived from a piece of research, presents how, among thechanges that have affected Higher Education in recent decades in the Western world and thus in Latin America, excels the imposition of another logic, which is proper of the private company, and has been accompanied by the implementationof a new language largely imported from the managerial area. This generates a few dreadful impacts on the way of conceiving the policies and planning when it comes to defining the same guidelines of Higher Education.

El presente artículo resultado de investigación, pretende aportar elementos clave, que den cuenta de los nexos entre libre comercio y la violación permanente de los derechos humanos e incluso con delitos de lesa humanidad; situaciones que no se constituyen en hechos aislados, circunstanciales y producto de la simultaneidad aparente entre delincuencia en abstracto, desarrollada en zonas donde se proyectan y desarrollan proyectos estratégicos para la economía global, sino en un asunto relacionado, provocado, sostenido por los grupos económicos, políticos tanto nacionales como internacionales que ganan con estos mega-proyectos.
This article, as a result of research, aims to provide key elements, which take into account the links between the free trade and the permanent violation of the human rights and even with crimes against humanity; situations that do not constitute themselves in isolated, circumstantial facts, which are the product of the apparent simultaneousness between crime in abstract, developed in areas where strategic projects for the global economy are projected and developed, but in a matter related, caused, sustained by both national and international economic, political groups that make a profit with these mega-projects.
