RESUMO

Under the background of the continuous progress of China's agricultural reform, the development of characteristic agriculture is an important field of agricultural development in the country and even the world. Yunnan has unique advantages in geography, location, climate, and human resources, and has unique conditions for the development of agriculture with plateau characteristic. However, the sustainable development of agriculture with plateau characteristic is affected and restricted by many factors. How to promote the sustainable development of agriculture with plateau characteristic is an important research topic, and it is also the main purpose of this study. Therefore, through literature analysis and investigation, this study studies the advantages and disadvantages, development status, main problems, countermeasures and suggestions, macro development direction, and theoretical research methods of characteristic agriculture in the Yunnan plateau. This paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the Decision-making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory (DEMATEL) and the Adversarial Interpretation Structure Modeling Method (AISM) and proposes to combine the two models to make up for each other and improve the accuracy of model analysis. On this basis, a set of identification and evaluation systems of factors affecting the sustainable development of agriculture with plateau characteristic is established, which can comprehensively and accurately identify and evaluate various influencing factors, and provide a scientific basis for the sustainable development of agriculture with plateau characteristic. Finally, combined with the relevant statistical data of Yunnan Province from 2009 to 2020 and many results calculated by the model, the factors affecting the sustainable development of agriculture with plateau characteristic were comprehensively analyzed. The results show that transportation, environment, and insurance support factors are the root factors that affect the sustainable development of agriculture with plateau characteristic, while the regional economy, scientific and technological support, and the development of agricultural enterprises are of high importance. Financial support, the level of agricultural mechanization, the quality of labor, and other factors can not be ignored. Finally, according to the results of the analysis, the corresponding policy recommendations are put forward to provide a reference for the sustainable development of plateau characteristic agriculture in Yunnan Province.

RESUMO

Propiconazole (PRO) has been widely used in the treatment of fungal infection in fruits, vegetables, cereals, and seeds. In this study, a newly established chiral liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry method was applied to the systemic stereoselectivity evaluation of PRO enantiomers, including toxicokinetics, tissue distributions, cytotoxicity, accumulation, and degradation. Our results showed that both trans (+)-2S,4S-PRO and cis (-)-2S,4R-PRO had lower Cmax and AUC0-∞ and higher CLz/F values in plasma and lower accumulation concentrations in the liver, heart, and brain. In cytotoxic assays, cis (-)-2S,4R-PRO exhibited the lowest cytotoxicity in PC12 neuronal, N9 microglia, SH-SY5Y neuroblastoma, and MRC5 lung fibroblast cell lines. Moreover, the Eisenia fetida incubation experiment revealed that the accumulations of both trans (+)-2S,4S-PRO and cis (-)-2S,4R-PRO were higher than those of their antipodes in E. fetida. In summary, our findings first suggested that the application of cis (-)-2S,4R-PRO for agriculture would hugely reduce the environmental risk.

RESUMO

MXenes, two-dimensional (2D) transition-metal carbides and nitrides with high electrical conductivity, show outstanding potential for energy storage applications. However, the aggregation and restacking of 2D MXene nanosheets seriously decrease the performance of MXene-based electrodes. Instead of using high-cost artificial templates, herein, we select natural rubber (NR) latex-containing uniform sub-macroparticles as sacrificial templates and successfully construct three-dimensional interconnected porous MXene foam. This porous structure effectively prevents the restacking of MXene nanosheets and accelerates the transfer of electrolyte ions during charging and discharging, which significantly enhances capacitance and rate performance. By adjusting the loading of latex, we find that MXene foam (MXF)-70% provides both improved specific capacitance of 480 F g-1 at 2 mV s-1 and superior rate performance (42.1% residual at 1 V s-1) with excellent cycling stability of 97.1% capacitance retention after 10000 cycles at 50 mV s-1. Additionally, the low cost of natural rubber latex provides an alternate route to produce foam electrodes on a large scale for portable and integrated supercapacitors.

RESUMO

OBJECTIVE: The cross-sectional area (CSA) and the volume of the pharyngeal airway normative reference data aren't established, although they are closely associated with the pathogenesis of obstructive sleep apnea syndrome (OSAS) in infants and preschool children. Our objective is to measure the cross-sectional area (CSA) and volume of pharyngeal airway subregions and investigate the effects of age and sex in infants and preschool children using computerized tomography (CT). METHODS: After applying strict inclusion criteria, 57 infants and preschool children (27 females, 30 males) aged from 1 day to 72 months who underwent maxillofacial CT scans due to trauma were selected. The sample was stratified into three age groups (1 day-24 months, 25-48 months, and 49-72 months). The CSA and the volume of the naso-, palato-, glosso-, and laryngopharyngeal airway were calculated using a 3-dimensional image processing software. Linear regression analysis was performed to express the effect of age, height, and weight. One-way analysis of covariance with height as a covariate was used to analyze the statistical significance of the difference between males and females within each age group. RESULTS: The CSA and volume of all pharyngeal airway subregions increased with age, height, and weight (P < 0.05) in children under 6 years old. Multiple linear regression analysis showed an age effect, identified in all measurements (P < 0.001), whereas no height or weight effect were found. There were no differences in any measurements between males and females within each age group. CONCLUSION: The normative reference data of CSA and volume of pharyngeal airway subregions were established after applying strict inclusion and exclusion criteria in infants and preschool children. Results may be useful in screening and assist in the timely diagnosis and management of pediatric OSAS.

RESUMO

The development of strain sensors with high sensitivity and stretchability, which can accurately detect different human activities such as subtle physiological signals and large-scale joint motions is essential for disease diagnosis and human health monitoring. However, achieving both high sensitivity and stretchability is still an enormous challenge at the moment, particularly for intrinsically stretchable strain sensors. Herein, utilizing large differences in the conductivity and stretchability of micropatterned Au and SWCNTs, we present an ultrasensitive intrinsically stretchable strain sensor by a one-step photolithography process. Its high sensitivity is inspired from spiders' slit organ and the high stretchability is enlightened from spiders' neural pathway. The skin-like sensor exhibits many superior merits, including ultrahigh sensitivity (gauge factors of 7.1 × 104 to 3.4 × 106), wide detection range (up to 100% strain), excellent durability (1000 cycles), ultralow limit of detection (0.1% strain), fast response (1.3 ms), and minimal feature size (≤100 µm). These fascinating merits allow the strain sensor to precisely detect diverse human activities. This work opens up a feasible path to fabricate highly sensitive and stretchable strain sensors, presenting their promising potential in future personalized healthcare, as electronic skins, and being a portable friendly human-machine interaction system.
