ABSTRACT

Dietary folate intake has been identified as a potentially modifiable factor of gastric cancer (GC) risk, although the evidence is still inconsistent. We evaluate the association between dietary folate intake and the risk of GC as well as the potential modification effect of alcohol consumption. We pooled data for 2829 histologically confirmed GC cases and 8141 controls from 11 case-control studies from the international Stomach Cancer Pooling Consortium. Dietary folate intake was estimated using food frequency questionnaires. We used linear mixed models with random intercepts for each study to calculate adjusted odds ratios (OR) and 95% confidence interval (CI). Higher folate intake was associated with a lower risk of GC, although this association was not observed among participants who consumed >2.0 alcoholic drinks/day. The OR for the highest quartile of folate intake, compared with the lowest quartile, was 0.78 (95% CI, 0.67-0.90, P-trend = 0.0002). The OR per each quartile increment was 0.92 (95% CI, 0.87-0.96) and, per every 100 µg/day of folate intake, was 0.89 (95% CI, 0.84-0.95). There was a significant interaction between folate intake and alcohol consumption (P-interaction = 0.02). The lower risk of GC associated with higher folate intake was not observed in participants who consumed >2.0 drinks per day, ORQ4v Q1 = 1.15 (95% CI, 0.85-1.56), and the OR100 µg/day = 1.02 (95% CI, 0.92-1.15). Our study supports a beneficial effect of folate intake on GC risk, although the consumption of >2.0 alcoholic drinks/day counteracts this beneficial effect.

BACKGROUND: Gastric cancer incidence is higher in men, and a protective hormone-related effect in women is postulated. We aimed to investigate and quantify the relationship in the Stomach cancer Pooling (StoP) Project consortium. METHODS: A total of 2,084 cases and 7,102 controls from 11 studies in seven countries were included. Summary odds ratios (ORs) and 95% confidence intervals (CIs) assessing associations of key reproductive factors and menopausal hormone therapy (MHT) with gastric cancer were estimated by pooling study-specific ORs using random-effects meta-analysis. RESULTS: A duration of fertility of ≥ 40 years (vs. < 20), was associated with a 25% lower risk of gastric cancer (OR = 0.75; 95% CI: 0.58-0.96). Compared with never use, ever, 5-9 years and ≥ 10 years use of MHT in postmenopausal women, showed ORs of 0.73 (95% CI: 0.58-0.92), 0.53 (95% CI: 0.34-0.84) and 0.71 (95% CI: 0.50-1.00), respectively. The associations were generally similar for anatomical and histologic subtypes. CONCLUSION: Our results support the hypothesis that reproductive factors and MHT use may lower the risk of gastric cancer in women, regardless of anatomical or histologic subtypes. Given the variation in hormones over the lifespan, studies should address their effects in premenopausal and postmenopausal women. Furthermore, mechanistic studies may inform potential biological processes.

ABSTRACT

A new interactive quantum zero-knowledge protocol for identity authentication implementable in currently available quantum cryptographic devices is proposed and demonstrated. The protocol design involves a verifier and a prover knowing a pre-shared secret, and the acceptance or rejection of the proof is determined by the quantum bit error rate. It has been implemented in modified Quantum Key Distribution devices executing two fundamental cases. In the first case, all players are honest, while in the second case, one of the users is a malicious player. We demonstrate an increase of the quantum bit error rate around 25% in the latter case compared to the case of honesty. The protocol has also been validated for distances from a back-to-back setup to more than 60 km between verifier and prover. The security and robustness of the protocol has been analysed, demonstrating its completeness, soundness and zero-knowledge properties.

ABSTRACT

BACKGROUND: Previous studies suggest that dietary vitamin C is inversely associated with gastric cancer (GC), but most of them did not consider intake of fruit and vegetables. Thus, we aimed to evaluate this association within the Stomach cancer Pooling (StoP) Project, a consortium of epidemiological studies on GC. METHODS: Fourteen case-control studies were included in the analysis (5362 cases, 11,497 controls). We estimated odds ratios (ORs) and corresponding 95% confidence intervals (CIs) for the association between dietary intake of vitamin C and GC, adjusted for relevant confounders and for intake of fruit and vegetables. The dose-response relationship was evaluated using mixed-effects logistic models with second-order fractional polynomials. RESULTS: Individuals in the highest quartile of dietary vitamin C intake had reduced odds of GC compared with those in the lowest quartile (OR: 0.64; 95% CI: 0.58, 0.72). Additional adjustment for fruit and vegetables intake led to an OR of 0.85 (95% CI: 0.73, 0.98). A significant inverse association was observed for noncardia GC, as well as for both intestinal and diffuse types of the disease. The results of the dose-response analysis showed decreasing ORs of GC up to 150-200 mg/day of vitamin C (OR: 0.54; 95% CI: 0.41, 0.71), whereas ORs for higher intakes were close to 1.0. CONCLUSIONS: The findings of our pooled study suggest that vitamin C is inversely associated with GC, with a potentially beneficial effect also for intakes above the currently recommended daily intake (90 mg for men and 75 mg for women).

ABSTRACT

Quantum-key-distribution (QKD) networks are gaining importance and it has become necessary to analyze the most appropriate methods for their long-distance interconnection. In this paper, four different methods of interconnecting remote QKD networks are proposed. The methods are used to link three different QKD testbeds in Europe, located in Berlin, Madrid, and Poznan. Although long-distance QKD links are only emulated, the methods used can serve as a blueprint for the secure interconnection of distant QKD networks in the future. Specifically, the presented approaches combine, in a transparent way, different fiber and satellite physical media, as well as common standards of key delivery interfaces. The testbed interconnections are designed to increase the security by utilizing multipath techniques and multiple hybridizations of QKD and post-quantum cryptography (PQC) algorithms.

Use of artificial sweeteners (AS) such as aspartame, cyclamate, saccharin and sucralose is widespread. We evaluated the association of use of aspartame and other AS with cancer. In total 1881 colorectal, 1510 breast, 972 prostate and 351 stomach cancer and 109 chronic lymphocytic leukaemia (CLL) cases and 3629 population controls from the Spanish Multicase-Control (MCC-Spain) study were recruited (2008-2013). Cyp51 contribution to azole resistance has been broadly studied and characterized in Aspergillus fumigatus, whereas it remains poorly investigated in other clinically relevant species of the genus, such as those of section Nigri In this work, we aimed to analyze the impact of cyp51 genes (cyp51A and cyp51B) on the voriconazole (VRC) response and resistance of Aspergillus niger and Aspergillus tubingensis We generated CRISPR-Cas9 cyp51A and cyp51B knock-out mutants from strains with different genetic backgrounds and diverse patterns of azole susceptibility. Single gene deletions of cyp51 genes resulted in 2 to 16-fold decrease of the VRC Minimum Inhibitory Concentration (MIC) values, which were below the VRC Epidemiological Cutoff Value (ECV) established by the Clinical and Laboratory Standards Institute (CLSI) irrespective of their parental strains susceptibilities. Gene expression studies in the tested species confirmed that cyp51A participates more actively than cyp51B in the transcriptional response of azole stress. However, ergosterol quantification revealed that both enzymes comparably impact the total ergosterol content within the cell, as basal and VRC-induced changes to ergosterol content was similar in all cases. These data contribute to our understanding on Aspergillus azole resistance, especially in non-fumigatus species.

ABSTRACT

MDA5, encoded by the IFIH1gene, is a cytoplasmic sensor of viral RNAs that triggers interferon (IFN) antiviral responses. Common and rare IFIH1 variants have been associated with the risk of type 1 diabetes and other immune-mediated disorders, and with the outcome of viral diseases. Variants associated with reduced IFN expression would increase the risk for severe viral disease. The MDA5/IFN pathway would play a critical role in the response to SARS-CoV-2 infection mediating the extent and severity of COVID-19. Here, we genotyped a cohort of 477 patients with critical ICU COVID-19 (109 death) for three IFIH1 functional variants: rs1990760 (p.Ala946Thr), rs35337543 (splicing variant, intron 8 + 1G > C), and rs35744605 (p.Glu627Stop). The main finding of our study was a significant increased frequency of rs1990760 C-carriers in early-onset patients (< 65 years) (p = 0.01; OR = 1.64, 95%CI = 1.18-2.43). This variant was also increased in critical vs. no-ICU patients and in critical vs. asymptomatic controls. The rs35744605 C variant was associated with increased blood IL6 levels at ICU admission. The rare rs35337543 splicing variant showed a trend toward protection from early-onset critical COVID-19. In conclusion, IFIH1 variants associated with reduced gene expression and lower IFN response might contribute to develop critical COVID-19 with an age-dependent effect.

ABSTRACT

BACKGROUND: Infections caused by severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) may cause a severe disease, termed coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19), with significant mortality. Host responses to this infection, mainly in terms of systemic inflammation, have emerged as key pathogenetic mechanisms and their modulation has shown a mortality benefit. METHODS: In a cohort of 56 critically ill COVID-19 patients, peripheral blood transcriptomes were obtained at admission to an intensive care unit (ICU) and clustered using an unsupervised algorithm. Differences in gene expression, circulating microRNAs (c-miRNAs) and clinical data between clusters were assessed, and circulating cell populations estimated from sequencing data. A transcriptomic signature was defined and applied to an external cohort to validate the findings. RESULTS: We identified two transcriptomic clusters characterised by expression of either interferon-related or immune checkpoint genes, respectively. Steroids have cluster-specific effects, decreasing lymphocyte activation in the former but promoting B-cell activation in the latter. These profiles have different ICU outcomes, despite no major clinical differences at ICU admission. A transcriptomic signature was used to identify these clusters in two external validation cohorts (with 50 and 60 patients), yielding similar results. CONCLUSIONS: These results reveal different underlying pathogenetic mechanisms and illustrate the potential of transcriptomics to identify patient endotypes in severe COVID-19 with the aim to ultimately personalise their therapies.

ABSTRACT

Although considered effective treatment for many yeast fungi, the therapeutic efficacy of the echinocandin class of antifungals for invasive aspergillosis (IA) is limited. Recent studies suggest intense kinase- and phosphatase-mediated echinocandin adaptation in A. fumigatus. To identify A. fumigatus protein kinases required for survival under echinocandin stress, we employed CRISPR/Cas9-mediated gene targeting to generate a protein kinase disruption mutant library in a wild type genetic background. Cell wall and echinocandin stress screening of the 118 disruption mutants comprising the library identified only five protein kinase disruption mutants displaying greater than 4-fold decreased echinocandin minimum effective concentrations (MEC) compared to the parental strain. Two of these mutated genes, the previously uncharacterized A. fumigatus sepL and sidB genes, were predicted to encode protein kinases functioning as core components of the Septation Initiation Network (SIN), a tripartite kinase cascade that is necessary for septation in fungi. As the A. fumigatus SIN is completely uncharacterized, we sought to explore these network components as effectors of echinocandin stress survival. Our data show that mutation of any single SIN kinase gene caused complete loss of hyphal septation and increased susceptibility to cell wall stress, as well as widespread hyphal damage and loss of viability in response to echinocandin stress. Strikingly, mutation of each SIN kinase gene also resulted in a profound loss of virulence characterized by lack of tissue invasive growth. Through the deletion of multiple novel regulators of hyphal septation, we show that the non-invasive growth phenotype is not SIN-kinase dependent, but likely due to hyphal septation deficiency. Finally, we also find that echinocandin therapy is highly effective at eliminating residual tissue burden in mice infected with an aseptate strain of A. fumigatus. Together, our findings suggest that inhibitors of septation could enhance echinocandin-mediated killing while simultaneously limiting the invasive potential of A. fumigatus hyphae.

ABSTRACT

Increasing age is associated with severity and higher mortality of COVID-19. Telomere shortening is associated with higher risk of infections and may be used to identify those patients who are more likely to die. We evaluated the association between relative telomere length (RTL) and COVID-19 mortality. RTL was measured in patients hospitalized because of COVID-19. We used Kaplan-Meier method to analyze survival probabilities, and Cox regression to investigate the association between RTL and mortality (30 and 90 days). Six hundred and eight patients were included in the analysis (mean age =72.5 years, 41.1% women, and 53.8% Caucasic). During the study period, 75 people died from COVID-19 and 533 survived. Lower RTL was associated with a higher risk of death in women either at 30 (adjusted hazard ratio [HR] (aHR) = 3.33; 95% confidence interval [CI] = 1.05-10.00; p = 0.040) and at 90 days (aHR = 3.57; 95%CI = 1.23-11.11; p = 0.019). Lower RTL was associated with a higher risk of dying of COVID-19 in women. This finding suggests that RTL has an essential role in the prognosis of this subset of the population.

ABSTRACT

PURPOSE: We aimed to assess IgG antibodies against the SARS-CoV-2 spike protein (anti-SARS-CoV-2 S IgG) in vaccinated mothers and their infants at delivery and 2-3 months of age. METHODS: We conducted a prospective study on mothers who received at least one dose of the COVID-19 vaccine (Pfizer-BNT162b2, Moderna mRNA-1273, or Oxford-AstraZeneca ChAdOx1-S) during pregnancy and on their infants. The baseline was at the time of delivery (n = 93), and the end of follow-up was 2 to 3 months post-partum (n = 53). Serum anti-SARS-CoV-2 S IgG titers and ACE2 binding inhibition levels were quantified by immunoassays. RESULTS: Mothers and infants had high anti-SARS-CoV-2 S IgG titers against the B.1 lineage at birth. However, while antibody titers were maintained at 2-3 months post-partum in mothers, they decreased significantly in infants (p < 0.001). Positive and significant correlations were found between anti-SARS-CoV-2 S IgG titers and ACE2-binding inhibition levels in mothers and infants at birth and 2-3 months post-partum (r > 0.8, p < 0.001). Anti-S antibodies were also quantified for the Omicron variant at 2-3 months post-partum. The antibody titers against Omicron were significantly lower in mothers and infants than those against B.1 (p < 0.001). Again, a positive correlation was observed for Omicron between IgG titers and ACE2-binding inhibition both in mothers (r = 0.818, p < 0.001) and infants (r = 0.386, p < 0.005). Previous SARS-CoV-2 infection and COVID-19 vaccination near delivery positively impacted anti-SARS-CoV-2 S IgG levels. CONCLUSIONS: COVID-19 mRNA vaccines induce high anti-SARS-CoV-2 S titers in pregnant women, which can inhibit the binding of ACE2 to protein S and are efficiently transferred to the fetus. However, there was a rapid decrease in antibody levels at 2 to 3 months post-partum, particularly in infants.

INTRODUCTION: Pregnant women are vulnerable to severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus (SARS-CoV-2) infection. Neutralizing antibodies against the SARS-CoV-2 spike (S) protein protect from severe disease. This study analyzes the antibody titers to SARS-CoV-2 S protein in pregnant women and their newborns at delivery, and six months later. METHODS: We conducted a prospective study on pregnant women with confirmed SARS-CoV-2 infection and newborns. Antibody (IgG, IgM, and IgA) titers were determined using immunoassays in serum and milk samples. An angiotensin-converting enzyme 2 (ACE2) receptor-binding inhibition assay to the S protein was performed on the same serum and milk samples. RESULTS: At birth, antibodies to SARS-CoV-2 spike protein were detected in 81.9% of mothers' sera, 78.9% of cord blood samples, and 63.2% of milk samples. Symptomatic women had higher antibody titers (IgG, IgM, and IgA) than the asymptomatic ones (P < 0.05). At six months postpartum, IgG levels decreased drastically in children's serum (P < 0.001) but remained high in mothers' serum. Antibody titers correlated positively with its capacity to inhibit the ACE2-spike protein interaction at baseline in maternal sera (R2  = 0.203; P < 0.001), cord sera (R2  = 0.378; P < 0.001), and milk (R2  = 0.564; P < 0.001), and at six months in maternal sera (R2  = 0.600; P < 0.001). CONCLUSIONS: High antibody levels against SARS-CoV-2 spike protein were found in most pregnant women. Due to the efficient transfer of IgG to cord blood and high IgA titers in breast milk, neonates may be passively immunized to SARS-CoV-2 infection. Our findings could guide newborn management and maternal vaccination policies.

INTRODUCTION: 10-16% of non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) cases have the epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) amplified and/or mutated. Studies show that EGFR tyrosine kinase inhibitors (TKIs) significantly prolong progression-free survival (PFS) in patients with advanced NSCLC compared to those treated with platinum-based chemotherapy (CT) doublets. Our aim is to perform a real-world survival analysis of patients treated with TKI as first-line therapy at the Hospital of Leon (CAULE) in Spain. The impact on global survival rates and responses to clinical and histopathological factors were also analyzed. MATERIAL AND METHODS: We retrospectively reviewed patients diagnosed with EGFR-mutated NSCLC who received treatment with EGFR-TKI in the Department of Oncology at the University of Leon Health Center complex between March 2011 and June 2018. Data was analyzed with Kaplan-Meier and Cox regression models to show overall survival (OS), progression-free survival (PFS), and the associated variables. RESULTS: 53 patients were included in the study, 50% (n = 27) were treated with gefitinib, 32% (n = 18) with erlotinib and 10% (n = 6) with afatinib. The median OS and PFS were 27.7 months (95% CI: 21-33.8 months) and 18 months (95% CI 14.25-21.89 months), respectively. The variables associated with OS and with PFS were exon19 deletion as a protective factor and presence of extrathoracic metastasis as a risk factor. The most frequent adverse effects were rash, diarrhea, asthenia, and conjunctivitis. CONCLUSIONS: Real-world analysis of this data confirms that treatment with TKI is beneficial for patients diagnosed with EGFR-mutated NSCLC. Our OS outcomes were similar to those reported in clinical trials.

ABSTRACT

Portal hypertension, responsible for the formation of oesophageal varices, also generates intra-abdominal varicose dilations, especially of the perisplenic and mesenteric veins, which, like the oesophageal veins, are susceptible to rupturing and bleeding, in this case within the peritoneal cavity. However, the spontaneous rupture of these intraperitoneal varices is a rare complication, and poorly described in the literature. We present the case of a 72-year-old woman with CHILD B liver cirrhosis of unknown aetiology with portal hypertension on primary prophylaxis with carvedilol.

ABSTRACT

Mucosal immune response in the upper respiratory tract is crucial for initial control of viral replication, clearance of severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2), and progression of coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19). We analyzed SARS-CoV-2 RNA load and expression of selected immune genes in the upper respiratory tract (nasopharynx) of 255 SARS-CoV-2-infected patients and evaluated their association with severe COVID-19. SARS-CoV-2 replication in nasopharyngeal mucosa induces expression of several innate immune genes. High SARS-CoV-2 viral load and low CCL5 expression levels were associated with intensive care unit admission or death, although CCL5 was the best predictor of COVID-19 severity.

BACKGROUND: The role of allium vegetables on gastric cancer (GC) risk remains unclear. METHODS: We evaluated whether higher intakes of allium vegetables reduce GC risk using individual participant data from 17 studies participating in the "Stomach cancer Pooling (StoP) Project", including 6097 GC cases and 13,017 controls. Study-specific odds ratios (ORs) were pooled using a two-stage modelling approach. RESULTS: Total allium vegetables intake was inversely associated with GC risk. The pooled OR for the highest versus the lowest study-specific tertile of consumption was 0.71 (95% confidence interval, CI, 0.56-0.90), with substantial heterogeneity across studies (I2 > 50%). Pooled ORs for high versus low consumption were 0.69 (95% CI, 0.55-0.86) for onions and 0.83 (95% CI, 0.75-0.93) for garlic. The inverse association with allium vegetables was evident in Asian (OR 0.50, 95% CI, 0.29-0.86) but not European (OR 0.96, 95% CI, 0.81-1.13) and American (OR 0.66, 95% CI, 0.39-1.11) studies. Results were consistent across all other strata. CONCLUSIONS: In a worldwide consortium of epidemiological studies, we found an inverse association between allium vegetables and GC, with a stronger association seen in Asian studies. The heterogeneity of results across geographic regions and possible residual confounding suggest caution in results interpretation.

BACKGROUND: Mechanical stretch of cancer cells can alter their invasiveness. During mechanical ventilation, lungs may be exposed to an increased amount of stretch, but the consequences on lung tumours have not been explored. METHODS: To characterise the influence of mechanical ventilation on the behaviour of lung tumours, invasiveness assays and transcriptomic analyses were performed in cancer cell lines cultured in static conditions or under cyclic stretch. Mice harbouring lung melanoma implants were submitted to mechanical ventilation and metastatic spread was assessed. Additional in vivo experiments were performed to determine the mechanodependent specificity of the response. Incidence of metastases was studied in a cohort of lung cancer patients that received mechanical ventilation compared with a matched group of nonventilated patients. RESULTS: Stretch increases invasiveness in melanoma B16F10luc2 and lung adenocarcinoma A549 cells. We identified a mechanosensitive upregulation of pathways involved in cholesterol processing in vitro, leading to an increase in pro-protein convertase subtilisin/kexin type 9 (PCSK9) and LDLR expression, a decrease in intracellular cholesterol and preservation of cell stiffness. A course of mechanical ventilation in mice harbouring melanoma implants increased brain and kidney metastases 2 weeks later. Blockade of PCSK9 using a monoclonal antibody increased cell cholesterol and stiffness and decreased cell invasiveness in vitro and metastasis in vivo. In patients, mechanical ventilation increased PCSK9 abundance in lung tumours and the incidence of metastasis, thus decreasing survival. CONCLUSIONS: Our results suggest that mechanical stretch promote invasiveness of cancer cells, which may have clinically relevant consequences. Pharmacological manipulation of cholesterol endocytosis could be a novel therapeutic target in this setting.

BACKGROUND: Anti-SARS-CoV-2 S antibodies prevent viral replication. Critically ill COVID-19 patients show viral material in plasma, associated with a dysregulated host response. If these antibodies influence survival and viral dissemination in ICU-COVID patients is unknown. PATIENTS/METHODS: We studied the impact of anti-SARS-CoV-2 S antibodies levels on survival, viral RNA-load in plasma, and N-antigenaemia in 92 COVID-19 patients over ICU admission. RESULTS: Frequency of N-antigenaemia was >2.5-fold higher in absence of antibodies. Antibodies correlated inversely with viral RNA-load in plasma, representing a protective factor against mortality (adjusted HR [CI 95%], p): (S IgM [AUC ≥ 60]: 0.44 [0.22; 0.88], 0.020); (S IgG [AUC ≥ 237]: 0.31 [0.16; 0.61], <0.001). Viral RNA-load in plasma and N-antigenaemia predicted increased mortality: (N1-viral load [≥2.156 copies/ml]: 2.25 [1.16; 4.36], 0.016); (N-antigenaemia: 2.45 [1.27; 4.69], 0.007). CONCLUSIONS: Low anti-SARS-CoV-2 S antibody levels predict mortality in critical COVID-19. Our findings support that these antibodies contribute to prevent systemic dissemination of SARS-CoV-2.

ABSTRACT

PURPOSE: The variation in breast cancer (BC)-risk factor associations between screen-detected (SD) and non-screen-detected (NSD) tumors has been poorly studied, despite the interest of this aspect in risk assessment and prevention. This study analyzes the differences in breast cancer-risk factor associations according to detection method and tumor phenotype in Spanish women aged between 50 and 69. METHODS: We examined 900 BC cases and 896 controls aged between 50 and 69, recruited in the multicase-control MCC-Spain study. With regard to the cases, 460 were detected by screening mammography, whereas 144 were diagnosed by other means. By tumor phenotype, 591 were HR+, 153 were HER2+, and 58 were TN. Lifestyle, reproductive factors, family history of BC, and tumor characteristics were analyzed. Logistic regression models were used to compare cases vs. controls and SD vs. NSD cases. Multinomial regression models (controls used as a reference) were adjusted for case analysis according to phenotype and detection method. RESULTS: TN was associated with a lower risk of SD BC (OR 0.30 IC 0.10-0.89), as were intermediate (OR 0.18 IC 0.07-0.44) and advanced stages at diagnosis (OR 0.11 IC 0.03-0.34). Nulliparity in postmenopausal women and age at menopause were related to an increased risk of SD BC (OR 1.60 IC 1.08-2.36; OR 1.48 IC 1.09-2.00, respectively). Nulliparity in postmenopausal women was associated with a higher risk of HR+ (OR 1.66 IC 1.15-2.40). Age at menopause was related to a greater risk of HR+ (OR 1.60 IC 1.22-2.11) and HER2+ (OR 1.59 IC 1.03-2.45) tumors. CONCLUSION: Reproductive risk factors are associated with SD BC, as are HR+ tumors. Differences in BC-risk factor associations according to detection method may be related to prevailing phenotypes among categories.
