Antigen presentation defects in tumors are prevalent mechanisms of adaptive immune evasion and resistance to cancer immunotherapy, whereas how tumors evade innate immunity is less clear. Using CRISPR screens, we discovered that IGSF8 expressed on tumors suppresses NK cell function by interacting with human KIR3DL2 and mouse Klra9 receptors on NK cells. IGSF8 is normally expressed in neuronal tissues and is not required for cell survival in vitro or in vivo. It is overexpressed and associated with low antigen presentation, low immune infiltration, and worse clinical outcomes in many tumors. An antibody that blocks IGSF8-NK receptor interaction enhances NK cell killing of malignant cells in vitro and upregulates antigen presentation, NK cell-mediated cytotoxicity, and T cell signaling in vivo. In syngeneic tumor models, anti-IGSF8 alone, or in combination with anti-PD1, inhibits tumor growth. Our results indicate that IGSF8 is an innate immune checkpoint that could be exploited as a therapeutic target.

AIMS: A severe lockdown occurred in Wuhan during the COVID-19 pandemic, followed by a remission phase in the pandemic's aftermath. This study analyzed the bacterial and fungal profiles of respiratory pathogens in patients hospitalized with non-COVID-19 lower respiratory tract infections (LRTIs) during this period to determine the pathogen profile distributions in different age groups and hospital departments in Wuhan. METHODS AND RESULTS: We collected reports of pathogen testing in the medical records of patients hospitalized with non-COVID-19 LRTI between 2019 and 2021. These cases were tested for bacterial and fungal pathogens using 16S and internal transcribed spacer sequencing methods on bronchoalveolar lavage fluid samples. The study included 1368 cases. The bacteria most commonly identified were Streptococcus pneumoniae (12.50%) and Mycoplasma pneumoniae (8.33%). The most commonly identified fungi were Aspergillus fumigatus (2.49%) and Pneumocystis jirovecii (1.75%). Compared to 2019, the S. pneumoniae detection rates increased significantly in 2021, and those of M. pneumoniae decreased. Streptococcus pneumoniae was detected mainly in children. The detection rates of almost all fungi were greater in the respiratory Intensive Care Unit compared to respiratory medicine. Streptococcus pneumoniae and M. pneumoniae were detected more frequently in the pediatric department. CONCLUSIONS: Before and after the COVID-19 outbreak, a change in the common pathogen spectrum was detected in patients with non-COVID-19 in Wuhan, with the greatest change occurring among children. The major pathogens varied by the patient's age and the hospital department.

RESUMEN

Patients with ulcerative colitis are at increased risk for colorectal neoplasia compared to the general population. The risk factors include family history of colorectal cancer, wide extent of colitis, disease duration, cumulative inflammatory burden, and primary sclerosing cholangitis. Here, we report a case of colorectal neoplasia developed in a patient with ulcerative colitis.

Glycolytic reprogramming is one of the most important features of cancer and plays an integral role in the progression of cancer. In cancer cells, changes in glucose metabolism meet the needs of self-proliferation, angiogenesis and lymphangiogenesis, metastasis, and also affect the immune escape, prognosis evaluation and therapeutic effect of cancer. The n6-methyladenosine (m6A) modification of RNA is widespread in eukaryotic cells. Dynamic and reversible m6A modifications are widely involved in the regulation of cancer stem cell renewal and differentiation, tumor therapy resistance, tumor microenvironment, tumor immune escape, and tumor metabolism. Lately, more and more evidences show that m6A modification can affect the glycolysis process of tumors in a variety of ways to regulate the biological behavior of tumors. In this review, we discussed the role of glycolysis in tumor genesis and development, and elaborated in detail the profound impact of m6A modification on different tumor by regulating glycolysis. We believe that m6A modified glycolysis has great significance and potential for tumor treatment.

This study aimed to investigate a stratified approach based on hepatitis B virus (HBV) surface antibody (anti-HBs) for managing HBV reactivation (HBVr) in lymphoma patients with serological protection against HBV. A retrospective analysis was conducted on 209 lymphoma patients with a baseline anti-HBs titre of ≥10 iu/L, who were either positive or negative for HBV core antibody (anti-HBc). The results revealed that 15.7% of patients lost serological protection following 6-month anti-lymphoma therapy. With a median follow-up of 28.1 months, the cumulative rates of HBVr at 6 months, 2 years and 4 years were 2.9%, 4.7% and 6.3% respectively. Without intervention, the overall rate of reactivation was 2.0% for patients with isolated anti-HBs and 10.5% for those with positive anti-HBs and anti-HBc. To identify patients at high risk of losing seroprotection and susceptible to HBVr, a predictive model was developed. The high-risk group had significantly higher rates of serological protection loss (27.8% vs. 2.2%) and cumulative incidence of HBVr (22.0% vs. 0%) compared to the low-risk group. Overall, this study highlights the risk of HBVr in lymphoma patients with positive anti-HBs, with or without positive anti-HBc, and recommends periodic monitoring for low-risk patients and early intervention for high-risk patients.

BACKGROUND AND AIMS: IL-6-induced tumor progression has been well established through the induction of antiapoptotic and proliferative genes. However, whether other mechanisms such as IL-6 regulation of circular RNAs (circRNAs) may also contribute to tumor development remains unknown. APPROACH AND RESULTS: High-throughput RNA sequencing was used to identify the differentially expressed circRNAs on IL-6 stimulation in intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma (ICC) cells. CircRNA GGNBP2 (derived from ggnbp2 gene, termed as cGGNBP2) was up-regulated by IL-6 treatment in a time and concentration-dependent manner. The biogenesis of cGGNBP2 was regulated by RNA-binding protein DEx-H Box Helicase 9, which was also mediated by IL-6 exposure. Mass spectrometry and western blotting identified a protein cGGNBP2-184aa encoded by cGGNBP2. cGGNBP2-184aa promoted ICC cell proliferation and metastasis in vitro and in vivo. Mechanistically, cGGNBP2-184aa directly interacted with signal transducers and activators of transduction-3 (STAT3), phosphorylated STAT3Tyr705 , and played a positive regulatory role in modulating IL-6/STAT3 signaling. IL-6/cGGNBP2-184aa/STAT3 formed a positive feedback loop to sustain constitutive activation of IL-6/STAT3 signaling. Elevated cGGNBP2 expression was correlated with poor prognosis of patients with ICC and was identified as an independent risk factor for patient prognosis. CONCLUSIONS: Our study demonstrates that cGGNBP2-184aa, a protein encoded by IL-6-induced cGGNBP2, formed a positive feedback loop to facilitate ICC progression and may serve as an auxiliary target for clinical IL-6/STAT3-targeting treatments in ICC.

Although classic Hodgkin lymphoma (cHL) is highly curable with current treatment paradigms, therapy fails in 10-25% of patients. This prospective multicenter phase II study attempted to investigate the efficacy and safety of the combination of tislelizumab with gemcitabine and oxaliplatin (T-GemOx) in relapsed or refractory cHL. Participants received six to eight courses of gemcitabine (1 g/m2 on day 1) and oxaliplatin (100 mg/m2 on day 1) combined with tislelizumab (200 mg on day 2) at 21-day intervals, followed by tislelizumab maintenance (every 2 months for 2 years). The main outcome measure was the best complete remission rate. As of August 2022, a total of 30 patients had been consecutively enrolled and given induction therapy. The best overall response rate and complete remission rate were 100% (95% confidence interval [CI]: 88.4-100%) and 96.7% (95% CI: 82.8-99.9%), respectively. The median duration of follow-up after initiation of T-GemOx was 15.8 months. The 12-month progression-free survival rate without autologous stem cell transplant was 96% (95% CI: 74.8-99.4%). There were 122 adverse events recorded, of which 93.4% were grade 1 or 2. Thrombocytopenia (10%) and anemia (6.7%) were the most common grade 3 or 4 adverse events. Overall, T-GemOx demonstrated promising antitumor activity with manageable toxicities as a salvage treatment for relapsed or refractory cHL. A longer follow-up duration is required to determine whether maintenance therapy with tislelizumab rather than transplantation can be curative following such a highly active regimen. This trial was registered with the Chinese Clinical Trials Registry (http://www.chictr.org.cn) on June 1, 2020, identifier ChiCTR2000033441.

Neoadjuvant chemoradiotherapy (nCRT) has become the standard treatment for patients with locally advanced rectal cancer (LARC). However, 20-40% of patients with LARC show little to no response to nCRT. Thus, comprehensively understanding the tumor microenvironment (TME), which might influence therapeutic efficacy, and identifying robust predictive biomarkers is urgently needed. Pre-treatment tumor biopsy specimens from patients with LARC were evaluated in detail through digital spatial profiling (DSP), public RNA sequencing datasets, and multiplex immunofluorescence (mIF). DSP analysis revealed distinct characteristics of the tumor stroma compared to the normal stroma and tumor compartments. We identified high levels of human leukocyte antigen-DR/major histocompatibility complex class II (HLA-DR/MHC-II) in the tumor compartment and B cells in the stroma as potential spatial predictors of nCRT efficacy in the Discovery cohort. Public datasets validated their predictive capacity for clinical outcomes. Using mIF in an independent nCRT cohort and/or the total cohort, we validated that a high density of HLA-DR/MHC-II+ cells in the tumor and CD20 + B cells in the stroma was associated with nCRT efficacy (all p ≤ 0.021). Spatial profiling successfully characterized the LARC TME and identified robust biomarkers with the potential to accurately predict nCRT response. These findings have important implications for individualized therapy.

BACKGROUND AND AIMS: Gastrointestinal T-cell and NK/T-cell lymphomas are relatively rare and may be difficult to diagnose. Therefore, we performed a retrospective study of the clinical, endoscopic and pathological characteristics of these lymphomas, to provide additional data on this issue. METHODS: From April 2013 to April 2021, consecutive patients diagnosed with primary gastrointestinal T-cell and NK/T-cell lymphomas were retrospectively reviewed. Their medical histories, laboratory, imaging, endoscopic, and pathology results were analyzed. RESULTS: Forty-two patients were finally chosen, among whom, 24 patients had ENKTCL, 9 patients had MEITL, 2 patients had ALCL, ALK-, 1 patient had ALCL, ALK+, and 6 patients had PTCL, NOS. The median age of all the patients was 48 years old, and 73.81% (31 patients) were male. The patients' symptoms were abdominal pain, diarrhea, gastrointestinal bleeding, weight loss, fever, and others. The endoscopic results of 26 patients could be traced, and 69.23% of the patients showed multiple lesions. Ulcerative and ulceroinfiltrative lesions were common. Among the pathologic findings, necrosis, ulceration, and crypt atrophy were commonly found while epitheliotropism was relatively less common. Twelve patients (28.57%) had a history of misdiagnosis. After a median follow-up time of 26.9 months, 26 patients (66.70%) died of the disease. The median overall survival time was 8 months. CONCLUSIONS: These lymphomas had nonspecific clinical manifestations, various endoscopic features, and were likely to be misdiagnosed as other diseases. The prognosis is still poor, and more in-depth research is needed to develop more precise treatments.

This study presents the first-ever synthesis of samarium-doped indium vanadate nanosheets (IVONSs:Sm) via microemulsion-mediated solvothermal method. The nanosheets were subsequently utilized as a nano-matrix in laser desorption/ionization mass spectrometry (LDI-MS). It was discovered that the as-synthesized IVONSs:Sm possessed the following advantages: improved mass spectrometry signal, minimal matrix-related background, and exceptional stability in negative-ion mode. These qualities overcame the limitations of conventional matrices and enabled the sensitive detection of small biomolecules such as fatty acids. The negative-ion LDI mechanism of IVONSs:Sm was examined through the implementation of density functional theory simulation. Using IVONSs:Sm-assisted LDI-MS, fingerprint recognitions based on morphology and chemical profiles of endogenous/exogenous compounds were also achieved. Notably, crucial characteristics such as the age of an individual's fingerprints and their physical state could be assessed through the longitudinal monitoring of particular biomolecules (e.g., ascorbic acid, fatty acid) or the specific biomarker bilirubin glucuronide. Critical information pertinent to the identification of an individual would thus be facilitated by the analysis of the compounds underlying the fingerprint patterns.

An indole-related molecules have been considered as the potential fluorescent probes for biological and electrochemical sensing. However, most of the indole probes have been usually used in a single detection mode. Indolium probes that enable accurate detection in complex environments are rarely reported. Here, four novel indole derivatives including the phenyl group substituted with different functional moieties were designed on the basis of the donor-π-acceptor (D-π-A) concept. These derivatives exhibit positive solvatochromism owing to their varied molecular conformations upon contacting to various solvents and the different HOMO-LUMO gaps caused by the difference in electronic push-pull capability of the substituents. Their solid-state fluorescence emissions and multiple chromisms are observed due to the inherent twisted geometries and aggregation modes. In addition, these derivatives show dramatic color and fluorescence responses due to the protonation of the nitrogen and oxygen containing groups, and thus novel colorimetric pH sensors, fluorescent papers and logic gates have been designed.

The simultaneous analysis of diversified biomarkers with high sensitivity and in a point-of-care (POC) manner is of great significance for facile and early cancer diagnosis. Herein, we develop a target amplification-assisted ratiometric fluorescence assay (TARFA) platform integrating the dual-amplification strategy and colorimetric readout technology for sensitive and specific detection of two malignancy-associated biomarkers. Meanwhile, the NIR-excited alkaline-earth sulfide nanodots (ASNDs) with an ultrasmall (<10 nm) diameter and tunable emission wavelength are employed to replace commonly UV/visible light-excited fluorescent labels to minimize background interference from the sample matrix. Unique advantages of the ASNDs, together with superiority of consecutive signal amplification of enzymatic target recycling (ETR) and hybridization chain reaction (HCR), realize the pg/mL-range detection limit in specifically recognizing the vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and soluble interleukin-6 receptors (sIL-6R). The combination detection of the dual analyte exhibits an improved sensitivity for cancer diagnosis. The addition of the target biomarkers leads to an increasingly ratiometric RGB signal, and quantification based on the ratio-dependent signal is more reliable rather than measuring the absolute RGB signals. Moreover, perceptible color transformation makes the TARFA platform competent for visual analysis of the target analytes as convenient as reading the pH indicator strip, and hue-based image analysis also improves the method with fine precision by quantitatively identifying the visual color. This work provides a new kind of NIR-excited aptasensing platform with a low detection limit, high throughput, and great portability, which also highlights the potential of the ASNDs in biomolecular fluorescent labeling.

Refractory/relapsed (R/R) diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) patients' failure of salvage chemotherapy had extremely worse prognoses. Herein, 14 R/R DLBCL patients failed to salvage chemotherapy were exposed to dual epigenetic agents (Chidamide 30 mg biw*2w and Decitabine 10 mg/m2 qd*d1-d5) and sequential R-GemOx (rituximab 375 mg/m2 qd d6; gemcitabine 1 g/m2 d7, d14; and oxaliplatin 100 mg/m2 d7) for further salvage chemotherapy. Finally, 11/14(78.6%) patients achieved overall response with 6/14(42.9%) achieving complete remission and 2-year overall survival (OS)/progression free survival (PFS) rate was 42.7%, extremely higher than reported previously. Further subgroup analysis demonstrated that 2-year OS/PFS rate was significantly higher in patients achieved complete/partial remission or with low international prognosis index (IPI 0-2) than that in patients with steady disease or high IPI (3-5). Common grade 3-4 adverse events were hematological toxicities. All toxicities were transient and reversible. Our report implicates that combination of dual epigenetic agents and R-GemOx is a safe and promising alternative for R/R DLBCL patients.

This study aimed to evaluate the existing staging systems for multiple myeloma (MM) in the real world. From January 2010 to June 2019, we retrospectively analyzed 859 newly diagnosed MM patients from two institutions. Clinical data including laboratory findings, imaging examinations and staging system were obtained by reviewing medical records. Survival distributions were estimated using the Kaplan-Meier curve analysis, and Cox proportional hazards model were used to identified risk factors. The overall survival (OS) of eligible patients was 61.0 months. The Revised International Staging System (R-ISS) had a larger receiver operating characteristic curve area (0.603) than both the International Staging System (0.573) and the Durie Salmon staging system (0.567). In the group receiving immunomodulatory agents-based regimens, the median OS was 92.0 months in R-ISS I, 63.0 months in R-ISS II and 18.0 months in R-ISS III (p < 0.0001). In the group receiving proteasome inhibitors-based regimens, the median OS was 102.0 months in R-ISS I, 63.0 months in R-ISS II and 22.0 months in R-ISS III (p < 0.0001). In different subgroups grouped according to age, hemoglobin (HGB), creatinine, and Ca, R-ISS also had a good stratification effect. Patients in R-ISS II, which accounted for 69.9% of all patients, were further analyzed. Univariate and multivariate Cox analyses revealed that age >65 years (p = 0.001), HGB < 100 g/L (p < 0.001), elevated LDH (p = 0.001), and Ca (p = 0.010) were independent predictors of worse prognosis within R-ISS II. To conclusion, R-ISS remains a valuable staging system in the real world of the novel drug era. However, patients classified as R-ISS II still have great heterogeneity.

Plasmonic materials with highly confined electromagnetic fields at resonance wavelengths have been widely used to enhance Raman scattering signals. To achieve the maximum enhancement, the resonance peaks of the plasmonic materials should overlap with the excitation and emission wavelengths of target molecules, which is difficult for most of the plasmonic materials possessing a few narrow resonance peaks. Here, we report an ultrabroadband plasmonic metamaterial absorber (BPMA) that can absorb 99% of the incident light energy and excite plasmon resonance from the ultraviolet to near-infrared range (250-1900 nm), which allows us to observe efficient plasmon-enhanced Raman scattering (PERS) with any excitation sources. As demonstrated by the investigation on a self-assembled monolayer of the nonresonant molecule 4-mercaptobenzonitrile, the BPMA exhibits high PERS performance with a detection limit of down to 10-12 M under any excitation sources of three different lasers and excellent uniformity (∼5.51%) and reproducibility (∼5.50%), which corroborates the potential for high-throughput production with low cost and at a large scale. This work offers a novel platform for anti-interference PERS analysis in dynamic and complex environments.

RESUMEN

Probing the orientation and oxygenation state of single molecules (SMs) is of great importance for understanding the advanced structure of individual molecules. Here, we manipulate molecules transporting through the hot spot of a sub-10 nm conical gold nanopore and acquire the multidimensional structural information of the SMs by surface enhanced Raman scattering (SERS) detection. The sub-10 nm size and conical shape of the plasmonic nanopore guarantee its high detection sensitivity. SERS spectra show a high correlation with the orientations of small-sized single rhodamine 6G (R6G) during transport. Meanwhile, SERS spectra of a single hemoglobin (Hb) reveal both the vertical/parallel orientations of the porphyrin ring and oxygenated/deoxygenated states of Hb. The present study provides a new strategy for bridging the primary sequence and the advanced structure of SMs.

BACKGROUND: The effectiveness of clinical stage as a prognostic factor in combined hepatocellular carcinoma and cholangiocarcinoma (cHCC-CC) patients is controversial. PATIENTS AND METHODS: Medical records of all pathologically confirmed cHCC-CC patients from 2000 to 2017 at West China Hospital were retrieved. Tumor marker score (TMS) was determined from optimal AFP, CEA, and CA19-9 cutoff values. Interaction and subgroup analysis were conducted according to potential confounders. Prognostic value of TMS and other prognostic models were evaluated by Kaplan-Meier (K-M) analysis, c-index, and time-dependent receiver operating curves (td-ROC). RESULTS: Optimal cutoff values for preoperative AFP, CEA, and CA19-9 were 10.76 ng/mL, 5.24 ng/mL, and 31.54 U/mL, respectively. Among 128 patients, 24, 58, and 46 were classified into TMS 0, TMS 1, and TMS ≥ 2, respectively. TMS could stratify our series into groups of statistically different prognosis. Subgroup analysis according to potential confounders and test for interactions showed that TMS 1 and TMS ≥ 2 were stable risk factors relative to TMS 0. Univariate (HR: TMS1 = 2.30, p = 0.014; TMS ≥ 2 = 5.1, p < 0.001) and multivariate Cox regression analyses (HR: TMS1 = 1.72, p = 0.124; TMS ≥ 2 = 4.15, p < 0.001) identified TMS as an independent prognostic risk factor. TMS had good discrimination (c-index 0.666, 95% CI 0.619-0.714), and calibration plots revealed favorable consistency. Area under the curve (AUC) value of td-ROC for TMS and integrated AUC was higher than for other clinical stages at any month within 5 years postoperation. CONCLUSION: TMS exhibited optimal prognostic value over other widely used clinical stages for cHCC-CC after surgery and may guide clinicians in prognostic prediction.

Lignin is an aromatic-rich biomass polymer that is cheap, abundant, and sustainable. However, its application in the solid electrolyte field is rare due to challenges in well-defined polymer synthesis. Herein, the synthesis of lignin-graft-poly(ethylene glycol) (PEG) and its conductivity test for a solid electrolyte application are demonstrated. The main steps of synthesis include functionalization of natural lignin's hydroxyl to alkene, followed by graft-copolymerization of PEG thiol to the lignin via photoredox thiol-ene reaction. Two lignin-graft-PEGs are prepared having 22 wt% lignin (lignin-graft-PEG 550) and 34 wt% lignin (lignin-graft-PEG 2000). Then, new polymer electrolytes for conductivity tests are prepared via addition of lithium bis-trifluoromethanesulfonimide. The polymer graft electrolytes exhibit ionic conductivity up to 1.4 × 10-4  S cm-1  at 35 °C. The presence of lignin moderately impacts conductivity at elevated temperature compared to homopolymer PEG. Furthermore, the ionic conductivity of lignin-graft-PEG at ambient temperature is significantly higher than homopolymer PEG precedents.

STUDY OBJECTIVE: To develop a new hysteroscopic morphologic scoring system to diagnose chronic endometritis (CE). DESIGN: Prospective study. SETTING: Medical hysteroscopy office. PATIENTS: In total, 320 patients underwent hysteroscopy, dilation and curettage, and endometrial biopsies from February 2017 to June 2018 with the intention of undergoing assisted reproductive technology treatment because of infertility or recurrent miscarriage. INTERVENTIONS: All patients underwent hysteroscopy, dilation and curettage, and endometrial biopsies for histologic examination and were classified according to the new hysteroscopic morphologic scoring system. MEASUREMENTS AND MAIN RESULTS: Of the 320 patients, 164 received a diagnosis of CE by histology (group A), whereas 156 patients were found not to have CE (group B). A total of 116 patients were diagnosed by our hysteroscopy scoring system to have CE, and 204 patients did not have CE. The scoring system showed a sensitivity and specificity of 62.8% and 91.7%, respectively. The positive predictive values and negative predictive values were 88.8% and 70.1%, respectively. Receiver operating characteristic analysis showed a cutoff value of >2 and an area under the curve of 0.823. Hysteroscopic and histologic grading showed moderate agreement (κ index = 0.529). CONCLUSION: Our hysteroscopic scoring system has a high sensitivity and specificity for CE; it is hoped that its use can reduce interobserver variability. Future clinical studies are warranted to confirm the validity and clinical applicability of the proposed hysteroscopic morphologic scoring system for CE.

BACKGROUND: N6-methyladenosine (m6A) modification, the most abundant internal methylation of eukaryotic RNA transcripts, is critically implicated in RNA processing. As the largest known component in the m6A methyltransferase complex, KIAA1429 plays a vital role in m6A methylation. However, its function and mechanism in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) remain poorly defined. METHODS: Quantitative PCR, western blot and immunohistochemistry were used to measure the expression of KIAA1429 in HCC. The effects of KIAA1429 on the malignant phenotypes of hepatoma cells were examined in vitro and in vivo. MeRIP-seq, RIP-seq and RNA-seq were performed to identify the target genes of KIAA1429. RESULTS: KIAA1429 was considerably upregulated in HCC tissues. High expression of KIAA1429 was associated with poor prognosis among HCC patients. Silencing KIAA1429 suppressed cell proliferation and metastasis in vitro and in vivo. GATA3 was identified as the direct downstream target of KIAA1429-mediated m6A modification. KIAA1429 induced m6A methylation on the 3' UTR of GATA3 pre-mRNA, leading to the separation of the RNA-binding protein HuR and the degradation of GATA3 pre-mRNA. Strikingly, a long noncoding RNA (lncRNA) GATA3-AS, transcribed from the antisense strand of the GATA3 gene, functioned as a cis-acting element for the preferential interaction of KIAA1429 with GATA3 pre-mRNA. Accordingly, we found that the tumor growth and metastasis driven by KIAA1429 or GATA3-AS were mediated by GATA3. CONCLUSION: Our study proposed a complex KIAA1429-GATA3 regulatory model based on m6A modification and provided insights into the epi-transcriptomic dysregulation in hepatocarcinogenesis and metastasis.
