RESUMEN

The mechanism of genetic epigenetic operation at genomic and chromosomic levels within the limits of imitation model of eucaryotic cellular compartment is postulated, this compartment including left and right operators. Probable pattern of interactions during reproduction, determination and expression of genes as a manifestation of genetic, epigenetic memory and memory of water is shown. A specific character and rate of transformations of nucleotides and proteins are realized through different operation mechanisms over hierarchic processes directed on the preservation of DNA in the line of cellular generations and also determining dynamics of the genome with DNA variations. The mechanism of programmed provision of genetic-epigenetic interaction lies in the ways of control, regulation, adaptation and modulation of nucleotides and proteins transformations which occur on the basis of specific (complementary, kinetic and tunnel effects) choice of directions, place, time and aim of nucleotide-nucleotide, nucleotide-protein, protein-nucleotide and protein-protein interactions.

RESUMEN

The prostaglandin-thromboxane system, platelet hemostasis and central hemodynamics were evaluated in 51 patients with heart failure-complicated acute myocardial infarction during aspirin, roxicam and basic (nitrates + cardiac glycosides + diuretics) therapies. The new non-steroidal antiinflammatory agent roxicam was shown to selectively inhibit thromboxane, without affecting prostacyclin levels. The agent may be regarded as the drug of choice in using antiaggregatory therapy in patients with myocardial infarction concurrent with heart failure.

RESUMEN

Seventy-six patients with chronic coronary heart disease of the atherosclerotic genesis were examined using clinical laboratory and instrumental research methods. The blood serum levels of total cholesterol, triglycerides, lipoproteins and bile acids were measured throughout the course of treatment. When hyperlipoproteinemias were divided according to phenotypes, type II hyperlipoproteinemia proved to be most commonly occurring (65.8%). The patients exhibited lower blood serum levels of bile acids as compared to control.

RESUMEN

Rheumon-Gel was used for therapy of 51 patients with rheumatoid arthritis. It has been shown that the drug has a marked antiinflammatory and analgesic action, a positive effect on a number of subjective (pain in the joints and constrained movements in the morning), objective (body temperature, edema and joint function), and laboratory (leucocyte count, ESR, C-reactive protein, titer of antistreptolysin-O and antistreptohyaluronidase) indices and therefore it can be recommended for multimodality therapy of rheumatic patients, particularly of those with rheumatoid arthritis combined with G. I. tract diseases when the use of most of the antirheumatic drugs is counterindicated.

RESUMEN

The authors studied an antianginal effect of the angiotensin-converting enzyme, for which purpose they used Capoten at 75 mg daily over two weeks in 24 patients with stable functional class II-III exertional angina. Capoten was shown to be capable of reducing occurrences of angina attacks as well as intakes of tablets of nitroglycerin for the above attacks to be arrested; besides, it lowers systolic and diastolic arterial pressure, enhances exercise tolerance, increase rate of circular shortening of left ventricular myocardium fibres, decreases total peripheral vascular resistance. In conclusion, apart from antihypertensive and positive inotropic action Capoten has a coranolytic effect.

RESUMEN

The article deals with electro-kinetic potential of cellular nucleus considered as an indicator of unspecific reactivity and presents some data on molecular and cellular mechanisms of adreno- and muscarino-receptive interactions, such as adrenalin, noradrenaline and DOPA blood levels, lipid peroxidation, erythrocyte resistance to peroxidation. The attempt is made to comprehend directions and trends of aforementioned processes in patients with stable and unstable stenocardia as well as in myocardial infarction with regard to sex and influence of central M-cholinoblockader amizyl. The drug provides adaptive effect, corrects affected adreno-reception, protects biomembranes from lesion, promotes their "fluidity" and reduces rigidity.

RESUMEN

The therapeutic efficacy and changes of clinical and hemodynamic indices due to the use of long-action nitrates were studied in 91 patients with chronic ischemic heart disease. The native drug nitrogranulong produces an essential effect on the hemodynamics resulting in a complete disappearance or reduction of stenocardia attacks, increased tolerance to physical loads as evidenced by bicycle ergometric data.

RESUMEN

A study is presented of the main microcirculation values in comparison with systemic hemodynamics in patients with chronic circulatory insufficiency under the effect of complex therapy with dilanacin + corinfar and clift + corinfar. It was established that calcium antagonists reduce postloads and, thus, facilitate the cardiac work in overcoming general peripheral resistance of blood vessels supplementing the effect of cardiac glycosides in the direction of improvement of myocardial inotropism and increase of its propulsive force.
