PURPOSE: Compared to Shack-Hartmann wavefront sensor (SHWS), the parameters of virtual SHWS (vSHWS) can be easily adjusted to obtain the optimal performance of aberration measurement. Its current optimal parameters are obtained with only a set of statistical aberrations and not statistically significant. Whether the above parameters are consistent with the statistical results of the optimal parameters corresponding to each set of aberrations, and which performance is better if not? The purpose of this study was to answer these questions. METHODS: The optimal parameters to reconstruct 624 sets of clinical ocular aberrations in the highest accuracy, including the numbers of sub-apertures (NSAs) and the expansion ratios (ERs) of electric field zero-padding, were determined sequentially in this work. By using wavefront-reconstruction accuracy as an evaluation index, the statistical optimal parameter configuration was selected from some possible configurations determined by the optimal NSAs and ERs. RESULTS: The statistical optimal parameters are consistent for normal and abnormal eyes. They are different from the optimal parameters obtained with a set of statistical aberrations from the same 624 sets of aberrations, and the performance using the former is better than that using the latter. The performance using a fixed set of statistical optimal parameters is even close to that using the respective optimal parameters corresponding to each set of aberrations. CONCLUSION: The vSHWS configured with a fixed set of statistical optimal parameters can be used for high-precision aberration measurement of both normal and abnormal eyes. The statistical optimal parameters are more suitable for vSHWS than the parameters obtained with a set of statistical aberrations. These conclusions are significant for the designs of vSHWS and also SHWS.

AIMS AND OBJECTIVES: Breast cancer-related lymphoedema (BCRL) is a side effect of cancer treatment and can be alleviated by resistance exercise. This systematic, evidence-based review examined the existing best evidence on resistance exercise for BCRL to accurately describe the current status of the field and offer recommendations for clinicians. METHODS: This review adheres to the PRISMA guidelines. Clinical practice guidelines, consensus documents, systematic reviews and other related evidence-based resources about resistance exercise for BCRL were retrieved through the English databases and guideline websites. The publication data limit was set to December 2020. The following search terms were used: 'breast cancer/breast neoplasm/breast carcinoma/breast tumor/breast malignancy, lymphedema/swelling/edema/lymphoedema, resistance/weight/strength training, best practice/clinical practice/guideline/consensus documents'. The quality of the included studies was evaluated by two authors independently using AGREE II and AMSTAR II tools. Evidence-based recommendations on resistance exercise relevant for BCRL were synthesised and categorised. RESULTS: Twenty two articles (seven guidelines, four consensus documents and eleven systematic reviews) were included. The overall quality of the eleven eligible guidelines and consensus documents was moderate to high according to the AGREE II criteria. The quality of the eleven systematic reviews was critically low to high according to the AMSTAR criteria. Six clinical topics involving 43 recommendations were identified. Recommendations were categorised by safety of resistance training, effectiveness of resistance training, evaluation prior to resistance exercise, resistance exercise prescription, resistance training outcome index and points for attention. CONCLUSIONS: This study summarises 43 recommendations for resistance training for BCRL and provides guidance for clinicians. Based on randomised trials and systematic reviews published in recent years, there is an urgent need to update the guidelines and consensus documents in terms of topics, for example effectiveness of resistance training and resistance training outcome index.

OBJECTIVE: This study systematically assessed circulating proteins to identify new serum biomarkers and risk of hypertension using Mendelian randomisation. METHODS: The associations between 4,782 human circulating proteins and the risk of hypertension were evaluated using two-sample Mendelian randomisation. The FinnGen study demonstrated a link between genetic predisposition and hypertension in 85,438 cases and 223,663 controls. RESULTS: Inverse variance weighted and sensitivity analysis revealed nine proteins in circulation that have a causative effect on hypertension. SMOC1 and TIE1 were determined to be causative factors in the decreased likelihood of developing hypertension, with odds ratios of 0.86 (95% CI 0.81-0.91; p=1.06e-06) and 0.96 (95% CI 0.94-0.98; p=9.39e-05), respectively. NDUFB4, ETHE1, POFUT2, TRIL, ADAM23, GXYLT1, OXT, TPST2, and TMCC3 showed a possible connection to hypertension. CONCLUSIONS: This two-sample Mendelian randomisation study found that SMOC1 and TIE1 are causally linked to hypertension, making them a promising target for therapy.

Implementation of clinical practice guidelines (CPG) is a complex and challenging task. Computer technology, including artificial intelligence (AI), has been explored to promote the CPG implementation. This study has reviewed the main domains where computer technology and AI has been applied to CPG implementation. PubMed, Embase, Web of science, the Cochrane Library, China National Knowledge Infrastructure database, WanFang DATA, VIP database, and China Biology Medicine disc database were searched from inception to December 2021. Studies involving the utilization of computer technology and AI to promote the implementation of CPGs were eligible for review. A total of 10429 published articles were identified, 117 met the inclusion criteria. 21 (17.9%) focused on the utilization of AI techniques to classify or extract the relative content of CPGs, such as recommendation sentence, condition-action sentences. 47 (40.2%) focused on the utilization of computer technology to represent guideline knowledge to make it understandable by computer. 15 (12.8%) focused on the utilization of AI techniques to verify the relative content of CPGs, such as conciliation of multiple single-disease guidelines for comorbid patients. 34 (29.1%) focused on the utilization of AI techniques to integrate guideline knowledge into different resources, such as clinical decision support systems. We conclude that the application of computer technology and AI to CPG implementation mainly concentrated on the guideline content classification and extraction, guideline knowledge representation, guideline knowledge verification, and guideline knowledge integration. The AI methods used for guideline content classification and extraction were pattern-based algorithm and machine learning. In guideline knowledge representation, guideline knowledge verification, and guideline knowledge integration, computer techniques of knowledge representation were the most used.

RESUMEN

Objective To establish a health education program for home emergency management of acute complications of diabetes in the elderly.Methods The program was drafted by literature review and panel discussion.The final draft was formed after two rounds of correspondence from 13 experts.Results The recovery rate of the two rounds of expert correspondence was 100%,and the expert authority coefficient was 0.98.The Kendall's harmony coefficients of the two rounds of correspondence were 0.263 and 0.212 respectively(both P<0.001).The established health education program included indicators of three categories:early stage of acute complications of diabetes at home(understanding the inducing factors),emergency warning(quick and early identification in case of emergency),and emergency treatment at home.Conclusion The contents of the health education program are systematic and reliable and meet the needs of health education for home emergency management of the elderly with diabetes.

A growing number of nonsynonymous mutations in the human HCN4 channel gene, the major component of the funny channel of the sinoatrial node, are associated with disease but how they impact channel structure and function, and, thus, how they result in disease, is not clear for any of them. Here, we study the S672R mutation, in the cyclic nucleotide-binding domain of the channel, which has been associated with an inherited bradycardia in an Italian family. This may be the best studied of all known mutations, yet the underlying molecular and atomistic mechanisms remain unclear and controversial. We combine measurements of binding by isothermal titration calorimetry to a naturally occurring tetramer of the HCN4 C-terminal region with a mathematical model to show that weaker binding of cAMP to the mutant channel contributes to a lower level of facilitation of channel opening at submicromolar ligand concentrations but that, in general, facilitation occurs over a range that is similar between the mutant and wild-type because of enhanced opening of the mutant channel when liganded. We also show that the binding affinity for cGMP, which produces the same maximum facilitation of HCN4 opening as cAMP, is weaker in the mutant HCN4 channel but that, for both wild-type and mutant, high-affinity binding of cGMP occurs in a range of concentrations below 1 µM. Thus, binding of cGMP to the HCN4 channel may be relevant normally in vivo and reduced binding of cGMP, as well as cAMP, to the mutant channel may contribute to the reduced resting heart rate observed in the affected family.

All-carbon graphdiyne (GDY)-based materials have attracted extensive attention owing to their extraordinary structures and outstanding performance in electrochemical energy storage. Straightforward insights into the interfacial evolution at GDY electrode/electrolyte interface could crucially enrich the fundamental comprehensions and inspire targeted regulations. Herein, in situ optical microscopy and atomic force microscopy monitoring of the GDY and N-doped GDY electrodes reveal the interplay between the solid electrolyte interphase (SEI) and Li deposition. The growth and continuous accumulation of the flocculent-like SEI is directly tracked at the surface of GDY electrode. Moreover, the nanoparticle-shaped SEI homogeneously propagates at the interface when N configurations are involved, providing a critical clue for the N-doping effects of stabilizing interfaces and homogenizing Li deposition. This work probes into the dynamic evolution and structure-reactivity correlation in detail, creating effective strategies for GDY-based materials optimization in lithium-ion batteries.

Human parechovirus (HPeV) is one of the most common causes of aseptic meningitis in children worldwide. This study aims to review the epidemiology, clinical presentation, and cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) findings in HPeV meningitis and compare these with Enterovirus (EV) meningitis. This is a retrospective study of children aged ≤ 1 year admitted for HPeV meningitis between November 2015 and July 2017, with positive CSF HPeV PCR and negative blood and CSF bacterial cultures. The clinical findings were compared with a historical cohort of children with EV meningitis admitted between July 2008 and July 2011. There were 71 children with HPeV meningitis, aged between 2 and 127 days, with the majority (96%) being ≤ 90 days old. The most common symptoms reported were poor feeding (42%), tachycardia out of proportion to fever (27%), and lethargy (20%). Only 2 patients (3%) had CSF pleocytosis. Cerebral spinal fluid white blood cell counts ranged from 0 to 28 cells/mm3, with a median of 3 cells/mm3 [interquartile range (IQR) 1-6 cells/mm3]. When compared to our historical cohort of EV meningitis ≤ 90 days old, children with HPeV meningitis ≤ 90 days old were less likely to have CSF pleocytosis (OR 0.008, 95% CI 0.001-0.057). HPeV and EV meningitis are known to cause sepsis-like illness in infants < 90 days old. This study further supports this, with the requirement for fluid bolus therapy for tachycardia or poor perfusion noted to be higher in children with HPeV meningitis ≤ 90 days old (OR 6.3, 95% CI 2.7-14.2).

Sepsis is a life-threatening condition, and treatment for sepsis in clinic is often not available, partially due to insufficient understanding of the pathogenesis of sepsis. Extensive study to elucidate the pathogenesis is required to improve the clinical management and outcome of sepsis. In this study, we investigated the pathogenesis of sepsis using peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) from septic patients and studied the underlying mechanism of miR-16-5p on aerobic glycolysis in lipopolysaccharide (LPS)-treated THP1 and Raw264.7 cells. The levels of RNA and protein were determined by real-time quantitative PCR and immunoblotting assay, respectively. The production of high mobility group box 1 (HMGB1) was measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. The levels of succinate and lactate were determined using colorimetric kits. The extracellular acidification rate (ECAR) and oxygen consumption rate (OCR) were measured by extracellular flux analyzer. The results showed that the expression of miR-16-5p was elevated, while sirtuin 3 (SIRT3) was decreased in PBMCs from septic patients and LPS-treated cells, along with accumulation of acetylated succinate dehydrogenase complex, subunit A. Concomitantly, an increase in HMGB1, succinate, lactate, as well as ECAR and a decrease in OCR were observed. Knockdown of miR-16-5p upregulated SIRT3 expression, facilitated SDHA deacetylation, and attenuated sepsis-related aerobic glycolysis. Further study identified that SIRT3 is targeted by miR-16-5p, and overexpression of SIRT3 rescued LPS-induced responses via deacetylation of SDHA. Our findings revealed a novel miR-16-5p-regulated SIRT3-SDHA axis in sepsis and provided novel insights for sepsis treatment.

Longibrachiamide A (1), a new 20-residue peptaibol, along with three known ones (2-4), were isolated from the fungus Trichoderma longibrachiatum Rifai DMG-3-1-1, isolated from a mushroom Clitocybe nebularis (Batsch) P. Kumm, which was collected from coniferous forest of northeast China in our previous work. The structure of longibrachiamide A (1) was determined by its NMR and ESI-MS/MS data, the absolute configuration of 1 was further determined by Marfey's analyses. And the complete NMR data of 2-4 were also reported for the first time. The similar CD spectra of 1-4 showed that they all had mixed 310 -/α-helical conformations. Compounds 1-4 showed strong cytotoxicities against BV2, A549 and MCF-7 cells, and also showed moderate inhibitory effects against the tested Gram-positive bacteria, including MRSA T144 and VRE-10.

Total 23 eleven-residue peptaibols, including five reported ones (1-5) in our previous work, were isolated from the fungus Trichoderma longibrachiatum Rifai DMG-3-1-1, which was obtained from the mushroom Clitocybe nebularis (Batsch) P. Kumm. The structures of the 13 new peptaibols (6-10 and 12-19) were determined by their NMR and MALDI-MS/MS data, their absolute structures were further determined by Marfey's analyses and their ECD data. Careful comparison of the structures of 1-23 showed that only seven residues varied including the 2nd (Gln2 /Asn2 ), 3rd (Ile3 /Val3 ), 4th (Ile4 /Val4 ), 6th (Pro6 /Hyp6 ), 8th (Leu8 /Val8 ), 10th (Pro10 /Hyp10 ) and 11th (Leuol11 /Ileol11 /Valol11 ) residues. Comparison of the IC50 s against the three tested cell lines of 1-23 indicated that 2nd, 3rd and 4th amino acid residues affected their cytotoxicities powerfully. Compounds 2, 5, 9, 11, 21 and 22 showed moderate antibacterial activities against Staphylococcus aureus MRSA T144, which also showed stronger cytotoxicities against BV2 and MCF-7 cells.

CONTEXT: Paclitaxel (PTX) leads to chemotherapy brain (chemo-brain) which is characterised by cognitive impairment. It has been reported that necroptosis is associated with cognitive impairment in some neurodegenerative diseases, but it is not clear whether it is related to the development of chemo-brain. OBJECTIVE: To investigate the role of necroptosis and related changes in PTX-induced cognitive impairment. MATERIALS AND METHODS: C57bl/6n mice were randomly divided into five groups: control, vehicle, and different concentrations of PTX (6, 8, 10 mg/kg). Two additional groups received pre-treatment with Gdcl3 or PBS through Intracerebroventricular (ICV) injection before PTX-treatment. Cognitive function, necroptosis, synaptic plasticity and microglia polarisation were analysed. RESULTS: PTX (10 mg/kg) induced significant cognitive impairment, accompanied by changes in synaptic plasticity, including decreased density of PSD95 (0.65-fold), BDNF (0.44-fold) and dendritic spines (0.57-fold). PTX induced necroptosis of 53.41% (RIP3) and 61.91% (MLKL) in hippocampal neurons, with high expression of RIP3 (1.58-fold) compared with the control group. MLKL (1.87-fold) exhibited the same trend, reaching a peak on the 14th day. The increased expression of iNOS (1.63-fold) and inflammatory factors such as TNF-α (1.85-fold) and IL-ß (1.89-fold) compared to the control group suggests that M1 polarisation of microglia is involved in the process of cognitive impairment. Pre-treatment with Gdcl3 effectively reduced the number of microglia (0.50-fold), inhibited the release of TNF-α (0.73-fold) and IL-ß (0.56-fold), and improved cognitive impairment. CONCLUSION: We established a stable animal model of PTX-induced cognitive impairment and explored the underlying pathophysiological mechanism. These findings can guide the future treatment of chemo-brain.

Single-crystalline Ni-rich cathode (SC-NCM) has attracted increasing interest owing to its greater capacity retention in advanced solid-state lithium batteries (SSLBs), while suffers from severe interfacial instability during cycling. Here, via atomic layer deposition, Li3 PO4 is introduced to coat SC-NCM (L-NCM), to suppress undesired side reaction and enhance interfacial stability. The dynamic degradation and surface regulation of SC-NCM are investigated inside a working SSLB by in situ atomic force microscopy (AFM). We directly observe the uneven cathode electrolyte interphase (CEI) and surface defects on pristine SC-NCM particle. Remarkably, the formed amorphous LiF-rich CEI on L-NCM maintains its initial structure upon cycling, and thus endows the battery with improved cycling stability and excellent rate capability. Such on-site tracking provides deep insights into surface mechanism and structure-reactivity correlation of SC-NCM, and thus benefits the optimizations of SSLBs.

Sulfide-based solid-state electrolytes (SSEs) matched with alloy anodes are considered as promising candidates for application in all-solid-state batteries (ASSBs) to overcome the bottlenecks of the lithium (Li) anode. However, an understanding of the dynamic electrochemical processes on alloy anode in SSE is still elusive. Herein, in situ atomic force microscopy gives insights into the block-formation and stack-accumulation behaviors of Li precipitation on an Li electrode, uncovering the morphological evolution of nanoscale Li deposition/dissolution in ASSBs. Furthermore, two-dimensional Li-indium (In) alloy lamellae and the homogeneous solid electrolyte interphase (SEI) shell on the In electrode reveal the precipitation mechanism microscopically regulated by the alloy anode. The flexible and wrinkle-structure SEI shell further enables the electrode protection and inner Li accommodation upon cycles, elucidating the functional influences of SEI shell on the cycling behaviors. Such on-site tracking of the morphological evolution and dynamic mechanism provide an in-depth understanding and thus benefit the optimizations of alloy-based ASSBs.

METHOD: Mice were randomly assigned to the sham, I/R, Oxy, and I/R with Oxy groups. Oxy was injected intraperitoneally 30 min before tourniquet placement. Morphological changes of the gastrocnemius muscle in these mice were assessed by hematoxylin-eosin (HE) staining and electron microscopy. Expression levels of TLR4, NF-κB, SIRT1, and PGC-1α in the skeletal muscles were detected by western blot. Blood TNF-α levels, gastrocnemius muscle contractile force, and ATP concentration were examined. RESULTS: Compared with the I/R group, Oxy pretreatment attenuated skeletal muscle damage, decreased serum TNF-α levels, and inhibited the expression levels of TLR4/NF-κB in the gastrocnemius muscle. Furthermore, Oxy treatment significantly increased serum ATP levels and the contractility of the skeletal muscles. SIRT1 and PGC-1α levels were significantly reduced in gastrocnemius muscle after I/R. Oxy pretreatment recovered these protein expression levels. CONCLUSION: Tourniquet-induced acute limb I/R results in morphological and functional impairment in skeletal muscle. Pretreatment with Oxy attenuates skeletal muscle from acute I/R injury through inhibition of TLR4/NF-κB-dependent inflammatory response and protects SIRT1/PGC-1α-dependent mitochondrial function.

Virtual Shack-Hartmann wavefront sensing (vSHWS) can flexibly adjust parameters to meet different requirements without changing the system, and it is a promising means for aberration measurement. However, how to optimize its parameters to achieve the best performance is rarely discussed. In this work, the data processing procedure and methods of vSHWS were demonstrated by using a set of normal human ocular aberrations as an example. The shapes (round and square) of a virtual lenslet, the zero-padding of the sub-aperture electric field, sub-aperture number, as well as the sequences (before and after diffraction calculation), algorithms, and interval of data interpolation, were analyzed to find the optimal configuration. The effect of the above optimizations on its anti-noise performance was also studied. The Zernike coefficient errors and the root mean square of the wavefront error between the reconstructed and preset wavefronts were used for performance evaluation. The performance of the optimized vSHWS could be significantly improved compared to that of a non-optimized one, which was also verified with 20 sets of clinical human ocular aberrations. This work makes the vSHWS's implementation clearer, and the optimization methods and the obtained results are of great significance for its applications.

Intensive understanding of the surface mechanism of cathode materials, such as structural evolution and chemical and mechanical stability upon charging/discharging, is crucial to design advanced solid-state lithium batteries (SSLBs) of tomorrow. Here, via in situ atomic force microscopy monitoring, we explore the dynamic evolution process at the surface of LiNi0.5Co0.2Mn0.3O2 cathode particles inside a working SSLB. The dynamic formation process of the cathode interphase layer, with an inorganic-organic hybrid structure, was real-time imaged, as well as the evolution of its mechanical property by in situ scanning of the Derjaguin-Muller-Toporov modulus. Moreover, different components of the cathode interphase layer, such as LiF, Li2CO3, and specific organic species, were identified in detailat different stages of cycling, which can be directly correlated with the impedance buildup of the battery. In addition, the transition metal migration and the formation of new phases can further exacerbate the degradation of the SSLB. A relatively stable cathode interphase is key to improving the performance of SSLBs. Our findings provide deep insights into the dynamic evolution of surface morphology, chemical components and mechanical properties of the cathode interphase layer, which are pivotal for the performance optimization of SSLBs.

BACKGROUND: Clinical practice guidelines have become increasingly widely used to guide quality improvement of clinical practice. Qualitative research may be a useful way to improve the quality and implementation of guidelines. The methodology for qualitative evidence used in guidelines development is worthy of further research. METHODS: A comprehensive search was made of WHO, NICE, SIGN, NGC, RNAO, PubMed, Embase, Web of Science, CNKI, Wanfang, CBM, and VIP from January 1, 2011 to February 25, 2020. Guidelines which met IOM criteria and were focused on clinical questions using qualitative research or qualitative evidence, were included. Four authors extracted significant information and entered this onto data extraction forms. The Appraisal of Guidelines for Research and Evaluation (AGREE II) tool was used to evaluate the guidelines' quality. The data were analyzed using SPSS version 17.0 and R version 3.3.2. RESULTS: Sixty four guidelines were identified. The overall quality of the guidelines was high (almost over 60%). Domain 1 (Scope and Purpose) was ranked the highest with a median score of 83% (IQ 78-83). Domain 2 (Stakeholder involvement) and Domain 5 (Applicability) were ranked the lowest with median scores of 67% (IQ 67-78) and 67% (IQ 63-73) respectively. 20% guidelines used qualitative research to identify clinical questions. 86% guidelines used qualitative evidence to support recommendations (mainly based on primary studies, a few on qualitative evidence synthesis). 19% guidelines applied qualitative evidence when considering facilitators and barriers to recommendations' implementation. 52% guideline developers evaluated the quality of the primary qualitative research study using the CASP tool or NICE checklist for qualitative studies. No guidelines evaluated the quality of qualitative evidence synthesis to formulate recommendations. 17% guidelines presented the level of qualitative research using the grade criteria of evidence and recommendation in different forms such as I, III, IV, very low. 28% guidelines described the grades of the recommendations supported by qualitative and quantitative evidence. No guidelines described the grade of recommendations only supported by qualitative evidence. CONCLUSIONS: The majority of the included guidelines were high-quality. Qualitative evidence was mainly used to identify clinical questions, support recommendations, and consider facilitators and barriers to implementation of recommendations'. However, more attention needs to be paid to the methodology. For example, no experts proficient in qualitative research were involved in guideline development groups, no assessment of the quality of qualitative evidence synthesis was included and there was lack of details reported on the level of qualitative evidence or grade of recommendations.

Unstable electrode/solid-state electrolyte interfaces and internal lithium dendrite penetration hamper the applications of solid-state lithium-metal batteries (SSLMBs), and the underlying mechanisms are not well understood. Herein, in situ optical microscopy provides insights into the lithium plating/stripping processes in a gel polymer electrolyte and reveals its dynamic evolution. Spherical lithium deposits evolve into moss-like and branch-shaped lithium dendrites with increasing current densities. Remarkably, the on-site-formed solid electrolyte interphase (SEI) shell on the lithium dendrite is distinctly captured after lithium stripping. Inducing an on-site-formed SEI shell with an enhanced modulus to wrap the lithium precipitation densely and uniformly can regulate dendrite-free behaviors. An in-depth understanding of lithium dendrite evolution and its functional SEI shell will aid in the optimization of SSLMBs.

BACKGROUND: The statement format of the Decisional Conflict Scale (sf-DCS) is designed and widely used to assess patients' state of uncertainty during health related decision making. As yet no Mandarin version of the sf-DCS has been produced. This study aims to produce the first Mandarin version of the sf-DCS and test its validity and reliability in mainland China. METHODS: The translation and cross-cultural adaptation of the original English version of the sf-DCS into Mandarin was carried out in accordance with previously published guidelines. The psychometric properties of sf-DCS were assessed in two hypothesized decision-making contexts through online surveys. RESULTS: In the online survey designed to test scale validity and reliability, 437 people responded to the influenza immunization survey and 238 responded to the breast cancer screening survey. The results confirm that the Mandarin version of sf-DCS has good criteria validity and the exploratory factor analysis suggested a fitted revised five factors model by removing three items. Respondents who were "unsure" about their decisions/intentions, had read less information, and reported lower self-perceived prior knowledge level scored higher on sf-DCS. The Cronbach's alpha for the sf-DCS total score was 0.963 and that for each subscale ranged from 0.784 to 0.937 in both decision making contexts, and the test-retest correlation coefficient was 0.528. CONCLUSIONS: The Mandarin version of sf-DCS has good criteria validity and its internal consistency is satisfactory. Our analysis suggests a refinement of the original sf-DCS's factor structure is needed.
