RESUMEN

Soybean is one of the most important vegetable oil and protein feed crops. To capture the entire genomic diversity, it is needed to construct a complete high-quality pan-genome from diverse soybean accessions. In this study, we performed individual de novo genome assemblies for 26 representative soybeans that were selected from 2,898 deeply sequenced accessions. Using these assembled genomes together with three previously reported genomes, we constructed a graph-based genome and performed pan-genome analysis, which identified numerous genetic variations that cannot be detected by direct mapping of short sequence reads onto a single reference genome. The structural variations from the 2,898 accessions that were genotyped based on the graph-based genome and the RNA sequencing (RNA-seq) data from the representative 26 accessions helped to link genetic variations to candidate genes that are responsible for important traits. This pan-genome resource will promote evolutionary and functional genomics studies in soybean.

It is known that sialyllactose (SL) in mammalians is a major source of sialic acid (Sia), which can further form cytidine monophosphate sialic acid (CMP-Sia), and the final product is polysialic acid (polySia) using polysialyltransferases (polySTs) on the neural cell adhesion molecule (NCAM). This process is called NCAM polysialylation. The overexpression of polysialylation is strongly related to cancer cell migration, invasion, and metastasis. In order to inhibit the overexpression of polysialylation, in this study, SL was selected as an inhibitor to test whether polysialylation could be inhibited. Our results suggest that the interactions between the polysialyltransferase domain (PSTD) in polyST and CMP-Siaand the PSTD and polySia could be inhibited when the 3'-sialyllactose (3'-SL) or 6'-sialyllactose (6'-SL) concentration is about 0.5 mM or 6'-SL and 3 mM, respectively. The results also show that SLs (particularly for 3'-SL) are the ideal inhibitors compared with another two inhibitors, low-molecular-weight heparin (LMWH) and cytidine monophosphate (CMP), because 3'-SL can not only be used to inhibit NCAM polysialylation, but is also one of the best supplements for infant formula and the gut health system.

BACKGROUND: High temperatures significantly affect the growth, development, and yield of plants. Anoectochilus roxburghii prefers a cool and humid environment, intolerant of high temperatures. It is necessary to enhance the heat tolerance of A. roxburghii and breed heat-tolerant varieties. Therefore, we studied the physiological indexes and transcriptome of A. roxburghii under different times of high-temperature stress treatments. RESULTS: Under high-temperature stress, proline (Pro), H2O2 content increased, then decreased, then increased again, catalase (CAT) activity increased continuously, peroxidase (POD) activity decreased rapidly, then increased, then decreased again, superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity, malondialdehyde (MDA), and soluble sugars (SS) content all decreased, then increased, and chlorophyll and soluble proteins (SP) content increased, then decreased. Transcriptomic investigation indicated that a total of 2740 DEGs were identified and numerous DEGs were notably enriched for "Plant-pathogen interaction" and "Plant hormone signal transduction". We identified a total of 32 genes in these two pathways that may be the key genes for resistance to high-temperature stress in A. roxburghii. CONCLUSIONS: To sum up, the results of this study provide a reference for the molecular regulation of A. roxburghii's tolerance to high temperatures, which is useful for further cultivation of high-temperature-tolerant A. roxburghii varieties.

Psoriasis is an immune-mediated inflammatory disease commonly accompanied by various metabolic disorders. It is widely known that biologics could affect the metabolic status and comorbidities in psoriasis patients, however, the effects of biologics on metabolism in psoriasis patients remain poorly understood. The aim of this study was to elucidate the characteristic changes of metabolic profiling in psoriasis vulgaris (PsV) patients before and after applying biologics. Plasma samples were collected from a retrospective cohort of 43 PsV patients. Non-targeted metabolomics analyses were performed using liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (LC-MS) to compare the metabolic profiles before and after applying adalimumab (ADA) or ixekizumab (IXE) for 4 weeks. Additionally, correlation analyses were conducted to investigate the associations between metabolite expression levels and clinical characteristics. The biologics significantly affected the metabolic profiles of PsV patients especially in glycerophospholipids (GPs). First, phosphatidylcholine (PC), unsaturated lysophosphatidylcholine (LPC), unsaturated lysophosphatidic acid (LPA) and unsaturated lysophosphatidylethanolamine (LPE) were significantly up-regulated, whereas phosphatidylethanolamine (PE), saturated LPC, saturated LPA and saturated LPE were predominantly down-regulated after biologic treatment. What is more, the changes in PE and LPA were mainly observed after applying IXE instead of ADA. Second, we also found GPs including PC, unsaturated LPC, unsaturated LPA and unsaturated LPE were primarily negatively correlated with disease severity, whereas, PE, saturated LPC, saturated LPA and saturated LPE displayed inverse correlations. Biologics could affect GP metabolism and facilitate the transition of metabolic status from a pro-inflammatory to an anti-inflammatory phenotype in PsV patients.

AIMS: Insulin resistance (IR) is associated with cardiometabolic multimorbidity (CMM). We aimed to explore the predictive value of six surrogate IR indexes-Chinese visceral adiposity index (CVAI), lipid accumulation product (LAP), triglyceride-glucose (TyG), atherogenic index of plasma (AIP), TyG-body mass index (TyGBMI), and TyG-waist circumference (TyGwaist)-to establish the CMM incidence in Chinese middle-aged and older populations. MATERIAL AND METHODS: To estimate the odds ratio (OR) with a 95% confidence interval (95% CI) for incident CMM using six surrogates, we analysed data from the China Health and Retirement Longitudinal Study using multivariate logistic regression models. The nonlinear dose-response correlation was evaluated using restricted cubic spline analysis; predictive performance was assessed using receiver operator characteristic curves. RESULTS: Among 6451 eligible participants, 268 (4.2%) developed CMM during the 4-year follow-up period. The ORs (95% CI) for incident CMM increased with increasing CVAI quartiles (Q) [Q2: 1.71, 1.03-2.90; Q3: 2.72, 1.70-4.52; Q4: 5.16, 3.29-8.45; all p < 0.05] after full adjustment, with Q1 as the reference. Other indexes yielded similar results. These associations remained significant in individuals with a normal body mass index. Notably, CVAI, AIP, and TyG exhibited a linear dose-response relationship with CMM (Pnonlinear ≥0.05), whereas LAP, TyGBMI, and TyGwaist displayed significant nonlinear correlations (Pnonlinear <0.05). The area under the curve for the CVAI (0.691) was significantly superior to that of other indexes (all p < 0.05). CONCLUSIONS: The six IR surrogates were independently associated with CMM incidence. CVAI may be the most appropriate indicator for predicting CMM in middle-aged and older Chinese populations.

A low-frequency variant of sushi, von Willebrand factor type A, EGF, and pentraxin domain-containing protein 1 (SVEP1) is associated with the risk of coronary artery disease, as determined by a genome-wide association study. SVEP1 induces vascular smooth muscle cell proliferation and an inflammatory phenotype to promote atherosclerosis. In the present study, qRT‒PCR demonstrated that the mRNA expression of SVEP1 was significantly increased in atherosclerotic plaques compared to normal tissues. Bioinformatics revealed that EGR1 was a transcription factor for SVEP1. The results of the luciferase reporter assay, siRNA interference or overexpression assay, mutational analysis and ChIP confirmed that EGR1 positively regulated the transcriptional activity of SVEP1 by directly binding to its promoter. EGR1 promoted human coronary artery smooth muscle cell (HCASMC) proliferation and migration via SVEP1 in response to oxidized low-density lipoprotein (ox-LDL) treatment. Moreover, the expression level of EGR1 was increased in atherosclerotic plaques and showed a strong linear correlation with the expression of SVEP1. Our findings indicated that EGR1 binding to the promoter region drive SVEP1 transcription to promote HCASMC proliferation and migration.

BACKGROUND: Stellate ganglion block (SGB) has been shown to reduce perioperative complications in various surgeries. Because laparoscopic techniques and instruments have advanced during the past two decades, laparoscopic liver resection is being increasingly adopted worldwide. Lesser blood loss, fewer postoperative complications, and shorter postoperative hospital stays are the advantages of laparoscopic liver resection, as compared to conventional open surgery. There is an urgent need for an effective intervention to reduce perioperative complications and accelerate postoperative recovery. This study investigated the effect of ultrasound-guided SGB on enhanced recovery after laparoscopic partial hepatectomy. METHODS: We compared patients who received SGB with 0.5% ropivacaine (group S) with those who received SGB with 0.9% saline (group N). A total of 58 patients with partial hepatectomy were enrolled (30 S) and (28 N). Before induction of anesthesia, SGB was performed with 0.5% ropivacaine in group S and 0.9% saline in group N. MAIN OUTCOME: Comparison of serum inflammatory cytokines concentration at each time point. RESULTS: Main outcome: When comparing IL-6 and IL-10 concentrations among groups, group S showed less variation over time compared to group N. For comparison between groups, the serum IL-6 concentration in group S was lower than that in group N at 6 and 24 h after operation (P < 0.01), and there was a significant linear relationship between serum IL-6 concentration at 24 h after operation and hospitalization situation. CONCLUSIONS: Ultrasound-guided SGB can stabilize perioperative inflammatory cytokines plays a positive role in the enhanced recovery of patients after laparoscopic partial hepatectomy. The serum IL-6 level within 24 h after surgery may be used as a predictor of hospitalization. The expression of polysialic acid (polySia) on the neuronal cell adhesion molecule (NCAM) is called NCAM-polysialylation, which is strongly related to the migration and invasion of tumor cells and aggressive clinical status. Thus, it is important to select a proper drug to block tumor cell migration during clinical treatment. In this study, we proposed that lactoferrin (LFcinB11) may be a better candidate for inhibiting NCAM polysialylation when compared with CMP and low-molecular-weight heparin (LMWH), which were determined based on our NMR studies. Furthermore, neutrophil extracellular traps (NETs) represent the most dramatic stage in the cell death process, and the release of NETs is related to the pathogenesis of autoimmune and inflammatory disorders, with proposed involvement in glomerulonephritis, chronic lung disease, sepsis, and vascular disorders. In this study, the molecular mechanisms involved in the inhibition of NET release using LFcinB11 as an inhibitor were also determined. Based on these results, LFcinB11 is proposed as being a bifunctional inhibitor for inhibiting both NCAM polysialylation and the release of NETs.

Sepsis-associated acute kidney injury (S-AKI) is a frequent complication in patients who are critically ill, which is often initiated by glomerular endothelial cell dysfunction. Although transient receptor vanilloid subtype 4 (TRPV4) ion channels are known to be permeable to Ca2+ and are widely expressed in the kidneys, the role of TRPV4 on glomerular endothelial inflammation in sepsis remains elusive. In the present study, we found that TRPV4 expression in mouse glomerular endothelial cells (MGECs) increased after lipopolysaccharide (LPS) stimulation or cecal ligation and puncture challenge, which increased intracellular Ca2+ in MGECs. Furthermore, the inhibition or knockdown of TRPV4 suppressed LPS-induced phosphorylation and translocation of inflammatory transcription factors NF-κB and IRF-3 in MGECs. Clamping intracellular Ca2+ mimicked LPS-induced responses observed in the absence of TRPV4. In vivo experiments showed that the pharmacologic blockade or knockdown of TRPV4 reduced glomerular endothelial inflammatory responses, increased survival rate, and improved renal function in cecal ligation and puncture-induced sepsis without altering renal cortical blood perfusion. Taken together, our results suggest that TRPV4 promotes glomerular endothelial inflammation in S-AKI and that its inhibition or knockdown alleviates glomerular endothelial inflammation by reducing Ca2+ overload and NF-κB/IRF-3 activation. These findings provide insights that may aid in the development of novel pharmacologic strategies for the treatment of S-AKI.

Thermal priming of reef corals can enhance their heat tolerance; however, the legacy effects of heat stress during parental brooding on larval resilience remain understudied. This study investigated whether preconditioning adult coral Pocillopora damicornis to high temperatures (29°C and 32°C) could better prepare their larvae for heat stress. Results showed that heat-acclimated adults brooded larvae with reduced symbiont density and shifted thermal performance curves. Reciprocal transplant experiments demonstrated higher bleaching resistance and better photosynthetic and autotrophic performance in heat-exposed larvae from acclimated adults compared to unacclimated adults. RNA-seq revealed strong cellular stress responses in larvae from heat-acclimated adults that could have been effective in rescuing host cells from stress, as evidenced by the widespread upregulation of genes involved in cell cycle and mitosis. For symbionts, a molecular coordination between light harvesting, photoprotection and carbon fixation was detected in larvae from heat-acclimated adults, which may help optimize photosynthetic activity and yield under high temperature. Furthermore, heat acclimation led to opposing regulations of symbiont catabolic and anabolic pathways and favoured nutrient translocation to the host and thus a functional symbiosis. Notwithstanding, the improved heat tolerance was paralleled by reduced light-enhanced dark respiration, indicating metabolic depression for energy saving. Our findings suggest that adult heat acclimation can rapidly shift thermal tolerance of brooded coral larvae and provide integrated physiological and molecular evidence for this adaptive plasticity, which could increase climate resilience. However, the metabolic depression may be maladaptive for long-term organismal performance, highlighting the importance of curbing carbon emissions to better protect corals.

A more practical model for plasmonic core@shell-satellite antenna-reactor photocatalysts is promoted. In contrast to the mainstream view, total light absorption in the Pt nanoparticle (NP) reactors can be further improved by 70% after coating a 10-nm-thick high refractive index TiO2 shell on the large Ag antenna as a result of more Pt NPs undergoing high absorption enhancement. The enhancement effect is maximized at the electric quadrupole (EQ) resonance. Considering the high refractive index of the TiO2 coating and the embedding of the Pt NPs, the underlying physics is addressed within classical electrodynamics, making a necessary supplement to the conventional plasmonic near-field enhancement mechanism. These findings provide a general strategy for developing novel, to the best of our knowledge, visible light photocatalysts made of transition metals directly.

Data sets of colorectal cancer (CRC) were obtained from The Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA), three N6-methyladenosine (m6A) subtypes were identified using 21 m6A-related long noncoding RNAs (lncRNAs) and differential m6A subtypes of different CRC tumors were determined in this study to evaluate the m6A expression and the prognosis of patients with CRC. Subsequently, eight key lncRNAs were identified based on co-expression with 21 m6A-related genes in CRC tumors using the single-factor Cox and least absolute shrinkage and selection operator. Finally, an m6A-related lncRNA risk score model of CRC tumor was established using multifactor Cox regression based on the eight important lncRNAs and found to have a better performance in evaluating the prognosis of patients in the TCGA-CRC data set. TCGA-CRC tumor samples were divided based on the risk scores: high and low. Then, the clinical characteristics, tumor mutation load, and tumor immune cell infiltration difference between the high- and low-risk-score groups were explored, and the predictive ability of the risk score was assessed for immunotherapeutic benefits. We found that the risk score model can determine the overall survival, be a relatively independent prognostic indicator, and better evaluate the immunotherapeutic benefits for patients with CRC. This study provides data support for accurate immunotherapy in CRC.

BACKGROUND: Some research found that elevated plasma cell-free DNA (cfDNA) concentrations and poor prognosis are associated in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). However, more studies need to be carried out to verify this conclusion. Therefore, this study investigated the relationship between cfDNA concentration and treatment outcomes including prognosis in patients with advanced NSCLC. METHODS: We retrospectively collected medical records and cfDNA data from 160 patients with advanced NSCLC. Progression-free survival (PFS) were calculated using the Kaplan-Meier method and were compared between groups using the log rank test. Cox regression analysis was used for estimating the independent predictors of PFS. And we used logistic regression to evaluate the relationship between baseline biomarkers and efficacy. In our study, BT1 cfDNA, BT2 cfDNA, and BT3 cfDNA were defined as cfDNA concentration before the first treatment (baseline cfDNA concentration), cfDNA concentration before the second treatment, and cfDNA concentration before the third treatment, respectively. RESULTS: Patients with low cfDNA (BT1 cfDNA < 15 (ng/mL)) were reported a significantly prolonged median progression-free survival (mPFS) compared with patients with patients with high cfDNA (BT1 cfDNA ≥ 15(ng/mL)) (mPFS: 14.6 vs. 8.3 months, P = 0.002), as well as patients with neutrophil/lymphocyte ratio (NLR)<2.98 (mPFS: 13.1 vs. 7.9 months, P = 0.023). In addition, Cox proportional hazards regression analysis identified independent indicators associated with PFS including BT1 cfDNA ≥ 15 (ng/mL), NLR ≥ 2.98 and extrapulmonary metastasis. The best cut-off value for BT3 cfDNA for predicting disease progression is 41.46 (ng/mL) (Area Under the Curve (AUC): 0.652, 95%CI: 0.516-0.788), achieving 90.7% sensitivity and 37.5% specificity for the prediction of disease progression. BT3 cfDNA (OR = 6.08, 95% CI: 1.94-19.57, P = 0.002) was an independent factor for disease progression in patients with advanced NSCLC. CONCLUSIONS: BT1 cfDNA may be a biomarker to assess the prognosis of advanced NSCLC. Patients with advanced NSCLC with lower cfDNA and NLR before treatment had a better prognosis. Increased BT3 cfDNA concentration was an independent factor of disease progression in advanced NSCLC patients. These findings may assist in identifying high-risk patients and guiding treatment strategies.

Sleep deprivation (SD) is prevalent throughout the world, which has negative effects on cognitive abilities, and causing mood alterations. 8-O-acetyl shanzhiside methylester (8-OaS), a chief component in Lamiophlomis rotata (L. rotata) Kudo, possesses potent neuroprotective properties and analgesic effects. Here, we evaluated the alleviative effects of 8-OaS on memory impairment and anxiety in mice subjected to SD (for 72-h). Our results demonstrated that 8-OaS (0.2, 2, 20 mg/kg) administration dose-dependently ameliorated behavioral abnormalities in SD mice, accompanied with restored synaptic plasticity and reduced shrinkage and loss of hippocampal neurons. 8-OaS reduced the inflammatory response and oxidative stress injury in hippocampus caused by SD, which may be related to inhibition of NLRP3 inflammasome-mediated inflammatory process and activation of the Nrf2/HO-1 pathway. SD also led to increases in the expressions of TLR-4/MyD88, active NF-κB, pro-IL-1ß, TNFα and MDA, as well as a decrease in the level of SOD in mice hippocampus, which were reversed by 8-OaS administration. Moreover, our molecular docking analyses showed that 8-OaS also has good affinity for NLRP3 and Nrf2 signaling pathways. These results suggested that 8-OaS could be used as a novel herbal medicine for the treatment of sleep loss and for use as a structural base for developing new drugs.

The overexpression of polysialic acid (polySia) on neural cell adhesion molecules (NCAM) promotes hypersialylation, and thus benefits cancer cell migration and invasion. It has been proposed that the binding between the polysialyltransferase domain (PSTD) and CMP-Sia needs to be inhibited in order to block the effects of hypersialylation. In this study, CMP was confirmed to be a competitive inhibitor of polysialyltransferases (polySTs) in the presence of CMP-Sia and triSia (oligosialic acid trimer) based on the interactional features between molecules. The further NMR analysis suggested that polysialylation could be partially inhibited when CMP-Sia and polySia co-exist in solution. In addition, an unexpecting finding is that CMP-Sia plays a role in reducing the gathering extent of polySia chains on the PSTD, and may benefit for the inhibition of polysialylation. The findings in this study may provide new insight into the optimal design of the drug and inhibitor for cancer treatment.

Leukoaraiosis (LA) appears as white matter hyperintensities on T2-weighted brain magnetic resonance imaging scans. Age and hypertension are considered the primary risk factors for LA, but its pathogenesis remains uncertain. This study aims to investigate the correlation between the angiotensin-converting enzyme (ACE) insertion/deletion (I/D) polymorphism and LA. A total of 140 patients with LA and 136 neuroimaging alteration-free controls were recruited in a case-control study. ACE I/D polymorphism was determined using the polymerase chain reaction method. The allele and genotype distributions of the ACE I/D polymorphism were significantly different between subjects with and without LA. Significant difference was observed in the genotypic distribution between LA patients and controls for recessive and additive models. A statistically significant association remained apparent after adjusting for potential risk factors (D/D vs. I/D + I/I: adjusted OR 3.251, 95% CI 1.185-8.918; D/D vs. I/I: adjusted OR 3.277, 95% CI 1.187-9.047). Our results indicate that the D/D genotype and D allele are important risk factors for LA. Future studies with larger populations are needed to validate our results.

Milk vetch (Astragalus sinicus L.) is leguminous green manure (GM) which produces organic nitrogen (N) for subsequent crops and is widely planted and utilized to simultaneously reduce the use of synthetic N fertilizer and its environmental costs in rice systems. Determination of an optimal N application rate specific to the GM-rice system is challenging because of the large temporal and spatial variations in soil, climate, and field management conditions. To solve this problem, we developed a framework to explore the site-specific N application rate for the low-N footprint rice production system in southern China based on multi-site field experiments, farmer field survey, and process-based model (WHCNS_Rice, soil water heat carbon nitrogen simulator for rice). The results showed that a process-based model can explain >83.3% (p < 0.01) of the variation in rice yield, aboveground biomass, crop N uptake, and soil mineral N. Based on the scenario analysis of the tested WHCNS_Rice model, the simple regression equation was developed to implement site-specific N application rates that considered variations in GM biomass, soil, and climatic conditions. Simulation evaluation on nine provinces in southern China showed that the site-specific N application rate reduced regional synthetic N fertilizer input by 29.6 ± 17.8% and 65.3 ± 23.0% for single and early rice, respectively; decreased their total N footprints (NFs) by 23.4% and 49.3%, respectively; and without reduction in rice yield, compared with traditional farming N practices. The reduction in total NF was attributed to the reduced emissions from ammonia volatilization by 35.2%, N leaching by 28.4%, and N runoff by 32.7%. In this study, we suggested a low NF rice production system that can be obtained by combining GM with site-specific N application rate in southern China.

This research aims to explore the influence of transient pressure fluctuation inside high-speed trains passing throught tunnels on the fetal growth of Sprague - Dawley (SD) rats. A pressure variation simulation system was designed and exposure experiments were performed on SD rats. Forty-eight SD rats are divided into two control groups and two experimental groups, and are then exposed to transient pressure alternation (-1200 Pa ~1200 Pa) from gestation day 0 to gestation day 5 (GD 0-5). Fetal growth and development indicators on GD12 and GD18 between experimental and control groups were compared. Statistical results showed that, compared to the control group, the key indicators in the experimental group, including placental weight, placental diameter, fetal weight, and crown-to-rump length have decreased by 4.77%, 3.38%, 6.20%, and 3.75% respectively on GD18. The findings imply that the pressure fluctuation environment of high-speed trains has potential effects on the fetal growth of SD rats.

Nucleic acid detection is widely used in pathogen screening and detection due to its high sensitivity and specificity. With the increase of detection requirements and the development of amplification technology, nucleic acid detection methods are gradually developing towards simple, fast and low-cost. Quantitative polymerase chain reaction (qPCR), as the "gold standard" for nucleic acid detection, relies on expensive equipment and professional operators, which is not suitable for rapid on-site detection of pathogens. The visual detection method without relying on excitation light source or complex equipment can present the detection results in a more intuitive and portable way after combining with rapid and efficient amplification technology, which has the potential of point-of-care testing (POCT). This paper focuses on the reported application of amplification technology and CRISPR/Cas technology in visual detection and compares their advantages and disadvantages, so as to provide reference for POCT strategy based on pathogen nucleic acid.

BACKGROUND: Rhododendron molle (Ericaceae) is a traditional Chinese medicine, which has been used to treat rheumatism and relieve pain since ancient times. The characteristic grayanoids of this plant have been demonstrated to be the chemical basis for the analgesic activity. Moreover, unlike morphine, these diterpenoids are non-addictive. Grayanoids mainly distribute in the leaves, flowers, roots, and fruits of R. molle, with low content. Currently the research on the biosynthesis of grayanoids is hindered, partially due to lack of the genomic information. RESULTS: In the present study, a total of 744 Mb sequences were generated and assembled into 13 chromosomes. An ancient whole-genome duplication event (Ad-ß) was discovered that occurred around 70 million years ago. Tandem and segmental gene duplications led to specific gene expansions in the terpene synthase and cytochrome P450 (CYP450) gene families. Two diterpene synthases were demonstrated to be responsible for the biosynthesis of 16α-hydroxy-ent-kaurane, the key precursor for grayanoids. Phylogenetic analysis revealed a species-specific bloom of the CYP71AU subfamily, which may involve the candidate CYP450s responsible for the biosynthesis of grayanoids. Additionally, three putative terpene biosynthetic gene clusters were found. CONCLUSIONS: We reported the first genome assembly of R. molle and investigated the molecular basis underpinning terpenoids biosynthesis. Our work provides a foundation for elucidating the complete biosynthetic pathway of grayanoids and studying the terpenoids diversity in R. molle.
