RESUMO

AIM: This study aims to analyse the concept of cancer survivorship using Rodgers' evolutionary concept analysis model. BACKGROUND: The lack of a consensus definition as well as the confusion and debate concerning the definitions of "survivor" and "cancer survivorship" hinder an understanding of the intrinsic needs associated with the latter. DESIGN: Concept analysis. METHOD: A systematic literature search was performed using the following databases: PubMed, CINAHL, Web of Science, LILACS, and PsycINFO with studies published between 2000 and 2014. The final sample contained 39 studies that were analysed on the basis of Rodgers' model and inductive thematic analysis, discussed through the lens of the medical anthropology concept of culture. FINDINGS: Cancer survivorship is a broad concept that can be understood using 8 themes: changes in life plans, positive and negative aspect dualities, life reflections, identity change, individual experiences, symptom control, the need for support, and quality of care. These themes are summarized using 2 attributes: liminality process and culturally congruent care. CONCLUSIONS: This article contributes to understanding of cancer survivorship and the processes that are intrinsic to this concept. It calls for future investigations to enhance cancer survivorship across its 2 domains at the personal (patient's life) and clinical (nursing practice) levels.

RESUMO

Work through mobile applications emerged as an alternative for many Brazilian men during the economic crisis and rising unemployment. However, these workers operate informally, without a formal employment relationship, leading to labor precariousness and a lack of workers' rights. Using a theoretical-reflexive, this study analyzes the intersection between occupational health, the platformization of work, and the specific challenges faced by male delivery app workers, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic. Reflective categories are divided into two thematic sections: "Labor insertion through mobile applications in Brazil and the algorithmic work model" and "men, health, and motorcycles: occupational health and male behavior in app-based delivery work." The study examines the expansion of this type of work in the Brazilian socio-economic context, the lack of security and labor protection for these workers, as well as the risks faced, particularly during the pandemic, within a male-centric culture.


El trabajo a través de aplicaciones móviles surgió como una alternativa para muchos hombres brasileños durante la crisis económica y el aumento del desempleo. Sin embargo, estos trabajadores operan de manera informal, sin relación laboral, lo que genera precariedad laboral y falta de derechos laborales. Desde un abordaje teórico-reflexivo, este artículo analiza la intersección entre la salud ocupacional, la plataformización del trabajo y los desafíos específicos que enfrentan los hombres repartidores de aplicaciones, especialmente durante la pandemia de covid-19. Las categorías reflexivas se dividieron en dos secciones temáticas: "La inserción laboral a través de aplicaciones móviles en Brasil y el modelo de trabajo mediante algoritmos" y "hombres, salud y motocicletas: la salud ocupacional y el comportamiento masculino en el trabajo a través de aplicaciones de entrega". Se examina la expansión de este tipo de trabajo en el contexto socioeconómico brasileño, la falta de seguridad y protección laboral para estos trabajadores, así como los riesgos enfrentados, especialmente durante la pandemia, en el marco de una cultura masculina.

OBJECTIVES: to develop and analyze the face and content validity of a storyboard for constructing an educational video for training laypersons in cardiopulmonary resuscitation with only chest compressions in adults. METHODS: a methodological study of storyboard elaboration and validity for producing an educational health video. The storyboard was submitted to analysis of 20 judges to assess its adequacy with the proposed objective. To assess the agreement between judges, the Content Validity Index was calculated. After validating the storyboard, video production took place. RESULTS: the Content Validity Index met expectations. Its mean in each group was ≥ 0.90 (lay judges = 0.97; expert judges = 0.90; all judges = 0.94). CONCLUSIONS: the video produced is composed of scientific information, professional expertise and laypersons' perceptions, making it important evidence for health education.

OBJECTIVES: to synthesize evidence from qualitative studies about the implications that the deprivation of liberty process has on incarcerated adults' family relationships. METHODS: a qualitative meta-synthesis, carried out in January 2021, by searching for publications indexed in six databases. The sample consisted of 10 studies, which were analyzed by MaxQDA®, and an interpretative synthesis was performed based on Attachment Theory. RESULTS: based on first-order concepts, it was possible to synthesize second- and third-order concepts and present them in two interpretive context units: Strategies for strengthening family ties; Relationships that contribute to breaking down family ties. It was evidenced that visits, phone calls and letters favor the strengthening of secure attachment. FINAL CONSIDERATIONS: incarceration causes consequences in tie formation, reflecting on the attachment process between family members.

BACKGROUND: Having children admitted in the intensive care unit is a demanding experience for parents. They encounter several difficulties during this process, and it is important to properly identify their psychosocial needs for the health team to address appropriately. OBJECTIVE: The aim of the study is to identify the psychosocial needs encountered by parents of children in pediatric intensive care units in Brazil. METHODS: A descriptive study with a qualitative approach was used to increase understanding of psychosocial experiences of parents. Individual semi-structured interviews were conducted with 11 parents of hospitalized children in pediatric intensive care units in Brazil. Thematic analysis was used to analyze the data. The university ethics review committee approved the research protocol. All parents were informed on study details and provided written consent prior to the interview. RESULTS: Four themes were constructed: 1) Support from family and peers; 2) Support from the healthcare team; 3) Parental role; and 4) Emotional recovery. Parents expressed diverse psychosocial needs based on family and peer social support, child's clinical condition, as well as the structure, norms, and routines of health care teams during hospitalization. CONCLUSIONS: The findings highlight the importance of nursing assessment of psychosocial experiences encountered by parents of children in pediatric intensive care units, which will guide planning of individualized interventions and to increase family-centered care in pediatric intensive care units.

OBJECTIVES: to identify and classify blood pressure and self-reported stress in inmates and investigate the association of these events with clinical and sociodemographic data. METHODS: a cross-sectional and quantitative study with 240 inmates. A sociodemographic questionnaire, Lipp's Inventory of Stress Symptoms for Adults, blood pressure classification, waist circumference and Body Mass Index were used. RESULTS: mean age of 37.17 years (SD 11.5), 48.8% (n=117) single, 42.9% (n= 103) brown. The majority 67.9% (n=163) had been incarcerated for less than 4 years and 33.8% (n=81) were hypertensive. Blood pressure was compatible with the general population. Smoking, consumption of antihypertensive and hypoglycemic medications, concern about salt consumption, and a family history of hypertension were associated with self-perceived stress (resistance and exhaustion). CONCLUSIONS: the group is exposed to modifiable risk factors, especially stress, which favor hypertension and lack preventive strategies and access to health.

OBJECTIVE: To reflect on the relationship between the nomophobia and the pandemic of COVID-19 and the nursing contributions to deal with this issue and its consequences. METHOD: This reflective and theoretical study was based on the dialogue between the scientific literature on the subject and in dialogue and conceptual perspective of comprehensive care. RESULTS: Nursing strives to harmonize observed problems and can support individuals to reflect and discover a potential harmful habit regarding the use of cell phones, especially when undergoing treatments for other diagnoses. FINAL CONSIDERATIONS: Nursing, when accessing the emotional and subjective aspects of those under their care, helps to alleviate the symptoms of nomophobia and, in tune with the patient, promotes harmony in the face of the COVID-19 pandemic.

OBJECTIVE: To reveal the comprehension of women and health professionals about the feminine vulnerability belonging to the collective of lesbians, bisexuals, and transsexuals' women. METHOD: Qualitative research, carried out from October 2018 to March 2019, in a Basic Health Unit located in Marabá - Pará, Brazil, using the hermeneutic-dialectic circle and inductive hermeneutic analysis. Five lesbians, bisexuals, and transsexuals' women and five health professionals participated, through interviews. RESULTS: Health care for women, as described by the participants, promoted social and programmatic vulnerabilities structured by taboos and preconception, which endorsed exclusive professional behaviors in the provision of specific care, which consequently amplified risks and threatened the quality of life of this population. CONCLUSION: The dissemination of this evidence is configured as an indicator to support future decisions regarding priorities, application of resources and professional training in the care of lesbians, bisexuals and transsexuals' women.

OBJECTIVE: To identify the production of knowledge in the health literature about masculinities in the context of prostate cancer survivors and to analyze the implications of this relationship for the maintenance of health care. METHOD: Metasynthesis of 21 qualitative studies, performed in the LILACS, MEDLINE and CINAHL databases, with the scientific descriptors of DeCS and MeSH terms masculinity, prostate neoplasms. RESULTS: Illness due to prostate cancer imposes numerous changes in male relationships, especially the non-dominance of the body and vulnerability to treatments and their consequences. The cultural values surrounding the disease and the hegemonic behaviors have implications for the health care of men. CONCLUSION: It has been shown that this relationship makes it difficult to communicate about the disease, marital relationships and family support, mainly influencing neglect of health. The knowledge produced is useful to promote the engagement of men in strengthening care.

OBJECTIVE: To interpret the meaning attributed to men's experience regarding their body during the development of prostate cancer. METHOD: Ethnographic study carried out with men and guided by the narrative method and the theoretical frameworks of medical anthropology and the anthropology of masculinities. Information was obtained through recorded interviews, direct observation, and logs from a field journal, which were examined using inductive thematic analysis. RESULTS: Seventeen men participated in the study. During the process of falling ill with prostate cancer, the male bodies were ruled by moral experiences that influenced the way men conducted their relationship with their health and multifaceted masculinity, standing for hegemonic cultural principles and identity affirmation moral dilemmas, which were interpreted with the meaning of embodiment. CONCLUSION: During the development of the disease, men experience bodily, social, and moral dilemmas that threaten the hegemonic masculinity. Understanding them can help professionals deal with this population.

OBJECTIVE: to interpret the meanings attributed by men with prostate cancer to the experience regarding their bodies and masculinities during illness. METHOD: ethnographic research with 17 men, guided by the narrative method and theoretical framework of medical anthropology and masculinities. The information was collected through recorded interviews, direct observation and field diary records, which were analyzed by inductive thematic analysis. RESULTS: men undergo body and identity transformations when they get sick with prostate cancer, transiting through multiple masculinities, resigning their actions, and occupying subordinate positions in relation to other healthy bodies, which are marginalized in their social relationships and allied with regard to establishing their affective relationships. CONCLUSION: this evidence enhances and deepens the knowledge disclosed in the literature and contributes to the strengthening of nursing care actions when dealing with the sick.

Objetivo: compreender as facilidades e dificuldades enfrentadas por gestores municipais de saúde com o novo modelo de financiamento da Atenção Primária à Saúde. Método: estudo qualitativo, tipo Pesquisa Convergente Assistencial, fundamentado na Política Nacional de Atenção Básica. Participaram 77 gestores ou seus representantes, de 47 municípios de uma Macrorregião de saúde de Santa Catarina, Brasil. Foram realizadas três oficinas nas Gerências Regionais de Saúde, em agosto e setembro de 2022. Os dados foram analisados pela análise de conteúdo. Resultados: apresentam-se como facilidades do Previne Brasil informatização, comprometimento dos profissionais, e qualificação do cuidado. Foram descritas como dificuldades falta de informações, sistema informatizado e denominador estimado e, equipe de trabalho. Conclusão: o programa apresenta facilidades que qualificam o processo de trabalho e cuidado à saúde da população. Contudo, persistem dificuldades que devem ser consideradas pela gestão municipal para avanços na atenção integral e no financiamento da Atenção Primária à Saúde.


Objective: understand the facilities and difficulties faced by municipal health managers with the new Primary Health Care financing model. Method: this is a qualitative study, of the Convergent Care Research type, based on the National Primary Care Policy. The participants were 77 managers or their representatives from 47 municipalities in a health Macroregion in Santa Catarina, Brazil. Three workshops were held in the Regional Health Departments in August and September 2022. The data was analyzed using content analysis. Results: Previne Brasil's facilities include computerization, commitment of professionals, and qualification of care. Difficulties were described as lack of information, computerized system and estimated denominator, and work team. Conclusion: the program offers facilities that improve the work process and health care for the population. However, there are still difficulties that must be considered by municipal management in order to make progress in comprehensive care and Primary Health Care financing.

Método: estudio cualitativo, tipo Investigación Convergente Asistencial, basado en la Política Nacional de Atención Primaria. Participaron 77 gestores o sus representantes, de 47 municipios de una Macrorregión de salud de Santa Catarina, Brasil. Se realizaron tres talleres en las Gerencias Regionales de Salud, en agosto y septiembre de 2022. Los datos fueron analizados mediante análisis de contenido. Resultados: las instalaciones de Previne Brasil incluyen informatización, compromiso de los profesionales y calificación de la atención. Las dificultades fueron descritas como falta de información, sistema informatizado y denominador estimado y equipo de trabajo. Conclusión: el programa presenta facilidades que cualifican el proceso de trabajo y la atención de la salud de la población. Sin embargo, aún hay dificultades que la gestión municipal debe considerar para lograr avances en la atención integral y el financiamiento de la Atención Primaria de Salud.

RESUMO Objetivo: descrever a percepção de enfermeiros sobre o cuidado ao paciente com câncer na Atenção Primária à Saúde. Método: estudo qualitativo, desenvolvido em 26 Centros de Saúde da Família de um município do Oeste catarinense - Brasil, entre setembro e outubro de 2022. Participaram 33 enfermeiros, que responderam um questionário on-line. O texto foi interpretado com base nos preceitos conceituais da cultura organizacional da teoria administrativa de Chiavenatto. Questões objetivas foram analisadas pela frequência das respostas; para as dissertativas, utilizou-se o Discurso do Sujeito Coletivo. Resultados: os enfermeiros percebem-se despreparados e identificam ausência de protocolos e fluxos organizacionais. Considerações finais: na Atenção Primária à Saúde há a crença consolidada no cotidiano laboral e que se torna integrante da cultura organizacional dos serviços de saúde, que o paciente com câncer deve seguir para o cuidado especializado. Nota-se desconhecimento das políticas de saúde, o que implica o profissional na atenção ao paciente com câncer.


ABSTRACT Objective: To describe nurses' perceptions of cancer patient care in Primary Health Care. Method: A qualitative study was conducted in 26 Family Health Centers in a municipality in western Santa Catarina - Brazil, between September and October 2022. A total of 33 nurses took part and completed an online questionnaire. The text was interpreted based on the conceptual precepts of organizational culture from Chiavenatto's administrative theory. The frequency of responses analyzed objective questions; the Collective Subject Discourse was used for the essay questions. Results: Nurses perceive themselves as unprepared and identify a lack of protocols and organizational flows. Final considerations: In primary Health Care, there is a belief consolidated in everyday work and becomes part of the organizational culture of health services, that cancer patients should go on to specialist care. There is a lack of knowledge of health policies, which implicates professionals in caring for cancer patients.


RESUMEN Objetivo: describir las percepciones de los enfermeros sobre la atención al paciente oncológico en Atención Primaria. Método: estudio cualitativo realizado en 26 Centros de Salud de la Familia de un municipio del oeste de Santa Catarina - Brasil, entre septiembre y octubre de 2022. Participaron 33 enfermeros que cumplimentaron un cuestionario en línea. El texto se interpretó basándose en los preceptos conceptuales de la cultura organizativa de la teoría administrativa de Chiavenatto. Las preguntas objetivas se analizaron por la frecuencia de las respuestas; para las preguntas de ensayo, se utilizó el discurso del sujeto colectivo. Resultados: los enfermeros no se sienten preparados e identifican una falta de protocolos y flujos organizativos. Consideraciones finales: en Atención Primaria existe la creencia, consolidada en el trabajo diario y que se ha convertido en parte integrante de la cultura organizativa de los servicios sanitarios, de que los pacientes con cáncer deben pasar a la atención especializada. Existe un desconocimiento de las políticas sanitarias, que implica a los profesionales en la atención a los pacientes con cáncer.

BACKGROUND: Occupational accidents are considered public health problems, where there are gaps regarding studies on this theme in the northern region of Brazil with focus on nursing professionals. AIMS: To analyze the factors related to occupational accidents in nursing professionals occurred in a large public hospital in Belém (PA) from January 2009 to December 2016. METHOD: Analytical, retrospective and longitudinal study with a quantitative approach by means of documentary census with a sample of 211 Work Accident Registry. We applied the Variance Analysis (ANOVA) tests for repeated measurements, chi-square of independence and t student for independent samples. RESULTS: Female workers (72,04%), nursing technicians (88,15%) between the ages of 30 and 36 (34,13%), singles (45,18%) and public servants (95,74%) are most affected by occupational accidents, mainly typical accidents (91,94%). Sharps are the major causative agents (34,12%), morning (p=0,001) and afternoon (p=0,035) shifts have the highest mean number of accidents, and accidents occurred mostly in upper limbs (56,87%) and in the psychiatry sector (34,12%). The highest incidence rates of occupational accidents occurred in 2012 (49.5) and 2014 (60.2) per 1.000 professionals/year. CONCLUSION: As much as these results are similar to others evidenced and available in the literature, the study is particular because it is data from a public hospital in the northern region, an area that is not covered by studies of nature this.


INTRODUÇÃO: Os acidentes de trabalho (AT) são considerados problemas de saúde pública, e existem lacunas quanto aos estudos sobre essa temática na Região Norte do Brasil com o foco em profissionais de enfermagem. OBJETIVO: Analisar os fatores relacionados aos AT entre a categoria profissionais de enfermagem em um hospital público de grande porte em Belém (PA), no período de janeiro de 2009 a dezembro de 2016. MÉTODOS: Estudo analítico, retrospectivo e longitudinal com abordagem quantitativa, realizado por meio do censo documental com uma amostra de 211 registros de AT. Foram aplicados os testes estatísticos de análise de variância (ANOVA) para medidas repetidas, χ2 de independência e t de Student para amostras independentes. RESULTADOS: Trabalhadores do sexo feminino (72,04%), técnicos de enfermagem (88,15%), entre 30 e 36 anos (34,13%), solteiros (45,18%) e servidores públicos (95,74%) são mais atingidos por AT, principalmente acidentes típicos (91,94%). Os perfurocortantes são os principais agentes causadores (34,12%), e os turnos da manhã (p=0,001) e da tarde (p=0,035) obtiveram maior média de número de acidentes. Os acidentes ocorreram majoritariamente em membros superiores (56,87%) e no setor de psiquiatria (34,12%). As maiores taxas de incidência de AT ocorreram nos anos de 2012 (49,5) e de 2014 (60,2) a cada 1.000 profissionais por ano. CONCLUSÃO: Por mais que esses resultados se assemelhem a outros evidenciados e disponíveis na literatura, particulariza-se o estudo por se tratar de dados provenientes de um hospital público da Região Norte, área de abrangência que não é contemplada por estudos dessa natureza.

Objective: To verify the applicability of the Lasater Clinical Judgment Rubric (LCJR) instrument to rate nursing professionals' performance regarding the development of clinical judgment in the application of the Nursing Process (NP). Materials and methods: Descriptive survey using the LCJR instrument ­consisting of four phases and eleven dimensions­ to classify clinical judgment. Results: Thirty-four nurses from a public hospital in western Santa Catarina, Brazil, distributed in six sectors, participated in the study. Nurses were classified by performance levels in relation to the ability of clinical judgment in the application of the steps of the NP. It was observed that at the "beginner" level there is a higher prevalence of professionals related to the dimensions Search for information, Recognizing deviations from expected standards, and Technical skills, linked to the intensive care unit clinic. As for the "exemplary" level, none of the sectors scored on the analyzed dimensions. Moreover, it was found that a longer time of clinical experience and of systematic application of the steps of the NP fosters a better classification in almost all dimensions. Conclusions: Through this research, we verified the assertiveness of the use of the instrument to evaluate the clinical judgment of nurses regarding the application of the steps of the NP. Thus, the use of the LCJR is encouraged as a tool to evaluate the effectiveness of educational interventions performed to nurses and, consequently, stimulate clinical judgment.


Objetivo: validar la aplicabilidad del instrumento Lasater Clinical Judgment Rubric (LCJR) para clasificar el desempeño de los profesionales en enfermería con relación al desarrollo del juicio clínico en la aplicación del proceso de enfermería (PE). Materiales y método: investigación descriptiva que adoptó el instrumento LCJR, compuesto de cuatro fases y once dimensiones, para clasificar el juicio clínico. Resultados: el estudio contó con la participación de 34 profesionales en enfermería de un hospital público del oeste del estado de Santa Catarina (Brasil), distribuidos en seis grupos. Los participantes fueron clasificados por niveles de desempeño en relación con la capacidad de juicio clínico en la aplicación de los pasos del PE. Se evidenció que en el nivel "principiante" existe una mayor prevalencia de profesionales relacionados con las dimensiones: Búsqueda de información, Reconocimiento de desviaciones de los estándares esperados y Habilidades técnicas, vinculadas principalmente a la práctica en unidad de cuidados intensivos. En cuanto al nivel "ejemplar", ninguno de los sectores obtuvo puntajes en las dimensiones analizadas. Además, se identificó que un tiempo mayor tanto de experiencia clínica como de aplicación sistemática de los pasos de la PE conducen a una mejor clasificación en casi todas las dimensiones. Conclusiones: a través de esta investigación fue posible validar la idoneidad del uso del LCJR para evaluar el juicio clínico de los profesionales en enfermería en cuanto a la aplicación de las etapas del PE. Por ende, se recomienda el uso de esta herramienta para evaluar la efectividad de las intervenciones educativas con estos profesionales, estimulando con ello el juicio clínico.


Objetivo: verificar a aplicabilidade do instrumento Lasater Clinical Judgment Rubric (LCJR) para classificar o desempenho dos profissionais de enfermagem quanto ao desenvolvimento do julgamento clínico na aplicação do processo de enfermagem (PE). Materiais e método: trata-se de uma pesquisa descritiva que adotou o instrumento LCJR que é fundamentado em quatro fases e onze dimensões, a fim de classificar o julgamento clínico. Resultados: participaram do estudo 34 profissionais de enfermagem de um hospital público do oeste de Santa Catarina, Brasil, distribuídos em seis setores, os quais foram classificados por níveis de desempenho com relação à habilidade de julgamento clínico na aplicação das etapas do PE. Foi evidenciado que no nível "iniciante" há uma maior prevalência de profissionais relacionados às dimensões Busca de informações, Reconhecimento de desvios dos padrões esperados e Habilidades técnicas, vinculadas principalmente à unidade de terapia intensiva clínica. Quanto ao nível "exemplar", nenhum dos setores obteve pontuação nas dimensões analisadas. Ademais, verificou-se que o maior tempo de experiência clínica e o maior tempo de aplicação sistemática das etapas do PE repercutem em uma melhor classificação nos níveis, em quase todas as dimensões. Conclusões: a partir da pesquisa, verificou-se a assertividade quanto à utilização do instrumento LCJR para avaliar o julgamento clínico de enfermeiros com relação à aplicação das etapas do PE . Dessa forma, incentiva-se o uso dessa ferramenta para avaliar a efetividade de intervenções educativas realizadas com profissionais de enfermagem e assim estimular o julgamento clínico.

Objetivo: Identificar em publicações científicas quais estratégias de ensino aprendizagem são discutidas para fomentar a formação clínica do graduando em enfermagem. Método: Trata-se de uma Revisão Integrativa de Literatura (RIL) fundamentada na abordagem metodológica proposta por Whittemore e Knafl, seguindo as diretrizes do guideline Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses. Desenvolveu-se em cinco etapas: 1) elaboração da questão de pesquisa (identificação do problema); 2) busca por estudos primários; 3) avaliação dos estudos pelos critérios de inclusão e exclusão; 4) análise dos dados dos estudos primários; e 5) apresentação da revisão. A coleta de dados ocorreu de abril a setembro de 2021.Resultados: Dos 487 artigos inicialmente selecionados foram incluídos 13 artigos originais, que atenderam aos critérios estabelecidos. Os artigos sugerem que as estratégias de ensino-aprendizagens problematizadoras e a atuação do tutor no uso dessas estratégias potencializam o desenvolvimento de competências para a formação clínica. Considerações Finais: Conclui-se que as estratégias utilizadas para formação clínica precisam estar alicerçadas na problematização, o que requer tutores abertos a mudanças e avanços no modo de ensinar e instituições de ensino que estimulem o processo contínuo de formação docente. Enseja-se, assim, a expertise clínica como modelo indutor para a profissionalização da enfermagem, que a fortalece e demonstra o espaço que a profissão vem alcançando ao longo de sua atuação e inserção social no campo da saúde.


Objective:To identify in scientific publications which teaching-learning strategies are discussed to promote the clinical training of nursing undergraduates. Method:This is an Integrative Literature Review (INR)based on the methodological approach proposed by Whittemore and Knafl, following the guidelines of the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses guideline. It was developed in five stages: 1) elaboration of the research question (identification of the problem); 2) search for primary studies; 3) evaluation of studies by inclusion and exclusion criteria; 4) analysis of data from primary studies; and 5) presentation of the review. Data collection took place from April to September 2021. Results:Of the 487 articles initially selected, 13 original articles were included, which met the established criteria. The articles suggest that problem-solving teaching-learning strategies and the tutor's role in the use of these strategies enhance the development of skills for clinical training. Final Considerations:It is concluded that the strategies used for clinical training need to be based on problematization, which requires tutors who are open to changes and advances in the way of teaching andeducational institutions that stimulate the continuous process of teacher training. This gives rise to clinical expertise as an inducing model for the professionalization of nursing, which strengthens it and demonstrates the space that the profession has been achieving throughout its performance and social insertion in the field of health.

Consideraciones Finales:Se concluye que las estrategias utilizadas para la formación clínica necesitan estar basadas en la problematización, lo que requiere de tutores abiertos a los cambios y avances en la forma de enseñar e instituciones educativas que estimulen el proceso continuo de formación docente. Esto da lugar a la pericia clínica como modelo inductor de la profesionalización de la enfermería, que la fortalece y demuestra el espacio que la profesión ha ido conquistando a lo largo de su desempeño e inserción social en el campo de la salud.

OBJECTIVE: To synthesize and interpret findings and conclusions of qualitative research addressing the experience of the father in the care of the child with cancer. METHOD: Meta-synthesis of 16 qualitative studies from six databases, analyzed through taxonomic analysis. RESULTS: Child and adolescent cancer have several repercussions on the daily life of the father, especially related to the stigma around the disease, the fear of the unknown and the social and family role. Faced with the illness and the need to care for the child, the father seeks to recover normality in the family and transitions between hegemonic masculine behaviors and practices culturally recognized as female. FINAL CONSIDERATIONS: The complex experience of the father, influenced by masculinities, was evidenced. The limitations regard the restricted understanding of the contextual specificities of the experiences, due to the limited characteristics of the parents and children described in the studies. The knowledge produced is useful to promote involvement of fathers in the care of the child, as well as to strengthen and assist him in this task.

ABSTRACT Objectives: to develop and analyze the face and content validity of a storyboard for constructing an educational video for training laypersons in cardiopulmonary resuscitation with only chest compressions in adults. Methods: a methodological study of storyboard elaboration and validity for producing an educational health video. The storyboard was submitted to analysis of 20 judges to assess its adequacy with the proposed objective. To assess the agreement between judges, the Content Validity Index was calculated. After validating the storyboard, video production took place. Results: the Content Validity Index met expectations. Its mean in each group was ≥ 0.90 (lay judges = 0.97; expert judges = 0.90; all judges = 0.94). Conclusions: the video produced is composed of scientific information, professional expertise and laypersons' perceptions, making it important evidence for health education.


RESUMEN Objetivos: elaborar y analizar la validez de apariencia y contenido de un storyboard para la construcción de un video educativo para la formación de legos en reanimación cardiopulmonar con solo compresiones torácicas en adultos. Métodos: estudio metodológico de la elaboración y validación de un storyboard para la producción de un video educativo en salud. El storyboard fue sometido al análisis de 20 jueces, para evaluar su adecuación al objetivo propuesto. Para evaluar la concordancia entre los jueces se calculó el Índice de Validez de Contenido. Después de validar el guión gráfico, se produjo el video. Resultados: el Índice de Validez de Contenido obtenido cumplió con las expectativas. Su promedio en cada grupo fue ≥ 0,90 (jueces legos = 0,97; jueces expertos = 0,90; todos los jueces = 0,94). Conclusiones: el video producido está compuesto por información científica, experiencia profesional y percepciones de los legos, lo que lo convierte en evidencia importante para la educación en salud.


RESUMO Objetivos: elaborar e analisar a validade de face e de conteúdo de um storyboard para a construção de um vídeo educativo para treinamento de leigos em reanimação cardiopulmonar somente com compressões torácicas em adultos. Métodos: estudo metodológico de elaboração e validação de um storyboard para a produção de um vídeo educativo em saúde. O storyboard foi submetido à análise de 20 juízes, para avaliação de sua adequação com objetivo proposto. Para avaliar a concordância entre os juízes, calculou-se o Índice de Validade de Conteúdo. Após a validação do storyboard, ocorreu a produção do vídeo. Resultados: o Índice de Validade de Conteúdo obtido atendeu ao esperado. A média dele em cada grupo esteve ≥ 0,90 (juízes leigos = 0,97; juízes experts = 0,90; todos os juízes = 0,94). Conclusões: o vídeo produzido é composto por informações científicas, expertise profissional e percepções de leigos, tornando-se importante evidência para a educação em saúde.

RESUMO: A atuação qualificada do professor de Educação Especial é condição fundamental para o apoio à inclusão escolar do público-alvo em diferentes contextos escolares. Este estudo objetivou analisar a atuação do professor de Educação Especial no cenário da pandemia da Covid-19. Os dados foram coletados por meio da técnica de grupo focal on-line, com a participação de seis professoras. Das experiências compartilhadas nos encontros, foi possível elaborar três eixos temáticos: Os desafios vividos pelas professoras da Educação Especial; Contextos vivenciados pelas professoras da Educação Especial na escola; e Fortalezas, perspectivas e pontos positivos da inclusão escolar. A inclusão escolar é um projeto coletivo que pressupõe ações coordenadas e exige adesão de todos os segmentos da sociedade civil, não apenas da escola. Os professores de Educação Especial perceberam-se implicados no processo inclusivo, ainda que não haja envolvimento total das equipes educacionais, o que os faz se sentirem isolados e desamparados diante de algumas situações desafiadoras. Compreender o olhar dos professores de Educação Especial oferece subsídios para o planejamento da Educação Especial, na perspectiva da inclusão.


ABSTRACT: The qualified performance of the Special Education teacher is a fundamental condition for supporting the school inclusion of the target population in different school contexts. Tis study aimed to analyze the role of the Special Education teacher in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic. Data were collected using the online focus group technique with the participation of six teachers. From the experiences shared in the meetings, it was possible to elaborate three themes: Te challenges experienced by the Special Education teachers; Contexts experienced by the Special Education teachers at school; and Strengths, perspectives and positive points of school inclusion. School inclusion is a collective project that presupposes coordinated actions and requires adherence from all segments of civil society, not just the school. Special Education teachers perceive themselves to be involved in the inclusive process, even though there is no full involvement of the educational teams, which makes them feel isolated and helpless in the face of some challenging situations. Understanding the gaze of Special Education teachers offers subsidies for the planning of Special Education, from the perspective of inclusion.
