Intraductal spread of prostate cancer into the seminal vesicles.

We read with interest the significance of the different types of seminal vesicle invasion described in the recent paper by Kristiansen et al 1 The three types of invasion of the seminal vesicle are well recognised, but there is a much rarer method of invasion, that is by intraductal cancer spreading up into the seminal vesicles via the ejaculatory ducts.
