The presence of serum monoclonal components has been associated with poor outcomes in various hematological malignancies. The current study focused on exploring its prognostic role in B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma. Our study represented 314 patients with information on serum immunofixation electrophoresis at diagnosis that were available with B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma. IFE was positive in 61 patients (19%). Baseline features were comparable between pairs of groups, poor ECOG PS, B symptoms, advanced stage, and high-risk IPI score were significantly more frequent in the + IFE group. Shorter PFS and OS of B-NHL patients were observed in patients who presented at diagnosis with a + IFE, and IFE was the independent predictor of PFS and OS in multivariate analysis. Moreover, integrating IFE into the IPI-M1, IPI-M2, and IPI-M3 models improved the area under the curve for more accurate survival prediction and prognosis. Serum monoclonal proteins are significant prognostic indicators for newly diagnosed B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma that can early identify patients with poor prognosis and guide clinical treatment decisions.

BACKGROUND: The utilization of short-term natural exposure as a health intervention has great potential in the field of public health. However, previous studies have mostly focused on outdoor urban green spaces, with limited research on indoor biophilic environments, and the physiological regulatory mechanisms involved remain unclear. OBJECTIVES: To explore the affective and physiological impact of short-term exposure to indoor biophilic environments and their potential regulatory mechanisms. METHODS: A between-group design experiment was conducted, and the psychophysiological responses of participants to the indoor plants (Vicks Plant) were measured by a method combined the subjective survey, electrophysiological measurements, and salivary biochemical analysis. Volatile organic compounds (VOCs) from plants were also detected to analyze the main substances that caused olfactory stimuli. RESULTS: Compared with the non-biophilic environment, short-term exposure to the indoor biophilic environment was associated with psychological and physiological relaxation, including reduced negative emotions, improved positive emotions, lower heart rate, skin conductance level, salivary cortisol and pro-inflammatory cytokines, and increased alpha brainwave power. Salivary metabolomics analysis revealed that the differential metabolites observed between the groups exhibited enrichment in two metabolic pathways related to neural function and immune response: phenylalanine, tyrosine and tryptophan biosynthesis, and ubiquinone and other terpenoid-quinone biosynthesis. These changes may be associated with the combined visual and olfactory stimuli of the biophilic environment, in which D-limonene was the dominant substance in plant-derived VOCs. CONCLUSION: This research demonstrated the benefits of short-term exposure to indoor biophilic environments on psychophysiological health through evidence from both the nervous and endocrine systems.

This paper investigates the combustion characteristics and pollutant emission patterns of the mixed combustion of lignite (L) and torrefied pine wood (TPW) under different blending ratios. Isothermal combustion experiments were conducted in a fixed bed reaction system at 800 °C, and pollutant emission concentrations were measured using a flue gas analyzer. Using scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and BET (nitrogen adsorption) experiments, it was found that torrefied pine wood (TPW) has a larger specific surface area and a more developed pore structure, which can facilitate more complete combustion of the sample. The results of the non-isothermal thermogravimetric analysis show that with the TPW blending ratio increase, the entire combustion process advances, and the ignition temperature, maximum peak temperature, and burnout temperature all show a decreasing trend. The kinetic equations of the combustion reaction process of mixed gas were calculated by Flynn-Wall-Ozawa (FWO) and Kissinger-Akahira-Sunose (KAS) kinetic equations. The results show that the blending of TPW reduces the activation energy of the combustion reaction of the mixed fuel. When the TPW blending ratio is 80%, the activation energy values of the mixed fuel are the lowest at 111.32 kJ/mol and 104.87 kJ/mol. The abundant alkali metal ions and porous structure in TPW reduce the conversion rates of N and S elements in the fuel to NO and SO2, thus reducing the pollutant emissions from the mixed fuel.

Rabbit hemorrhagic disease (RHD) is known as rabbit plague and hemorrhagic pneumonia. It is an acute, septic, and highly fatal infectious disease caused by the Lagovirus rabbit hemorrhagic disease virus (RHDV) in the family Caliciviridae that infects wild and domestic rabbits and hares (lagomorphs). At present, RHDV2 has caused huge economic losses to the commercial rabbit trade and led to a decline in the number of wild lagomorphs worldwide. We performed a necropsy and pathological observations on five dead rabbits on a rabbit farm in Tai'an, China. The results were highly similar to the clinical and pathological changes of typical RHD. RHDV2 strain was isolated and identified by RT-PCR, and partial gene sequencing and genetic evolution analysis were carried out. There were significant differences in genetic characteristics and antigenicity between RHDV2 and classical RHDV strain, and the vaccine prepared with the RHDV strain cannot effectively prevent rabbit infection with RHDV2. Therefore, we evaluated the protective efficacy of a novel rabbit hemorrhagic virus baculovirus vector inactivated vaccine (VP60) in clinical application by animal regression experiment. The result showed that VP60 could effectively induce humoral immunity in rabbits. The vaccine itself had no significant effect on the health status of rabbits. This study suggested that the clinical application of VP60 may provide new ideas for preventing the spread of RHD2.

BACKGROUND: PARP inhibitor (PARPi), as a kind of DNA damage repair inhibitor, has been shown to be effective in various solid tumors and hematologic malignancies. Natural killer/T cell lymphoma (NKTCL) is a highly aggressive malignancy, the treatment of which has long been a major challenge in the clinic. Here, we investigated the efficacy and mechanism of PARPi, and the therapeutic value of PARPi combined with cisplatin in NKTCL. METHODS: The cell proliferation, cell apoptosis, and cell cycle of NKTCL cells were detected respectively by CCK-8 and flow cytometry. The changes of mRNA expression and protein level were measured respectively by mRNA-sequencing, quantitative real-time PCR, western blotting, and immunofluorescence. LMO2 expression was detected by immunohistochemistry and western blotting. Targeted knockdown of LMO2 was conducted by short hairpin RNA. The tumor xenograft models were established to evaluate the efficacy of drugs in vivo. RESULTS: PARPi inhibited cell proliferation, promoted cell apoptosis, and induced S-phase cell cycle arrest in NKTCL cells. PARPi led to the accumulation of DNA damage by blocking DNA repair and DNA replication. Additionally, LMO2 deficiency reduced the sensitivity of NKTCL cells to PARPi. Finally, the combination of PARPi and cisplatin exhibited significant synergistic effects both in vitro and in vivo. CONCLUSIONS: In summary, we found that PARPi exerted an anti-tumor effect via LMO2 and synergized with cisplatin in NKTCL, which provides the theoretical basis for the clinical application of PARPi.

BACKGROUND: Natural killer/T cell lymphoma (NKTCL) is an aggressive lymphoma with a poor prognosis. Chimeric antigen receptor-transduced T (CAR-T) cell therapy has become a promising immunotherapeutic strategy against haematologic malignancies. METHODS: In this study, four CAR-T cell lines (CD38-CAR, LMP1-CAR, CD38-LMP1 tandem CAR 1 and CD38-LMP1 tandem CAR 2) were generated. The effect of CAR-T cells against NKTCL cells was evaluated both in vitro and in vivo. Expression of T cell activation markers and cytokines produced by CAR-T cells were detected by flow cytometry. RESULTS: The four CAR-T cell lines could effectively eliminate malignant NKTCL cells. They could be activated and produce inflammatory cytokines in a target-dependent manner. In vivo tests showed that the CAR-T cells exhibited significant antitumour effects in a xenotransplanted NKTCL mouse model. CONCLUSIONS: In summary, four CAR-T cell lines exhibited significant cytotoxicity against NKTCL cells both in vitro and in vivo. These results indicated the effective therapeutic promise of CD38 and LMP1 CAR-T cells in NKTCL.

Natural killer/T cell lymphoma (NKTCL) is a highly aggressive hematological malignancy. However, there is currently no consensus on therapies for refractory/relapsed patients. In this study, we investigated the synergistic anticancer effect and potential mechanism of combining chidamide, a histone deacetylases (HDACs) inhibitor, and etoposide, a DNA-damaging agent, in NKTCL. We demonstrated that chidamide or etoposide alone dose- and time-dependently inhibited the cell viability of NKTCL cell lines, YT, NKYS and KHYG-1. Functional experiments suggested that combined chidamide and etoposide treatment exerted synergistic antiproliferation effect and enhanced cell apoptotic death in vitro and in vivo. Furthermore, the expression of DNA damage related proteins was detected and we also examined the alternations in histone acetylation, cell cycle progression, and mitochondrial membrane potential (MMP). The results suggested that increased histone acetylation, cell cycle arrest at the G2/M phase and loss of MMP, converging to greater DNA damage, might account for the synergism of the combination of chidamide and etoposide in NKTCL. Taken together, our study provides an evident for possible application on combining HDACs inhibitors and DNA-damaging agents for the treatment of NKTCL.

Extranodal natural killer (NK)/T-cell lymphoma (NKTL) is a rare non-Hodgkin lymphoma that rarely arise exclusively in or metastasizes to the central nervous system (CNS). Globally, CNS involvement of NKTL heralds a serious prognosis and there is no standard treatment. 19 of 414 patients (4.59%) with ENKL followed were diagnosed with CNS involvement between 2006 and 2020. Two patients had primary CNS (PCNS) NKTL, and 17 patients had secondary CNS (SCNS) invasion. A total of 9 patients survived and 10 patients died. The median overall survival time was 55 months, and the median survival time after CNS invasion was 17 months. The 5-year cumulative survival probability was 45.7%. In conclusion, CNS risk evaluation and prophylaxis treatment can be carried out for patients with NK/T-cell lymphoma prognostic index risk group III/IV. In terms of treatment, systemic therapy based on methotrexate combined with radiotherapy and intrathecal chemotherapy can be selected.

Early identification, diagnosis and treatment of TAFRO syndrome are very importants. We retrospectively analysed 6 patients with TAFRO syndrome. Their clinical manifestations, treatment methods, survival and other aspects were summarized. All patients were pathologically diagnosed with Castleman's disease, with fever, an inflammatory storm state and varying degrees of anasarca. All patients received steroid therapy; four of them also received chemotherapy, and 1 received rituximab. Of the 3 patients with severe disease, only 1 patient who received the recommended dose of glucocorticoids survived. Early administration of glucocorticoids can improve the prognosis, especially in patients with severe disease, and adequate glucocorticoids are important.

The treatment of natural killer/T-cell lymphoma (NKTCL) presents an onerous challenge, and a search for new therapeutic targets is urgently needed. Poly ADP-ribose polymerase inhibitors (PARPi) were initially used to treat breast and ovarian cancers with BRCA1/2 mutations. Their excellent antitumor efficacy led to a series of clinical trials conducted in other malignancies. However, the exploration of PARPi and their potential use in combination treatments for NKTCL remains unexplored. We treated NKTCL cell lines with fluzoparib (a novel inhibitor of PARP) and chidamide (a classical inhibitor of HDACs) to explore their cytotoxic effects in vitro. Then, their antitumor efficacy in vivo was confirmed in YT-luciferin xenograft mouse models. Fluzoparib or chidamide alone inhibited NKTCL cell proliferation in a dose-dependent manner. Cotreatment with both drugs synergistically induced excessive accumulation of DNA double-strand breaks and massive apoptotic cell death by inhibiting the DNA damage repair pathway, as shown by the decreased protein levels of p-ATM, p-BRCA1, p-ATR, and Rad51. Moreover, the combination treatment apparently increased the level of intracellular reactive oxygen species (ROS) to enhance apoptosis, and pretreatment with an ROS scavenger reduced the proapoptotic effect by 30-60% in NKTCL cell lines. In vivo, this combined regimen also showed synergistic antitumor effects in xenograft mouse models. The combination of fluzoparib and chidamide showed synergistic effects against NKTCL both in vitro and in vivo and deserves further exploration in clinical trials.

Background Chemotherapy resistance is a main reason for treatment failure in extranodal NK/T-cell lymphoma (ENKTL). Interleukin-10 (IL-10) is closely related to the occurrence and prognosis of ENKTL. We intended to study the role and molecular mechanism of IL-10 in ENKTL resistance. Methods Fifty serum samples were collected from patients with a histologically proven diagnosis of ENKTL. Fifty healthy volunteers were enrolled as a control group. The level of serum IL-10 was detected by ELISA. The NK/T-cell lymphoma cell lines YT and NK-92 were divided into the control group (untreated), IL-10 group (treated with IL-10), IL-10 + GEM group (treated with IL-10 and gemcitabine simultaneously) and GEM group (treated with gemcitabine). A CCK8 assay and flow cytometry were employed to detect the effects of IL-10 on each group. Western blotting was applied to detect the expression of ABC membrane transporter family proteins and signaling pathway proteins in each group. Results Serum IL-10 levels were higher in ENKTL patients as well asin patients with ineffective treatment. The IC50 value for gemcitabine in YT and NK-92 cells increased significantly in the presence of IL-10. The effects of gemcitabine resulting in cell killing, cell cycle arrest, and apoptosis promotion were also weakened by IL-10. The expression of ABCC4, STAT1, p-STAT1, Tyk2 and p-Tyk2 was significantly increased by IL-10. Conclusion Our results indicate that IL-10 contributes to the resistance of ENKTL cells via ABCC4 and that IL-10 regulates the JAK/STAT signaling pathway in YT and NK-92 cells.

BACKGROUND: Central nervous system lymphoma (CNSL) is an aggressive lymphoma. Orelabrutinib, an oral Bruton tyrosine kinase inhibitor, is a new treatment strategy for CNSL. This study aims to evaluate the efficacy and safety of orelabrutinib-based regimens in the treatment of patients with CNSL. METHODS: Twenty-three patients with CNSL were included in this retrospective study. All patients received the orelabrutinib-based regimen. Efficacy was evaluated based on investigators' assessment of overall response rate (ORR), complete response/unconfirmed complete response (CR/CRu), partial response (PR), stable disease (SD), progressive disease (PD), duration of response (DOR), progression-free survival (PFS) and overall survival (OS). The safety of orelabrutinib-based regimens has also been evaluated. RESULTS: A total of 17.39% of patients received orelabrutinib-based regimens for consolidation therapy, and 82.61% of patients for induction therapy (4 newly diagnosed CNSL, 15 relapsed/refractory CNSL). In the newly diagnosed CNSL group, the ORR was 100% (1 CR, 1 CRu, 2 PR). The 6-month DOR rate, 6-month PFS rate, and 6-month OS rate were 100%, 100%, and 100%, respectively. Of the 15 relapsed/refractory CNSL patients, five therapy regimens were applied (orelabrutinib, n = 3; orelabrutinib/immunotherapy, n = 3; orelabrutinib/chemotherapy, n = 2; orelabrutinib/immunochemotherapy, n = 6; orelabrutinib/radiotherapy, n = 1). The ORR was 60.00% (4 CR, 5 PR). The 6-month DOR rate, 6-month PFS rate, and 6-month OS rate were 92.30%, 67.70%, and 70.00%, respectively. Twenty-one patients reported adverse events (AEs), and 6 patients experienced grade ≥ 3 AEs. CONCLUSION: Orelabrutinib-based regimens were efficacious and well-tolerated in patients with CNSL. These combined therapies offer a new potential therapeutic strategy for patients with CNSL.

Natural killer (NK)/T cell lymphoma is a highly aggressive subtype of non-Hodgkin lymphoma. The prognosis of patients with natural killer T cell lymphoma (NKTCL) remains poor. More potent treatment strategies are urgently needed to improve the survival of these patients with R/R NKTCL. CD30 expression has been reported to occur in about 40% of NK/T cell lymphoma. Brentuximab vedotin (BV), a monomethyl auristatin E conjugated CD30 antibody, targets CD30 to kill cancer cells. Therapeutic combination of BV and bendamustine has been shown to be highly effective in Hodgkin lymphoma. We investigated efficacy of BV in treating NKTCL as a single therapy, and in combination with bendamustine in vitro and in vivo. We determined CD30 expression levels in 6 NKTCL cell lines. The efficiency of lymphoma cell inhibition by BV correlates with CD30 expression. We also determined the efficacy of BV in combination with bendamustine and found synergistic effects with bendamustine in NKTCL. Combined BV and bendamustine treatment exerted synergistic antiproliferation effect and enhanced cell apoptotic in vitro and in vivo. Brentuximab vedotin and bendamustine synergistically arrested cell cycle at the G2/M phase in NKTCL cell lines. The combination of BV and bendamustine was demonstrated to synergistically damage DNA in NKTCL. This study provides a reference for possible application on using BV for the treatment of NKTCL, either as a single agent or in combination with bendamustine.

Bendamustine has been shown to have anti-tumor activities in hematological malignancies, but the role of bendamustine in natural killer (NK)/T cell lymphoma (NKTCL) treatment is unclear. Our study has shown that bendamustine had potent growth-inhibitory and apoptosis-inducing effects on NKTCL cells. Interestingly, we noticed that the combination of either gemcitabine or etoposide results in additive or synergistic cytotoxicity. Bendamustine induced mitochondria-mediated apoptosis in concentration- and time-dependent manners in NKTCL cells, shown as down-regulation of Bcl-2 and activation of cleavage of caspases 3, 7, 9 and poly adenosinediphosphate-ribose polymerase (PARP). Bendamustine arrested NKTCL cells in G2/M phase, with downregulation of expression of cyclin B1 and upregulation of expression of p-cdc2, p-cdc25c and p-P53. Furthermore, we confirmed that bendamustine activated DNA damage response (DDR) directly or through Ataxia Telangiectasia Mutated Protein (ATM)/Chk2 and ATR/Chk1 pathway and increased the intracellular reactive oxygen species (ROS) level in NKTCL cells, which caused G2/M phase arrest and apoptosis. Bendamustine also inhibited phosphorylation of transcriptional factor STAT3, contributing to cell apoptosis and proliferation inhibition. Finally, we verified the effect of bendamustine on NKTCL cells in vivo. It showed that bendamustine dramatically inhibited the growth of the subcutaneous tumor, with no obvious impact on mice weight. These findings demonstrate that bendamustine activates DDR pathway, induces the accumulation of intracellularROS level as well as inhibition of STAT3, leading to cell apoptosis and G2/M cell cycle arrest in NKTCL cells, which indicates that bendamustine dramatically suppressed NKTCL both in vitro and in vivo and provides a potential therapeutic strategy in the treatment of NK/T lymphoma.

Cell death and inflammation are intimately linked during mastitis due to Staphylococcus aureus (S. aureus). Pyroptosis, a programmed necrosis triggered by gasdermin protein family, often occurs after inflammatory caspase activation. Many pathogens invade host cells and activate cell-intrinsic death mechanisms, including pyroptosis, apoptosis, and necroptosis. We reported that bovine mammary epithelial cells (MAC-T) respond to S. aureus by NOD-like receptor protein 3 (NLRP3) inflammasome activation through K+ efflux, leading to the recruitment of apoptosis-associated speck-like protein (ASC) and the activation of caspase-1. The activated caspase-1 cleaves gasdermin D (GSDMD) and forms a N-terminal pore forming domain that drives swelling and membrane rupture. Membrane rupture results in the release of the pro-inflammatory cytokines IL-18 and IL-1ß, which are activated by caspase-1. Can modulate GSDMD activation by NLRP3-dependent caspase-1 activation and then cause pyroptosis of bovine mammary epithelial cells.

Selective catalytic reduction (SCR) technology is currently the most effective deNOx technology and has broad application prospects. Moreover, there is a large NOx content in marine engine exhaust. However, the marine engine SCR catalyst will be affected by heavy metals, SO2, H2O(g), hydrocarbons (HC) and particulate matter (PM) in the exhaust, which will hinder the removal of NOx via SCR. Furthermore, due to the high loading operation of the marine engine and the regeneration of the diesel particulate filter (DPF), the exhaust temperature of the engine may exceed 600 °C, which leads to sintering of the SCR catalysts. Therefore, the development of new catalysts with good tolerances to the above emissions and process parameters is of great significance for further reducing NOx from marine engines. In this work, we first elaborate on the mechanism of the SCR catalyst poisoning caused by marine engine emissions, as well as the working mechanism of SCR catalysts affected by the engine exhaust temperature. Second, we also summarize the current technologies for improving the properties of SCR catalysts with the aim of enhancing the resistance and stability under complex working conditions. Finally, the challenges and perspectives associated with the performance optimization and technology popularization of marine SCR systems are discussed and proposed further. Consequently, this review may provide a valuable reference and inspiration for the development of catalysts and improvement in the denitration ability of SCR systems matched with marine engines.

Objective: T-cell lymphoblastic lymphoma (T-LBL) is an aggressive neoplasm of precursor T cells, however, detailed genome-wide sequencing of large T-LBL cohorts has not been performed due to its rarity. The purpose of this study was to identify putative driver genes in T-LBL. Methods: To gain insight into the genetic mechanisms of T-LBL development, we performed whole-exome sequencing on 41 paired tumor-normal DNA samples from patients with T-LBL. Results: We identified 32 putative driver genes using whole-exome sequencing in 41 T-LBL cases, many of which have not previously been described in T-LBL, such as Janus kinase 3 (JAK3), Janus kinase 1 (JAK1), Runt-related transcription factor 1 (RUNX1) and Wilms' tumor suppressor gene 1 (WT1). When comparing the genetic alterations of T-LBL to T-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (T-ALL), we found that JAK-STAT and RAS pathway mutations were predominantly observed in T-LBL (58.5% and 34.1%, respectively), whereas Notch and cell cycle signaling pathways mutations were more prevalent in T-ALL. Notably, besides notch receptor 1 (NOTCH1), mutational status of plant homeodomain (PHD)-like finger protein 6 (PHF6) was identified as another independent factor for good prognosis. Of utmost interest is that co-existence of PHF6 and NOTCH1 mutation status might provide an alternative for early therapeutic stratification in T-LBL. Conclusions: Together, our findings will not only provide new insights into the molecular and genetic mechanisms of T-LBL, but also have tangible implications for clinical practice.

BACKGROUND: Natural killer/T-cell lymphoma (NKTCL) is a rare and aggressive subtype of Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma. CircRNA has shown great potential to become a biomarker in plasma. In this study, we aimed to determine circRNA for its diagnostic and prognostic value and biological function in NKTCL. METHOD: The circRNA microarray of plasma from NKTCL patients and healthy donors were conducted. The relative expressions of target circRNA were verified by qRT-PCR. We conducted function experiments in vitro and in vivo. Bioinformatics predicted the target miRNA of the target circRNA and the binding site was detected by the dual luciferase report assay. Downstream target protein was predicted and detected by western blot in vitro and immunohistochemistry in vivo. RESULT: By analyzing the plasma circRNA microarrays in NKTCL, 6137 circRNAs were up-regulated and 6190 circRNAs were down-regulated. The relative expressions of circADARB1 were significantly higher in NKTCL patients. The knockdown of circADARB1 inhibited proliferation of NKTCL cells in vitro and in vivo. CircADARB1 could bind to miR-214-3p in the downstream and regulate the expression of p-Stat3. In nude mice tumor tissue, p-Stat3 was under-expressed in the circADARB1 knockdown group. CONCLUSION: CircADARB1 was highly expressed in NKTCL plasma and circADARB1 was a potential biomarker to assist diagnosis and predict the response in NKTCL. CircADARB1 bound up to miR-214-3p and regulated p-Stat3.

Treatment outcomes of relapsed/refractory diffuse large B cell lymphoma (R/R DLBCL) are far from satisfactory. Certain efficacy of ibrutinib has been observed in non-GCB subtype DLBCL patients. This study aimed to investigate the efficacy and safety of ibrutinib plus BCL2 inhibitor venetoclax in R/R DLBCL patients with non-GCB subtype and BCL2 overexpression. Combinational therapy (ibrutinib 560mg/day; venetoclax started 1 week later, oral dose increased from 100 to 400mg/day in 3 weeks) was conducted, and one cycle was 4 weeks. Both drugs were stopped when disease progress or serious adverse reactions appear. The primary end-point was overall response rate (ORR) at two cycles. From December 2018 to July 2020, a total of 13 patients were treated with the combined therapy. Among them, eleven (84.6%) patients previously received at least two treatment regimens, eight (61.5%) patients were C-myc and BCL2 double expression. The ORR at two cycles was 61.5%, with 3 (23.1%) patients achieved complete remission (CR) and 5 (38.4%) patients achieved partial remission (PR). The ORR at four cycles and six cycles was 53.8% and 46.2%, respectively. The median duration of response was 11 months (range, 1.5-13.6 months). The median progression-free survival and overall survival were 5.6 months (range, 0.4-15.6) and 11.3 months (range, 2.8-17.2), respectively. The most common adverse event was grade 1/2 neutropenia (53.8%), and nonhematologic toxicities included Grade1/2 diarrhea (46.2%) and elevated liver enzymes (30.8%). Combined therapy of ibrutinib and venetoclax showed promising efficacy and synergistic effects in R/R DLBCL patients with non-GCB subtype and BCL2 overexpression, and the toxicities were well-tolerated.

Novel nude mice model of human NK/T cell lymphoma were established by subcutaneously injecting two NK/T cell lymphoma cell lines into the right axillary region of mice and successful passages were completed by injecting cell suspension which was obtained through a 70-µm cell strainer. These mice models and corresponding cell clones have been successfully developed for more than 8 generations. The survival rates of both resuscitation and transplantation in NKYS and YT models were 90% and 70% correspondingly. Pathologically, the tumour cells in all passages of the lymphoma-bearing mice and cell lines obtained from tumours were parallel to initial cell lines. Immunologically, the tumour cells expressed the characteristics of the primary and essential NK/T lymphomas. The novel mice models maintained the essential features of human NK/T cell lymphoma, and they would be ideal tools in vivo for further research of human NK/T cell lymphoma.
