RESUMO

Efficient coupling solar energy conversion and N2 fixation by photocatalysis has been shown promising potentials. However, the unsatisfied yield rate of NH3 curbs its forward application. Defective typical perovskite, BaTiO3 , shows remarkable activity under an applied magnetic field for photocatalytic N2 fixation with an NH3 yield rate exceeding 1.93 mg L-1 h-1 . Through steered surface spin states and oxygen vacancies, the electromagnetic synergistic effect between the internal electric field and an external magnetic field is stimulated. X-ray absorption spectroscopy and density functional theory calculations reveal the regulation of electronic and magnetic properties through manipulation of oxygen vacancies and inducement of Lorentz force and spin selectivity effect. The electromagnetic effect suppresses the recombination of photoexcited carriers in semiconducting nanomaterials, which acts synergistically to promote N2 adsorption and activation while facilitating fast charge separation under UV-vis irradiation.

RESUMO

OBJECTIVE: To explore the risk factors and their differences of metabolic syndrome (MS) on male criminal police, thereby provide the scientific basis to make prevention and control strategies about the metabolic syndrome for the criminal police career. METHODS: Based on physical examination data of criminal police in 2010, 439 patients with MS (CDS) were randomly selected as cases. And as the 1:2 matched nested case-control study, 878 health controls were employed, which were matched with on the basis of sex and age (±1 year). An face-to-face epidemiological investigations on the past exposure status of several possible risk factors was conducted, such as the family history of hypertension and other social economic status, as well as body height and weight, waist circumference, blood pressure, serum lipid and plasma sugar. and the data were analyzed with logistic regression. RESULTS: 1317 cases were surveyed, through single factor logistic regression analysis found that 12 factors are related to exposure. Multivariate logistic regression analysis suggested that six factors, such as stress events (OR = 1.989, 95%CI: 1.467∼2.696), snoring (OR = 1.672, 95%CI: 1.218∼2.294), sweets (OR = 0.562, 95%CI: 0.412∼0.766), meat and products (OR = 1.494, 95%CI: 1.065∼2.094), siting after dinner for more than 3 h (OR = 1.399, 95%CI: 1.023∼1.915). CONCLUSIONS: MS has become a important public health problems among criminal police. For their professional special, a series of bad habits , unhealthy life style and psychological problems became important risk factors of MS on criminal police. Targeted prevention and control measures should be taken to reduce the incidence of MS.

RESUMO

OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the immunogenicity, safety and stability of the manufacture process regarding three consecutive lots of influenza split vaccines (Anflu). METHODS: A double-blind, randomized and controlled clinical trial was conducted in healthy volunteers. A total of 566 subjects aged 18 to 60 years were recruited and stratified into four age groups before randomly assigned into four groups. Each group would receive one dose of influenza vaccine from either one of the three lots of Anflu or one lot of the licensed control vaccine. Each dose of the vaccines contained 15 microg of each of the H1N1, H3N2 and B type antigen. Safety was assessed through 30-minute observation for immediate allergic reaction and three-day observation after vaccination. HI antibody titers were determined before vaccination and on day 21, after vaccination. RESULTS: Mild adverse reaction was reported and the overall incidence rates on fever of the four groups were from 1.4% to 2.8% but no significant difference was observed between groups. Seroconversion rates of the three viral strains in four groups were 80.3% and above with fold increase as > or = 11.1 and protection rate was > or = 93.4%. For the three lots of investigated vaccines, all of the indexes of the three viral strains in four groups exceeded the standards on EMEA and FDA for influenza vaccine. CONCLUSION: The three consecutive lots of Anflu appeared to be good, with both consistent immunogenicity and safety, indicating the stability of manufacture process.
