[Contributions for the knowledge on nursing as per the perception phenomenology of Merleau-Ponty]. / Contribuições para o conhecimento em enfermagem à luz da fenomenologia da percepção de Merleau-Ponty.

This text approaches some contributions of Maurice Merleau-Ponty for the knowledge in Nursing starting from the reflection on his work Phenomenology of Perception. Furthermore, it discusses the challenges of the construction of knowledge and on how the philosophical knowledge of a certain thinker can contribute for the search of taking care-care actions in Nursing that allow recognizing the expressive capacity of the human beings. It retakes the expressive phenomenon in the approaching and distancing relations present in the interactive process of taking care. The text intends understanding some of the several dimensions comprised by Nursing and how they go together along the universe of taking care.

Visita domiciliar para promoção da saúde e prevenção de agravos respiratórios em lactentes: contribuições da equipe da Estratégia Saúde da Família / Home visit for health promotion and disease prevention in infants: contributions from the Family Health Strategy team

Pesquisa qualitativa, com o objetivo de identificar as contribuições da equipe da Estratégia de Saúde da Família para a visita domiciliar, como tecnologia para a promoção da saúde e prevenção de agravos respiratórios em lactentes na Atenção Primária à Saúde. Realizada com 15 profissionais em Santa Catarina, entre setembro e outubro de 2019, utilizando a entrevista semiestruturada e metodologia problematizadora através do Arco de Maguerez, para a coleta de dados. A análise de conteúdo foi categorizada em conhecimentos e práticas sobre o lactente no âmbito da Atenção Primária à Saúde e o olhar sistematizado da visita domiciliar dos profissionais estudados. Evidenciou-se que as equipes abordam o trabalho multiprofissional e intersetorial, reconhecem a importância da visita domiciliar ao lactente e relacionam os fatores de risco para os agravos respiratórios como inerentes ao ambiente e aos cuidados domiciliares. Conclui- se que há necessidade de qualificar os profissionais para visita domiciliar ao lactente, para que haja o fortalecimento do vínculo da família com as equipes de saúde da família.

Qualitative, exploratory and descriptive research, with the objective of identifying the contributions of the Family Health Strategy team to home visits as a technology for health promotion and prevention of respiratory diseases in infants in Primary Health Care. Conducted with 15 professionals in Santa Catarina, between September and October 2019, using the semi-structured interview, problematizing methodology and Arco de Maguerez. Content analysis gave rise to two categories, one in relation to knowledge and practices, and another on the systematization of home visits. Multiprofessional and intersectoral work was evidenced, recognition of the importance of the visit, and that the risk factors are inherent to the environment and home care. It is concluded that there is a need to qualify professionals for home visits to the infant, with permanent training, so that it strengthens the family bond with the family health teams.

[The child with a cancer diagnosis: revisiting the way of assistance policies]. / A criança com diagnóstico de câncer: revisitando o caminho das políticas de atendimento.

This paper considers about the onco-hematologic assistance policies and their implications in caring for a child with cancer diagnosis and his/her family. It emphasizes that the existential changes of the child-family unit may be minimized by the policies that assure access to resources. The study shows how Non-governmental Organizations (NGOs) are inserted in the context. The conclusion is that the engagement of families as well of health professionals and institutions, both governmental and non-governmental, may contribute to the implementation of policies that enlarge the network of assistance to children who suffer from an onco-hematologic disease.
