RESUMO

Herein, a patterned rod-like CoP@NiCoP core-shell heterostructure is designed to consist of CoP nanowires cross-linked with NiCoP nanosheets in tight strings. The interfacial interaction within the heterojunction between the two components generates a built-in electric field that adjusts the interfacial charge state and create more active sites, accelerating the charge transfer and improving supercapacitor and electrocatalytic performance. The unique core-shell structure suppresses the volume expansion during charging and discharging, achieving excellent stability. As a result, CoP@NiCoP exhibits a high specific capacitance of 2.9 F cm-2 at a current density of 3 mA cm-2 and a high ion diffusion rate (Dion is 2.95 × 10-14  cm2  s-1 ) during charging/discharging. The assembled asymmetric supercapacitor CoP@NiCoP//AC exhibits a high energy density of 42.2 Wh kg-1 at a power density of 126.5 W kg-1 and excellent stability with a capacitance retention rate of 83.8% after 10 000 cycles. Furthermore, the modulated effect induced by the interfacial interaction also endows the self-supported electrode with excellent electrocatalytic HER performance with an overpotential of 71 mV at 10 mA cm-2 . This research may provide a new perspective on the generation of built-in electric field through the rational design of heterogeneous structures for improving the electrochemical and electrocatalytical performance.

RESUMO

Severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) has spread around the world rapidly, which seriously threatens to human health and safety. The rapid detection of the virus in the early stage is very important to prevent the cross infection and transmission. It is also a key link in the post-treatment examination. This paper has explored the infrared (IR) spectra of spike protein receptor-binding domain (RBD) for SARS-CoV-2 using molecular dynamics simulations, and the absorption bands are assigned. The calculated IR spectra of water and insulin are compared with that measured in the related literatures. The results showed that O-H stretching vibration generated a strong absorption band located around 3591 cm-1, the oscillator strength of 310 K is slightly higher than that at 298 K. The absorption peaks have a small red shift or blue shift with the change of temperature. As a theoretical basis for the optical detection of SARS-CoV-2 virus, this work will play a positive role in promoting the development of new virus detection technology.

RESUMO

In this paper, we have derived the analytical formulae for the cross-spectral densities of partially coherent Gaussian vortex beams propagating in a gradient-index (GRIN) fiber. In numerical analysis, the variations of the intensity and the phase distributions are demonstrated to illustrate the change in singularities within a GRIN fiber. It turns out that the beam intensity and phase distribution change periodically in the propagation process. The partially coherent Gaussian vortex beams do not typically possess the center intensity zero in the focal plane, which usually called 'hidden' singularities in intensities detection. We demonstrated the phase singularities more clearly by the phase distribution, one finds that the phase vortex of a partially coherent beam will crack near the focus, and opposite topological charge will be generated, we attribute to the wave-front decomposition and reconstruction of the vortex beams by the GRIN fiber. Our results show that the change in phase singularities not only affected by the GRIN fiber, but also by the initial coherence of the beam source, and high initial coherence will be more conducive to maintaining the phase singularities in the propagation. Our results may find applications in singular optics, wave-front reconstruction and optical fiber communications.

RESUMO

The transmission properties of an off-planar integrated circuit including two wavelength division demultiplexers are designed, simulated, and analyzed in detail by the finite-difference time-domain method. The results show that the wavelength selection for different ports (0.404[c/a] at B2 port, 0.389[c/a] at B3 port, and 0.394[c/a] at B4 port) can be realized by adjusting the parameters. It is especially important that the off-planar integration between two complex devices is also realized. These simulated results give valuable promotions in the all-optical integrated circuit, especially in compact integration.

RESUMO

The transmission properties of a vertical waveguide connected by different devices in off-planar integrated circuits are designed, investigated, and analyzed in detail by the finite-difference time-domain method. The results show that both guide bandwidth and transmission efficiency can be adjusted effectively by shifting the vertical waveguide continuously. Surprisingly, the wide guide band (0.385[c/a]∼0.407[c/a]) and well transmission (-6 dB) are observed simultaneously in several directions when the vertical waveguide is located at a specific location. The results are very important for all-optical integrated circuits, especially in compact integration.

RESUMO

We numerically investigate the effects of the external focusing and the pulse parameters on the propagation of the ring Gaussian filaments in air. The simulation results indicate that the onset distance of filament, the length and uniformity of the plasma strings, and the energy deposition strongly depend on these optical parameters. The length of optical filament can be extended greatly by adjusting the lens parameters near the maximum energy deposition. In addition, we find that, under the same initial intensity, the length and uniformity of the plasma strings can be tuned by increasing the beam width better than increasing the beam radius.

RESUMO

We theoretically investigated the properties of the effective four-level stimulated Raman adiabatic passage scheme in a cold gas of Cs atoms and molecules, where exists the tunnelling coupling between two excited molecular states due to the 0(g)- (6S,6P(3/2)) double well structure. The double dark resonance is predicted in the absorption spectrum when the tunnelling coupling strength is large enough. The double dark resonance not only reveals the formation of the ultra-cold molecules, but also provides further evidence for the tunnelling as one effective coupling mechanism between the two excited molecular states. The effect of the various experimental conditions on this phenomena has been discussed.

RESUMO

RATIONALE: Nephrogenic diabetes insipidus (NDI) rarely presents in the initial stage of acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) and relapse due to renal infiltration is also rare. PATIENT CONCERNS: A 19-year-old man presented with weakness, polydipsia, and polyuria for 1 month. DIAGNOSES: NDI was diagnosed with insignificant response to a water deprivation test after stimulation with vasopressin injection. Bone marrow examination combined with immunophenotypic analysis, cerebrospinal cytology, and abdominal ultrasonography confirmed the diagnoses of precursor B cell ALL with renal infiltration. INTERVENTIONS: The patient accepted standardized combination chemotherapy and ultimately had sustained remission, and his polydipsia and polyuria disappeared after 3 days of treatment. The ALL relapsed 1 year later and he received haploidentical stem cell transplantation (haplo-SCT) from his father. OUTCOMES: One year later, he again developed NDI, with bilateral renal enlargement because of extramedullary relapse, leading to subsequent death. LESSONS: This case demonstrates unusual early renal involvement in ALL presenting with initial NDI. Interestingly, the NDI returned with the relapse of renal infiltration 1 year after haplo-SCT. This case suggests that NDI was probably secondary to renal leukemic infiltration.
