RESUMO

BACKGROUND: Gonadotropin precisely controls mammalian reproductive activities. Systematic analysis of the mechanisms by which epigenetic modifications regulate the synthesis and secretion of gonadotropin can be useful for more precise regulation of the animal reproductive process. Previous studies have identified many differential m6A modifications in the GnRH-treated adenohypophysis. However, the molecular mechanism by which m6A modification regulates gonadotropin synthesis and secretion remains unclear. RESULTS: Herein, it was found that GnRH can promote gonadotropin synthesis and secretion by promoting the expression of FTO. Highly expressed FTO binds to Foxp2 mRNA in the nucleus, exerting a demethylation function and reducing m6A modification. After Foxp2 mRNA exits the nucleus, the lack of m6A modification prevents YTHDF3 from binding to it, resulting in increased stability and upregulation of Foxp2 mRNA expression, which activates the cAMP/PKA signaling pathway to promote gonadotropin synthesis and secretion. CONCLUSIONS: Overall, the study reveals the molecular mechanism of GnRH regulating the gonadotropin synthesis and secretion through FTO-mediated m6A modification. The results of this study allow systematic interpretation of the regulatory mechanism of gonadotropin synthesis and secretion in the pituitary at the epigenetic level and provide a theoretical basis for the application of reproductive hormones in the regulation of animal artificial reproduction.

RESUMO

PURPOSE: We aimed to evaluate the safety and efficacy of hyperthermic intraoperative thoraco-abdominal chemotherapy (HITAC) and cytoreductive surgery (CRS) for peritoneal carcinomatosis (PC) patients who underwent diaphragm resection. METHODS: PC patients who underwent CRS with diaphragm resection were selected from a prospectively established database and were divided into hyperthermic intraperitoneal chemotherapy (HIPEC) and HITAC groups. The clinicopathological characteristics, treatment-related variables, perioperative adverse events (AEs), and survival outcomes were compared between the two groups. RESULTS: Of 1168 CRS + HIPEC/HITACs, 102 patients were enrolled-61 HITAC patients and 41 HIPEC patients. In the HITAC and HIPEC groups, the incidence of grade III-V AEs was 29.5% versus 34.1% (p = 0.621). The pleural progression rates were 13.2 versus 18.9% (p = 0.462) and the median overall survival (OS) was 50.5 versus 52.7 months (p = 0.958). Median time to progression (TTP) in thoracic disease was not reached. There was no significant difference in perioperative AEs, TTP, and OS for total patients and the completeness of cytoreduction (CC) score subgroups (p > 0.05). Age ≥ 60 years (hazard ratio [HR] 4.162, p = 0.026) was an independent risk factor influencing pleural progression, and primary malignant peritoneal mesothelioma (MPM; HR 2.749, p = 0.016) and the presence of two or more serious AEs (SAEs; HR 7.294, p = 0.001) were independent risk factors influencing OS. CONCLUSIONS: HITAC can be performed in carefully selected PC patients who underwent diaphragm resection, with no worsening of the safety profile and a possible benefit for pleural progression. In those patients, age ≥ 60 years is associated with a shorter TTP of thoracic disease, while primary MPM and two or more perioperative SAEs are associated with worse OS.

RESUMO

BACKGROUND: White matter hyperintensity (WMH) burden may lead to poor clinical outcomes after endovascular thrombectomy (EVT). But the relationship between WMH burden and cerebral edema (CED) is unclear. PURPOSE: To examine the association between WMH burden and CED and functional outcome in patients treated with EVT. STUDY TYPE: Retrospective. SUBJECT: 344 patients with acute anterior circulation large-vessel occlusion stroke who received EVT at two comprehensive stroke centers. Mean age was 62.6 ± 11.6 years and 100 patients (29.1%) were female. FIELD STRENGTH/SEQUENCE: 3T, including diffusion-weighted imaging and fluid-attenuated inversion recovery (FLAIR) images. ASSESSMENT: The severity of WMH was evaluated using the Fazekas scale on a FLAIR sequence before EVT. The severity of CED was assessed using CED score (three for malignant cerebral edema [MCE]) and net water uptake (NWU)/time on post-EVT cranial CT. The impact of WMH burden on MCE, NWU/time, and 3-month poor outcome (modified Rankin scale >2) after EVT were assessed. STATISTICAL TESTS: Pearson's chi-squared test, Fisher exact test, 2-tailed t test, Mann-Whitney U test, multivariable logistic regression, multivariate regression analysis, Sobel test. A P value <0.05 was considered statistically significant. RESULTS: WMH burden was not significantly associated with MCE and parenchymal hemorrhage (PH) in the whole population (P = 0.072; P = 0.714). WMH burden was significantly associated with an increased risk of MCE (OR, 1.550; 95% CI, 1.128-2.129), higher NWU/time (Coefficient, 0.132; 95% CI, 0.012-0.240), and increased risk of 3-month poor outcome (OR, 1.434; 95% CI, 1.110-1.853) in the subset of patients without PH. Moreover, the connection between WMH burden and poor outcome was partly mediated by CED in patients without PH (regression coefficient changed by 29.8%). DATA CONCLUSION: WMH burden is associated with CED, especially MCE, and poor outcome in acute ischemic stroke patients treated with EVT. The association between WMH burden and poor outcome may partly be attributed to postoperative CED. TECHNICAL EFFICACY: Stage 5.

RESUMO

We establish a theoretical model to analyze the photoassociative spectroscopy of 85Rb 133Cs molecules in the (3)3Σ+ state. The vibrational energy, spin-spin coupling constant, and hyperfine interaction constant of the (3)3Σ+ state are determined based on nine observed vibrational levels. Consequently, the Rydberg-Klein-Rees potential energy curve of the (3)3Σ+ state is obtained and compared with the ab initial potential energy curve. Our model can be adopted to analyze the photoassociative spectroscopy of other heteronuclear alkali-metal diatomic molecules in the (3)3Σ+ state.

RESUMO

INTRODUCTION: The safety and efficacy of CRS + HIPEC combined with urinary tract resection and reconstruction are controversial. This study aims to summarize the clinicopathological features and to evaluate the safety and survival prognosis of CRS + HIPEC combined with urinary tract resection and reconstruction. METHODS: The patients who underwent urinary tract resection and reconstruction as part of CRS surgery were retrospectively selected from our disease-specific database for analysis. The clinicopathological characteristics, treatment-related variables, perioperative adverse events (AEs), and survival outcomes were studied using a descriptive approach and the K-M analysis with log-rank comparison. RESULTS: Forty-nine patients were enrolled. Perioperative serious AEs (SAEs) were observed in 11 patients (22.4%), with urinary SAEs occurring in 3 patients (6.1%). Additionally, there were 23 cases (46.8%) involving urinary adverse events (UAEs). The median overall survival (OS) in the entire cohort was 59.2 (95%CI: 42.1-76.4) months. The median OS of the UAE group and No-UAE group were 59.2 months (95%CI not reached), and 50.5 (95%CI: 11.5 to 89.6) months, respectively, with no significant difference (P = 0.475). Furthermore, there were no significant differences in OS based on the grade of UAEs or the number of UAEs (P = 0.562 and P = 0.622, respectively). CONCLUSION: The combination of CRS + HIPEC with urinary tract resection and reconstruction is associated with a high incidence of Grade I-II UAEs, which do not have an impact on OS. The safety profile of this combined technique is acceptable. However, this is a retrospective single-center single-arm analysis, with limitations of generalizability and potential selection bias. The findings need high-level validation.

RESUMO

Generating circularly polarized luminescence (CPL) with simultaneous high photoluminescence quantum yield (PLQY) and dissymmetry factor (glum) is difficult due to usually unmatched electric transition dipole moment (µ) and magnetic transition dipole moment (m) of materials. Herein we tackle this issue by playing a "cascade cationic insertion" trick to achieve strong CPL (with PLQY of ~100 %) in lead-free metal halides with high glum values reaching -2.3×10-2 without using any chiral inducers. Achiral solvents of hydrochloric acid (HCl) and N, N-dimethylformamide (DMF) infiltrate the crystal lattice via asymmetric hydrogen bonding, distorting the perovskite structure to induce the "intrinsic" chirality. Surprisingly, additional insertion of Cs+ cation to substitute partial (CH3)2NH2 + transforms the chiral space group to achiral but the crystal maintains chiroptical activity. Further doping of Sb3+ stimulates strong photoluminescence as a result of self-trapped excitons (STEs) formation without disturbing the crystal framework. The chiral perovskites of indium-antimony chlorides embedded on LEDs chips demonstrate promising potential as CPL emitters. Our work presents rare cases of chiroptical activity of highly luminescent perovskites from only achiral building blocks via spontaneous resolution as a result of symmetry breaking.

RESUMO

Inflammation is implicated in the development of diabetic complications including vascular pathology. Centrosome is known to play a role in cell secretion. We have reported that diabetes can trigger centrosome amplification (CA). Thus, in the present study, we investigated the relationship between CA and the release of proinflammatory cytokines interleukin-1ß, tumor necrosis factor-α and interleukin-6 in hCMEC/D3 human endothelial cells treated with advanced glycation end products (AGEs). We found that AGEs induced CA via PLK4 and increased the biosynthesis of the three cytokines via NF-κB. Importantly, treatment of the cells with AGEs also increased the release of the three cytokines. Inhibiting CA by knockdown of polo like kinase 4 (PLK4) attenuated the cytokine release but not their biosynthesis. Knockdown of the cytokines inhibited the CA, while addition of the cytokines individually to the cell culture increased the protein level of PLK4 and CA to a moderate level. Addition of the three cytokines together into the cell culture markedly enhanced the CA, to a level higher than that in the AGEs-treated group. In conclusion, our results provide the direct evidence that the cytokines can induce CA, and suggest that there is a mutual promoting cycle between CA and cytokine release in the treated samples. It is proposed that the cycle of CA-cytokine release is a candidate biological link between diabetes and its complications such as vascular pathologies.

RESUMO

The reported antimony selenide (Sb2Se3) photodetectors (PDs) are still far away from color camera applications mainly due to the high operation temperature required in chemical vapor deposition (CVD) and the lack of high-density PD arrays. In this work, we propose a Sb2Se3/CdS/ZnO PD created by physical vapor deposition (PVD) operated at room temperature. Using PVD, a uniform film can be obtained, so the optimized PD has excellent photoelectric performance with high responsivity (250 mA/W), high detectivity (5.6 × 1012 Jones), low dark current (∼10-9 A), and short response time (rise: < 200 µs; decay: < 200 µs). With the help of advanced computational imaging technology, we successfully demonstrate color imaging applications by the single Sb2Se3 PD; thus, we expect this work can bring Sb2Se3 PDs in color camera sensors closer.

RESUMO

Copper thiocyanate (CuSCN) has been widely used in photodetectors (PDs). However, the reported CuSCN-based PDs are suffered from narrow operating wavelength range and relatively low photodetection performance. Here, we fabricate an CuSCN/Si heterojunction PD by a simple low-temperature solution spin-coating method achieving excellent performance. Our designed CuSCN/Si PD exhibits a broadband response range covering ultraviolet-visible-infrared, a high detectivity of 2.26 × 1012Jones coming from an ultralow dark current of 23 pA, and a decent responsivity of 11 mA W-1, a high linear dynamic range of 122 dB, and short response time of 25/150µ(rise and decay time). Moreover, we demonstrate multi-color imaging across the wide wavelength range, indicating the CuSCN/Si PD has a promising potential in the imaging field. This work may pave the way for fabricating low-cost, nontoxicity, and high-performance CuSCN-based PD and broadening its applications.

RESUMO

OBJECTIVE: To investigate the effects of standardized fluid management (SFM) on cardiac function in patients with pseudomyxoma peritonei (PMP) after cytoreductive surgery (CRS) and hyperthermic intraperitoneal chemotherapy (HIPEC). METHOD: Patients with PMP who underwent CRS + HIPEC at our center were retrospectively analyzed. The patients were divided into control and study groups according to whether SFM was applied after CRS + HIPEC. We compared the preoperative and postoperative cardiac and renal function parameters, daily fluid volume three days after CRS, and cardiovascular-related adverse events. Univariate and multivariate analyses were performed to identify the indicators affecting clinical prognosis. RESULT: Among the 104 patients, 42 (40.4%) were in the control group and 62 (59.6%) in the study group. There were no statistically significant differences between the two groups in the main clinicopathological characteristics, preoperative cardiac and renal function parameters, and CRS + HIPEC-related indicators. The incidences of cardiac troponin I (CTNI) > upper limit of normal (ULN), >2 × ULN, >3 × ULN, serum creatinine > ULN, and blood urea nitrogen > ULN were higher in the control group than in the study group (p < 0.05). The median daily fluid volume of the control group was higher than that of the study group 3 days after CRS (p < 0.05). Postoperative CTNI > 2 × ULN was an independent risk factor for serious circulatory adverse events. Survival analysis revealed pathological grading, completeness of cytoreduction score, and postoperative CTNI > ULN as independent prognostic factors. CONCLUSIONS: SFM after CRS + HIPEC in patients with PMP may reduce cardiovascular adverse events risk and improve clinical outcomes.

RESUMO

OBJECTIVE: Some studies have reported that the prognosis of total laparoscopic hysterectomy (TLH) for early-stage cervical cancer (CC) is worse than that of open surgery. And this was associated with the use of uterine manipulator or not. Therefore, this study retrospectively analyzes the efficacy and safety of TLH without uterine manipulator combined with pelvic lymphadenectomy for early-stage CC. METHODS: Fifty-eight patients with CC (stage IB1-IIA1) who received radical hysterectomy from September 2019 to January 2020 were divided into no uterine manipulator (n = 26) and uterine manipulator group (n = 32). Then, clinical characteristics were collected and intraoperative/postoperative related indicators were compared. RESULTS: Patients in the no uterine manipulator group had significantly higher operation time and blood loss than in the uterine manipulator group. Notably, there was no significant difference in hemoglobin change, blood transfusion rate, number of pelvic nodules, anal exhaust time, complications and recurrence rate between the two groups. Additionally, patients in the uterine manipulator group were prone to urinary retention (15.6%) and lymphocyst (12.5%), while the no uterine manipulator group exhibited high probability of bladder dysfunction (23.1%) and urinary retention (15.4%). Furthermore, the 1-year disease-free survival rate and the 1-year overall survival rate were not significantly different between the two groups. CONCLUSION: There was no significant difference in the efficacy and safety of TLH with or without uterine manipulator combined with pelvic lymphadenectomy in the treatment of patients with early-stage CC. However, the latter requires consideration of the negative effects of high operation time and blood loss.

RESUMO

Cardiovascular disease is one of the main causes of death worldwide. Arrhythmias are an important group of cardiovascular diseases. The standard 12-lead electrocardiogram signals are an important tool for diagnosing arrhythmias. Although 12-lead electrocardiogram signals provide more comprehensive arrhythmia information than single-lead electrocardiogram signals, it is difficult to effectively fuse information between different leads. In addition, most of the current researches working on automatic diagnosis of cardiac arrhythmias are based on modeling and analysis of single-mode features extracted from one-dimensional electrocardiogram sequences, ignoring the frequency domain features of electrocardiogram signals. Therefore, developing an automatic arrhythmia detection algorithm based on 12-lead electrocardiogram with high accuracy and strong generalization ability is still challenging. In this paper, a multimodal feature fusion model based on the mechanism is developed. This model utilizes a dual channel deep neural network to extract different dimensional features from one-dimensional and two-dimensional electrocardiogram time-frequency maps, and combines attention mechanism to effectively fuse the important features of 12-lead, thereby obtaining richer arrhythmia information and ultimately achieving accurate classification of nine types of arrhythmia signals. This study used electrocardiogram signals from a mixed dataset to train, validate, and evaluate the model, with an average of F1 score and average accuracy reached 0.85 and 0.97, respectively. Experimental results show that our algorithm has stable and reliable performance, so it is expected to have good practical application potential.

RESUMO

Compound-eye wide field-of-view (FOV) imaging generally faces the disadvantages of a complex system, low resolution, and complicated image mosaic. Single-pixel imaging has proven to very beneficial in building a high-resolution and simple wide-FOV camera, but its ability to overcome the problem of image mosaics still needs to be demonstrated. In this Letter, we propose a novel, to the best of our knowledge, kind of artificial compound eye based on multidirectional photodetectors (PDs) and demonstrate theoretically and experimentally that mosaics are unnecessary in multidirectional PD-based single-pixel imaging. In addition, we show experimentally that only nine multidirectional PDs are needed to obtain wide-angle images in a hemisphere to realize wide-FOV mosaic-free imaging. This work greatly simplifies the concept of compound-eye cameras and is very enlightening for detector design in wide-FOV single-pixel imaging, plausibly leading to the development of single-pixel endoscopic imaging.

RESUMO

OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the feasibility and efficacy of computed tomography (CT)-guided radiofrequency ablation (RFA) of cervical intervertebral discs for the treatment of discogenic cervicogenic headache (CEH). BACKGROUND: Some patients with CEH experience no obvious therapeutic effect after conventional therapy, particularly patients with refractory CEH originating from abnormal cervical intervertebral discs. Treatment for this type of CEH remains poorly characterized. METHODS: Using a single intervention arm, pretest/posttest design, we retrospectively analyzed the data of patients who underwent CT-guided RFA of cervical intervertebral discs for CEH at the Pain Medicine Center of Zhejiang Provincial People's Hospital from January 2017 to April 2021. If conservative treatment failed in patients with discogenic CEH, we classified the patients as having refractory CEH and performed RFA of cervical intervertebral discs. We used a numeric rating scale (NRS) to assess pain intensity for 6 months. We also compared therapeutic outcome of patients with different characteristics. RESULTS: A total of 44 patients who underwent CT-guided RFA of cervical intervertebral discs were enrolled and 41 of them were analyzed in the present study. The preoperative median (25th, 75th) NRS score was 4 (4, 5), and it was significantly reduced to 1 (0, 4) 6 months after RFA (p < 0.001). The number of patients with ≥50% of their pain relieved after 6 months was 28 of 41 (68%). No serious treatment-related complications occurred in this study. Compared with single-level RFA, multi-level RFA shows greater effects on pain intensity reduction (p = 0.032) and pain relief rate (p = 0.047) of patients. CONCLUSION: In patients who have discogenic CEH, CT-guided RFA of the cervical intervertebral discs appears to be a promising treatment with no serious complications.

RESUMO

BACKGROUND: Picea brachytyla is a unique tree species in China. Due to being extensively exploited in the past, it is listed as Vulnerable in the IUCN Red List. It is mainly distributed across the Hengduan and Daba-Qinglin mountains and has been found in other areas including Sichuan Province and Qinghai Province, China. Microsatellites, or simple sequence repeats (SSRs), are widely used in correlational studies of genetic protection. Few markers have been developed for P. brachytyla because of the small number of trees and scholarly resources available for study. METHODS AND RESULTS: The genomic DNA of P. brachytyla was sequenced using the DNBSEQ platform, and unigenes were obtained after assembly and deredundancy. Of the 100 primer pairs screened, we isolated 10 useful microsatellite loci from P. brachytyla genes. The observed and expected heterozygosity values ranged from 0.173 (P24) to 0.788 (P79; mean 0.469) and 0.199 (P87) to 0.911 (P79; mean 0.700), respectively. Polymorphism-information content (PIC) ranged from 0.190 (P84) to 0.904 (P79; mean 0.666). Only P84 and P72 were in a Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium (P > 0.05) in the different P. brachytyla populations. All the levels of linkage disequilibrium (LD) were high for the 10 SSR loci indicating that there were no autocorrelations among the 10 SSR loci. CONCLUSIONS: The novel polymorphic microsatellite markers showed high polymorphism for P. brachytyla. These polymorphic microsatellites can provide a basis for future conservation and genetic research on this rare plant species.

RESUMO

This study was to analyze the application of doxorubicin-loaded DNA nano-tetrahedral Iodine-125 (I-125) radioactive particle stent (doxorubicin-loaded 125I stent) combined with transarterial chemoembolization (TACE) in improving the prognosis of patients with cholangiocarcinoma (CC). The doxorubicin-loaded DNA nano-tetrahedrons were constructed, the preparation plan was optimized, and the toxicity test was performed. The prepared doxorubicin-loaded DNA nano-tetrahedrons were applied to 85 cases in the K1 group (doxorubicin-loaded 125I + TACE), 85 cases in the K2 group (doxorubicin-loaded 125I), and 85 cases in K3 group (TACE). It was found that the optimal initial concentration of doxorubicin for the preparation of DNA-loaded nano-tetrahedrons was 200 mmol, and the optimal reaction time was 7 hours. The serum total bilirubin (TBIL) level in the K1 group at 30 days after operation was lower than that in the K2 and K3 groups at 7, 14 and 21 days. (P< 0.05). The alkaline phosphatase (ALP) level in the K1 group was lower in contrast to that in the other two groups at 7, 14, and 21 days after surgery (P< 0.05); and the five-year survival rate of patients in the K1 group was greater in contrast to the rate in K2 and K3 groups (P< 0.05). In short, the implantation of a doxorubicin-loaded 125I stent combined with TACE could effectively improve the five-year survival rate of patients with CC and improve the prognosis effect of the patients.

RESUMO

Prolactin (PRL) is an important hormone that is secreted by the pituitary gland and plays an important role in the growth, development and reproduction of organisms. Thyrotropin-releasing hormone (TRH) is a common prolactin-releasing factor that regulates the synthesis and secretion of prolactin. In recent studies, microRNAs (miRNAs) have been found to play a key role in the regulation of pituitary hormones. However, there is a lack of systematic studies on the regulatory role that TRH plays on the pituitary transcriptome, and the role of miRNAs in the regulation of PRL synthesis and secretion by TRH lacks experimental evidence. In this study, we first investigated the changes in PRL synthesis and secretion in the rat pituitary gland after TRH administration. The results of transcriptomic analysis after TRH treatment showed that 102 genes, including those that encode Nppc, Fgf1, PRL, Cd63, Npw, and Il23a, were upregulated, and 488 genes, including those that encode Lats1, Cacna2d1, Top2a, and Tfap2a, were downregulated. These genes are all involved in the regulation of prolactin expression. The gene expression of miR-126a-5p, which regulates the level of PRL in the pituitary gland, was screened by analysis prediction software and by a dual luciferase reporter system. The data presented in this study demonstrate that TRH can regulate prolactin synthesis and secretion through miR-126a-5p, thereby improving our understanding of the molecular mechanism of TRH-mediated PRL secretion and providing a theoretical basis for the role of miRNAs in regulating the secretion of pituitary hormones.

RESUMO

In order to realize the rapid and non-destructive detection of SO_2 content in sulphur-fumigated Achyranthis Bidentatae Radix, this paper first prepared the sulphur-fumigated Achyranthis Bidentatae Radix samples with the usage amount of sulphur being 0, 2.5%, and 5% of the mass of Achyranthis Bidentatae Radix pieces. The SO_2 content in different batches of sulphur-fumigated Achyranthis Bidentatae Radix was determined using the method in Chinese Pharmacopoeia, followed by the acquisition of their hyperspectral data within both visible-near infrared(435-1 042 nm) and short-wave infrared(898-1 751 nm) regions by hyperspectral imaging. Meanwhile, the first derivative, AUTO, multiplicative scatter correction, Savitzky-Golay(SG) smoothing, and standard normal variable transformation algorithms were used to pre-process the original hyperspectral data, which were then subjected to characteristic band extraction based on competitive adaptive reweighted sampling(CARS) and the partial least square regression analysis for building a quantitative model of SO_2 content in sulphur-fumigated Achyranthis Bidentatae Radix. It was found that the accuracy of the quantitative model built depending on the visible-near infrared spectra was high, with the determination coefficient of prediction set(R■) reaching 0.900 1. The established quantitative model has enabled the rapid and non-destructive detection of SO_2 content in sulphur-fumigated Achyranthis Bidentatae Radix, which can serve as an effective supplement to the method described in Chinese Pharmacopeia.

RESUMO

The quality markers(Q-markers) of Shujin Huoxue Capsules were comprehensively discriminated based on the five principles of transfer and traceability, specificity, compatibility, effectiveness and measurability. The compounds that could be transferred from the original medicinal materials to the preparation were selected with the principle of transfer and traceability. The specific components in the prescription were screened by reviewing literature with the principle of specificity. According to the principle of compatibility, the attributes of compounds were evaluated by the sovereign, minister, assistant and guide combination rules of the original medicinal materials in the prescription. According to the principle of measurability, the measurable components were summarized by reference to the pharmacopoeia and literature combined with the content. The mechanism of Shujin Huoxue Capsules in the treatment of osteoporosis was studied through network pharmacology based on the principle of effectiveness, which was the evaluation index of effectiveness. The chemical components screened out above were regarded as candidate Q-markers, and the cobweb model was plotted to obtain the comprehensive score of Q-markers. Hydroxysafflor yellow A, trachelosid, eleutheroside B, α-cyperone, protocatechuic acid, protocatechualdehyde and 4-methoxy salicylaldehyde were discriminated as the Q-markers of Shujin Huoxue Capsules based on the five principles combined with cobweb model.

RESUMO

Most of the existing near-infrared noninvasive blood glucose detection models focus on the relationship between near-infrared absorbance and blood glucose concentration, but do not consider the impact of human physiological state on blood glucose concentration. In order to improve the performance of prediction model, particle swarm optimization (PSO) algorithm was used to train the structure paramters of back propagation (BP) neural network. Moreover, systolic blood pressure, pulse rate, body temperature and 1 550 nm absorbance were introduced as input variables of blood glucose concentration prediction model, and BP neural network was used as prediction model. In order to solve the problem that traditional BP neural network is easy to fall into local optimization, a hybrid model based on PSO-BP was introduced in this paper. The results showed that the prediction effect of PSO-BP model was better than that of traditional BP neural network. The prediction root mean square error and correlation coefficient of ten-fold cross-validation were 0.95 mmol/L and 0.74, respectively. The Clarke error grid analysis results showed that the proportion of model prediction results falling into region A was 84.39%, and the proportion falling into region B was 15.61%, which met the clinical requirements. The model can quickly measure the blood glucose concentration of the subject, and has relatively high accuracy.
