RESUMO

The deposition and intercalation of metal atoms can induce superconductivity in monolayer and bilayer graphenes. For example, it has been experimentally proved that Li-deposited graphene is a superconductor with critical temperature Tc of 5.9 K, Ca-intercalated bilayer graphene C6CaC6 and K-intercalated epitaxial bilayer graphene C8KC8 are superconductors with Tc of 2-4 K and 3.6 K, respectively. However, the Tc of them are relatively low. To obtain higher Tc in graphene-based superconductors, here we predict a new Ca-intercalated bilayer graphene C2CaC2, which shows higher Ca concentration than the C6CaC6. It is proved to be thermodynamically and dynamically stable. The electronic structure, electron-phonon coupling (EPC) and superconductivity of C2CaC2 are investigated based on first-principles calculations. The EPC of C2CaC2 mainly comes from the coupling between the electrons of C-pz orbital and the high- and low-frequency vibration modes of C atoms. The calculated EPC constant λ of C2CaC2 is 0.75, and the superconducting Tc is 18.9 K, which is much higher than other metal-intercalated bilayer graphenes. By further applying -4% biaxial compressive strain to C2CaC2, the Tc can be boosted to 26.6 K. Thus, the predicted C2CaC2 provides a new platform for realizing superconductivity with the highest Tc in bilayer graphenes.

RESUMO

High-purity 1T'-WS2 film has been experimentally synthesized [Nature Materials, 20, 1113-1120 (2021)] and theoretically predicted to be a two-dimensional (2D) superconducting material with Dirac cones [arXiv:2301.11425]. In the present work, we further study the superconducting properties of monolayer 1T'-WS2 by applying biaxial tensile strain. It is shown that the superconducting critical temperature Tc firstly increases and then decreases with respect to tensile strains, with the highest superconducting critical temperature Tc of 7.25 K under the biaxial tensile strain of 3%. In particular, we find that Dirac cones also exist in several tensile strained cases. Our studies show that monolayer 1T'-WS2 may provide a good platform for understanding the superconductivity of 2D Dirac materials.

RESUMO

OBJECTIVES: To investigate the efficacy and safety of subcutaneous immunotherapy (SCIT) using dust mites in children with allergic asthma. METHODS: In a prospective randomized controlled study, 98 children with dust mite-induced allergic asthma were randomly divided into a control group (n=49) and an SCIT group (n=49). The control group received inhaled corticosteroid treatment, while the SCIT group additionally received a standardized three-year SCIT regimen. The two groups were compared based on peripheral blood eosinophil percentage, visual analogue score (VAS), total medication score, Asthma Control Test/Childhood Asthma Control Test scores, fractional exhaled nitric oxide (FeNO), and lung function before treatment, and at 6 months, 1 year, 2 years, and 3 years after treatment. Adverse reactions were recorded post-injection to evaluate the safety of SCIT. RESULTS: Compared with pre-treatment levels, the SCIT group showed a significant reduction in the percentage of peripheral blood eosinophils, VAS, total medication score, and FeNO, while lung function significantly improved, and asthma control levels were better 3 years after treatment (P<0.05). Compared with the control group, the SCIT group showed more significant improvement in all evaluated indicators 3 years after treatment (P<0.05). A total of 2 744 injections were administered, resulting in 157 cases (5.72%) of local adverse reactions and 4 cases (0.15%) of systemic adverse reactions, with no severe systemic adverse events. CONCLUSIONS: SCIT is an effective and safe treatment for allergic asthma in children.

RESUMO

Evidence points to the indispensable function of alveolar macrophages (AMs) in normal lung development and tissue homeostasis. However, the importance of AMs in bronchopulmonary dysplasia (BPD) has not been elucidated. Here, we identified a significant role of abnormal AM proliferation and polarization in alveolar dysplasia during BPD, which is closely related to the activation of the IL-33-ST2 pathway. Compared with the control BPD group, AMs depletion partially abolished the epithelialmesenchymal transition process of AECII and alleviated pulmonary differentiation arrest. In addition, IL-33 or ST2 knockdown has protective effects against lung injury after hyperoxia, which is associated with reduced AM polarization and proliferation. The protective effect disappeared following reconstitution of AMs in injured IL-33 knockdown mice, and the differentiation of lung epithelium was blocked again. In conclusion, the IL-33-ST2 pathway regulates AECII transdifferentiation by targeting AMs proliferation and polarization in BPD, which shows a novel strategy for manipulating the IL-33-ST2-AMs axis for the diagnosis and intervention of BPD.

RESUMO

Covalent organic frameworks (COFs) have received increased interest in recent years as an advanced class of materials. By virtue of the available monomers, multiple conformations and various linkages, COFs offer a wide range of opportunities for complex structural design and specific functional development of materials, which has facilitated the widespread application in many fields, including multi-valent metal ion batteries (MVMIBs), described as the attractive candidate replacing lithium-ion batteries (LIBs). With their robust skeletons, diverse pores, flexible structures and abundant functional groups, COFs are expected to help realize a high performance MVMIBs. In this review, we present an overview of COFs, describe advances in topology design and synthetic reactions, and study the application of COFs in MVMIBs, as well as discuss challenges and solutions in the preparation of COFs electrodes, in the hope of providing constructive insights into the future direction of COFs.

RESUMO

With the rapid development of sodium-ion batteries (SIBs), it is urgent to exploit the cathode materials with good rate capability, attractive high energy density and considerable long cycle performance. Na3V2(PO4)3(NVP), as a NASICON-type electrode material, is one of the cathode materials with great potential for application because of its good thermal stability and stable. However, NVP has the inherent problem of low electronic conductivity, and various strategies are proposed to improve it, moreover, nanotechnology or nanostructure are involved in these strategies, the construction of nanostructured active particles and nanocomposites with conductive carbon networks have been shown to be effective in improving the electrical conductivity of NVP. Herein, we review the research progress of NVP performance improvement strategies from the perspective of nanostructures and classifies the prepared nanomaterials according to their different nano-dimension. In addition, NVP nanocomposites are reviewed in terms of both preparation methods and promotion effects, and examples of NVP nanocomposites at different nano-dimension are given. Finally, some personal views are presented to provide reasonable guidance for the research and design of high-performance polyanionic cathode materials of SIBs.

RESUMO

The discovery of highly crystalline two-dimensional (2D) superconductors provides a new alluring branch for exploring the fundamental significances. Based on first-principles calculations, we predict a new kind of 2D stable material W2C3, which is a semimetal but not a superconductor because of the weak electron-phonon coupling (EPC) strength. After hydrogenation, W2C3H2 possesses the intrinsic metallic properties with a large density of states (DOS) at the Fermi energy (EF). More interestingly, the EPC strength is greatly enhanced after hydrogenation and the calculated critical temperature (Tc) is 40.5 K. Furthermore, the compressive strain can obviously soften the low-frequency phonons and enhance the EPC strength. Then, the Tc of W2C3H2 can be increased from 40.5 K to 49.1 K with -4% compressive strain. This work paves the way for providing a new platform for 2D superconductivity.

RESUMO

Monolayer biphenylene is a new two-dimensional (2D) carbon allotrope, which has been experimentally synthesized and theoretically predicted to show superconductivity. In this work, we investigate functionalized biphenylene with the adsorption of Li. The superconducting critical temperature (Tc) can be pushed from 0.59 K up to 3.91 K after Li adsorption. Our calculations confirm that the adsorption pushes the peak showing a high electronic density of states closer to the Fermi level, which usually leads to a larger Tc. Furthermore, the application of biaxial tensile strain can soften phonons and further enhance the Tc up to 15.86 K in Li-deposited biphenylene. Interestingly, a pair of type-II Dirac cones below the Fermi level has been observed, expanding the range of Dirac materials. It suggests that monolayer biphenylene deposited with Li may be a material with potential applications and improves the understanding of Dirac-type superconductors.

RESUMO

OBJECTIVES: To investigate the changes and significance of type 2 innate lymphoid cells (ILC2), interleukin-33 (IL-33), interleukin-25 (IL-25), thymic stromal lymphopoietin (TSLP), interleukin-5 (IL-5), and interleukin-13 (IL-13) in peripheral blood of preterm infants with bronchopulmonary dysplasia (BPD). METHODS: A total of 76 preterm infants with a gestational age of <32 weeks and a length of hospital stay of ≥14 days who were admitted to the Department of Pediatrics of the Affiliated Hospital of Jiangsu University from September 2020 to December 2021 were enrolled. According to the diagnostic criteria for BPD, they were divided into a BPD group with 30 infants and a non-BPD group with 46 infants. The two groups were compared in terms of the percentage of ILC2 and the levels of IL-33, IL-25, TSLP, IL-5, and IL-13 in peripheral blood on days 1, 7, and 14 after birth. RESULTS: The BPD group had significantly lower birth weight and gestational age than the non-BPD group (P<0.05). On days 7 and 14 after birth, the BPD group had significantly higher levels of ILC2, IL-33, TSLP, and IL-5 than the non-BPD group (P<0.05), and these indices had an area under the curve of >0.7 in predicting the devolpment of BPD (P<0.05). Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that after adjusting for gestational age and birth weight, peripheral blood IL-33, TSLP and IL-5 on days 7 and 14 after birth were closely related to the devolpment of BPD (P<0.05). CONCLUSIONS: Early innate immune activation and upregulated expression of related factors may be observed in preterm infants with BPD. ILC2, IL-33, TSLP, and IL-5 may be used as biological indicators for early diagnosis of BPD.

RESUMO

In recent years, three-dimensional (3D) high-temperature superconductors at ultrahigh pressure have been reported, typical examples are the polyhydrides H3S, LaH10, YH9, etc. To find high-temperature two-dimensional (2D) superconductors at atmospheric pressure is another research hotspot. Here, we investigated the possible superconductivity in a hydrogenated monolayer phosphorus carbide based on first-principles calculations. The results reveal that monolayer PC3 transforms from a semiconductor to a metal after hydrogenation. Interestingly, the C-π-bonding band contributes most to the states at the Fermi level. Based on the electron-phonon coupling mechanism, it is found that the electron-phonon coupling constant of HPC3 is 0.95, which mainly originates from the coupling of C-π electrons with the in-plane vibration modes of C and H. The calculated critical temperature Tc is 31.0 K, which is higher than those in most 2D superconductors. By further applying a biaxial tensile strain of 3%, the Tc can be boosted to 57.3 K, exceeding the McMillan limit. Thus, hydrogenation and strain are effective ways for increasing the superconducting Tc of 2D materials.

RESUMO

Theoretically and experimentally, MXenes consisting of Mo and C have aroused much interest due to superconductivity in their films and even monolayer forms. Here, based on first-principles calculations, we systematically calculate the electronic structure, phonon dispersion, and electron-phonon coupling (EPC) of monolayer Mo2C (both T- and H-phases), Mo3C2, and Mo3C3. The results show that H-MoxCy (x = 2 or 3, y = 1-3) always have lower total energies than their corresponding T phase and other configurations. All these two-dimensional (2D) molybdenum carbides are metals and some of them display weak phonon-mediated superconductivity at different superconducting transition temperatures (Tc). The Mo 4d-orbitals play a critical role in their electronic properties and the Mo atomic vibrations play a dominant role in their low-frequency phonons, EPC, and superconductivity. By comparison, we find that increasing the Mo content can enhance the EPC and Tc. Besides, we further explore the impact of strain engineering on their superconducting related physical quantities. With increasing biaxial stretching, the phonon dispersions are gradually softened to form some soft modes, which can trigger some peaks of α2F(ω) in the low-frequency region and evidently increase the EPC λ. The Tc of H-Mo2C can be increased up to 11.79 K. Upon further biaxial stretching, charge density waves may appear in T-Mo2C, H-Mo3C2, and H-Mo3C3.

RESUMO

As an allotrope of graphene, T-graphene was predicted to be an intrinsic two-dimensional (2D) superconductor with a superconducting critical temperature (Tc) of about 20.8 K [Gu et al., Chin. Phys. Lett. 36, 097401 (2019)]. In this work, based on first-principles calculations, hole doping and biaxial tensile strain (BTS) are considered to modulate the electron-phonon coupling (EPC) and superconductivity of T-graphene. It is found that the EPC constant of T-graphene is 0.807 and the calculated critical temperature Tc is 28.2 K at a doping level of 0.5 hole per unit cell (3.31 × 1014 cm-2) and 12% BTS. Furthermore, when 0.8 hole per unit cell (5.43 × 1014 cm-2) doping and 10% BTS are applied, the EPC constant is 0.939, and the Tc can be boosted to 35.2 K, which is higher than those of the pristine T-graphene and many other 2D carbon-based superconductors.

RESUMO

OBJECTIVE: To investigate the circumstances that lead to acute exacerbation readmission of elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) within 30 days and to explore the influencing factors of readmission using a structural equation model to provide evidence for medical staff so that effective intervention measures can be taken. METHODS: The convenience sampling method was used to select 1120 elderly patients with COPD from the respiratory departments of thirteen general hospitals in the Ningxia region, China, from April 2019 to August 2020, who then completed a survey questionnaire. The survey questionnaire contained a general data questionnaire and the modified Medical Research Council, activities of daily living, geriatric depression scale and COPD assessment test scales. RESULTS: The readmission rate of patients with COPD presenting with acute exacerbation within 30 days was determined to be 21.52%. Therefore, the modified model measures data accurately. The results showed that seasonal factors, family rehabilitation, age factors and overall health status were direct factors in the acute exacerbation readmission of patients with COPD within 30 days of hospital discharge. Smoking is not only a direct factor for acute exacerbation readmission within 30 days but also an indirect factor through disease status; disease status and chronic disease are not only direct factors for acute exacerbation readmission within 30 days but also indirect factors through the patient's overall health status. CONCLUSIONS: The rate of patients with COPD presenting with acute exacerbation within 30 days is high; while taking measures to prevent readmission based on influencing factors that directly impact admission rates, attention should also be paid to the interaction between these factors.

RESUMO

OBJECTIVES: To investigate the preadmission follow-up condition of neonates hospitalized due to severe hyperbilirubinemia after discharge from the department of obstetrics and the influencing factors for follow-up compliance. METHODS: A multicenter retrospective case-control study was performed for the cases from the multicenter clinical database of 12 units in the Quality Improvement Clinical Research Cooperative Group of Neonatal Severe Hyperbilirubinemia in Jiangsu Province of China from January 2019 to April 2021. According to whether the follow-up of neonatal jaundice was conducted on time after discharge from the department of obstetrics, the neonates were divided into two groups: good follow-up compliance and poor follow-up compliance. The multivariate logistic regression model was used to identify the influencing factors for follow-up compliance of the neonates before admission. RESULTS: A total of 545 neonates with severe hyperbilirubinemia were included in the study, with 156 neonates (28.6%) in the good follow-up compliance group and 389 (71.4%) in the poor follow-up compliance group. The multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that low gestational age at birth, ≥10% reduction in body weight on admission compared with birth weight, history of phototherapy of siblings, history of exchange transfusion of siblings, Rh(-) blood type of the mother, a higher educational level of the mother, the use of WeChat official account by medical staff to remind of follow-up before discharge from the department of obstetrics, and the method of telephone notification to remind of follow-up after discharge were associated with the increase in follow-up compliance (P<0.05). CONCLUSIONS: Poor follow-up compliance is observed for the neonates with severe hyperbilirubinemia after discharge from the department of obstetrics, which suggests that it is necessary to further strengthen the education of jaundice to parents before discharge and improve the awareness of jaundice follow-up. It is recommended to remind parents to follow up on time by phone or WeChat official account.

RESUMO

OBJECTIVES: To investigate the current status of antibiotic use in very low birth weight/extremely low birth weight infants in Jiangsu Province of China, and to provide a clinical basis for the quality and improvement of antibiotic management in the neonatal intensive care unit (NICU). METHODS: A retrospective analysis was performed on the data on general conditions and antibiotic use in the very low birth weight/extremely low birth weight infants who were admitted to 15 hospitals of Jiangsu Province from January 1, 2019 to December 31, 2020. A questionnaire containing 10 measures to reduce antibiotic use was designed to investigate the implementation of these intervention measures. RESULTS: A total of 1 920 very low birth weight/extremely low birth weight infants were enrolled, among whom 1 846 (96.15%) were treated with antibiotic, and the median antibiotic use rate (AUR) was 50/100 patient-days. The AUR ranged from 24/100 to 100/100 patient-days in the 15 hospitals. After adjustment for the confounding factors including gestational age, birth weight, and neonatal critical score, the Poisson regression analysis showed that there was a significant difference in the adjusted AUR (aAUR) among the hospitals (P<0.01). The investigation results showed that among the 10 measures to reduce antibiotic use, 8 measures were implemented in less than 50% of these hospitals, and the number of intervention measures implemented was negatively correlated with aAUR (rs=-0.564, P=0.029). CONCLUSIONS: There is a high AUR among the very low birth weight/extremely low birth weight infants in the 15 hospitals of Jiangsu Province, with a significant difference among hospitals. The hospitals implementing a relatively few measures to reduce antibiotic use tend to have a high AUR. It is expected to reduce AUR in very low birth weight/extremely low birth weight infants by promoting the quality improvement of antibiotic use management in the NICU.

RESUMO

Two novel selenite oxychlorides Pb2MCu(SeO3)4Cl(H2O) (M = Fe, Ga) were hydrothermally synthesized and structurally characterized. They are isostructural and crystallize in the two-dimensional [MCu(SeO3)4Cl(H2O)]4- anionic layer structure mediated with hydrogen bonds and aligned between neighboring layers which assist in building the three-dimensional framework with a polar space group. Optical properties measurements revealed that the optical band gaps are 2.61 and 3.22 eV for Pb2FeCu(SeO3)4Cl(H2O) (1) and Pb2GaCu(SeO3)4Cl(H2O) (2) and the SHG responses are about 0.12 and 0.18 times that of KDP, respectively. Furthermore, 1 exhibits an interesting metamagnetic phenomenon under varied applied fields from around 1 to 4 T at 2 K, and 2 behaves with potential ferromagnetic ordering at low temperature.

RESUMO

OBJECTIVE: To study the characteristics of gut microbiota and its association with the activity of ß-glucuronidase (ß-GD) in neonates with hyperbilirubinemia. METHODS: A total of 50 neonates with hyperbilirubinemia who were admitted in January to December, 2018, were enrolled as the hyperbilirubinemia group, and 30 neonates without hyperbilirubinemia were enrolled as the control group. The 16S rRNA high-throughput sequencing method was used to compare gut microbiota between the two groups. The phenolphthalein-glucuronic acid substrate method was used to measure the activity of ß-GD in the intestinal tract of neonates with hyperbilirubinemia before and after treatment. RESULTS: The comparison of the distribution of gut microbiota at the genus level showed a significant difference in the abundance of 52 bacteria between the hyperbilirubinemia and control groups before treatment (P < 0.05), as well as a significant difference in the abundance of 42 bacteria between the hyperbilirubinemia group on day 3 after treatment and the control group on day 3 after enrollment (P < 0.05). After treatment, the hyperbilirubinemia group had significant reductions in the content of Escherichia and Staphylococcus in the intestinal tract (P < 0.05) and the activity of ß-GD in feces (P < 0.05). The activity of ß-GD in feces was positively correlated with the abundance of Staphylococcus and Escherichia before and after treatment in the neonates with hyperbilirubinemia (rs=0.5948-0.7245, P < 0.01). CONCLUSIONS: There are differences in gut microbiota between the neonates with hyperbilirubinemia and those without hyperbilirubinemia. The activity of ß-GD in feces is positively correlated with the abundance of Staphylococcus and Escherichia in neonates with hyperbilirubinemia. Gut microbiota may affect the development of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia by regulating the activity of ß-GD. The determination and analysis of gut microbiota and ß-GD activity may have certain clinical significance for the early assessment of the development of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia.

RESUMO

OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the clinical features of preterm infants with a birth weight less than 1 500 g undergoing different intensities of resuscitation. METHODS: A retrospective analysis was performed for the preterm infants with a birth weight less than 1 500 g and a gestational age less than 32 weeks who were treated in the neonatal intensive care unit of 20 hospitals in Jiangsu, China from January 2018 to December 2019. According to the intensity of resuscitation in the delivery room, the infants were divided into three groups:non-tracheal intubation (n=1 184), tracheal intubation (n=166), and extensive cardiopulmonary resuscitation (ECPR; n=116). The three groups were compared in terms of general information and clinical outcomes. RESULTS: Compared with the non-tracheal intubation group, the tracheal intubation and ECPR groups had significantly lower rates of cesarean section and use of antenatal corticosteroid (P < 0.05). As the intensity of resuscitation increased, the Apgar scores at 1 minute and 5 minutes gradually decreased (P < 0.05), and the proportion of infants with Apgar scores of 0 to 3 at 1 minute and 5 minutes gradually increased (P < 0.05). Compared with the non-tracheal intubation group, the tracheal intubation and ECPR groups had significantly higher mortality rate and incidence rates of moderate-severe bronchopulmonary dysplasia and serious complications (P < 0.05). The incidence rates of grade Ⅲ-Ⅳ intracranial hemorrhage and retinopathy of prematurity (stage Ⅲ or above) in the tracheal intubation group were significantly higher than those in the non-tracheal intubation group (P < 0.05). CONCLUSIONS: For preterm infants with a birth weight less than 1 500 g, the higher intensity of resuscitation in the delivery room is related to lower rate of antenatal corticosteroid therapy, lower gestational age, and lower birth weight. The infants undergoing tracheal intubation or ECRP in the delivery room have an increased incidence rate of adverse clinical outcomes. This suggests that it is important to improve the quality of perinatal management and delivery room resuscitation to improve the prognosis of the infants.

RESUMO

OBJECTIVE: To study the effectiveness of Saccharomyces boulardii combined with phototherapy in the treatment of hyperbilirubinemia in neonates. METHODS: The neonates with hyperbilirubinemia who were hospitalized from January to December 2018 were enrolled and randomly divided into an observation group (n=61) and a control group (n=63). The neonates in the observation group were treated with phototherapy combined with Saccharomyces boulardii, and those in the control group were treated with phototherapy combined with placebo. Treatment outcomes were compared between the two groups. Fecal samples were collected 72 hours after treatment and 16s rRNA high-throughput sequencing was used to compare the features of gut microbiota between the two groups. RESULTS: There was no significant difference in the total serum bilirubin level between the two groups before treatment (P>0.05). At 24, 48, and 72 hours after treatment, the observation group had a significantly lower level of total serum bilirubin than the control group (P<0.05). Compared with the control group, the observation group had a significantly lower proportion of neonates requiring phototherapy again [20% (12/61) vs 75% (47/63), P<0.05]. Compared with the control group, the observation group had a significantly higher abundance of Bacteroides (P<0.05) and a significantly lower abundance of Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus in the intestine at 72 hours after treatment (P<0.05). CONCLUSIONS: In neonates with hyperbilirubinemia, phototherapy combined with Saccharomyces boulardii can effectively reduce bilirubin level and prevent the recurrence of jaundice. Saccharomyces boulardii can favour the treatment outcome by regulating the gut microbiota of neonates.

RESUMO

OBJECTIVE: To study the changes in the serum levels of Chemerin and Omentin-1 in children with Kawasaki disease (KD) in the acute stage after intravenous immunoglobulin (IVIG) treatment and related clinical significance. METHODS: A total of 60 children who were diagnosed with KD from January 2015 to April 2019 were enrolled as subjects. Forty healthy children and 40 children with acute infectious diseases were enrolled as the healthy control group and the infection control group respectively. According to the sensitivity to IVIG treatment, the children with KD were divided into an IVIG sensitive group with 51 children and a non-IVIG sensitive group with 9 children. According to the presence or absence of coronary artery lesion, the children with KD were divided into a CAL group with 13 children and a non-CAL group with 47 children. ELISA was used to measure the serum levels of Omentin-1 and Chemerin before and after the treatment. RESULTS: The children with KD had significantly higher serum levels of Chemerin and Omentin-1 than the healthy control and infection control groups before treatment (P<0.05). After 48 hours of treatment, the IVIG sensitive group had a significant reduction in the serum level of Chemerin (P<0.05), while there was no significant change in the serum level of Omentin-1 after treatment (P>0.05). Before treatment, the non-IVIG sensitive group had a significantly higher serum level of Chemerin than the IVIG sensitive group (P<0.05), and the CAL group had a significantly higher serum level of Chemerin than the non-CAL group, while there was no significant difference in the serum level of Omentin-1 between the IVIG sensitive and non-IVIG sensitive groups, as well as between the CAL and non-CAL groups (P>0.05). CONCLUSIONS: High serum levels of Chemerin and Omentin-1 may play an important role in the development and progression of KD. Chemerin may be involved in the development of CAL in children with KD. The serum level of Chemerin may be used as a new index for predicting the sensitivity to IVIG treatment.
