[A case of pleomorphic adenoma of the minor salivary glands (soft palate and parapharynx)]. / A propósito de un caso de adenoma pleomorfo en glándulas salivales accesorias (velo palatino y parafaringe).

We present a case of pleomorphic adenoma of the soft palate parapharyngeal, which is removed using transoral approach with the addition of lateral cervicotomy to control of the great vessels. We remark the unusual location, its large size and we analyse the treatment and evolution.
