RESUMO
Based on the pathological characteristics of rheumatoid arthritis, including the overproduction of reactive oxygen species (ROS), inflammatory responses, and osteoclast differentiation, a biomimetic multifunctional nanomedicine (M-M@I) is designed. Iguratimod (IGU) is loaded, which inhibits inflammatory responses and osteoclast differentiation, into mesoporous polydopamine (MPDA), which scavenges ROS. Subsequently, the nanoparticles are coated with a cell membrane of macrophages to achieve actively targeted delivery of the nanoparticles to inflamed joints. It is shown that the M-M@I nanoparticles are taken up well by lipopolysaccharide-induced RAW 264.7 macrophages or bone marrow-derived macrophages (BMDMs). In vitro, the M-M@I nanoparticles effectively scavenge ROS, downregulate genes related to inflammation promotion and osteoclast differentiation, and reduce the proinflammatory cytokines and osteoclast-related enzymes. They also reduce the polarization of macrophages to a pro-inflammatory M1 phenotype and inhibit differentiation into osteoclasts. In mice with collagen-induced arthritis, the M-M@I nanoparticles accumulate at arthritic sites and circulate longer, significantly mitigating arthritis symptoms and bone destruction. These results suggest that the pathology-specific biomimetic multifunctional nanoparticles are effective against rheumatoid arthritis, and they validate the approach of developing multifunctional therapies that target various pathological processes simultaneously.

Postoperative adhesion (POA) is a common and serious complication following various types of surgery. Current physical barriers either have a short residence time at the surgical site with a low tissue attachment capacity or are prone to undesired adhesion formation owing to the double-sided adhesive property, which limits the POA prevention efficacy of the barriers. In this study, Janus-structured microgels (Janus-MGs) with asymmetric tissue adhesion capabilities are fabricated using a novel bio-friendly gas-shearing microfluidic platform. The anti-adhesive side of Janus-MGs, which consists of alginate, hyaluronic acid, and derivatives, endows the material with separation, lubrication, and adhesion prevention properties. The adhesive side provided Janus-MGs with tissue attachment and retention capability through catechol-based adhesion, thereby enhancing the in situ adhesion prevention effect. In addition, Janus-MGs significantly reduced blood loss and shortened the hemostatic time in rats, further reducing adhesion formation. Three commonly used rat POA models with different tissue structures and motion patterns are established in this study, namely peritoneal adhesion, intrauterine adhesion, and peritendinous adhesion models, and the results showed that Janus-MGs effectively prevented the occurrence of POA in all the models. The fabrication of Janus-MGs offers a reliable strategy and a promising paradigm for preventing POA following diverse surgical procedures.

Resolvin (Rv) and lipoxin (Lx) play important regulative roles in the development of several inflammation-related diseases. The dysregulation of their metabolic network is believed to be closely related to the occurrence and development of asthma. The Hyssopus Cuspidatus Boriss extract (SXCF) has long been used as a treatment for asthma, while the mechanism of anti-inflammatory and anti-asthma action targeting Rv and Lx has not been thoroughly investigated. In this study, we aimed to investigate the effects of SXCF on Rv, Lx in ovalbumin (OVA)-sensitized asthmatic mice. The changes of Rv, Lx before and after drug administration were analyzed based on high sensitivity chromatography-multiple response monitoring (UHPLC-MRM) analysis and multivariate statistics. The pathology exploration included behavioral changes of mice, IgE in serum, cytokines in BALF, and lung tissue sections stained with H&E. It was found that SXCF significantly modulated the metabolic disturbance of Rv, Lx due to asthma. Its modulation effect was significantly better than that of dexamethasone and rosmarinic acid which is the first-line clinical medicine and the main component of Hyssopus Cuspidatus Boriss, respectively. SXCF is demonstrated to be a potential anti-asthmatic drug with significant disease-modifying effects on OVA-induced asthma. The modulation of Rv and Lx is a possible underlying mechanism of the SXCF effects.

Objective: To synthesize a Salphen-based Fe-N2O2@C material with high peroxidase (POD)-mimicking activity and sonosensitivity for the synergistic sonodynamic (SDT) and chemodynamic (CDT) therapy of tumors. Methods: Fe-N2O2 was synthesized via the hydrothermal method, and Fe-N2O2@C was prepared by incorporating a ketjen black substrate. The morphology, structure, composition, enzyme mimic activity for reactive oxygen species (ROS) production, and sonosensitivity of the material were characterized. The ability and mechanism of Fe-N2O2@C to perform synergistic SDT and CDT killing of 4T1 mouse breast cancer cells were explored through in vitro experiments. The in vivo tumor-killing ability of Fe-N2O2@C combined with ultrasound irradiation was investigated using a subcutaneous 4T1 tumor-bearing mouse model. Results: FFe-N2O2 and Fe-N2O2@C were both irregularly shaped nanospheres with average particle sizes of 25.9 nm and 36.2 nm, respectively. XRD, FTIR, and XPS analyses confirmed that both Fe-N2O2 and Fe-N2O2@C possessed a Salphen covalent organic framework structure with M-N2O2 coordination, and the ketjen black loading had no significant impact on this structure. Compared to Fe-N2O2, Fe-N2O2@C exhibited high POD-mimicking activity (with K m reduced from 19.32 to 5.82 mmol/L and v max increased from 2.51×10-8 to 8.92×10-8 mol/[L·s]) and sonosensitivity. Fe-N2O2@C in combination with ultrasound irradiation could produce a large amount of ROS within cells and a subsequent significant decrease in mitochondrial membrane potential, thereby inducing TEM-observable mitochondrial damage and causing cell apoptosis and death. In addition, in vivo experiments showed that Fe-N2O2@C in combination with ultrasound irradiation could effectively inhibit tumor growth in a 4T1 subcutaneous tumor-bearing mouse model without significant in vivo toxicity. Conclusion: In this study, we prepared a Salphen-based Fe-N2O2@C material with good biocompatibility, which can be used in combination with ultrasound irradiation to achieve SDT and CDT synergistic killing of tumor cells and inhibit tumor growth. This Salphen-based Fe-N2O2@C nanomaterial shows promising potential for multimodal tumor therapy.

Aquaporin-4 (AQP4) is characterized by the formation of orthogonal arrays of particles (OAPs) comprising its M1 and M23 isoforms in the plasma membrane. However, the biological importance of OAP formation is obscure. Here, we developed an OAP depolymerization male mouse model by transgenic knock-in of an AQP4-A25Q mutation. Analyses of the mutant brain tissue using blue native polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis, super-resolution imaging, and immunogold electron microscopy revealed remarkably reduced OAP structures and glial endfeet localization of the AQP4-A25Q mutant protein without effects on its overall mRNA and protein expression. AQP4A25Q/A25Q mice showed better survival and neurologic deficit scores when cerebral edema was induced by water intoxication or middle cerebral artery occlusion/reperfusion. The brain water content and swelling of pericapillary astrocytic endfeet processes in AQP4A25Q/A25Q mice were significantly reduced, functionally supporting decreased AQP4 protein expression at the blood-brain barrier. The infarct volume and neuronal damage were also reduced in AQP4A25Q/A25Q mice in the middle cerebral artery occlusion/reperfusion model. Astrocyte activation in the brain was alleviated in AQP4A25Q/A25Q mice, which may be associated with decreased cell swelling. We conclude that the OAP structure of AQP4 plays a key role in its polarized expression in astrocytic endfeet processes at the blood-brain barrier. Therefore, our study provided new insights into intervention of cerebral cellular edema caused by stroke and traumatic brain injury through regulating AQP4 OAP formation.SIGNIFICANCE STATEMENT Aquaporin-4 (AQP4) is characterized by orthogonal arrays of particles (OAPs) comprising the M1 and M23 isoforms in the membrane. Here, an OAP depolymerization male mouse model induced by AQP4-A25Q mutation was first established, and the functions of OAP depolymerization in cerebral edema have been studied. The results revealed that AQP4 lost its OAP structure without affecting AQP4 mRNA and protein levels in AQP4-A25Q mice. AQP4-A25Q mutation mice has neuroprotective effects on cerebral edema induced by water intoxication and middle cerebral artery occlusion/reperfusion through relieving the activation of astrocytes and suppressed microglia-mediated neuroinflammation. We concluded that the OAP structure of AQP4 plays a key role in its polarized expression in astrocytic endfeet processes at the blood-brain barrier. Therefore, our study provided new insights into intervention of cerebral cellular edema caused by stroke and traumatic brain injury through regulating AQP4 OAP formation.

Bone mineral density (BMD) is a highly heritable complex trait and is a key indicator for diagnosis and treatment for osteoporosis. In the last decade, numerous susceptibility loci for BMD and fracture have been identified by genome-wide association studies (GWAS); however, fine mapping of these loci is challengeable. Here, we proposed a new long-range fine-mapping approach that combined superenhancers (SEs) and microRNAs (miRNAs) data, which were two important factors in control of cell identity and specific differentiation, with the GWAS summary datasets in cell-type-restricted way. Genome-wide SE-based analysis found that the BMD-related variants were significantly enriched in the osteoblast SE regions, indicative of potential long-range effects of such SNPs. With the SNP-mapped SEs (mSEs), 13 accessible long-range mSE-interacted miRNAs (mSE-miRNAs) were identified by integrating osteoblast Hi-C and ATAC-seq data, including three known bone-related miRNAs (miR-132-3p, miR-212-3p and miR-125b-5p). The putative targets of the two newly identified mSE-miRNAs (miR-548aj-3p and miR-190a-3p) were found largely enriched in osteogenic-related pathway and processes, suggesting that these mSE-miRNAs could be functional in the regulation of osteoblast differentiation. Furthermore, we identified 54 genes with the long-range 'mSE-miRNA' approach, and 24 of them were previously reported to be related to skeletal development. Besides, enrichment analysis found that these genes were specifically enriched in the post-transcriptional regulation and bone formation processes. This study provided a new insight into the approach of fine-mapping of GWAS loci. A tool was provided for the genome-wide SE-based analysis and the detection of long-range osteoblast-restricted mSE-miRNAs (https://github.com/Zheng-Lab-Westlake/Osteo-Fine-Mapp-SNP2SE2miRNA).

The external-stimulation-induced reactive-oxygen-species (ROS) generation has attracted increasing attention in therapeutics for malignant tumors. However, engineering a nanoplatform that integrates with efficient biocatalytic ROS generation, ultrasound-amplified ROS production, and simultaneous relief of tumor hypoxia is still a great challenge. Here, we create new semiconducting titanate-supported Ru clusterzymes (RuNC/BTO) for ultrasound-amplified biocatalytic tumor nanotherapies. The morphology and chemical/electronic structure analysis prove that the biocatalyst consists of Ru nanoclusters that are tightly stabilized by Ru-O coordination on BaTiO3 . The peroxidase (POD)- and halogenperoxidase-like biocatalysis reveals that the RuNC/BTO can produce abundant â¢O2 - radicals. Notably, the RuNC/BTO exhibits the highest turnover number (63.29 × 10-3 s-1 ) among the state-of-the-art POD-mimics. Moreover, the catalase-like activity of the RuNC/BTO facilitates the decomposition of H2 O2 to produce O2 for relieving the hypoxia of the tumor and amplifying the ROS level via ultrasound irradiation. Finally, the systematic cellular and animal experiments have validated that the multi-modal strategy presents superior tumor cell-killing effects and suppression abilities. We believe that this work will offer an effective clusterzyme that can adapt to the tumor microenvironment-specific catalytic therapy and also provide a new pathway for engineering high-performance ROS production materials across broad therapeutics and biomedical fields.

BACKGROUND: Female offspring was associated with a high risk of postpartum depression (PPD) during the one-child policy period in China. However, little is known about the association between maternal expectations on fetal gender and the risk of PPD in the context of the new two children policy implemented in 2016. METHODS: We conducted a hospital-based cohort study of women with singleton pregnancies between 2017 and 2018 (n = 991) to address this concern. Logistic regression was run to estimate the association between unexpected fetal gender and the risk of PPD. RESULTS: A total of 127 women (12.8%) were diagnosed with PPD. Compared with women who achieved fetal gender expectations, the odds ratio (OR) for PPD among those who had an unexpected fetal gender was 2.44 (95% confidence interval (CI): 1.30-4.58) (in the backward method logistic regression model) and 2.25 (95% CI: 1.21-4.18) (in the forward method model), respectively. The disparity of the association was significant among primiparous and pluriparous women (OR, 2.52, 95% CI: 1.32-4.84, P = 0.005 vs. OR, 0.91, 95% CI: 0.09-8.75, P = 0.932). Fetal gender expectations accounted for about 15% of the risk of PPD in the structural equation models. CONCLUSIONS: These results indicated that unexpected fetal gender was associated with an increased risk of PPD among Chinese primiparous women.

Owing to their rich surface chemistry, high conductivity, tunable bandgap, and thermal stability, structured 2D transition-metal carbides, nitrides, and carbonitrides (MXenes) with modulated atomic environments have emerged as efficient electrochemical energy conversion systems in the past decade. Herein, the most recent advances in the engineering of tunable structured MXenes as a powerful new platform for electrocatalytic energy conversion are comprehensively summarized. First, the state-of-the-art synthetic and processing methods, tunable nanostructures, electronic properties, and modulation principles of engineering MXene-derived nanoarchitectures are focused on. The current breakthroughs in the design of catalytic centers, atomic environments, and the corresponding structure-performance correlations, including termination engineering, heteroatom doping, defect engineering, heterojunctions, and alloying, are discussed. Furthermore, representative electrocatalytic applications of structured MXenes in energy conversion systems are also summarized. Finally, the challenges in and prospects for constructing MXene-based electrocatalytic materials are also discussed. This review provides a leading-edge understanding of the engineering of various MXene-based electrocatalysts and offers theoretical and experimental guidance for prospective studies, thereby promoting the practical applications of tunable structured MXenes in electrocatalytic energy conversion systems.

The registered dietitian system started late in China, and since 2014 a working committee of registered dietitians has been formed by the Chinese Nutrition Society to establish a national accreditation system in accordance with the international standard academic and internship requirements. The data from the certification examinations and registrations were collected and analyzed. 8,328 registered dietitians were included in the study, with 5,673 registered dietitians (RD) and 2,655 registered dietetic technicians (DTR). Among them, 45.27% of RDs have master degree or above, and 66.44% of DTRs have bachelor or above. 53.25% RDs work in medical institutions, 14.77% in colleges and universities, and 14.56% in enterprises; 48.21% DTRs work in the medical institutions, 30.28% in enterprises, and 7.34% in the community. Although six years of work has initially established a foundation of standardized registered dietitian accreditation system, the problems of limited resources for academic education and the lack of legislative protection for the profession remain prominent.

Perchlorotrityl radical (PTM), tris (2,4,6-trichlorophenyl) methyl radical (TTM), (3,5-dichloro-4-pyridyl) bis (2,4,6 trichlorophenyl) methyl radical (PyBTM), (N-carbazolyl) bis (2,4,6-trichlorophenyl) methyl radical (CzBTM), and their derivatives are stable organic radicals that exhibit light emissions at room temperature. Since these triarylmethyl radicals have an unpaired electron, their electron spins at the lowest excited state and ground state are both doublets, and the transition from the lowest excited state to the ground state does not pose the problem of a spin-forbidden reaction. When used as OLED layers, these triarylmethyl radicals exhibit unique light-emitting properties, which can increase the theoretical upper limit of the OLED's internal quantum efficiency (IQE) to 100%. In recent years, research on the luminescent properties of triarylmethyl radicals has attracted increasing attention. In this review, recent developments in these triarylmethyl radicals and their derivatives in OLED devices are introduced.

OBJECTIVES: To investigate the clinical treatment outcomes and the changes of the outcomes over time in extremely preterm twins in Guangdong Province, China. METHODS: A retrospective analysis was performed for 269 pairs of extremely preterm twins with a gestational age of <28 weeks who were admitted to the department of neonatology in 26 grade A tertiary hospitals in Guangdong Province from January 2008 to December 2017. According to the admission time, they were divided into two groups: 2008-2012 and 2013-2017. Besides, each pair of twins was divided into the heavier infant and the lighter infant subgroups according to birth weight. The perinatal data of mothers and hospitalization data of neonates were collected. The survival rate of twins and the incidence rate of complications were compared between the 2008-2012 and 2013-2017 groups. RESULTS: Compared with the 2008-2012 group, the 2013-2017 group (both the heavier infant and lighter infant subgroups) had lower incidence rates of severe asphyxia and smaller head circumference at birth (P<0.05). The mortality rates of both of the twins, the heavier infant of the twins, and the lighter infant of the twins were lower in the 2013-2017 group compared with the 2008-2012 group (P<0.05). Compared with the 2008-2012 group, the 2013-2017 group (both the heavier infant and lighter infant subgroups) had lower incidence rates of pulmonary hemorrhage, patent ductus arteriosus (PDA), periventricular-intraventricular hemorrhage (P-IVH), and neonatal respiratory distress syndrome (NRDS) and a higher incidence rate of bronchopulmonary dysplasia (P<0.05). CONCLUSIONS: There is a significant increase in the survival rate over time in extremely preterm twins with a gestational age of <28 weeks in the 26 grade A tertiary hospitals in Guangdong Province. The incidences of severe asphyxia, pulmonary hemorrhage, PDA, P-IVH, and NRDS decrease in both the heavier and lighter infants of the twins, but the incidence of bronchopulmonary dysplasia increases. With the improvement of diagnosis and treatment, the multidisciplinary collaboration between different fields of fetal medicine including prenatal diagnosis, obstetrics, and neonatology is needed in the future to jointly develop management strategies for twin pregnancy.

BACKGROUND: Patients with systemic lupus erythematosus are more likely to receive THA than the general population. However, it is controversial whether SLE increases the risk of complications from THA. The purpose of this retrospective study was to reassess the risks from THA in patients with SLE under the management model of enhanced recovery after surgery. METHODS: Patients with systemic lupus erythematosus diagnosed from December 2011 to December 2017 and treated with THA were compared with THA patients with osteoarthritis. The data were extracted from the medical record system of our department. The chi-square test and t-test were used for comparison. RESULTS: The postoperative blood loss in patients with SLE was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the postoperative hemoglobin (Hb) and hematocrit (Hct) in the control group were lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05). There was no significant difference in the rate of blood transfusion (9.733 vs 8.133 P = 0.3148) or other complications between the two groups (P > 0.05). CONCLUSION: Well-controlled and well-managed SLE will not increase the risk of complications in THA, but can increase the amount of perioperative blood loss. Therefore, perioperative blood management is still essential in SLE patients.

Plants are known for their capacity to regenerate the whole body through de novo formation of apical meristems from a mass of proliferating cells named callus. Exogenous cytokinin and auxin determine cell fate for the establishment of the stem cell niche, which is the vital step of shoot regeneration, but the underlying mechanisms remain unclear. Here, we show that type-B ARABIDOPSIS RESPONSE REGULATORs (ARRs), critical components of cytokinin signaling, activate the transcription of WUSCHEL (WUS), which encodes a key regulator for maintaining stem cells. In parallel, type-B ARRs inhibit auxin accumulation by repressing the expression of YUCCAs, which encode a key enzyme for auxin biosynthesis, indirectly promoting WUS induction. Both pathways are essential for de novo regeneration of the shoot stem cell niche. In addition, the dual regulation of type-B ARRs on WUS transcription is required for the maintenance of the shoot apical meristem in planta. Thus, our results reveal a long-standing missing link between cytokinin signaling and WUS regulator, and the findings provide critical information for understanding cell fate specification.

Background: Pneumocephalus is a common finding after burr-hole drainage of chronic subdural hematoma (CSDH). Its effects have not been specifically studied. Methods: A retrospective analysis was performed in 140 patients with CSDH with single burr-hole drainage. The pre- and postoperative volumes of intracranial hematoma and the postoperative volume of pneumocephalus were calculated and analyzed with their relationships with Glasgow Coma Scale (GCS) and Glasgow Outcome Scale (GOS) scores. Results: The preoperative hematoma volume and the patient ages are positively correlated with the 1-day postoperative pneumocephalus volume (p < 0.001, p < 0.01). There is no correlation between postoperative pneumocephalus volume and GCS/GOS scores (p > 0.05) and there is no difference of GCS/GOS scores or CSDH recurrence rate between patients with and without pneumocephalus (p > 0.05). The age and the volume of 1-day postoperative pneumocephalus are positively correlated with the absorbing rate of pneumocephalus (p < 0.01, p < 0.001).Conclusions: The pneumocephalus at a certain range has no effect on the prognosis of patients with CSDH and requires no specific intervention due to its self-absorbing capacity in the normal progress after surgery.HighlightsNo correlation between postoperative pneumocephalus volume and GCS/GOS scores. No difference of GCS/GOS or recurrence between patients with pneumocephalus or not.Pneumocephalus at certain range has no effect on the prognosis of patients.

This study was designed to examine the feasibility of a caregiving self-management support program developed for caregivers of relatives with dementia in Shanghai. A total of 41 caregivers were recruited for a quasi-experimental study. The experimental group of 26 participants attended six bi-weekly social support group sessions. The control group of 15 participants received three monthly telephone instructions. All of participants received an illustrated caregiver educational booklet and three educational presentations during a six-month follow-up period. The results demonstrated a stronger sense of self-efficacy regarding the gathering of information about dementia care in both study groups compared to the baseline data. Caregivers participating in the group sessions reported better health-related quality of life, improved responses to behavioral disturbances, and efficacy in the management of stress than those who received telephone instructions. This study provided some preliminary information regarding ways to improve self-management for the target population in mainland China.

BACKGROUND: An increasing number of extremely preterm (EP) infants have survived worldwide. However, few data have been reported from China. This study was designed to investigate the short-term outcomes of EP infants at discharge in Guangdong province. METHODS: A total of 2051 EP infants discharged from 26 neonatal intensive care units during 2008-2017 were enrolled. The data from 2008 to 2012 were collected retrospectively, and from 2013 to 2017 were collected prospectively. Their hospitalization records were reviewed. RESULTS: During 2008-2017, the mean gestational age (GA) was 26.68 ± 1.00 weeks and the mean birth weight (BW) was 935 ± 179 g. The overall survival rate at discharge was 52.5%. There were 321 infants (15.7%) died despite active treatment, and 654 infants (31.9%) died after medical care withdrawal. The survival rates increased with advancing GA and BW (p < 0.001). The annual survival rate improved from 36.2% in 2008 to 59.3% in 2017 (p < 0.001). EP infants discharged from hospitals in Guangzhou and Shenzhen cities had a higher survival rate than in others (p < 0.001). The survival rate of EP infants discharged from general hospitals was lower than in specialist hospitals (p < 0.001). The major complications were neonatal respiratory distress syndrome, 88.0% (1804 of 2051), bronchopulmonary dysplasia, 32.3% (374 of 1158), retinopathy of prematurity (any grade), 45.1% (504 of 1117), necrotizing enterocolitis (any stage), 10.1% (160 of 1588), intraventricular hemorrhages (any grade), 37.4% (535 of 1431), and blood culture-positive nosocomial sepsis, 15.7% (250 of 1588). The multivariate logistic regression analysis indicated that improved survival of EP infants was associated with discharged from specialist hospitals, hospitals located in high-level economic development region, increasing gestational age, increasing birth weight, antenatal steroids use and a history of premature rupture of membranes. However, twins or multiple births, Apgar ≤7 at 5 min, cervical incompetence, and decision to withdraw care were associated with decreased survival. CONCLUSIONS: Our study revealed the short-term outcomes of EP infants at discharge in China. The overall survival rate was lower than the developed countries, and medical care withdrawal was a serious problem. Nonetheless, improvements in care and outcomes have been made annually.

Vibrio rotiferianus is an important marine pathogen of various aquatic organisms and can be found widely distributed in the marine environment. To further characterize this pathogen, the pathogenic properties and genome of V. rotiferianus SSVR1601 isolated from Sebastes schlegelii with skin ulcer were analysed. SSVR1601 was shown to be short rod-shaped cell with a single polar flagellum. Different degrees of pathological changes in fish kidney, intestine, gills and liver were observed after SSVR1601 challenge. The SSVR1601 genome consists of two chromosomes and two plasmids with a total of 5,717,113 bp, 42.04%-44.93% GC content, 5,269 predicted CDSs, 134 tRNAs and 40 rRNAs. The common virulence factors including OMPs, haemolysin, flagellin, DNase, entF, algU, tcpI, acfB and rfaD were found in strain SSVR1601. Furthermore, factors responsible for iron uptake (fur, fepC and ccmC) and types II, IV and VI secretion systems were detected, which are likely responsible for the pathogenicity of SSVR1601. The antimicrobial resistance genes, bacA, tet34 and norM, were detected based on Antibiotic Resistance Genes Database. The phylogenetic analysis revealed SSVR1601 to be most closely related to V. rotiferianus strains CAIM577 and B64D1.
