ABSTRACT
BACKGROUND:
Peripheral interventions for Peripheral arterial occlusive disease involving the lower extremity vessels have been a challenge in patients who have undergone prior Endovascular Aneurysm repair.OBJECTIVE:
To provide a solution to the above-mentioned challenge. RESEARCHDESIGN:
Practical use of existing articulating sheath and catheter and wires to achieve the objective.RESULTS:
Successful accomplishment of objective.CONCLUSION:
Endovascular interventions for Peripheral arterial disease in patients with pre-existing Endovascular Aortic Repair utilizing mother-and-child sheath system have conferred success. This could be a useful technique in the armamentarium of the interventionist.
