O enfermeiro e a gerência prática de cuidados na estratégia saúde da família: revisão integrativa / The nurse and practical care management in the family health strategy: integrative review

RESUMO

A Estratégia Saúde da Família é reconhecida como uma proposta para reorientação do modelo assistencial, efetuada mediante a implantação de equipes multiprofissionais em unidades básicas de saúde. A gerência prática do enfermeiro constitui um importante instrumento para a efetivação das políticas de saúde. O presente estudo apresenta os resultados de uma revisão integrativa da literatura sobre processo de gerência prática de cuidados do enfermeiro na Estratégia Saúde da Família. Foram analisados 15 artigos a partir da seleção nas bases de dados da Biblioteca Virtual em Saúde, com recorte temporal de 2013 a 2018. Utilizou-se a estratégia PICO, onde P = População Alvo, I = Área de Interesse, C = Contexto e O = Desfecho. A análise das literaturas salienta a importância do enfermeiro inserido no processo de trabalho da Estratégia Saúde da Família. Os resultados evidenciam que a gerência prática e os cuidados são indissociáveis para o processo de organização do trabalho.

ABSTRACT

The Family Health Strategy is recognized as a proposal for reorienting the care model, carried out through the implementation of multiprofessional teams in basic health units. The practical management of nurses is an important instrument for the effectiveness of health policies. The present study presents the results of an integrative literature review on the practical management process of nurses' care in the Family Health Strategy. Fifteen articles were analyzed based on the selection in the Virtual Health Library databases, with a time frame from 2013 to 2018. The PICO strategy was used, where P = Target Population, I = Area of Interest, C = Context and O = Outcome. The analysis of the literature highlights the importance of the nurse inserted in the work process of the Family Health Strategy. The results show that practical management and care are inseparable from the work organization process.
