الملخص

Optical coherence tomography-based angiography (OCTA) is a novel non-invasive technique for quantitatively evaluating retinal microvascular perfusion. Due to the similar embryonic origin, anatomical characteristics, and physiological characteristics of the retina and cerebral small vessels, changes in retinal microvasculature may provide a new perspective for studying the mechanisms of cerebral small vessel diseases. This article summarizes the application of OCTA in cerebrovascular diseases, aiming to evaluate whether OCTA can become an effective tool for early prediction of the occurrence of cerebrovascular disease and monitoring disease changes.

Objective To explore the clinical significance of early biomarkers in neonatal asphyxia diagnosis with myocardial damage by detection of ischemia modified albumin in neonatal serum(IMA) and glycogen phosphorylase isoenzyme BB(GPBB) for screening sensitive markers with direct myocardial injury. Methods 166 neonates were selected in our hospital as the research object,in which 136 cases with myocardial injury dividend into the experimental group and 30 cases into the control group. The experimental group were divided into mild group and severe group according to the degree of asphyxia. All the children were tested for GPBB and IMA 1 h after admission. Results The levels of GPBB in neonatal asphyxia myocardial injury group and severe asphyxia group were significantly higher than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The sensitivity of GPBB in diagnosis of asphyxia was higher than that of IMA,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The degree of asphyxia is closely related to serum IMA,GPBB level in neonatal asphyxia complicated with myocardial injury. The sensitivity and specificity of GPBB in diagnosis asphyxia is better than IMA in children complicated with myocardial damage.

OBJECTIVE To provide laboratory evidence for the prevention and control of coagulase-negative staphylococci(CNS) and study the prevalence of meticillin resistance and vancomycin resistance in clinical CNS in our hospital.METHODS Meticillin-resistant coagulase-negative staphylococci(MRCNS) were detected with cefoxitin disk diffusion and mecA-PCR.CNS with reduced susceptibilities to vancomycin was detected with vancomycin agar screen test.Their MIC was determined with E-test and gene van was detected with multiplex PCR.RESULTS CNS was highly resistant to cephem,?-lactam,aminoglycoside,macrolide,and lincosamide. The confirm rate of cefoxitin disk diffusion to mecA-PCR was 96.2% and 92.3% of mecA in 52 CNS strains were detected.Four strains of staphylococci with heteroresistance to vancomycin(VRS) were screened in 256 CNS ones which were all MRCNS but without gene van detected.CONCLUSIONS It is important for clinical laboratory to detect VRS and MRCNS with suitable methods to prevent VRS infection and prevalence.
