Clinical application of ivabradine in cardiovascular diseases / 心血管康复医学杂志

Ivabradine is a selective inhibitor of the If current in the sinus node,which possesses the effect of specific-ally reducing the heart rate of patients,without affecting the systolic function of heart during the process of reducing the heart rate.Previous studies have found that the occurrence,development and prognosis of cardiovascular disea-ses are related to the increase in resting heart rate.Ivabradine can slow down the heart rate by inhibiting the auto-matic depolarization velocity of the sinus node in phase 4,thenwork in treating cardiovascular diseases.The present article summarizes the clinical application progress of ivabradine in cardiovascular diseases in recent years.
