Objective:To investigate the effects of bifidobacterium combined with salicylic acid on skin inflammation and intestinal microecology in acne patients with chloasma. Methods:Sixty acne patients with chloasma who received treatment in the Department of Cosmetic Dermatology, Wenzhou Heping Plastic Hospital from July 2020 to November 2021 were included in this study. They were randomly divided into three groups: lifestyle intervention group ( n = 20), bifidobacterium combined with salicylic acid intervention group ( n = 20), and isotretinoin intervention group ( n = 20). The lifestyle intervention group was treated by routine lifestyle care. The minocycline intervention group was administered with minocycline together with food based on lifestyle intervention. The bifidobacterium combined with salicylic acid intervention group was treated by bifidobacterium combined with salicylic acid based on lifestyle intervention. Clinical efficacy, skin condition score, changes in serum Toll like receptor 2 (TLR-2) and interleukin-17 (IL-17) levels after treatment relative to those before treatment, and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared among the three groups. Results:The response rate in the bifidobacterium combined with salicylic acid intervention group was 95.00% (19/20), which was higher than 55.00% (11/20) in the isotretinoin intervention group and significantly higher than 20.00% (4/20) in the lifestyle intervention group ( Z = 22.94, P < 0.05). After 14 weeks of treatment, the skin condition score in the bifidobacterium combined with salicylic acid intervention group was (53.15 ± 0.23) points, which was significantly higher than (32.95 ± 0.23) points in the isotretinoin intervention group and (10.18 ± 0.25) points in the lifestyle intervention group ( F = 164 761.37, P < 0.05). Serum levels of Toll-like receptor 2 and interleukin-17 in the bifidobacterium combined with salicylic acid intervention group were (35.31 ± 5.52) pg/mL and (164.23 ± 10.12) pg/mL, respectively, which were significantly lower than (52.13 ± 5.45) pg/mL and (198.32 ± 10.23) pg/mL in the isotretinoin intervention group and (62.56 ± 6.11) pg/mL and (245.23 ± 11.31) pg/mL in the lifestyle intervention group ( F = 116.33, 296.24, both P < 0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the bifidobacteria combined with salicylic acid intervention group was significantly lower than 65.00% (13/20) in the isotretinoin intervention group and 90.00% (18/20) in the lifestyle intervention group ( Z = 41.02, P < 0.05). Conclusion:Bifidobacterium combined with salicylic acid intervention for the treatment of acne complicated by chloasma can greatly improve skin conditions, alleviate skin inflammation, and reduce adverse reactions. Therefore, bifidobacterium combined with salicylic acid intervention is a safe and highly efficient method for the treatment of acne complicated by chloasma and deserves clinical promotion.

Objective To evaluate the effects of early neck isometrics exercise on relieving neck discomfort in patients after cerebellopontine angle surgeries. Methods The non-synchronous control study was conducted. The control group(40 patients recruited from March to June,2017) received routine nursing, while the intervention group (40 patients recruited from July to November,2017) performed early neck isometrics exercise in addition to routine nursing.Neck discomfort degree, neck rotation range, and Barthel score were measured and compared between two groups on Day 1,Day 3,Day 5,and Day 7 after surgeries. Results The intervention group had a high level of participation and no adverse events occurred.Neck discomfort degree of the intervention group was significantly lower than that of the control group on Day 1,Day 3,and Day 5(P<0.05).Neck rotation range of the intervention group was improved on Day 1 and Day 3 compared with the control group(P<0.05).Barthel score of the intervention group on Day 3,Day 5 and Day 7 was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Early neck isometrics exercise in patients underwent cerebellopontine angle surgeries is safe and feasible, which can alleviate discomfort of neck, and improve patients' early postoperative experience and quality of life.

Objective To understand the true feelings of the patients with cervical intraepithelial neoplasia, and explore effect in patients with cervical intraepithelial neoplasia negative psychological experience. Methods Adopted purposive sampling,13 patients were in-depth interviewed, and the method of phenomenological analysis data were used. Results Analyzed of the psychological experience of patients with cervical intraepithelial neoplasia, extracted five topics: psychological overload, life was affected, the sick didn't adapt to the reality,self-assessment was low, the lack of information of disease. Conclusions The patients with cervical intraepithelial neoplasia have more negative psychological experience, and are in lack of information associated with disease and not satisfied. Nursing staff should take effective measures according to the actual situation of patients to promote their physical and mental rehabilitation.

Objective To examine the evidence for the implementation of targeted interventions by adapting the Minimal Eating Observation Form (MEOF-Ⅱ).Methods A descriptive study was designed to investigate 125 patients with stroke in three hospitals in Shanghai. They were investigated using research tools including Demographic information questionnaire and the Chinese version of MEOF-Ⅱ.Results In the nine items of the scale, the most common eating difficulties were getting food from the plate, picking up food from the plate and transfer it to the mouth, eats more than 3/4 of served portionand sitting position. The patient's age had some influence on the incidence of eating difficulties. The correlation between eating difficulties and assistance in eating were significantly different. Conclusions Most stroke patients at least have one type of eating difficulties. This implies that structured observations are needed in order to detect eating difficulties and to individualize further assessment and proper interventions could be designed.

Objective To understand the level of resilience and quality of life of burn patients during convalescence,to provide theoretical guidance for burn patients' psychological crisis prevention and intervention. Methods 255 cases of burn patients during convalescence were interviewed with general status questionnaire,CD-RISC,and burn specific health scale(BSHS).Results The resilience score of burn patients was at the middle level, the level of quality of life was at the lower-middle-level,significant positive correlation was found between the level of resilience and quality of life.Resilience level had a greater impact on the level of mental health in burn patients. The factors of physical strength and tenacity of resilience scale were positively correlated with mental health. Conclusions Intervention should be given to help people improve resilience,in order to reach the effect of potential development and prevention of behavior dysfunction,so that help them engender positive psychological adjustment.

Objective To investigate the applicability of Bakes Caregiving Outcom Scale(BCOS) in the study of primary family caregivers'burden of stroke survivors. Methods The BCOS was used to inves-tigate the 180 primary family caregivers of stroke survivors. The applicability of BCOS was evaluated by in-ternal consistency, construct validity and criterion-related validity. Results The correlation coefficient be-tween the items and the total BCOS score was 0.408~0.725 (P < 0.01 ).The total Cronbach's α was 0.877.Factor analysis used for examining the construct validity showed that 3 components were extracted and their accumulated contribution rate reached 60.93%.Factor loading of each item ranged from 0.510 to 0.875.The criterion-related validity was - 0.461 by using self-rated burden as a criterion(P < 0.01 ). Conclusions BCOS is applicable in the evaluation of the primary family caregivers' burden of stroke survivors.
