ABSTRACT
Resumo: Esta pesquisa trata do desenvolvimento de aplicativo móvel para monitorar Infecções de Sítio Cirúrgico pós alta hospitalar, direcionado ao Hospital de Referência em Urgência e Emergência na região da Amazônia Legal. Pesquisa metodológica de produção tecnológica desenvolvida em três etapas: diagnóstico situacional das evidências científicas (baseadas em manuais e diretrizes de instituições conceituadas na temática e revisão integrativa de artigos científicos sobre (cartilhas) tecnologias para educação em saúdo no pós operatório); diagnóstico situacional de tecnologias disponíveis; e desenvolvimento do protótipo do aplicativo. A produção científica de manuais e diretrizes constituiu-se de quatro recomendações da Agência Nacional de Vigilância Sanitária, três documentos da Organização Mundial de Saúde e um manual copilado dos Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. A revisão integrativa foi composta por oito artigos com resultados do desenvolvimento, validação e aplicação de materiais educativos em saúde. Na produção tecnológica foram identificados 149 aplicativos disponíveis na plataforma "App Store" e 263 na "Play Store". Esses corresponderam, respectivamente, a jogos (44 e 169); estudos e orientações para profissionais (25 e 37); eventos da área da saúde (11 e 2); agendamentos de consultas e retornos (26 e4); e cirurgia segura (8 e 3). Entre os identificados, respectivamente, 30 e 39 não correspondiam à temática; 3 e 7 estavam duplicados; restando dois para análise, um dos quais estava corrompido, restando um aplicativo na amostra final e não direcionado à vigilância cirúrgica pós alta. Para o desenvolvimento do protótipo do aplicativo, os conteúdos sumarizados das evidências científicas subsidiaram o esboço do storyboard da interface e programação das telas, com menu e submenus; a partir do qual o aplicativo foi desenvolvido por empresa contratada. O aplicativo móvel InfectoPrev foi desenvolvido para uso do paciente cirúrgico pós alta hospitalar, afim de apoiar a vigilância de infecções cirúrgicas. O aplicativo oportuniza a avaliação precoce da ferida operatória, por meio de um roteiro de perguntas, além de fornecer orientações ao usuário a respeito do processo perioperatório e incluí-lo como participante ativo de sua segurança. Trata-se novo modelo digital de monitoramento, registro e produção de indicadores de infecções de sítio cirúrgico replicável para hospitais públicos e privados; tem contribuição social pelo potencial ajuste para outros sistemas de vigilância em saúde pós atenção na rede assistencial.
Abstract: This research deals with the development of a mobile application to monitor postdischarge Surgical Site Infections, directed to the Reference Hospital in Urgência e Emergência in the Legal Amazon region. Methodological research of technological production developed in three stages: situational diagnosis of scientific evidence (based on manuals and guidelines from reputable institutions on the subject and integrative review of scientific articles on (booklets) technologies for health education in the postoperative period); situational diagnosis of available technologies; and development of the application prototype. The scientific production of manuals and guidelines consisted of four recommendations from the National Health Surveillance Agency, three documents from the World Health Organization and a manual compiled from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. The integrative review consisted of eight articles with results from the development, validation and application of educational materials in health. In technological production, 149 applications were identified available on the "App Store" platform and 263 on the "Play Store". These corresponded, respectively, to games (44 and 169); studies and guidelines for professionals (25 and 37); health area events (11 and 2); scheduling appointments and returns (26th and 4th); and safe surgery (8 and 3). Among those identified, respectively, 30 and 39 did not correspond to the theme; 3 and 7 were duplicated; leaving two for analysis, one of which was inconsistent, leaving one application in the final sample and not directed to post-discharge behavioral surveillance. For the development of the application's prototype, the summarized contents of the scientific evidence supported the outline of the interface storyboard and programming of the screens, with menu and submenus; from which the application was developed by a contracted company. The InfectoPrev mobile application was developed for use by hospital patients after hospital discharge, in order to support the surveillance of hospital staff. The application provides an opportunity for early assessment of the surgical wound, through a script of questions, in addition to providing guidance to the user regarding the perioperative process and including him as an active participant in his safety. It is a new digital model for monitoring, recording and producing replicable respiratory site hospitalization indicators for public and private hospitals; it has a social contribution due to the potential adjustment to other post-care health surveillance systems in the care network.
