ABSTRACT
Objective In this research,we constructed a skin care program for radiodermatitis in breast cancer patients and explore its clinical application effect. Methods The skin care program for radiodermatitis of breast cancer patients was constructed by the evidence summary and expert meeting.By the convenient sampling method, the patients admitted from July 2022 to September 2022 were selected as the control group for routine nursing, and the patients admitted from October 2022 to December 2022 were selected as the intervention group. The severity of radiodermatitis and quality of life of patients were compared between the 2 groups. Results The Radiation-Induced Skin Reaction Assesment Scale score of the intervention group was(4.63±2.12)after intervention, which was lower than(9.88±2.35)of the control group. After intervention, our results determined by RTOG showed that 16 patients in the control group had grade Ⅰ dermatitis(66.7%);8 patients had grade Ⅱ dermatitis(33.3%);22 patients in the intervention group had grade Ⅰ dermatitis(91.7%),and 2 patients in the intervention group had grade Ⅱdermatitis(8.33%).The score of quality of life after intervention was(102.04±18.20)in the intervention group and(78.29±13.18)in the control group. The differences were statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion The skin care program for radiodermatitis can effectively reduce the severity of radiodermatitis of breast cancer patients, and the quality of life of breast cancer patients during radiotherapy can be effectively improved.
ABSTRACT
Hypertension has a high global prevalence rate, which is the main preventable risk factor for cardiovascular disease.Home blood pressure monitoring plays an important role in diagnosis, adjustment of treatment strategies and long-term follow-up of hypertension. However, there are still enormous challenges for the popularization and standardized application of home blood pressure monitoring. Therefore, this review article describes indication, standardized implementation protocol, current status and influencing factors of implementation and management forms of home blood pressure monitoring. It can provide a reference for promoting the implementation of practical guidelines for home blood pressure monitoring and optimizing the application of home blood pressure monitoring.

ABSTRACT
Objective:To understand the current status of health-related hardiness among breast cancer patients undergoing radiotherapy and to analyze its influencing factors, and to provide evidence for the development of psychosocial care programs for breast cancer patients undergoing radiotherapy. Methods:A total of 126 postoperative breast cancer patients undergoing radiotherapy were selected from the First Affiliated Hospital of Dalian Medical University from January to September 2018. The self-designed general data questionnaire and Health-related Hardiness Scale (HRHS) were used to analyze the current status and the influencing factors of health-related hardiness among patients. Results:The overall score of health-related hardiness among breast cancer patients undergoing radiotherapy was 127.61±20.19, which was located at the low medium level. There were significant differences in the scores of patients of different ages, education background, marital status, fertility status, children status, family history, religion, family income, and medical insurance forms ( t value was -3.800-8.128, F value was 8.906-274.271 P<0.01). The regression analysis showed that the influencing factors of health-related hardiness were age, family income, marital status, education background, family history, and religion. The degree of the dependent variable was 89.4%. Conclusions:Breast cancer patients undergoing radiotherapy have a low medium level of health-related hardiness, and are affected by age, family income, marital status, education background, family history, and religion.
ABSTRACT
Objective@#To explore the classification characteristics of medical students resilience, and psychological stress difference of each latent class.@*Methods@#A total of 500 medical students from a medical university majoring in five-year clinical in Liaoning province were investigated by using the general questionnaire, the resilience scale and the Chinese college students stress scale.@*Results@#Three latent classes model of resilience in medical students was supported, including "low tenacity group" (32.7%), "general resilience group" (32.1%) and "tenacity-strength group" (35.2%). In Logistic regression analysis, the proportion of students whose majors met their interests in the general resilience group (OR=3.796) and the tenacity-strength group (OR=7.556) was larger. There were significant differences in psychological stress scores between different latent classes (P<0.01).@*Conclusions@#Medical students′ resilience has obvious classification characteristics, and there were different distributions in different latent classes of whose majors meet their interests. Researchers and teachers should pay more attention to the students who have less resilience and whose majors are not in accordance with their own interests, develop their professional interest, and improve psychological stress through appropriate intervention methods.
