ABSTRACT
Under the macro background of the comprehensive liberalization of the "three-child policy" and the strengthening attention to the health of women and children, China has increasingly attached importance to the topic of women’s health education and made various attempts in health education during pregnancy and childbirth period, including traditional education, situational teaching, health lecture, health salon and other forms. However, there are still some problems, such as serious stereotype and homogenization, and rigid education. The effectiveness of health education during pregnancy and childbirth period needs to be improved. By drawing on the practical experience of health education during pregnancy and childbirth period abroad, this paper aimed to comprehensively improve maternal health literacy in China, and provide a assistance for building a healthy China.
ABSTRACT
OBJECTIVE@#The coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic has had a serious impact on health all over the world. Cancer patient, whose immunity is often compromised, faces a huge challenge. Currently, some COVID-19 vaccines are being developed and applied on general population; however, whether cancer patients should take COVID-19 vaccine remains unknown. Our study aimed to explore the knowledge, attitude, acceptance, and predictors of intention to receive the COVID-19 vaccine among cancer patients in Eastern China.@*METHODS@#A cross-sectional study was conducted in Eastern China from June 17th to September 3rd, 2021. Patients were selected using a convenience sampling method. A self-report questionnaire was developed to assess knowledge about the COVID-19 vaccine, attitude towards the vaccine and acceptance of the vaccine; following a review of similar studies previously published in the scientific literature, multivariate logistic regression analysis was used to determine the predictors associated with COVID-19 vaccine acceptance.@*RESULTS@#A total of 2158 cancer patients were enrolled in this study. The rate of vaccine hesitancy was 24.05% (519/2158); further, among the participants of vaccine acceptance, 767 had taken COVID-19 vaccine (35.54%), and 872 were willing to get vaccinated (40.01%). A total of 24 variables including demographic characteristics, clinical status of cancer, impact of COVID-19 pandemic on study participants, patients' knowledge about the COVID-19 vaccine, and attitude towards the vaccine, had significant differences between the "vaccine hesitancy" population and "vaccine acceptance" population. Multivariate logistic regression analysis indicated that parameters including alcohol consumption (odds ratio [OR] = 1.849; 95% confidence interval [CI]: 1.375-2.488; P-reference [P-Ref] < 0.001 vs non-drinkers), income impacted by COVID-19 pandemic (OR = 1.930, 2.037 and 2.688 for mild, moderate, and severe impact, respectively; all P-Ref < 0.01 vs no impact), knowledge of how the vaccine was developed (OR = 1.616; 95% CI: 1.126-2.318; P-Ref = 0.009 vs unknown), believing in the safety of the vaccine (OR = 1.502; 95% CI: 1.024-2.203; P-Ref = 0.038 vs denying the safety of vaccine), willingness to pay for the vaccine (OR = 3.042; 95% CI: 2.376-3.894; P-Ref < 0.001 vs unwilling), and willingness to recommend families and friends to get vaccinated (OR = 2.744; 95% CI: 1.759-4.280; P-Ref < 0.001 vs do not recommend) were contributors to vaccine acceptance. While such as being retired (OR = 0.586; 95% CI: 0.438-0.784; P-Ref < 0.001 vs unemployed), undergoing multiple therapies of cancer (OR = 0.408; 95% CI: 0.221-0.753; P-Ref = 0.004 vs no ongoing treatment), and worrying that the vaccine might deteriorate the prognosis of cancer (OR = 0.393; 95% CI: 0.307-0.504; P-Ref < 0.001 vs might not) were contributors to vaccine hesitancy.@*CONCLUSION@#This study provided preliminary estimates of the rates of vaccine acceptance and vaccine hesitancy among cancer patients in Eastern China. The intention to receive the COVID-19 vaccine was impacted by factors such as patient occupation, alcohol consumption, and some parts of knowledge about and attitude towards COVID-19 vaccine. It is recommended to develop individualized vaccination plans that meet the healthcare needs of cancer patients.

OBJECTIVE: To investigate the effectiveness and safety of laparoscopic CY Liu non-mesh pelvic floor repair surgery in treatment of pelvic organ prolapse(POP).METHODS: From February 2016 to September 2017,a total of 83 patients with POP were treated in Zhejiang Province People's Hospital, and they were included in this retrospective study. The clinical data were retrospectively analyzed;the POP-Q scores were used as the objective evaluation indicators for POP.Analyze the changes of POP-Q indicator points after surgery, and observe surgery related data and complications.Evaluate the postoperative symptom improvement and subjective satisfaction rate of the patients using pelvic floor impact questionnaire short form(PFIQ-7).RESULTS: All surgeries of the included 83 patients were successfully finished laparoscopically. The average follow-up time was(18.88±3.82)months,but there were 8 cases of loss of follow-up.During the follow-up,the total anatomical success rate of laparoscopic CY Liu non-mesh pelvic floor repair surgery was 97.33%(73/75).The differences in POP-Q scores and PFIQ-7 scores were statistically significant before and after the surgery(P<0.05).Subjective satisfaction rate was 96.00%(72/75)after surgery.CONCLUSION: Laparoscopic CY Liu non-mesh pelvic floor repair surgery is effective in the management of Ⅱ-Ⅳ pelvic organ prolapse. There's no need for mesh, and the recurrence rate is low in short-term follow-up,which is worth paying attention to.
ABSTRACT
Objective To investigate the characteristics, occurrence times and management of cardiac erosion after transcatheter closure of ASD,and to discuss the mechanism and predictive factor of erosion. Methods We analyzed all the cases who received transcatheter ASD closure from September 1997 to September 2016 in our hospital retrospectively. Results 9 cases (9/6903,0.13%) were reported to have cardiac erosion events after device closure ASD of including 2 cases of acute cardiac tamponade needed pericardiocentesis,2 cases of aorta-to right-atrial fistula needed transcatheter closure or operative repair and 5 cases of perforation of the anterior leaflet of mitral valve.1 case with MV anterior leaflet perforation presented with hemolysis and required surgical repair.Cardiac erosion events were found at average 52.9±68.3 days (1-180days) after the ASD closure. Conclusions Cardiac erosion is a rare but serious complication of device closure for ASD.Erosion events are mostly attributed to device over-sizing or deficient retro-aortic rims.It is important for a strict follow-up,early deduction and timely disposition when an erosion event is identified.occurring.
ABSTRACT
Objective To evaluate the effect of angiotensin Ⅱ (Ang Ⅱ ) on the change of nephrin phosphorylation both in Ang Ⅱ-infused rat model and cultured podocytes. Methods Thirty Wistar rats were subcutaneously embedded with osmotic minipumps and randomly divided into 3 groups according to receiving either Ang Ⅱ at a dose of 400 ng· kg-1· min-1 or Ang Ⅱ +telmisartan at a dose of 3 mg·kg-1 ·d-1,or normal saline as a control group.Blood pressure and 24-hour urinary albumin were measured at 0 d,7 d,14 d,21 d and 28 d of the experiment.Renal histomorphology was evaluated through electron microscopy. The concentrations of Ang Ⅱ both in blood plasma and kidney were detected by radioimmunoassay. In vitro, cultured murine podocytes were exposed to Ang Ⅱ (10-6 mol/L) pretreated with or without losartan (10-5 mol/L) for different time periods.Nephrin and its phosphorylation expression were analyzed by Western blotting. The distribution of F-actin was presented by FITC-phallodin labeling. The change in phenomenon of F-actin was evaluated by cortical F-actin score index (CFS).Results (1)Ang Ⅱ-infused rats exhibited increased Ang Ⅱ concentration, significant hypertension and marked albuminuria.(2)In Ang Ⅱ-infusion group, nephrin expression was decreased (P<0.05).Ang Ⅱ-receiving rats displayed diminished phosphorylation of nephrin.(3)In vitro, the phosphorylation of nephrin was significantly reduced after Ang Ⅱ stimulation for 3-6 hours (P<0.05).(4)Ang Ⅱ stimulatation resulted in irregularly arrangement of F-actin followed by the redistribution of F-actin to podocyte periphery and formation of F-actin ring,in which the CFS obviously increased compared to control (P<0.05).Conclusions Phosphorylation of nephrin is important for the survival status of podocytes.Ang Ⅱ-induced nephrin dephosphorylation may be an important molecular mechanism for Ang Ⅱ-induced podocyte cytoskeleton rearrangement and foot process effacement.

In November 1981,an ancient female cadaver of Qidan nationality in wulanchatu League of InnerMongolia was excavated. This cadaver was estimated approximately 25 year of age.She has been buriedfor about 900 years. The cadaver was a mummified corpse, and preserved in a comparatively intact state. The hair was intact and dark brown in colour. All viseral organs were dreg-like and dark brown incolour. The individual organ could not be identified from its exernal appearance.Only lungs werepreserved, adhering to the back of the thoracic cavity and looked like dry leaves. The peritonem wasdry and translucent and contained a few blood vessels. The muscles were also dry and dark brown or brownishgray in colour. The alveoli and the parenchma of the lung as well as bacterial spores were identified. The histologicalstructure of tissues from the heart region looked like the cross section of cardiac fiber.Collagenous fiberswere seen.Other tissues were mostly autolyzed. The cadaver were group B.According to results of toxic analysis, larger amount of arsenic was demonstratedin tissues from the stomach region. So it was deduced that the lady might die of an arsenical poisoning.Factors involving in the well preservation of this case are discussed.
