RESUMEN

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of joint needling method combined with ultrasound in the treatment of qi stagnation and blood stasis type of patellofemoral pain syndrome(PFPS).Methods Eighty-six patients with qi stagnation and blood stasis type of PFPS were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 43 cases in each group. The control group was given western medicine conventional treatment combined with functional exercise, and the observation group was given joint needling method combined with ultrasound treatment on the basis of the control group. Both groups were treated for 2 consecutive weeks. After 2 weeks of treatment, the clinical efficacy of the two groups was evaluated, and the changes in the Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)scores of knee pain and the Kujala scale scores of the two groups were observed before and after treatment. The changes in active range of motion(AROM)of the affected knee joint were compared before and after treatment between the two groups.Results(1)After treatment, the VAS scores of the two groups of patients were significantly improved(P<0.05),and the observation group was significantly superior to the control group in improving the level of VAS scores, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)After treatment, the Kujala scores of patients in the two groups were significantly improved(P<0.05),and the observation group was significantly superior to the control group in improving the level of Kujala scores, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(3)After treatment, the AROM of patients in the two groups were significantly improved(P<0.05),and the observation group was significantly superior to the control group in improving the level of AROM,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(4)The total effective rate was 95.35%(41/43)in the observation group and 81.40%(35/43)in the control group. The efficacy of the observation group was superior to that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The joint needling method combined with ultrasound can significantly relieve the pain symptoms of patients with PFPS and promote the recovery of knee joint function, and the clinical efficacy is remarkable.

RESUMEN

A method for determining dipropofol in the plasma of Beagle dogs was established by HPLC-MS/MS. We also studied the pharmacokinetic characteristics of two different forms of crystal tablets of dipropofol in Beagle dogs. All animal experiments were approved by the Animal Experimental Management, Welfare and Ethics Committee of Pharmacology Evaluation Research Center, Shanghai Institute of Pharmaceutical Industry. The results indicate that the maximum plasma concentration (Cmax) of dipropofol was 69.02 ± 20.16 μg·L-1 after 20 mg·kg-1 crystal form Ⅰ tablet taken orally, and the AUC0-t was 160.49 ± 55.26 μg·L-1·h. After 20 mg·kg-1 crystal form Ⅱ tablet taken, the Cmax of dipropofol was 92.58 ± 60.26 μg·L-1, and the AUC0-t was 243.59 ± 148.36 μg·L-1·h. The AUC0-t and Cmax of crystal form Ⅱ were significantly different from that of crystal form Ⅰ (P<0.05). Crystal form Ⅱ was the dominant crystal form. The results suggest that we should control crystal form during the development of dipropofol oral tablets.

RESUMEN

OBJECTIVETo observe the clinical effects of arthroscopy-guided core decompression and bone grafting combined with selective arterial infusion for early stage avascular necrosis of femoral head.

METHODSFrom January 2010 to December 2014, 76 patients(76 hips) diagnosed as Ficat II stage avascular necrosis of femoral head were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. In the experimental group, there were 27 males and 8 females aged from 24 to 55 years old with an average of (43.96±6.81) years, treated with arthroscopic-guided core decompression and bone grafting combined with selective arterial infusion. Along the direction of the femoral neck, an 8 mm-diameter tunnel to necrotic areas was drilled, then curettage of necrotic bone was performed under arthroscope, and the iliac bone was grafted. In the control group, there were 29 males and 12 females aged from 26 to 56 years old with an average of (44.62±7.33) years, treated with percutaneous core decompression combined with selective arterial infusion. The preoperative and postoperative Harris scores were recorded and the changes of X-rays were analyzed.

RESULTSAll the patients were followed up with an average of 30 months. Postoperative follow-up at 12 months showed that there was significant difference in imaging outcome between two groups(<0.05), the experimental group was better than that of control group. According to Harris hip score system, at the final follow-up, Harris score of the experimental group was 86.72±4.37 on average, 6 cases got excellent results, 24 good, 4 fair and 1 poor. Harris score of the control group was 78.62±5.62 on average, 2 cases got excellent results, 20 good, 15 fair and 4 poor. After Ridit analysis, there was significant difference in the effect between the two groups(<0.05). By pairing sampletest, there was significant difference between the preoperative and postoperative Harris score in the both groups(<0.05). Between the two groups, there was no significant difference in preoperative Harris score(>0.05), but there was significant difference in postoperative Harris score(<0.05).

CONCLUSIONSThe two surgical procedures for early femoral head necrosis are effective. Using arthroscopic-guided core decompression method, the necrotic bone can be positioned and scraped more accurately, and can obtain better results.

RESUMEN

To separate and identify chemical signals which induce Thesium chinense haustorium formation, the components of T. chinense roots secretion collected with XAD-4 resin were detected by GC-MS. The effect of DMBQ as exogenous signals to induce haustorium formation in T. chinense was studied. Fifty-three compounds of 9 types had been detected, including hydrocarbons, esters, organic acids, ketones, alcohols, nitrogen containing compounds, phenolic acids, aldehyde and quinine. It is worth noting that the 2, 5-di-tert-butyl-1,4-benzoquinone has the core structure of 1,4-benzoquinone, which may play an important role in the parasitic relationship of Prunella vulgaris and T. chinense: DMBQ worked effectively on inducing haustoria, but induction effects vary widely in different concentrations. DMBQ with the concentration of 1 μmol x L(-1) showed the best effect of the inducing ability with a ratio of 110.52 when treated to induce haustoria.

RESUMEN

OBJECTIVETo study the influence of different drying methods on the quality of Schisandrae Chinensis Fructus and thus provide useful reference for its proper drying methods.

METHODSchisandrae Chinensis Fructus was processed by eight drying methods including vacuum freeze drying, natural drying in the shade, drying in the sun, oven drying and vacuum drying under different temperature. The contents of the functional ingredients includes chisandrin, gomisin D, gomisin J, schisandrol B, angeloylgomisin H, angeloylgomisin Q, gomisin G, schisantherin A, deoxyschisandrin, schisandrin B, schisandrin C, 5-HMF, total aids and total sugars. The main components change after drying were analyzed by HPLC, ultraviolet spectrophotometry and potentiometric titration. Principal component analysis (PCA) was carried out by SPSS software to evaluate the quality of different processed products from Schisandrae Chinensis Fructus.

RESULTAll these results are in accordance with the requirements of Chinese Pharmacopoeia published in 2010, the contents of schisandrin and total eleven lignans were the highest using vacuum drying, and 5-HMF were the lower, oven drying made little difference but with lower schisandrin and higher 5-HMF as the heat increased.

CONCLUSIONDifferent drying methods have significant influence on the quality of Schisandrae Chinensis Fructus. Oven drying under 5°C should be adopted to substitute drying in the sun according to the China Pharmacopoeia published in 2010 for Schisandrae Chinensis Fructus by comprehensive analysis of the cost, content and practicality.
