With the birth rate and survival rate of premature infants significantly increased, the risk of premature infant-related complications after discharge also gradually increased. Due to the parents′lack of care experience to take care of premature infants, premature infants are prone to high re-admission rate, family pressure and burden. Therefore, strengthening transitional care, promoting the safe transition of premature infants from neonatal intensive care unit to home, and promoting the growth and development of premature infants are of great significance to improve the quality of life of premature infants. Transitional nursing of premature infants abroad has been carried out for nearly 30 years, while domestic research is still in its infancy and has not been carried out in a wide range of research and application. Therefore, this article summarized the concept, significance and nursing mode of premature infant transitional care, so as to provide reference for medical personnel to carry out premature infant transitional care.

Objective To investigate the effect of human placenta on ovarian function and endometrial receptivity in patients with ovarian dysfunction. Methods From January 2017 and August 2017, one hundred and twenty patients of ovarian hypofunction infertility who received therapy in Liuzhou Worker′s Hospital were selected and were randomly divided into observation group ( 60 cases) and control group ( 60 cases) ,the control group was treated with oral letrozole at the 2nd to 5th day of the menstrual cycle for 5 consecutive days,at the same time, vitamin E soft capsule was taken orally until the next menstrual cycle, the letrozole usage in the observation group was the same as that in the control group,and human placenta tablets were taken orally until the next menstrual cycle. Both groups were treated for 3 menstrual cycles continuously. The changes of luteinizing hormone (LH),follicle stimulating hormone (FSH),estradiol (E2),resistance index (RI),pulsation index (PI),endometrial thickness and shape during and after ovulation were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. The efficacy of ovulation induction,ovulation rate and pregnancy rate were compared. Conclusion In patients with ovarian dysfunction in the application of human placenta effect is significant,which can effectively improve the ovarian function and endometrial receptivity, improve pregnancy rate,clinical application value is high.

Background Studies have determined that nucleotide binding oligomerization domain 2 (NOD2) plays a key role in innate immune response.However,whether NOD2 participates in the nature defense of fungal keratitis is unclear.Objective This study was to investigate the expression and significance of NOD2 on cornea in the initial of Aspergillus fumigatus keratitis (AFK) in rats.Methods Seventy-two adult clean Wistar rats were randomized into the normal control group,only corneal epithelial scraped group and AFK model group,and the AFK models were established by incubating Aspergillus fumigatus to cornea after corneal epithelium was scraped.All the operations were performed in the right eyes of rats.Reverse transcription PCR (RT-PCR) was carried out to detect the expression of NOD2 mRNA in corneal epithelium 4,8,16,24 hours after operation.Twenty-four hours after operation,the expression of NOD2 protein in rat corneas was examined by immunochemistry and immnunofluorescence technology.Also,the rat corneas were obtained for regular histopathological examination.The use and care of the animals complied with Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee Guidebook by NIH.Results All the models were made successfully.RT-PCR revealed that a fewer NOD2 mRNA were expressed on cornea in the normal control group,but the expressing levels of NOD2 mRNA were increased in the only corneal epithelial scraped group and AFK model group.Compared with only corneal epithelial scraped group,the elevated values of NOD2 mRNA expression in the AFK model group were statistically significant at 4,8,16 and 24 hours after operation (t =-0.409,-0.439,-0.534,-0.618,all at P=0.000).The histopathological examination displayed that the cornel tissue had intact structure in the normal control group,and partly corneal epithelial deficiency,slight corneal swelling and fewer neutrophil granulocytes were seen in the only corneal epithelial scraped group.However,corneal ulcer,severe corneal edema and a lot of neutrophil granulocytes were exhibited in the AFK model group.Immunochemistry and immnunofluorescence staining evidenced that weaker expression of NOD2 was visualized in the corneal epithelial and endothelial layers,and obviously enhanced staining was seen in the AFK model group.The expressing levels (absorbancy) were 0.045 ± 0.005,0.050 ± 0.005 and 0.092 ± 0.006 in the normal control group,only corneal epithelial scraped group and AFK model group,respectively,showing a significant increase in the AFK model group compared with the only corneal epithelial scraped group (t =0.042,P =0.000).Conclusions Expression of NOD2 is upregulated in the corneas with AFK,suggesting that NOD2 participates the natural defense in the initial of fungal keratitis.NOD2 may play an important role in the process of anti-fungal innate immune response in cornea.

OBJECTIVE@#To investigate hypoxia tolerance of children with recurrent respiratory papillomatosis with the spread of trachea in surgical procedures without ventilation via endotracheal tube intermittently under general anesthesia.@*METHOD@#Forty children with recurrent respiratory papillomatosis were enrolled in the observation. The duration of SpO2 from 100% to the points of 99%, 95%, 90%, 85%, the heart rate in each time point above. PaO2, PaCO2, pH valve when SpO2 was 85%, the duration of SpO2 back to 100% were recorded respectively.@*RESULT@#Duration of SpO2 from 100% down to 99%, 95%, 90%, 85% was (168.4 +/- 58.3)s, (204.6 +/- 56.4)s, (224.8 +/- 58.9)s, (239.9 +/- 60.6)s, respectively. Heart rate was (121.6 +/- 14. 6)bpm, (123.3 +/- 15.1) bpm, (124.1 +/- 14.8)bpm, (125.0 +/- 15.1)bpm, respectively. When SpO2 was 85%, pH value was 7.22 +/- 0.05, PCO2 was (69 +/- 8.7)mmHg, PO2 was (52 +/- 7.9)mmHg. Duration of SpO2 up to 100% was (28.6 +/- 2.5)s; When SpO2 back to 100%, pH value was 7.40 +/- 0.02, PCO2 was (40.5 +/- 2.0)mmHg, PO2 was (358 +/- 104.3)mmHg.@*CONCLUSION@#Intermittent apnea during the surgical procedures in RRP children with distal spread of papillomas was safe, hypercapnia and hypoxia caused by the apnea can be corrected soon after the re-ventilation. Duration of apnea should be controlled within 3--5 minutes in each apnea-reoxygenation cycle.
