RÉSUMÉ
Objective To summarize and analyze the prevention and control model of colorectal cancer in Nanshan District, Shenzhen, and to provide references for other regions. Methods Based on the three-level prevention and control network in Nanshan District, top specialists from across the country and abroad were brought in serving as a technical support team to explore scientific and feasible early screening techniques and management models for colorectal cancer. Results Through a series of measures, such as government leadership, departmental cooperation, closed-loop management of the prevention and control services, health education and so on, the residents' participation increased and health literacy was also improved. More than 20,000 residents participated in the risk assessment of colorectal cancer, and the positive detection rate was nearly 50% in people at a high risk. Conclusion The public health institution-community-hospital three-level prevention and control network was conducive to improving the compliance of residents with cancer screening, early detection and early intervention to reduce cancer morbidity and mortality.

OBJECTIVE@#To investigate the characteristics of allergic rhinitis sensitized with mite, providing the evidence for the treatment plan of allergic rhinitis in Tianjin area.@*METHOD@#The medical records of skin prick test results on 2390 allergic rhinitis patients from March 2009 to February 2012 were retrospectively studied. The data of mite sensitivity in gender, age, season, and regional differences were analyzed.@*RESULT@#There was no significant difference of the positive rate of Dermatophagoides pteronyssinus and Dermatophagoides farinae between male and female (P > 0. 05); The positive rate of dust mite decreased gradually with the growth of the age in the three groups of 0.05).@*CONCLUSION@#There were some relationship of the positive rate of dust mite with age and season, but not gender and region among allergic rhinitis in tianjin.

Objective To analyze the reason of nursing complaints and discuss prevention measures. Methods From October 2007 to October 2011,52 cases nursing complaints were retrospectively analyzed in my hospital.The countermeasures were summarized. Results The reasons of nursing complaints were the cost issue,no strong responsibility,bad service attitude and insufficient communication and so on.All complaints were taken service recovery and improvement measures,and 52 cases nursing complaints were resolved through effective communication. Conclusions Strengthening occupational ethics education and legal knowledge learning,improving the service attitude,mastering the communication skills,improving the level of business,strengthening management can improve the nurse-patient relationship and reduce nursing complaints.

Objective To explore the effect of angiotensin Ⅱ antagonist on left ventricular hypertrophy(LVH) and insulin resistance in elderly patients with diabetes mellitus and hypertension. Methods One hundred and twenty elderly patients with diabetes mellitus and essential hypertension with LVH by echocardiography entered the study. Patients were randomized into the telmisartan (80～160 mg/d) group or perindopril (4～8 mg /d) group. After treatment of telmisartan or perindopril,patients were followed-up for 8 months.Plasma sample was collected from each patient before and after treatment of telmisartan or perindopril,respectively.Then plasma levels of cholesterol,fasting plasma glucose(FPG), insulin and Homeostasis Model Assessment Insulin Resistance (HOMA-IR) were investigated.The echocardiography before and after 8 months of treatment with telmisartan or perindopril were also examined.
