RÉSUMÉ
Tyrosine kinase inhibitors (TKIs) are a class of molecular targeted drugs that inhibit the activation of downstream signaling pathways by inhibiting oncogene-related receptor tyrosine kinases to exert anti-cancer effects. TKIs are superior to traditional chemotherapeutics in terms of selectivity, effectiveness and safety, and are widely used in the treatment of cancer. However, TKIs-induced liver injury is one of the difficult problems in its clinical application. In this article, relevant literatures from domestic and abroad are reviewed and the research progress in the classification, clinical application of TKIs and the mechanism of TKIs-induced liver injury are summarized. This review intends to provide a reference for further elucidating the mechanism of TKIs-induced liver injury, and seeking effective prevention and treatment methods.

Early diagnoses and treatment methods are being constantly improved, but cancer metastasis remains a main cause of mortality in malignant tumor patients. Lung is thought to be the organ most prone to distal metastasis among malignant tumors due to its unique physiological and pathological character. Tumor lung metastasis is unpredictable and may result in irreversible damages. Presently, no exact mechanism or specific targeting therapies are found. Depending on the unique theory system-treatment based on symptom differentiation, traditional Chinese medicine has made significant progress on controlling tumor lung metastasis, but its application methods and mechanism still need further study and exploration. More appropriate and idealized animal models are required as a studying medium. Therefore, the establishment of animal models to simulate lung metastasis of cancer patients has become the key to the study of tumor lung metastasis. In order to produce a better platform for investigating the pathogenesis, underlying mechanism, early diagnosis and therapeutics for tumor lung metastasis, and to provide reference for the selection and establishment of mouse lung metastasis model, this article would introduce the implementation, application and estimation of several common methods (tail vein injection, mammary fat pad orthotopic injection, tibia injection, tissue orthotopic implantation, transgenic mice and so on). Meanwhile, the development of mouse lung metastasis model still needs expanding of thoughts, rational and flexible utilization of existing models, and interdisciplinary cooperation to establish preferable animal models and make results more reliable.

The diagnosis and treatment methods for cancer are being improved continually, but the mortality of cancer still remains high. At present, the academic circle has realized deficiency of existing treatment ideas, and the concept of cancer cells has been gradually changed from "extremely extinct" to "peaceful coexistence". The concept of "survival with tumors" is universally accepted in the cancer academia. The tumor microenvironment is the place where tumor cells survive and develop. Therefore, regulation of the tumor microenvironment has become an important new strategy for tumor treatment. Myeloid-derived suppressor cells (MDSCs) are a group of heterogeneous cells that have immunosuppressive properties on T cells in the tumor microenvironment and play an important role in tumor immune escape. Now, therapy with MDSCs in the tumor microenvironment as the treatment targets also provides new ideas for the tumor treatment. As MDSCs subpopulations are similar with neutrophils and monocytes, they can be divided into two major subtypes:granulocyte-like myeloid-derived suppressor cells (G-MDSCs) and monocyte-myeloid-derived suppressor cells(M-MDSCs). But how to differ these two subtypes from neutrophils and monocytes. What are the differences in the functional characteristics of different subtypes of MDSCs. How do they accumulate, differentiate, and exert immunosuppressive effects through different pathways. Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) has always been good at modulating the body's microenvironment. More and more researches have shown that, the recruitment, amplification and activation of MDSCs can be effectively inhibited by TCM compound and its active ingredients, providing scientific basis for Chinese medicine targeting MDSCs in the tumor microenvironment. However, which specific pathways could regulate G-MDSCs or M-MDSCs is still in need of further studies. Most previous literature focus on the overall level of MDSCs, while the this paper would be based on the specific subpopulations of MDSCs to clarify the biological characteristics of these two subtypes of MDSCs, so as to achieve more precise targeted therapy in the tumor microenvironment.

Pathological biopsies were performed on each group. The depth profile of nickel element concentration in the skin of guinea pigs was detected by synchrotron radiation micro X-ray fluorescence spectroscopy (SR-μ-XRF) and micro X-ray absorption near-edge spectroscopy (μ-XANES).@*Results@#In each section, the nickel element concentration in both the 5% NiSO4-group and 10% NiSO4-group was significantly higher than that in the negative control group. In the upper 300-μm section of skin for the early phase group, the nickel element concentration was significantly higher than that in the lower section of skin. In deeper sections (<200 μm) of skin, the concentration of nickel in the early phase group was approximately equal to that in the late phase group. The curve of the late phase group was flat, which means that the nickel element concentration was distributed uniformly by SR-μ-XRF. According to the XANES data for the 10% NiSO4 metal salt solution, structural changes occurred in the skin model sample, indicating that nickel was not present in the Ni2+ aqueous ionic state but in the nickel-binding protein.@*Conclusions@#This study showed that the distribution of the nickel element concentration in ACD skin tissue was different between the early phase and late phase groups. The nickel element was not present in the Ni2+ aqueous ionic state but bound with certain proteins to form a complex in the stratum corneum in ACD model tissue.

Secondary outcomes included adequate relief (AR) rate, Irritable Bowel Syndrome-Quality of Life Questionnaire (IBS-QOL), Hamilton Anxiety Scale (HAMA), Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD), and the recurrence rate at follow-ups. Safety indices including the adverse events (AEs) and related laboratory tests were evaluated.@*RESULTS@#Primary outcome: IBS-SSS at baseline, weeks 2, 4, 6 showed no statistical significance in both full analysis set (FAS) and per protocol set (PPS, P>0.05). After 6 weeks of treatment, the total effective rate of IBS-SSS scores in the treatment group (147/171,86.0%) was higher than the control group (143/171, 83.6%) by FAS (P>0.05). In regard to secondary outcomes, after 6-week treatment, there was no significant difference in AR rate, total score of IBS-QOL, improvement of HAMD and HAMA total scores between the two groups (P>0.05). The recurrence rate at 8-week follow-up was 12.35% (10/18) in treatment group and 15.79% (12/76) in control group, respectively (P>0.05). A total of 21 AEs occurred in 15 cases, of which 11 occurred in 8 cases in the treatment group and 10 AEs in 7 cases in the control group. The incidence of AEs had no statistical significance between the two goups (P>0.05).@*CONCLUSION@#Tongxiening Granules could relieve the symptoms of patients with IBS-D and the treatment effect was comparable to pinaverium bromide.
OBJECTIVETo analyze the number of myeloid-derived suppressor cells(MDSC) and the level of prostaglandin E2(PGE2) in the bone marrow of adult ITP patients, and to explore their possible mechanisms involved in the pathogenesis of this disease.

METHODSTwenty-five patients of newly diagnosed ITP, 25 patients of complete remission group and 15 patients of control group were selected. The number of MDSC in the bone marrow between 3 groups was detect by flow cytometry (FCM). The serum level of prostaglandin E2 (PGE2) in 3 groups was determined by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). The relative expression of IFN-γ mRNA in bone marrow mononuclear cells was measured by real time fluorescence quantitative polymerase chain reaction (RT-qPCR) in each groups.

RESULTSThe number of MDSC in the complete remission group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05); the number of MDSC in the newly diagnosed group was higher than that in the control group; the number of MDSC in the complete remission group was higher than that in the newly diagnosed group. The serum level of PGE2 in bone marrow of ITP patients in the newly diagnosed group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). The serum level of PGE2 in the bone marrow of ITP patients of the complete remission group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). The level of PGE2 in bone marrow serum of ITP patients of the newly diagnosed group was lower than that in the complete remission group(P<0.05). The relative expression level of IFN-gamma in bone marrow mononuclear cells of the ITP patients in newly diagnosed group was higher than that in the control group and the complete remission group(P<0.001). The relative quantification (RQ) of IFN-γ in bone marrow mononuclear cells was 2.60 between the newly diagnosed group and the complete remission group.

CONCLUSIONWhen adult ITP disease is remitted, the number of MDSC rises and correlates with the therapeutic response and PGE2 level in the bone marrow.

Objective Explore the diagnostic value of color Doppler ultrasonography in renal vein embolism compared with contrast-enhanced CT.Analyze and summarize the sonographic features and reasons of misdiagnosis of renal vein embolism. Methods Reports of color Doppler ultrasonography and contrast-enhanced CT in 15 patients with 20 renal vein thrombosis and 25 patients with 25 renal vein tumor thrombosis were retrospectively analyzed. We summarized the sonographic features including the location of emboli, the lumen and wall of the involved veins, the information of collateral circulation and the color Doppler sonographic features. Results The diagnostic accuracy of renal vein thrombosis and tumor thrombosis were 85%and 84%for ultrasound,100%and 96%for contrast-enhanced CT,the difference was not statistically significant(all P>0.05).The typical sonographic features include(1)Expansion of the renal vein and full of solid echogenicity;(2)No flow signals or flow filling defect in renal veins;(3)No or sparse venous flow signal in the involved kidney. Conclusions Color Doppler ultrasonography and contrast-enhanced CT have a good consistency in the diagnosis of renal vein embolism.Color Doppler ultrasonography can be used as an important imaging method to evaluate the renal vein embolism, which can combine medical history and provide a more reliable basis for the diagnosis of renal vein embolism.

Porcine deltacoronavirus (PDCoV) has been recently recognized as an emerging viral pathogen that causes diarrhea in newborn piglets. A total of 254 small intestinal or fecal samples collected from 10 provinces including Henan, Hunan, Zhejiang, Jiangxi, Anhui, Hebei, Heilongjiang, Jiangsu, Shandong and Shanghai between 2014 and 2015, were screened by quantitative RT-PCR targeting the viral M gene. Eleven PDCoV positive samples were identified with a total positive rate of 4.33%. An indirect enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) was developed based on the recombinant S1 protein of PDCoV. This assay was used to test 609 serum samples of pigs with diarrhea symptoms collected from 10 provinces between 2015 and 2016. The positive rate of PDCoV antibody was 44.17% (269/609). The two methods can be used to monitor the PDCoV epidemiology in the levels of PDCoV specific RNA or antibody, helping better prevent and control PDCoV.

Objective To compare the advantages and disadvantages of non-irrigation and irrigation in the surgical approach of chronic subdural hematoma (CSDH),thus to provide reference for clinical treatment of CSDH.Methods Clinical data of 102 patients with CSDH were retrospectively analyzed.According to the different operation methods, the patients were divided into the non-irrigation group(52 cases) and the irrigation group(50 cases). The blood loss during the procedure, operative time, length of stay and postoperative complication rate between the two groups were compared, and the causes of postoperative complications were analyzed. Results The blood loss during the procedure, operative time and length of stay in the non-irrigation group were (6.73 ± 1.17) mL,(15.06 ± 2.64) min and (10.74 ± 2.20) d,respectively, which in the irrigation group were (19.52 ± 3.18) mL,(38.54 ± 6.95) min and (10.44 ± 2.07)d,respectively,there were statistically significant differences between the two groups in the blood loss during the procedure and the operative time (t =-27.11,-22.72,all P < 0.05),there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in the length of stay (t =0.70,P > 0.05).The incidence rates of postoperative complication in the non-irrigation group and irrigation group were 8.00% and 7.69%,respectively,there was no significant difference between the two groups (x2 =0.003,P > 0.05).Conclusion Each of the two methods has its own advantages and disadvantages in the treatment of CSDH.Compared with burr hole irrigation, burr hole non irrigation has the advantages of less blood loss and shorter operative time. However, burr hole non-irrigation is more likely to suffer serious complication. We should select suitable surgical approach by the specific circumstances of the patients. The causes of postoperative complications of CSDH are varied. In particular, there is an important relationship between the non-standard operation and postoperative complications.
