Résumé

With the progress of high-throughput sequencing technologies and bioinformatics,and deepening understanding of immune system,immunomics has evolved from initially deciphering gene sequences of B cell receptor(BCR)and T cell receptor(TCR)to unraveling and mapping interactions between host immune system and antigens,as well as panorama of host immune system response mechanisms,which now encompasses various research areas,such as antigen epitopeomics,immunogenomics,immunopro-teomics,antibodyomics and immunoinformatics.Based on a large amount of immunological research data,immunological databases such as ImmPort,VDJdb and IEDB have been established to accelerate discovery of new antigen epitopes and study of immune response mechanisms.Immunomics has revealed the association between immune system and diseases,promoted the development of novel vac-cines and immunotherapeutic strategies,and effectively drove the development of personalized medicine and precision medicine.In recent years,integration of immunome with exposome and fusion it with artificial intelligence will have a significant impact on compre-hensively understanding immune system's response and regulatory mechanisms to environmental factors,as well as deciphering molecular mechanisms underlying disease occurrence and progression.

During the COVID-19 epidemic, our national guidelines have suggested that surgical patients should wear a mask to decrease the potential transmission of COVID-19 in the operating room, as long as the condition allows. However, so far, there is no study to discuss the influence of wearing a mask on the ventilation and blood oxygenation status in patients of spontaneous breathing with supplementary oxygen through an anesthetic facemask. This is a before-after study in the same patient, and 10 healthy volunteers were recruited, by testing the arterial blood gas parameters at key time points before and after oxygen inhalation to evaluate the effects of two different supplementary oxygen methods ('disposable medical mask + anesthetic facemask' and 'anesthetic facemask only') on the oxygenation of subjects. Our data demonstrated whether wearing a disposable medical mask or not could effectively increase the oxygen supply of the subjects compared with the basic value before oxygen inhalation; however, compared with the group without mask, the arterial oxygen partial (PaO

OBJECTIVE:To compare the bioequivalence between alfuzosin hydrochloride sustained release tablets and the imported alfuzosin common tablets.METHODS:20 health volunteers were assigned to receive oral single dose of 5mg sustained-release and imported tablets of alfuzosin by self crossover way,with alfuzosin concentration in serum determined by HPLC.The pharmacokinetic parameters were calculated;the statistical analysis was carried out and the bioequiavailability was evaluated.RESULTS:The main pharmacokinetic parameters of the sustained-release and the imported tablets of alfuzosin were as follows:Cmax:(28.92? 9.63) ?g? L-1 vs.(32.92? 10.23) ?g? L-1;tmax:(2.7? 0.6) h vs.(1.4? 1.0) h;AUC0~ ∞:(221.14? 59.46) ?g? h? L-1 vs.(245.68? 67.20) ?g? h? L-1;t1/2:(6.68? 0.85) vs.(4.73? 1.22) h;AUC0~ 24:(215.20? 49.63) vs.(226.30? 53.60) ?g? h? L-1.The relative bioavailability of alfuzosin hydrochloride sustained release tablets was(92.2? 13.2) %.CONCLUSION:The 2 preparations of alfuzosin are bioequivalent.
