Purpose:To study the clinical significance of CD44 level in tumor cells of esophageal carcinoma patients. Methods:Sixty-five esophageal carcinoma cases were examined to observe the CD44 expression rate in tumor cells and nor- mal mucosal cells by flow cytometry.These data were clinicopathologically analyzed and compared with statistical methods.
