RESUMO
OBJECTIVE: Use cadavers and three-dimensional MRA models to study the anatomical relationship between the sacrospinous ligament(SSL)and its adjacent vessels and nerves.METHODS: Totally 24 female cadavers provided by Anatomy Department of Southern Medical University from September 2017 to September 2018 were dissected, and 30 MRA data collected by Gynecology Department of Nanfang Hospital of Southern Medical University from January 2015 to December 2018 were selected to reconstruct to measure the relevant application parameters.RESULTS: The medial structure of the pudendal canal was the pudendal nerve, and the horizontal distance between the right pudendal nerve and the sciatic spine was(1.51 ± 0.35)cm. The thickness of the thickest point of the right coccygeus-sacrospinousligament(CSSL)was(1.03±0.23)cm and the horizontal distance between the point and the right sciatic spine was(2.81±0.55)cm;the vertical distance from where the right inferior gluteal artery is out of pelvis cavity to the horizontal line of sciatic spine was(2.43±0.95)cm,and the distance between the vertical point and the sciatic spine was(1.83±0.83)cm. In anatomy and MRA model, none of the inferior gluteal artery went dorsally through the SSL,and the sciatic nerve was away from the SSL.There was no obvious vascular nerve traveling on the pelvic surface of SSL.CONCLUSION: The point which is 2.81 cm away from the right sciatic spine of the SSL at the horizonal level may be the best suspension point for SSLF.
RESUMO
Tubal pregnancy is common and is in lackof detailed clinical research. It seems to be simple todiagnose and easy to handle, but once it is ignored, itcan lead to serious consequences and even death.Withthe changes in today′s social environment and people′sconcept, and with the widespread use of IVF and othertechnologies, new cases have emerged in tubal preg-nancy.We should re-emphasize the diagnosis andtreatment of tubal pregnancy.
RESUMO
Hyperactivity of the hypothalamus-pituitary-adrenal (HPA) axis and increased levels of glucocorticoid hormones are the most consistent and typical pathophysiological alternations in patients with major depression, which are possibly caused by altered functions of the receptor of glucocorticoid hormones, the glucocorticoid receptor (GR). Recent studies have found that the environmental factors interfere with the pathophysiological mechanism of depression by influencing the epigenetic regulation of glucocorticoid receptor. GR gene methylation is a way of epigenetic regulation and affects the GR expression and function of HPA axis, which plays an important role in the development of depression. In this review, domestic and foreign literature on the role of GR gene methylation in the development of depression is discussed, which will encourage provide new ideas on the diagnosis and treatment of depression.
RESUMO

OBJECTIVETo develop a near-infrared fluorescence imaging system based on the fluorescence properties of methylene blue.

METHODSAccording to the optical properties of methylene blue, we used a custom-made specific LED light source and an interference filter, a CCD camera and other relevant components to construct the near-infrared fluorescence imaging system. We tested the signal-to-background ratio (SBR) of this imaging system for detecting methylene blue under different experimental conditions and analyzed the SBR in urine samples collected from 15 Wistar rats with intravenous injection of methylene blue at the doses of 0, 1.4, 1.6, 1.8, or 2.0 0 mg/kg methylene blue.

RESULTSThe SBR of this imaging system for detecting methylene blue was affected by the concentration of methylene blue and the distance from the sample (P<0.05). In the urine samples from Wistar rats, the SBR varied with the the injection dose, and the rats injected with 1.6 mg/kg methylene blue showed the highest SBR (8.71∓0.20) in the urine (P<0.05).

CONCLUSIONThis near-infrared fluorescence imaging system is useful for fluorescence detection of methylene blue and can be used for real-time recognition of ureters during abdominal surgery.

RESUMO

OBJECTIVETo investigate the prevalence of physical state of HPV-16 DNA in cervical cancer and cervical precancerous carcinoma.

METHODSMultiplex PCR was adopted to detect the physical state of HPV in samples from 252 patients with cervical carcinoma, including 48 samples of cervical cancer, 204 cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN ) (125 CIN I, 46 CIN II and 33 CIN III) and 20 normal samples from the subjects with hysteromyoma undergoing hysterectomy, respectively.

RESULTSAmong 48 patients with cervical cancer, 31 (65.6%) were infected with HPV-16. Eighteen among 31 (58.1%) HPV-16 infected patients with cervical cancer were found to have integrated infection of HPV-16. The positive rates of HPV-16 infection in the patients with CIN I, CIN II and CIN III were 19.2%, 34.8% and 42.4%, and the integrated infection rates of HPV-16 were 16.7%, 18.8% and 35.7%, respectively. Compared with patients with different grades of CIN, the integrated rate of HPV-16 infection in those with cervical cancer was significantly elevated.

CONCLUSIONAmong the patients with HPV-16 infection, the integrated state of HPV-16 is positively correlated with the severity of cervical lesions. Combined HPV typing test and detection of integrated viral state contribute to predicting the prognosis of patients with cervical precancerous lesions and increasing the accuracy of screening cervical cancer on the basis of HPV DNA detection.

To investigate the electrophysiology mechanisms of new anxiolytic and antidepressant drug: 4-butyl-alpha-agarofuran (AF-5), patch clamp-recording was used to test the effects of AF-5 on voltage-dependent sodium currents, voltage-dependent potassium currents, L-type voltage-dependent calcium currents and GABA dependent Cl(-) currents in primary cultured rat cortical neurons. Effects of AF-5 on Kv2.1 currents, expressed stably in HEK293 cells, were also tested. Our results showed that, delayed rectifier potassium currents (I(K(DR, L-type voltage-dependent calcium currents (I(LC-ca)) in primary cultured rat cortical neurons and Kv2.1 currents in HEK293 cells were significantly inhibited by AF-5, with IC50 as 6.17, 4.4 and 5.29 micromol x L(-1) respectively. However, voltage-dependent sodium currents (I(Na)), GABA dependent Cl(-) currents and transient outward potassium currents (I(K(A)) in primary cultured rat cortical neurons were not significantly blocked by AF-5. Our results concluded that, blocked I(K(DR)) and I(L-Ca) currents may be one of the mechanisms of anxiolytic and antidepression actions of AF-5.
