RESUMO

Objective:To observe the application effect of standard management-flexible teaching-pay attention to comprehensive quality improvement-correct evaluation (SFPC) teaching on the internship teaching of nursing students in department of obstetrics and gynecology.Methods:Forty-five nursing students who interned in the department of obstetrics and gynecology from July to December 2019 were classified as the control group, and the traditional teaching was adopted. Another 47 nursing students who interned from January to June 2020 were taken as research group, and SFPC was applied. The rotation assessment scores, clinical communication ability and comprehensive ability before and after the internship, and satisfaction with teaching of these nursing students were compared between the two groups. SPSS 23.0 was used for t test, chi-square test and rank sum test. Results:The results of theoretical and operational assessment of obstetrics and gynecology in the research group were significantly higher than those in the control group[(94.28±5.77) vs. (83.91±5.19); (91.85±5.27) vs. (81.07±5.24)]. The scores of building harmonious relationship, identifying patients' problems, keen listening, passing effective information, joint participation and verification of feelings after the teaching were significantly higher than those before teaching ( P<0.05). The scores of ideological quality, teaching activities, ability evaluation and other activities in the comprehensive ability assessment were significantly higher than those before teaching ( P<0.05), and those of research group were significantly higher than those of the control group ( P<0.05). The were significant differences in the grade distribution of teaching satisfaction between the two groups ( P<0.05), and the total satisfaction rate of nursing students in the study group was higher than that in the control group (95.74% vs. 80.00%). Conclusion:The application of SFPC teaching in the clinical teaching of nursing students in department of obstetrics and gynecology can significantly improve the performances of nursing students, clinical communication ability, comprehensive ability and nursing students' satisfaction with teaching.

Objective@#To explore and analyze the correlation between nurses' willingness to stay in the operating room and job stressor, job burnout and work-family conflict.@*Methods@#A total of 128 nurses from Mianyang Central Hospital, Third People′s Hospital of Mianyang, Mianyang People′s Hospital were selected as the research objects. The questionnaire of nurses' retention intention, the scale of nurses' job stressor, the scale of nurses' occupational fatigue and the scale of work stress conflict were used to investigate and analyze the correlation between nurses' retention intention and work stressor, occupational fatigue and family conflict.@*Results@#The average retention intention of the nurses surveyed in this study was (3.16±0.71), and the retention intention of the nurses was in the middle level. Operating room nurses' total score of work stress was (95.27±15.28). Among them, the scores of time allocation and workload, nursing specialty and work were the highest (2.86 ± 0.73) and (2.75 ± 0.64), respectively. The highest score of personal achievement was (33.26 ± 8.39). The total score of work family conflict of nurses in operating room was (58.32 ± 11.29), and the total score was (3.09 ± 0.58). The average score of work family conflict based on time was the highest, which was (3.91 ± 0.64), which was the main source of work family conflict of nurses. Pearson correlation analysis showed that nurses' intention to stay was negatively correlated with work pressure, job burnout and work family conflict (r value was-0.374,-0.400,-0.327, P < 0.05).@*Conclusions@#Nurses' willingness to stay in the operating room is at a medium level. Nursing managers can reduce the pressure of occupational fatigue by reducing work stress and improve the willingness of nursing staff to stay.

RESUMO

AIM: To investigate the effects of Lobelia Chinensis Lour alkaloid (LCLA) on the proliferation of cultured vascular smooth muscle cells (VSMC) induced by ET-1. METHODS: Human umbilical artery VSMC was cultured and divided into five groups: ET group, ET+LCLA group, ET+BQ-123 group,ET+ staurosporine (ST) group and control group. The cell proliferation activity was subsequently quantified by cell counting kit-8 (CCK-8) and [3H]-TdR incorporation. Flow cytometry was used to examine cell cycle. Quantitative immunohistochemical technique was used to investigate the expression of proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) and confocal microscope was used to measure the fluorescent intensity of Ca 2+. Cytotoxicity was measured by Trypan blue exclusion and LDH colorimetry tests. RESULTS: BQ-123 (10 -6mol/L), ST (10 -7mol/L) and LCLA (100, 200 and 400 mg/L) inhibited the increase in cell number, [3H]-TdR incorporation, the percentage of the S phase and markedly decreased the expression of PCNA and fluorescent intensity of Ca 2+ in response to ET-1 of VSMC (P
