RESUMO

Objective To analyze the relationship between syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) and the clinical stage of western medicine, histological type and EGFRgene in patients with lung cancer and to find out the regularity among them. Methods From February 2015 to September 2017, 101 patients with lung cancer were enrolled in this study. Statistical analysis of relationship between TCMsyndrome differentiation and clinical stage, histopathological type and EGFRgene expression was carried out. Results There was a significant difference (P<0. 05) between TCMtypes and histopathological types of lung cancer(P<0. 05), among which, there was a significant difference (P<0. 05) between adenocarcinoma and small cell lung cancer and non-adenocarcinoma. There also had a significant difference(P<0. 05) between TCMtypes and TNMstage of lung cancer. Intergroup analysis demonstrated that there was a significant difference (P<0. 05) between stage Iand IV, and also stage Ⅱ and IV. There was a significant difference (P<0. 05) between TCMtypes and positive expression of EGFR. From phlegm-heat syndrome, qi-stagnation syndrome, qiyin deficiency syndrome to cold-dampness syndrome, The positive expression of EGFRwas gradually ascending. There was significant difference between cold-dampness syndrome and phlegm-heat syndrome(P<0. 05). Conclusion There is a certain correlation between syndrome differentiation of TCMand clinical stage, histopathological classification and EGFRgene expression in lung cancer, which can provide dialectical evidence for objective and standardized TCMsyndrome differentiation.

RESUMO

Objective To explore the characteristics of functional connectivity based on cerebellum at resting state and the brain functions related to cognitive function on attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD).Methods Thirty ADHD children (ADHD group) were diagnosed at ADHD Specialist Clinic of Changzhou Children's Hospital,Nantong University from June 2015 to July 2017,and 33 healthy children (healthy control group) were selected from a normal school in Changzhou. Then, they received the functional and structural magnetic resonance imaging (MRI)scans. Finally, the differences of the characteristics of functional connectivity were compared between the 2 groups based on cerebellum which had been found with dysfunction on the previous study of amplitude of low-frequency fluctuation. Results It all showed positive activated brain regions when comparing ADHD group and healthy control group based on left cerebellum (-49.5,-58.5,-18.5) as ADHD children's functional connectivity scores were higher in left middle frontal gyrus [volume =835 mm3,coordinate (-27,-21,51)],right middle frontal gyrus [volume =755 mm3,coordinate(45,-3,6)],right superior temporal gyrus [volume =256 mm3,coordinate (45,-24,-6)],left limbic lobe[volume =513 mm3,coordinate (-15,-3,-18)],and there were statistically significant differences between the 2 groups (t =4.10,4.38,3.97,3.32,all P < 0.05).Conclusions There exist abnormal functional connectivity between cerebellum and left middle frontal gyrus, right middle frontal gyrus, right superior temporal gyrus and left limbic lobe.It may be one of the brain mechanisms of the main clinical manifestations of the decreasing of attention, hyperactivity and impulsiveness and the dysfunction of cognitive function.

RESUMO

ObjectiveTo evaluate clinical value of evidence-based nursing intervention in treatment of elderly patients with cardiovascular interventional surgery during perioperative period. Methods 150 cases of elderly patients with cardiovascular diseases who underwent interventional surgical treatment were selected. They were randomly divided into the observation group(80 cases)and the control group(70 patients). ResultsThe occurrence and degree of discomfort of bedridden patients in the observation group were milder, and the complications due to use of anticoagulants and pressing dressing were significantly less than the control group. The satisfaction degree and mastering of disease related knowledge in the observation group were significantly better than that of the control group. ConclusionsApplication of evidence-based nursing intervention during perioperative period for elderly patients with cardiovascular interventional surgery can reduce discomfort and complications of patients,as well as improve satisfaction degree and mastering of disease-related knowledge of patients and their families, which is worthy of promotion.
