RESUMO

Objective To explore the risks and its influencing factors of patients with psychotic disorders in communities. Methods A total of 457 patients with psychotic disorders in communities were investigated by use of the multistage stratified cluster random sampling method. Results Totally 257 patients with psychotic disorders in communities were with risks, which accounted for 56.2%.Among them,200 patients (43.8%) were with level-0 risk,113 patients (24.7%) were level-1 risk,85 patients (18.6%) were level-2 risk,43 patients (9.4%) were level-3 risk,11 patients (2.4%) were level-4 risk, while 5 patients (1.1%) were level-5 risk. There were significant differences in risks among patients with different gender, family income, duration, type of disease, medication and the history of violent behavior.Logistic regression analysis showed that low family income (OR=0.515,95% CI=0.386-0.689,P<0.01),long course of disease (OR=1.378,95%CI=1.179-1.609,P<0.01),patients with schizophrenia (OR=6.285,95%CI=2.456-16.086,P< 0.01) and patients with a history of violence history (OR=28.988,95%CI=10.692-78.592,P<0.01) were the risk factors of the influencing of patients with psychotic disorders in communities. Conclusions Low family income, long course of disease, patients with schizophrenia and a history of violence history are the influencing factors of patients with psychotic disorders in communities, and the management of follow-up and the strength of supervision among these patients should be reinforced.

RESUMO

Objective:To explore the effect of comprehensive intervention on the diabetes-relevant behaviors in aging patients with prediabetes in rural areas of Yiyang. Methods:The aging patients with prediabetes in rural areas of Yiyang were chosen and asked for the questionnaire. The patients were randomly divided into two groups:the control group and the intervention group. The control group received the routine health education, while the intervention group underwent comprehensive intervention for one year.6 months and 12 months before the intervention or after the intervention, the behavior characteristics of diabetes, levels of related physiological and biochemical indexes were evaluated. Results:The relative behavior characteristics of diabetes, levels of related physiological and biochemical indexes between the two groups were comparable before the intervention (P>0.05).6 months or 12 months after the intervention,it showed improvements in diabetes-related behaviors (P<0.05) and the scores of diabetes-related behaviors compared with the control group (P<0.001).Based on the related physiological and biochemical indexes, the intervention group showed significant reductions in the levels of waist-to-hip ratio,BMI,fasting plasma glucose and 2 h postprandial plasma glucose (P<0.01).Conclusion:The comprehensive intervention can improve the diabetes-relevant behaviors, physiological and biochemical indexes in the older patients with pre-diabetes.

RESUMO

OBJECTIVE@#To analyze the relationship between the ischemic ST-T changes in electrocardiogram (ECG) and the coronary artery diseases based on the perspective of diagnostics.
@*METHODS@#A total of 341 patients, who underwent coronary angiography in Department of Cardiology of Xiangya Hospital, Central South University from June 2013 to April 2014, were enrolled for this study. The internationally recognized diagnostic criteria for ischemic ST-T changes in ECG and the Judkins diagnostic criteria for coronary angiography were applied, respectively. The sensitivity and specificity of ECG were analyzed.
@*RESULTS@#There were more ischemic ST-T changes in women than that in men (P0.05). For ischemic diagnostic tests by ECG ST-T, the total sensitivity and specificity was 83.6% and 54.4%, respectively. The sensitivity and specificity was 82.3% and 68.0% or 85.0% and 28.2% in the male or female group, respectively.
@*CONCLUSION@#Ischemic ST-T changes in ECG possess important value in the diagnosis of the coronary artery diseases. The sensitivity of ECG in the diagnosis of myocardial ischemia in women was higher than that in men, whereas the specificity of ECG in the diagnosis of myocardial ischemia in men was higher than that in women.
