RESUMO

The low-resolution ultrasound images have poor visual effects. Herein we propose a method for generating clearer intravascular ultrasound images based on super-resolution reconstruction combined with generative adversarial networks. We used the generative adversarial networks to generate the images by a generator and to estimate the authenticity of the images by a discriminator. Specifically, the low-resolution image was passed through the sub-pixel convolution layer -feature channels to generate -feature maps in the same size, followed by realignment of the corresponding pixels in each feature map into × sub-blocks, which corresponded to the sub-block in a high-resolution image; after amplification, an image with a -time resolution was generated. The generative adversarial networks can obtain a clearer image through continuous optimization. We compared the method (SRGAN) with other methods including Bicubic, super-resolution convolutional network (SRCNN) and efficient sub-pixel convolutional network (ESPCN), and the proposed method resulted in obvious improvements in the peak signal-to-noise ratio (PSNR) by 2.369 dB and in structural similarity index by 1.79% to enhance the diagnostic visual effects of intravascular ultrasound images.

RESUMO

Objective To evaluate the effect of facial enhanced fat injection technique in facial remodeling. Methods 36 patients with facial facial reconstruction surgery from February 2011 to October 2014 in our hospital were involved in this study. The clinical data of patients with sagging facial aging and type A botulinum toxin injection combined with autologous fat granule injection enhanced facial surgery were evaluated. After postoperative follow-up of 3 months to 2 years, the effects of combined surgery of facial reconstruction were analyzed. Results In the 36 patients three months after operation a significant rate was 97.22%;at six months significant rate was 91.67%;at 12 month efficacy rate was 80.56%;at 18 months curative effect rate was 55.56%;at 24 months effective rate was 41.67%.Conclusions The use of botulinum toxin type A injection combined with autologous fat granule injection face lifting technique for facial reconstruction of aging patients with severe,is simple operation, obvious curative effect and less complications, which is an ideal treatment method that can be extended in clinical application.

RESUMO

Objective To investigate the efficacy of the clinical pathway introduced in children with bronchiolitis. Methods Based on a retrospective study, the duration of hospital stay, hospital expenses, antibiotics usage rates, curative rate and nosocomial infection rate were compared between 181 bronchiolitis patients (the clinical pathway group) managed according to clinical pathway and other 122 bronchiolitis patients (the control group). The variation of clinical pathway was analyzed in the clinical pathway group as well. Results The duration of hospital stay in clinical pathway group [4.96 (4.00,6.00) days] was significantly shorter than that in the control group [5.81 (4.82,7.00) days],and the difference was significant (Z =3.137,P < 0.05).The hospital expenses [3 701.23 (3 124.50,4 396.19) yuan] in clinical pathway group were significantly lower than that in the control group [3 954.22 (3 325.07,4 679.66) yuan],and the difference was significant (Z =2.042,P < 0.05).The antibiotics usage rate (20.44%)(37/181 cases) in clinical pathway group was significantly lower than that in the control group (40.16%) (49/122 cases),and the difference was significant (,x2 =13.945,P < 0.05),and the curative rate (93.92%) (170/181 cases)in clinical pathway group was significantly higher than that in the control group (86.89 %) (106/122 cases),and the difference was significant (x2 =4.447,P < 0.05).The nosocomial infection rate (4.42%) (8/181 cases)was also lower than that in the control group (10.66%,13/122 cases),and the difference was significant (x2 =4.393,P <0.05).The variation rate of clinical pathway was 48.62% (88/181 cases) in clinical pathway group. Conclusions The curative rate is improved and the duration of hospital can be shortened if the clinical pathway is introduced in bronchiolitis children, with less the hospital expense. Moreover, the antibiotics usage rates and the nosocomial infection rate are reduced in the implementation process of clinical pathway which is worthy to be put in use. However, there is a high variation rate in the clinical pathway. It should be interposed and administrated appropriately in dinical treatment for clinic.

RESUMO

Objective To investigate the effect of sinomenine on the purinergic receptors A2A and P2X7 in endotoxemia mouse model and RAW264.7 macrophage model stimulated by lipopolysaccharide(LPS). Methods BALB/c mice were randomly divided into blank control group, model group and sinomenine group. Thirty minutes after the rats of sinomenine group were pretreated with intraperitoneal injection of sinomenine (40, 80, 160 mg/kg), the mice were given intraperitoneal injection of 15 mg/kg LPS to induce endotoxemia model. The serum levels of tumor necrosis factor-alpha(TNF-α) and interleukin-6(IL-6) were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). The expression levels of purinergic receptor A2A and P2X7 in the liver and spleen were detected by reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR). RAW264.7 macrophages were divided into blank control group, LPS group and sinomenine group. Sinomenine group was firstly treated with sinomenine(300μmol/L) for 2 h, and then LPS group and sinomenine group were treated with LPS (100 ng/mL) for another 8 hours. TNF-α in the cell supernatant was measured by ELISA, and the expression levels of A2A and P2X7 in RAW264.7 cells were detected by RT-PCR. Results Stimulation with LPS could induce the increase of the mouse serum levels of TNF-α and IL-6 as well as the expression of A2A and P2X7 in mouse liver and spleen, and sinomenine had a counteraction on the above indexes(P<0.05) . In-vitro stimulation with LPS could induce the increase of the content of TNF-α and the expression of A2A and P2X7 in RAW264.7 cells , and sinomenine decreased TNF-α content and P2X7 expression (P<0.05) , but had an effect on enhancing A2A expression. Conclusion Sinomenine suppresses the expression of purinergic receptor P2X7 in mouse spleen and liver as well as in RAW264.7 macrophages, but its effect on the expression of A2A in various tissues and cells varies, whose related mechanism is needed further study.

RESUMO

Objective To investigate the effect of berberine on the polarization of mice RAW264.7 macrophages induced separately by lipopolysaccharide (LPS) and interleukin-4 (IL-4). Methods Mice RAW 264.7 macrophages cultured in vitro were divided into model group, medication group, and blank control group. Both model group and medication group were given either LPS (in final dose of 100 ng/mL) or IL-4 (in final dose of 10 ng/mL). Additionally, the medication group was treated with berberine in final dose of 20 μmol/L. The blank control group was given the same volume of phosphate buffered saline ( PBS). Real-time fluorescence quantitative polymerase chain reaction (PCR) was used to detect the mRNA expression of arginase-1 (Arg-1), inducible nitric oxide synthase ( iNOS) , suppressor of cytokine signaling2 ( SOCS2) and SOCS3. Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) was used to determine the contents of tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF-α) and IL-10. Results The content of TNF-αand the mRNA expression levels of iNOS and SOCS3 in macrophages induced by LPS were increased, and then were down-regulated by berberine (P0.05). Conclusion Berberine has an effect on inhibiting the M1 and M2 polarization of macrophages in vitro, suggesting that berberine may play a regulatory role in the dynamic balance of M1/M2.

RESUMO

Community-based rehabilitation (CBR) is positioned to provide various strategies for people with disabilities for achieving the embracing development of the community. CBR is also the terminal of the three-level rehabilitation service system. This paper analyzed the status of domestic community-based rehabilitation based on the document, discussed the possible problems referred to the international concepts about CBR, and suggested a new service pattern of CBR based on the internet and information technology.
